Faith IQ – What Takes Precedence – Hajj: Paying Debt or Getting Married?

			What takes precedence going on hedge, paying off a debt or getting married?
		

			Um, the last lesson I want to show you last. So the answer to that is, it's situational depends on
the person. So hedge is obligatory on everybody. But if you have a person who for example, needs to
get married, not wants to get married, it would be nice but needs to get married to protect their
chastity they are literally in danger of of, of committing sin. That person then would be, it is
more urgent for that person that they get married and they they protect their chastity. But if
there's somebody who is not in any rush to get married, then it's not obligatory on them, and Hajj
is obligatory on them. So for that person, they would do heads first, with regards to a person who's
		

			in debt, that's different types. There are that there's the type of debt which is urgent, that
person, you've got somebody knocking on your door, they want you to pay them back, the need for you
to pay them back. That person, it's not allowed for them to go in and do hedge when they have a debt
that's owed. But if it is something where that debt is something that's number one, it's it's time
hasn't come it's not urgent, number two, or it is something that is paid, for example, a monthly
payment a loan that they pay for a car or for something like that, then that person if they have the
ability to pay off that debt and then going on head does not going to impede that. Then they can go
