00:00:00 --> 00:00:46
			We are human hamdu Lillahi Rabbil Alameen wa Salatu was Salam ala terminal acmella and LM and Bertha
hula hula Ramadan denial Amin Allahu wa Salatu was Salam was it whether Eric Allah and a beginner
Muhammad wa ala early he was hardly at mine. Yeah you have Lavina I'm an otaku Allah haka to karate.
Wala tomo tuna Illa. Anton Muslim on All praise is due to Allah Who made the peace and blessings of
Allah be upon our beloved prophet muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and upon all those who
follow His guidance, you follow his way until the last day my dear respected Brothers and Sisters in
Islam. Salaam aleikum wa rahmatullah wa barakato. Hi yah, Kamala Kamala Hayden, for being here

00:00:46 --> 00:01:00
			tonight inshallah Huhtala. I'm excited to share with you just a few words. The topic tonight is life
hacks from the Quran and Sunnah. Life Hacks or tips, shortcuts,

00:01:01 --> 00:01:23
			things that we can do from the Quran and the Sunnah that can make our lives a lot more easier. So
inshallah that's the goal in sha Allah hooter, Allah. Now I want to issue a disclaimer, Inshallah,
before we begin to enumerate some of these hacks, and you know, we all love a shortcut, we all love
a tip.

00:01:24 --> 00:01:36
			But I think the disclaimer is that the reality is, life is never going to always be easy. It's never
going to always be easy, and,

00:01:38 --> 00:02:04
			you know, unlimited ease and unlimited happiness that's reserved for gender. And that's why we find,
for example, Abdullah, the son of Ahmed had been humbled the great scholar, the great Imam, founder
of the month have to humbly madhhab, his son called out to him one day, and he asked him, when will
the believer find rest. And he said to him, when he places his right foot in Jannah,

00:02:05 --> 00:02:56
			before that, there's going to be struggles, there's going to be challenges and hardships, and
sometimes those hardships. And sometimes those struggles, they look like a maybe a calamity or a
very big test, but they're actually a blessing in the skies. Sometimes things happen to us in life,
but and we think they're really, really bad for us. But really, it's actually a lesson that Allah
subhanho wa Taala is teaching us. And we know the verse that it may be that we hate something, but
it's actually good for us. And it may be that we love something, but it's actually bad for us. And
this is always the mindset of a Muslim that any challenge that comes their way is, you know, is

00:02:56 --> 00:03:15
			something that is from Allah azza wa jal, and there's bound to be good from that thing, whatever it
might be. In Bukhari and Muslim we read a very beautiful Hadith, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam, he would say Allah Houma, la I sha Allah I shall F Hera.

00:03:17 --> 00:03:27
			Allahu Mala Aisha in the I should ask era. He would supplicate Oh Allah there is no life meaning
true life, but the life of the hereafter.

00:03:28 --> 00:03:38
			And the real life that we should all be working towards really is the hereafter. You see, when on
the Day of Judgment,

00:03:39 --> 00:04:06
			the person will say, Yeah, late any addendum to the hayati, you're late any addendum to the
hierarchy I wish I had put forth or put forward for my life. He's saying that on the Day of
Judgment. Why because the real life is the afterlife. But that does not discount that. You know, we
can also enjoy this life and try and make it as easy for us.

00:04:07 --> 00:04:44
			We also read in Surah Al Baqarah that ALLAH SubhanA wa Taala says well another one Nick whom we are
going to test you be shy email, hopefully we'll do a one a person mingle. Um, well you will unfussy
what Thammarat that we're going to test you. We're going to test you when it comes, you're going to
have some moments of Fi you're going to get scared, anxious, you're going to be hungry sometimes.
And subhanAllah. As one of the scholars he said, hunger could be that you don't have food. So you're
hungry, or you actually eat but you never fall. So you're still hungry.

00:04:46 --> 00:04:53
			And it could be the loss of wealth, or it could be the loss of lives and fruits.

