And may his peace and blessings be upon the final and last prophet muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam dear viewers. salaam aleikum wa rahmatullah wa barakato. Welcome to this episode of your
program, the perfect character, a lot messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says in the Hadith, I
was only sent to perfect, the noble character. I was only sent to perfect the noble character. That
was the core of the message of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. When he came to Medina, the
first speech he gave, and this hadith is narrated by Abdullah bin Salim, or the Allah Han, who was
		

			the Jewish who was the rabbi who was looking for the signs of the Prophet hood in the face of the
Prophet sallallahu wasallam. In the speech of the Prophet sallallahu sallam, he is the one who
narrates this Hadith, the very first thing the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said when he came
to Medina, or people, spread this degrading spread this alarm, feed the food, and pray in the night
while people are asleep, you will enter the paradise of your Lord peacefully. That was the first
thing the Prophet sallallahu Sallam said when he entered Medina, he did not give a long speech, he
thought about things that are part of the religion, yet they are also related to the character, that
		

			is the correlation between the worship and the character. They have to go hand in hand. Some Muslims
are focusing on their servitude, on the worship to Allah subhanho wa Taala every day along between
them and Allah and that is good, but they have to focus also on the character. It is very important.
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam mention that the heaviest thing in the scale on the Day of
Judgment is the good manner. It is the good manners, the good character, that is the heaviest thing.
And in other hobbies. Also, the Prophet sallallahu wasallam mentioned that the best of people, not
the ones that pray more, not the ones that fast more, the best of the people are the ones that have
		

			the best of manners, and therefore, the Muslim has to focus on how he can perfect his character. How
can he achieve that perfection? that purpose of sending the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
people nowadays are asking, Where are the Muslims? Where are the manners? What makes Muslims
different from other people from the non Muslims? If you answer the one who attacks you with an
attack, then what is different between you and him, you are the same. That's why every time
		

			you remember to worship Allah subhanaw taala. You have to remember also, that you need to treat
people in a good manner, that is also part of the religion. When the Prophet sallallahu wasallam
defined the Muslim he said the Muslim is the one whose people are safe and protected from his hand
and his tank.
		

			And the believer is the one whom people interesting with their valuable things,
		

			with their religion, with their money. And the immigrant is not the one who migrates from one area
to another. The immigrant is the one who abandons sinning against Allah subhanho wa Taala. These are
all narrations talking about the good manners.
		

			What is the use? If you pray during the day and the night you've passed? And then on the Day of
Judgment, these deeds are going to be wasted. Would that happen? Yes, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi
wa sallam mention that there will people there will be people coming on the Day of Judgment with
good deeds, like the mountains all these deeds
		

			We'll be dust will go away how that is possible. The prophet SAW celebration that the one would come
with good deeds, but he comes while he abused verbally someone he attacked another one. And he
accused a third one. So the first one will take from his good deeds, the second one will take from
his good deeds, and the third one until he has no good deeds. So the people will take their bad
deeds and put them on him. So he ends up with only bad deeds and eventually he goes to hellfire.
		

			So, you need to focus as you focus on how to pray, how to fast you need also to focus on how to
perfect your character, how to perfect your manners. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
mentioned that when someone proposes while he has a good character, and he is righteous, the
prophets Allah mentioned both things, which means as the religion is important, the good character
is also important. As you focus on perfecting your religion, your deen, you need also to focus on
perfecting your good character.
		

			At the time of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
		

			There was a woman who was mentioned before the Prophet sallallahu wasallam. And the companions said
that she prays during the night, she fasts during the day, but she abuses her neighbors. So the
prophet SAW Selim said she's not good. She's in hellfire. Then another woman that was mentioned. She
didn't pray as much she didn't fast as much. However, she was of a good character, she was good to
her neighbors. So the Prophet sallallahu Sallam said she is in paradise. So the issue is not about
how much are you doing? The issue is about the quality of your deeds. That's why Allah Subhana Allah
says in the Quran, in Surah, the monk in the second area, it is he who created death, and life to
		

			test you, who is perfect, who is of best deeds, not who is of more deeds. It's not about the
quantity, it is about the quality of your deeds. So therefore, the issue of the good character is
very important. However, many Muslims they think of themselves that they achieve the perfect
character. When you ask any one of them, he would tell you, she would tell you that I am of a
perfect character, why you cannot judge yourself. That is the basic rule. People can judge you,
because every one of us would give himself would give herself the credit would give ourselves the
perfect score. But what about others when we ask others, they are the ones who are able to talk
		

			about us? who testifies for you, who gives you the credit? Allah subhanho wa Taala praise the
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and mentioned that he is indeed of a perfect character. That
was the praise of Allah subhanho wa Taala to his messenger to His Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam, why the Prophet sallallahu Sallam never verbally or physically abused someone, never, he
never would revenge seek revenge for himself, unless it is for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala not
for his own sake. That was the character of the prophet SAW Selim, he did not raise his voice, he
did not abuse anybody, and therefore, he was of a good character. So we have to match our belief
		

			with our practice. As much as you spend time on worshipping Allah subhanaw taala. As much as you
spend time on improving your prayer, you're testing your
		

			optional worship, you need also to focus on the good character because it is an essential part of
the religion and your belief will not be completed until you perfect your character. That's what the
prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam nation
		

			and the best of people as the Prophet sallallahu Sallam mentioned, they are the ones who are the
best to their families. And the prophet SAW Selim mentioned that he is the best of the people to his
family.
		

			Why
		

			the family is mentioned in particular, because when you are in front of people, you might be acting
behaving in a good way.
		

			Because it's only one hour or two hours, but inside the house, near your family, within your
household, they watch you 24 seven, they see you when you wake up when you sleep, when you're upset
when you're happy. So, in that place, if you are good to your family that means you are really have
a good character, because you cannot pretend there you might be able to pretend in front of people
the teacher can pretend in front of his students because he only sees them for one hour, two hours
few hours. The employee the same thing, he can pretend in front of the other employees because he is
with them for a short time. But when it comes to the one who is watching you 24 seven Are you have a
		

			good character or you are only acting? That is the question.
		

			How much of implementing the Sunnah of the prophet SAW Selim in terms of the good character do you
have? Are you able to follow the Sunnah of the prophet SAW seven in every single thing? When I shut
up the lung I was asked about the act of the Prophet sallallahu wasallam how they were, she said he
wants as you can look at the Quran, what do you see in the Quran? What are the ayah that you see in
the Quran, the commandments of Allah subhanaw taala the orders the prohibitions? That's what the

this, you could judge yourself and you could say, I am of a good character and all of us need to
		

			follow the Sunnah of the Prophet size. In this difficult time. When people are watching Muslims and
asking, What did the Muslims contribute to the world, the world now is in disarray. People are
looking only at materialism,
		

			consumption,
		

			very few people are looking after other people. So it is behaving the Muslims to implement this
another prophet sallallahu Sallam to show the people that Islam is valid for every time and
generation for every people all over the world. That is the message of this program. And that is the
virtue of the character on the Day of Judgment.
		

			The heaviest deeds in the scale will be the good character, and the nearest to the Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam will be those who have the good character.
		

			And when the Prophet sallallahu Sallam was asked about the equivalent of having a good and a perfect
character, the prophet SAW Allah mission, that the one who fasts the day and praise the night, that
is the reward for having the good character. I ask Allah subhana wa Taala to perfect our Amen, and
to perfect our character. And I asked Allah subhanaw taala to make us of those who listen to the
