			We will talk about the main elements of a healthy heart there are two aspects to elements that can
guarantee a healthy and good heart. The source of all goodness are two things in the heart, life and
light, the two L's the two L's are life and heart. Now, the healthy heart, the best heart is the
heart who has the best level or the highest level of life, and has the best light. This is what the
health of heart is, life and light. What do you mean by
		

			life of the heart? And what do you mean by light of the heart?

endurance, to function according to this light according to what this light entails. And this is the
ultimate happiness. So you will have the vision, and you will have the tools to execute to
materialize this vision. And this is the ultimate success. And this is the example of the believers.
		

			Other people, they are in that numb feeling, they are in the darkness.
		

			They're trying to run away from the pain of the heart by preoccupying themselves with innovations in
knowledge that is not beneficial, etc. They run away from the truth. So these people are in
darkness.
		

			Why what happens they don't have the light. And they don't have the full life they might have some
life, some zeal, some strength, but it's all you know going in vain because they don't have the
right vision. So real happiness is actually
		

			in the end having in the light and in the in the heart having the light and having the life. These
are the secrets and this is actually life of the heart and the light that we can get and put inside