00:04:54 --> 00:04:58
			But as Muslims no matter what's happening around us,

00:04:59 --> 00:04:59
			we say

00:05:00 --> 00:05:46
			In that Allah he were in LA he writes your own, when the calamity strikes and Allah subhanho wa
taala. He will give us three gifts when we say in the LA he were in LA he writes your own. Allah
azza wa jal says Allah Allah Allah him Salah tone mineral be Him, those who say in early Allah he
were in LA he writes urine when they hear of a calamity, Allah praises them to the inhabitants of
the heavens and the inhabitants of the earth. So that's the first benefit. The first bonus you're
going to get. The second one is Rama. We're going to have the Rama of Allah the Mercy of Allah wa
Hola, Erica who don't and they are the ones that are going to be guidance. And we all need the

00:05:46 --> 00:05:48
			guidance of Allah. So there's a hack right there.

00:05:49 --> 00:06:03
			That whenever you are tested with a calamity, you say in the LA Hui, we're in LA here right your
own. There's the hadith of OMO Salam of the Allahu Allah that we read in Sahih Muslim.

00:06:04 --> 00:06:06
			She said when Abu selama died,

00:06:07 --> 00:06:09
			you know, she uttered these words.

00:06:10 --> 00:06:37
			And subhanAllah she said in that Allah he were in LA Herodes your own Allah whom journey femal see
Betty was fluffly Hieron minha of Allah, compensate, compensate me for my loss, give me better than
it. And she was thinking who could there be better than Abu selama and then Allah subhanho wa Taala
marries who are for she's blessed with the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:06:38 --> 00:06:40
			So this is the mindset among Muslim

00:06:42 --> 00:07:22
			that he understands. And she understands that even when the calamity strikes that Allah has already
compensated us for that calamity, with many, many favors and blessings, before the calamity even
came about. And then insha Allah after the calamity comes about, and we are patient, Allah subhanaw
taala will also bless us. And one thing that we need to always remember, before we get right into
these hacks, is that in life, you have to go through these moments, happiness and sadness, gains
losses, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

00:07:24 --> 00:07:44
			Or you have to go through ease and hardship. Or you go through good health, you go through sickness,
this is inevitable in life. Prepare yourself for that. And the more you prepared for that, the less
the better you can cope. When that moment comes. That's not necessarily in your favor or you don't
see it in your favor.

00:07:46 --> 00:08:42
			Today in sha Allah Tala, when we look at the lives of Muslims who excel in worship, in a bed, who
excel in their careers, who excel in their health they have mashallah very good health. They have
good relationships, we see patterns, we see clues, we see traits, how did they gain all of this?
This is insha Allah Huhtala what I would like to discuss tonight in sha Allah Who to Island, and
much of these clues are spoken about what we find through the Quran and through the Sunnah. You know
what's astonishing, or what's always amazing, is that you will hear about, you will hear and you
will read about, you know, discoveries, or Revelation revelations, you know, if you do this, you

00:08:42 --> 00:09:09
			will get that if you if you do things like that, you will get this good result. If you eat this, you
will achieve that, you know what I'm talking about, you know, modern science and Revelation, and
they say, Oh, we discovered this and psychology says this and the doctors now have discovered this,
And subhanAllah much of all of that we find has been already mentioned 1400 years ago.

00:09:10 --> 00:09:13
			This is how blessed we are as Muslims

00:09:14 --> 00:09:21
			And subhanAllah I want to share with you some of my personal observations of these,

00:09:22 --> 00:09:59
			of these revelations, or these things that have come about in life that the Quran and Sunnah have
spoken about. And one thing is for sure, one of the greatest hacks to a better life without a doubt
is knowledge is to have knowledge. You know, when Allah subhanahu utter Allah revealed the first
five A yet from surah Allah Allah, a para Ikara these five Eyad most of the words in in these Eyad
are to do with knowledge

00:10:01 --> 00:10:36
			Pamela the very first revelation to Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam were acre Bismillah big
Olivia Holika Holika in Solomon Allah a thorough read again. They've got what a Bukal Akram Olivia
Allah Mabin Palom Alam is the writing utensil the writing instrument, I lemma, he taught I lemon in
Santa Maria Mian. He taught in San he taught man that which he did not know, or to do with LM to do
with reciting to do with knowledge.

