So the meaning of emotional intelligence is pretty simple. It means to be able to first identify your own emotions, right? So you can pinpoint what you're feeling in the moment. And, and really source it in a way. You know, I had someone, for example mentioned yesterday during a class that she struggles with anger and how to control anger. And so, you know, the discussion that followed was me explaining to her that anger is really a secondary emotion. And there's usually an underlying emotion.
