Are we live in a state rajim Bismillah R Rahman Rahim al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil alameen wa salatu salam ala l mursaleen Sayyidina Muhammad wa ala alihi wa Sophia Jemaine, beloved brothers Islam Sadam Ali Kumara, la Hilbert a casual
100 and night number three of a thoroughly interesting, have it done. And insha Allah, as tomorrow his work will be a bit more difficult, but tougher. All of us increases in our reward increases in our success in sha Allah. And we said only these few weeks lift few couple of weeks between us and Jana, and whatever we have in ourselves to do the best we can to sort of move on. I mean, we continually have to see and we spoke yesterday about this the other day Billahi min ash shaytani r rajim Bismillah R Rahman r Rahim. And even though this is the Tafseer of this ama, we're going to talk today about the most powerful and greatest surah that Allah has ever revealed to mankind. The
prophet SAW Selim says, Do you want to know which chapter has the is no parallel or equal to it in the Torah, in the Injeel, in the Zaboo, and even in the Quran, Willie it is Al Fatiha, the Surah Al Fatiha, this is the greatest chapter. The greatest revelation Allah has given to mankind is Surah Fatiha and that's where Allah Subhana Allah says, Allah father Athena cassava and mineral masani that we have seen to you the seven repeated verses, one Quran and the Quran, as if those who have asked you ha is revealed on its own. So therefore Surah Fatiha one of its names is the seven of the repeated verses. And this shows you the miraculous nature of the Quran. And Allah subhanho wa Taala
his knowledge of the future when the prophets of Salaam received this verse, Islam was by a small group of people, maybe 40 people that were Muslims. And Allah say, I'm giving you these seven verses that will forever be repeated over and over. And we know that right now somewhere in the world, it's Malik Thomas, somewhere in the world it's Roger sun is rising somewhere in the world. It's a sir, and these a group of Muslims making Sora and they are reciting Surah Fatiha this moment. A total Fatiha is always being recited by insan on this dunya, let alone the melodica. And the other creations that recite this great surah
of the virtues of the surah of the names of the surah is that it's called multitap or meaning the mother or the foundation or the central figure of the entire Quran and the revelation. Some of us have gone so far as saying the entire Quran is contained in Surah Fatiha and the rest of it is just a seed of Surah Fatiha and that's why it doesn't belong to any any Jews.
The prophets are seldom mentioned since the Hadith the Muslim that he was he was having a conversation with jabril when he looked up, and he heard he said he heard a cracking sound. And the video said that that crackling sound is a door that was locked and check for all the ages and generations. It was like a treasure box it was kept closed and all of a sudden now it was opened and of what came out to that treasure box was referred to her and the ending verses of Surah Baqarah that no other than to be received and no oma was given other than this oma it's also mentioned that Surah Fatiha was revealed a number of times she's gonna be so solemn, one of which is when he went
on Mirage at the foot of the outer shell Allah subhana wa tada they were the officials around the throne of Allah and one of them was sort of referred to her in a visa send them received once again. This great suit off before we go into stuff see the other the other virtues of it is that it is a pillar of solder meaning your solder is not accepted. If you don't recycle Fatiha if you miss certified, you need to go all the way back and your solder is incomplete without it, but Silicon Valley and we discuss gene and magic and difficulty in one's life. The greatest remedy for spiritual illness is super facha. When they perform Rukia we decide to refer to her on the afflicted person
because it is one of those great verses that shaytan flees from it cures diseases and the prophets of Salaam and the Sahaba would recite to prefer to have when are injured and when they are harmed and it is also increases your acceptance into law. But if you incorporate authority in your da it helps to increase the acceptance of whatever you are which ever you are asking for. And in fact circle Fatiha is a doula. That's why we say I mean at the end because it is in fact a doula and it is a conversation that you are having with Allah subhanho wa Taala each and every one of us when we decide to or to defer to her. It is a conversation we have with Allah subhana wa Tada. So the
prophet SAW Allah send them sees that Allah says this is a hadith that goes back to Allah. Allah the glorious and the exalted himself said, I have divided Sora between me and my servant equally and
servants shall get what he's asked for. And unless he's salaria he doesn't mean the solar we are making solar in Surah Fatiha. So Surah Fatiha is so powerful Allah in fact called superfast you have SATA. I have divided Surah Fatiha, but he says SATA in half meaning like 90% of Salah is that sort of idea. It's amazing. Like you have like alpha is hedge Alhaji alpha, that hedge is our alpha solar issue. That's how great the solar is. So Allah says that when you recite Surah Fatiha, it's the conversation we have given it 5050 off for me and half for my servant. So when he says so Allah says once my servant says al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil alameen we pause here. We said yesterday there are two
opinions as to the best mother with a Bismillah R Rahman Rahim is a verse of sorrowful Fatiha we said we know Surah Fatiha has seven verses and Imam Shafi annual maxima even humble opinion was that Bismillah R Rahman Rahim is verse number one and raising them of Dubey Allah you want to ball lien Serato Latina entre la la monoball lien is one verse. The Hanafi. Somali is disagree. So we understood Imam Shafi is reasoning because if you had to label the verses, you won't get to Sivan without Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. So that's his evidence. The Hanafi evidence is this heading that Allah says I've split Surah Fatiha in half. So when he says Al hamdu, meaning you start with Al