00:10:37 --> 00:11:15
			So, one of the best things that you can do for yourself and your family members is to get educated
is to learn. And so if you want the dunya so Pamela if you want dunya you need knowledge. Do you
agree? If you want dunya, you want to make it in life and have dollars and have homes and have cars
you need to learn how to be savvy. So if you want dunya, you need knowledge. If you want success in
the Acura, what else do you need? Knowledge? If you want success in dunya and Esera? What do you
need knowledge. So whichever way you look at it, you need knowledge. You need to have the correct
knowledge.

00:11:16 --> 00:11:47
			Elijah Hill or the ignorant person is therefore his own enemy. When you the opposite of AI LM one
who is knowledgeable is a J Hill who is ignorant, and the ignorant person who is harming himself and
is perhaps harming the people around him. And subhanAllah we need to always be looking for evidence.
So when we're talking about knowledge, it's knowledge based on evidence based on delille.

00:11:48 --> 00:11:56
			And there's a very famous statement by the scholars of the past. And that is Lola delille, hula kala
Masha,

00:11:57 --> 00:11:59
			la kala Masha Amercia

00:12:00 --> 00:12:09
			had it not been for delille had it not been for evidence and proof, then whoever wants to can say
whatever they want to, isn't that true?

00:12:10 --> 00:12:25
			The lien is important. And this is why we need to, especially when we're learning about Islam, this
this this knowledge of our deen in the head gallery Medina on this knowledge that we are learning is
deep

00:12:27 --> 00:12:35
			enough that we need to be cautious about who we are getting our knowledge from. Very, very
important. There are so many,

00:12:36 --> 00:12:55
			you know, pathways that are not upon the Quran and the Sunnah and the methodology of our prophets of
allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. So it's very important to be careful when you receive a WhatsApp
for example message with some quote that's attributed to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:12:56 --> 00:12:57
			Oh,

00:12:58 --> 00:13:21
			you need to verify it. You can't just forward that message without maybe verifying it because you
could be now spreading knowledge which is false, which is which is fabricated, which has nothing to
do with Islam and nothing to do with the prophets of Allah while he was selling. So it Milka him,
Rahim, Allah, who to Allah, He said, at the foundation of all that he's good

00:13:23 --> 00:13:26
			at two things, knowledge and justice,

00:13:27 --> 00:13:40
			anything that's good, that it's based upon knowledge, and it's based upon justice. And at the
foundation of all that is evil is up because of two reasons, the opposite of the first two, and that
is

00:13:42 --> 00:13:45
			ignorance, and injustice.

00:13:47 --> 00:14:05
			So the first thing that we can do to really benefit our our South selves in this worldly life is to
gain authentic knowledge and never to be stubborn. Be prepared to learn, to unlearn, and to relearn.

00:14:06 --> 00:14:09
			Just because you learned something in a certain way,

00:14:10 --> 00:14:43
			be prepared to accept that maybe I learned the wrong way. Maybe the evidence that I've been learning
and I've been I thought was really authentic, maybe it's not. And it could be in the area of DNA, it
could be in the area of health, it could be in the area of relationships, it could be in the area of
upbringing and what have you, whatever it might be. Be prepared to learn to unlearn and to relearn,
never be stubborn. Very, very important. The next thing is balance.

00:14:44 --> 00:14:59
			So as Muslims, we have learned to be balanced individuals, you know, one of the companions
Salamandre the Allahu Allahu Allah. He came to a Buddha that you

00:15:00 --> 00:15:06
			Another companion and upward that that wasn't into the dunya he wasn't he was very much

00:15:07 --> 00:15:38
			into, you know, worshipping Allah, devout, you know, disconnected from this worldly life. And he
just wanted to pray all night and fast every day and so sell man at the end of the story. He said to
him in Iraq because I like the hack. We're in the UFC I like the halfway in the Ehrlichia. I like a
hack for article level hacking hacker said yourself, he said in the erotica, your rod has rights.

00:15:39 --> 00:16:22
			In the Europa League Kahakai we're in nearly enough SICA yourself has rights. We're in the LEA
Holika I like a Huck and your family, your wives who children they have rights give each they do
right we have balanced individuals. When he went back to the Prophet salallahu. It he was setting
them up with that that to verify if what Salman just said is authentic or not. It's true. It has a
basis. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he said sadaqa Sandman he has spoken the truth to the
Prophet sallahu alayhi wa sallam gave his approval. Now to really have a good balanced life in sha
Allah, Allah Allah, we need to be mindful of four areas.

