is the definition of self actualization? self actualization means understanding the height of your
potential. If you have ever studied, you know, you've probably heard the name Abraham Maslow, okay,
he created something called the hierarchy of needs, there are five hierarchy of needs of every
		

			single human being. And on the on the very bottom, which is the basic is are the physiological needs
of a person and so forth. And then he goes all the way up the highest level that he mentioned at the
top of the pyramid of the human needs are self actualization, which means that you do something to
understand your full potential, how much good you can do. The scholars they say that when we do our
iba to Allah subhanho, wa taala, I am truly understanding my fullest potential and I will be only
able to unlock my fullest potential once I come to Allah subhanho wa Taala through my Ibadah through
my a bada. And this is why we find that there are so many people that are looking we when we talk
		

			about the suicide rates, when we talk about the mental health issues that are going on in our Muslim
communities. When we talk about people trying to find happiness in life, whether it's through
materialism, whether it's through people and so forth, even Muhammad Allah Allah, He says that when
you talk about people who worship a God, versus people who don't worship a God, because this is
something that's very big in our society, okay, why the need to worship a god and especially right
now with this whole situation that is taking place and so forth. Many of these atheists are coming
forward and saying, See, we told you religion overall, all religions are corrupt, believing in no
		

			God is the best thing to do. Believing in no religion is the best option. So these people they come
in and say, don't believe in any any God even Rahmatullah Allah. He says, When you believe in a God,
when you believe in Allah subhanho wa taala, versus those who don't believe in any other god, their
reality is that the one who believes in a God will be able to unlock their fullest potential. And
that's the only way they will find any kind of peace and happiness in their life, that this is a
reality. And by the way, there are researchers now who are saying the same exact thing. There are
academics who are saying the same exact thing. If you compare an atheist to someone, even if it's a
		

			Christian, or a Muslim, or anyone who believes in the concept of God, they say that those people
will find more happiness in their life, that compared to a person who does not believe in any deity.
So this is why it is very important that when it comes to our iba, we don't ever take our iba very
lightly. We have to take it very seriously. And what do we learn and what do we get from arriba?
First of all, we understand our fullest potential. We understand my capacity through my arriba and
the only way we can attain true and true happiness, true inner peace is through our Ibadah to Allah