hamdu, not Bismillah understand the evidence of the Hennessey's and the Maliki's Allahu Alem all four there's no issue here. Everyone agrees that when you recite Salah, you recite it either loud or soft, that sort of the truth of it How was preceded with asthma, either as a verse or it is an introduction to Surah Fatiha, you recite it either loud or soft. It's not a problem. But this is the evidence of the hanafis that say the best Mullah is not past is not a verse of Surah Fatiha because Allah says he split it in half. So when you start with Alhamdulillah, not dissimilar, understand the evidence from hanifa Rahim Allah. So Allah subhanho wa Taala says that when he says when you and I
say in our Salah al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil aalameen all praise and thanks is to the rob the Creator, the Sustainer the charity shed and Odisha of the universe of all of creation. Allah responds, my servant has praised me. And when you say R Rahman r Rahim, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful, the most compassionate, the most kind. We spoke about Rahman and Rahim, the one who is merciful. So look, Allah says, I am the Lord of the universe. And I control this universe with Rama and mercy. That's why I am when you say R Rahman r Rahim, Allah vinci's my servant has exalted me has, has praised me has you know, Exalted me, this is what my servant has done for me. And then when he says,
When you and I say Maddie kiyomi Dean, the king, the master the load of the Day of Judgment, Allah sees myself as a glorified me. Why does Allah subhanho wa Taala specify his kingship and his mastery on the day of judgment on tiama? Why this will be the only time in history we all the kings, King Faisal fuel skin Sandman, Queen Elizabeth, all the kings, the king of the Zulus, whoever they are, they will all be on one day gathered and then there will only be one king who is Allah subhana wa Tada. So Allah says on that day, when everything is there in front of me and all of creation is the I Am the King and I belongs to me another Kira says Malik Malik, to me the meaning the Sovereign,
the owner of everything. So when you say Al hamdu, lillahi, Rabbil aalameen or Rahmani? Raheem Maliki Ahmed Deen. Allah says, My servant has praised me and exalted me and glorified me. When when we say he cannot abou do what he can to stay in. Allah says, This is between me and my servant, and my servant shall have what he has requested. This is the middle half of and this ayah yaquina. Abu Yes. And this isn't in actual fact the essence of our Deen. I see the theme of our religion is so he La ilaha illAllah. You alone Allah has the right to be worshipped. So we say er can Abu do what he can to Stein. Look at the verse, the verses before.
And this verse, what do you find different to this verse? You've been reciting this all your life? Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil aalameen, all praises to Allah, the Lord of the universe, the AR Rahman Rahim, the Most Merciful, the most kind, the master and the king of the Day of Judgment. Er can Apple Do you alone? Do we worship and You alone? Do we depend? What do you find what's happened to those verses is something different happening within swing from third person to second person? We said Allah is the
King, Allah is the Lord Allah is the master to you, we worship, you understand, we jumped from a third person to a direct response to Allah subhanho wa Taala. We say this every day, it we seldom leave. And this we are suddenly looked at, to affirm this relationship between us and Allah, meaning all the first three verses is, you're praising me, you're glorifying me. So what does that imply? It implies Yeah, Allah, you alone have the right to be worshipped. Also for our brothers who know a little bit of Arabic. And even in English, if you say, you I worship or I worship you what's easier? What's more normal? The object is usually after the verb. I worship You know, you I worship, right?
It's easier and even in Arabic, it's an Abu, can I worship you?
You guys with me? Right? Mohammed? Hit solid. But solid was it was solid is hit by Mohammed. Usually the object is after the verb in this verse, and this is deliberate, I was deliberately putting himself before the worship yakka you do I worship? Or do you do we worship? And you do we put our dependency on our trust. esteana Trust. Why, in Arabic language when you bring the object before the verb, this is some grammatical rules. It shows what we call exclusivity, meaning the entire verb goes to that object alone. So we could say our law we worship You, but it could mean we also worship someone else. But when you say when you say I worship Allah, it could mean I worship Allah and
someone else. But when you say Oh Allah, I worship you. Then you brought Allah before the yakka. Now it means you alone do we worship in the sand, the slight change, er can Abu do what he can assign also, the focus is Allah, Allah comes first. And then our worship after that. Also, even if you standing alone in Salah. You don't say you alone, I worship in you alone. I depend on you. So say we, why, why is it true? Yes, it's the verse it to show that this is something collective and evader. And you'll find something amazing about Islam. This religion part of it is not that it's just me and my worship of Allah that I recite my Quran and I forced alone It's about community. Even
Ramadan, we forced all together throughout the world. We make hij. All together on one day, in one day, we make sada in JAMA Zakah is a relationship between the rich and the poor. So Allah is affirming that our provider is to Allah, but we do it collectively. And that's why it's so beautiful. It's part of our Deen is a collective worship, not isolated and alone. Allah doesn't want us to sit in a cave and alone we worship Allah. No, we worship Allah collectively. So we say, Oh Allah, we worship you alone, and we depend on you and seek assistance from you alone.