00:16:24 --> 00:16:58
			And each of these areas we find something from the Quran and the Sunnah. The first area that we need
to be nourishing, that we need to be tending is one of the most important it is the most important.
And that is our deen and that is our root feeding and nurturing our souls. And the best source of
nutrition for our souls is worship without a doubt, without a doubt, is worship. Make no mistake

00:17:01 --> 00:17:02
			in Surah to Nihan

00:17:04 --> 00:17:31
			we read what Allah subhanho wa Taala he says about the goodly life if you want to have a good day
life he says Minami la sua Nihon mean that carrying on sir well who are more men on Bella no Jana
who hire Tonka even that whoever does good deeds male or female and they are believers, we will
grant them or give them a goodly life.

00:17:33 --> 00:17:42
			So we learn now that if you want a good life, then you need to ask yourself are you doing as Allah
subhanahu wata Allah has commanded

00:17:43 --> 00:17:57
			and do you have the correct belief? One of the most amazing Hadith by the Prophet sallallahu alayhi
wa sallam that we read about in Sahih Bukhari is a Hadith Bootsy that Allah azza wa jal said,

00:17:59 --> 00:18:22
			part of this hadith is that Allah azza wa jal says, My servant draws need to me, or draws not need
to me with anything more beloved to me, than the duties that I have enjoined upon Him. You cannot
draw near to Allah with anything more better than your obligations.

00:18:23 --> 00:18:30
			Like your five daily prayers like low your Ramadan, like Hajj like zakat like hijab.

00:18:31 --> 00:18:40
			You cannot draw nearer to need to Allah in anything anything better. You must say I'm not going to
pray it's going to be a day and night let's not

00:18:41 --> 00:18:42
			You're not doing the right thing.

00:18:43 --> 00:19:11
			To then after this, Allah azza wa jal says after you've done your word je bad your ad can you know
you've done your afghan you've done your word, you bet you've done your obligations, and my servant
continues to draw need to me with the Sunnah with the supererogatory works and when you do this now
when you're doing all these extra insofern Extra sunnah are aware tip. Okay, what happens now the
hacks are coming through

00:19:12 --> 00:19:19
			what's gonna happen when you do this? Then Allah subhanho wa Taala says, I will love him, Allahu
Akbar.

00:19:21 --> 00:19:41
			He imagined now Allah loves you. Allah loves you, because you're doing what is you've been commanded
to do. And then you're doing all these extra stuff and now Allah loves you. And when Allah loves
you, that's when everything is gonna Subhanallah fall into place. He says, I become his hearing with
which he is

00:19:42 --> 00:19:59
			and he's seeing with which he sees and his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he
walks and why he to ask me of something, I will give it to him. And what he to seek my protection,
my refuge. I'm going to grant it to him

00:20:00 --> 00:20:00
			Look,

00:20:02 --> 00:20:07
			you don't have to do too much do that you'll do your basics.

00:20:08 --> 00:20:11
			The very basics of Pamela can entitle you to this.

00:20:12 --> 00:20:14
			If you're going through fi,

00:20:15 --> 00:20:43
			if you're going through hardships, learn about the words there are words that you can say
subhanallah that there are very few few words that can alleviate that can remove your fear. Like
what? Like husband Allah, who and the men working husband Allah, sufficient for us is Allah and he
is an excellent guardian who said these words

00:20:45 --> 00:21:07
			Prophet Ibrahim, when he was thrown in the fire, Hassan Allahu Wanyama workin and he walked out of
the fire, without any harm, and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he also said that during the
Battle of the Trench, when the people gathered, the people gathered and they started saying you
know, you should feed them and he said Hassan Allahu ml Joaquin.

00:21:10 --> 00:21:13
			If you have anxiety, for example,

00:21:14 --> 00:21:17
			if you have anxiety, you are

00:21:19 --> 00:21:34
			Yanni stressing out about something is a drought you say in the morning in the evening Allahumma
inni are also becoming unhappy when husband when agency one person will Gibney one buffalo Tala
Daniel Oliver theory Jan, these are powerful words

00:21:35 --> 00:21:37
			Kamala this particular dua

00:21:38 --> 00:21:40
			there was a companion

00:21:41 --> 00:21:52
			that was sitting in the in the in the masjid and it wasn't time for prayer and the Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he said to this companion, what are you doing here? He said, Do you
know

00:21:53 --> 00:22:04
			do you know hormone Do you want to know somatic never hormone? He said I have that so much debt and
I have lots of hum, lots of worry.

00:22:05 --> 00:22:22
			He said what about if I teach you to say these words and and your debt will go and your hum your
your worries will go? And he taught him these words and he said them and afterwards he said, Allah
allowed me to pay back my debt. And I overcame that. And all my worries were gone.

00:22:23 --> 00:22:27
			The power of words, the power of words.

00:22:28 --> 00:22:45
			So this is something to also remember. When Prophet Yunus highly his Salam was in the belly of the
whale. He was in darkness and the darkness of the night and the darkness of the ocean. What did he
say? He said, Allah subhana Chanukah in the consuming of volume in

00:22:47 --> 00:22:58
			and what happened? When he said these words Subhan Allah Ibn Taymiyyah Rahim Allah huzzah Allah He
said, He dedicated about 60 pages of commentary just about this one to

00:22:59 --> 00:23:07
			60 pages of commentary just about La ilaha illa Anta Subhanak in the consuming of volume in

00:23:09 --> 00:23:43
			remember we said earlier that it's inevitable to go through hardships and to go through stressful
moments and to probably go through anxiety to maybe from Now whilst we have the Yanni we have the
strength and we have wearing good Danny health and good spirits, maybe we should put them somewhere
on our phone on our notes and have a heading do for stress and anxiety on Wi Fi. So when the moment
comes, we can just take them out and they already there. And we know what to say

00:23:45 --> 00:24:09
			subhanallah very very important to also another very power a powerhouse of a DUA to remove anxiety.
Allahu Allah who will not be left wish to could be he che Allahu Allahu Allah be let push recopy he
che wherever you're going through anxiety and distress and sadness and depression.

00:24:10 --> 00:24:55
			So this is something to also now to another another hack to remove poverty to remove poverty. Okay,
is to alternate between hajj and umrah so you don't find yourself falling into poverty. As per the
Hadith the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he said alternate between Hajj and Umrah, sometimes
Hajj, sometimes ombre, ombre, tomra, etc. Alternate between them. He said they remove impurities.
They remove your sins just like the blacksmith bellows removes the impurities of gold and silver and
certain metals.

00:24:56 --> 00:24:59
			And it removes poverty. There's a hack right there.

00:25:00 --> 00:25:19
			Why do we delay ombre? Why are we delaying Hajj you know how many people have gone to Hajj and
they've come back and they said Subhan Allah Allah subhana wa Taala has opened for me gateways and
open for me many streams of income and what have you just because I performed Hajj, if Allah answers
that your DUA in Hajj

00:25:21 --> 00:25:45
			imagine that Allah answered your DUA. Do you know how many stories there are of people who went to
Umbra and went to Hajj because of a distressful matter? And they raised their hands and said Ya
Allah in front of the Kaaba and this during during their haram and you know, during that my wife and
Allah Subhan Allah to Allah, very shortly after, sometimes within moments,

00:25:46 --> 00:25:51
			and sometimes not too long after Allah subhana wa Taala change that situation that they're in.

00:25:53 --> 00:26:02
			So this is another had to do hydrogen Umbra as frequently as possible. Now let's talk a little bit
about health.

00:26:03 --> 00:26:35
			Very important. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in Buhari. He said now I'm attorney must
Boon on fee Hema cathedral Mina Nasir al Farah he said there are two blessings to neon, mother born
on fee him and many people as a result of not taking these two blessings seriously. They incur loss,
what are they Assa good health, taking advantage of your adventure of your good health, and your
follow up is your free time.

00:26:38 --> 00:26:41
			And so Subhanallah we need to really look after our health.