So then we ask now Allah saying that half is for me. Now the other half is for us. So what do we ask about law? Now? It's what we ask. And we ask Allah in a salon, Mr. Karim, sirata Latina and I'm telling him, ladies, do you want a ball in our law guide as to the straight path. Tomorrow inshallah we'll discuss something about guidance, we'll find out that guidance is one of those gifts and blessings, which only Allah can give you. And only Allah can increase or decrease no amount of knowledge or wealth or who you are, can increase your guidance, only Allah, it is the greatest blessing, the greatest blessing on you know that you could receive His guidance. You could be
wealthy and healthy and have kids but if you don't have guidance, you've lost out. And similarly someone with nothing but guidance, and he's successful. So the greatest thing you could have is guidance. And therefore we ask Allah for one thing every single day Allah guide us guide our actions, our thoughts, our Eman, guide our hearts every time we go off the path, Guide us to the straight path, the path that will lead to not only gender, but will lead to Allah, The path of those who Allah is pleased with. So who are the people that are less pleased? And Allah mentions is the seed of this ayah in in the other parts of the Quran? And Naveen was sidiki for sure, there was only
thing that the people Allah is pleased with. They are the MBR, the prophets and the sidiki, like abubaker, acidic, and the shuhada and the mosses and the solid hain and the good doers. So Allah let us be of one of those categories. We can't be MBR but yes, we could be sidiki and we could be shuhada and at the very least he Allah it has to be good people avoid illness to be alive and let us not be of those who incur you anger, what a boiling and those who have gone astray. So who are the people that incur a loss, anger, and who are those who have gone astray? The prophets of the Sahaba asked.
I'd even had him earlier.
Alon interior media he said I asked the Messenger of Allah Azza wa sallam, those who have earned the anger of Allah, Who are they? And who are those who have gone astray. And the prophets also said, Those who earn the anger of Allah. Firstly, can we ascribe anger to Allah? Can we say Allah gets angry? Is it befitting of Allah? Do you think?
Some say yes, some say no. And really, this is a very in depth scholarly debate.
Anger, is anger, a negative quality always? Or is that some point in time it's good to be angry? Or do we say it's always a negative quality? If you see what's happening in Syria, and it doesn't make you angry, something wrong with you. If you see children and women being abused, like you see in the news, and you don't get angry, it's something wrong. So many other scholars have,
have interpreted this, literally and said, Allah has majestic anger, which is part of his godliness. And it is only applied to a certain group of people. And it's only a specific and limited quality. It was never, always always merciful, but only sometimes he has anger. Some have said, instead of anger, those who incur the punishment or law, either interpretation, we see this goes back to a very debate a deep scholarly device. Nonetheless, there are groups of people who have earned the anger and the punishments of Allah. And the prophets will say these, this refers to the Yahoo did not all the Jews, as Allah says later, so not all of them, but the Jews and those who emulate them. Those
who have knowledge and were given guidance, they got the guidance that they asked in a Siracusa team, Allah gave it to them, and they still turned away from the straight path. This brings about almost anger, when a ball lean. This is the group of people that acted without any guidance, but they were sincere in their actions. And they acted without knowledge and guidance. And the likes that the prophets have said, this is like the nosara not all of them. But the the original group that changed the sour let's change the Injeel from what it was to what it is today, that they acted sincerely, but without knowledge. So we find that these three groups really comes down to knowledge
that you cannot acquire guidance except through to ask, but the only way that helps you get to guidance is knowledge, that you attain knowledge. If you don't have knowledge, then you are misguided. And if you attain knowledge and you don't act on it, then you have those who earn a lot of anger. And the only way to save yourself is to learn to read the Quran, to acquire knowledge and to be steadfast on what Allah has taught you. And therefore we ask Allah subhanho wa Taala is in a certain step in Allah guide us every single day, guide us to live as we should live. We know that Allah has given us the Huck May Allah grant us to continue to be steadfast to worship Him and OBEY
Him and to be on the Siracusa team to seal off that will ultimately lead not to gender but to Allah subhanho wa Taala I mean, inshallah tomorrow will begin just Amma the tip seed or shoot the suit of the chimps insha Allah Zakat of faith or subtle Allah satana Mohammed Ali seip Siddha mousseline Al hamdu, lillahi Rabbil alameen Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