00:26:42 --> 00:26:48
			And when we look at the Hadith and when we look at the ayat, we see that Islam

00:26:49 --> 00:26:51
			has spoken about this

00:26:53 --> 00:27:06
			too, for example, and sort of the the Bacara Allah subhanho wa Taala says, Yeah, you heard NASA Kulu
me may fill up the halamka here, he says, oh, people are mankind Kulu

00:27:07 --> 00:27:53
			Kulu mymaths, fill out eight from what is on the earth, that which is Hala that which is halal, that
which is, you know, allowed to eat. And that which is feed that which is good for you. That's
nutrition. So here, we need to be mindful that when we do purchase food, and it has ingredients that
we've checked to see, are these ingredients halal? And are these ingredients good for us? And that
goes back to also educating ourselves. Because there are there are, you know, if you find if you
find probably more than a handful of ingredients, in any anything that you're about to put in your
mouth, most likely it's not good for you.

00:27:55 --> 00:27:57
			Most likely it's not good for you.

00:27:59 --> 00:28:00
			And so

00:28:01 --> 00:28:12
			we know that, you know, really, our food should be our ultimate medicine. And that medicine should
be our food to the famous quote.

00:28:13 --> 00:28:23
			And sunnah tells me the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he said, the son of Adam does not feel
any vessel worse than his stomach.

00:28:25 --> 00:28:34
			He said, it's enough for the son of Adam to eat a few mouthfuls to keep him going. But if he must,

00:28:35 --> 00:28:41
			but if he must see, we normally just know this part of the Hadith that I'm about to say.

00:28:43 --> 00:28:51
			To be forgot the Hadith the words before. Let's remind you of the words before it before we get into
the words that we already know.

00:28:52 --> 00:28:56
			He said the son of Adam does not feel any vessel worse than his stomach.

00:28:57 --> 00:29:21
			It's enough for the son of Adam to eat a few mouthfuls to keep him going. In other words, the food
that we eat is enough to keep our back straight enough to keep us going. But if you insist, then 1/3
for his food 1/3 for his drink, and 1/3 for the air.

00:29:22 --> 00:29:36
			So it less is more. And hence we know that the most superior of diets is the diet of Prophet there
would alayhi salam who would fast every second day

00:29:38 --> 00:29:44
			and that is the ultimate. So therefore, for half of the week or for half of the time he's not
eating.

00:29:45 --> 00:29:49
			And even when you come to eat to break your fast how much can you eat?

00:29:51 --> 00:29:56
			And hence we know the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam recommended the fasting of Mondays and
Thursdays.

00:29:57 --> 00:30:00
			And so that's a hack right there and even in

00:30:00 --> 00:30:13
			Modern Science, they talk about the five two diet, you can read it up five two diet when I saw that
on a five, two diet. So you have basically five days you can eat two days, you can only have

00:30:14 --> 00:30:26
			you basically fast, but you can only have one meal each of those two days. And it shouldn't be more
than about 500 calories. Does that sound like something that you and I are familiar with?

00:30:29 --> 00:30:34
			SubhanAllah. So less is more, less is more.

00:30:36 --> 00:30:53
			And ignore am Rahim Allah Who to Allah. He mentioned three principles for good health if you want
good health, remember these three things. The first one, he said, is the preservation of good
health.

00:30:54 --> 00:31:00
			In other words, ate that which is nutritional, that which is good for you that which is by you.

00:31:01 --> 00:31:08
			That's number one. Number two, removal of the harmful substances from the body.

00:31:09 --> 00:31:20
			detoxification, such as what, by way of exercise sweating, by way of hegemon, bloodletting, we'll
talk about the benefits of that.

00:31:22 --> 00:31:26
			And keeping he said number three is keep the body away from harm.

00:31:27 --> 00:31:34
			Keep away from foods that are not good for you keep away from things which are destroying your body.

00:31:36 --> 00:31:51
			That, for example, we have today, modern science teaches us to keep away from trans fatty acids, or
trans fats. So what does that mean? Deep fried food.

00:31:53 --> 00:32:03
			This affects the body on a cellular level, every cell is going to be affected by this very greasy,
oily, yummy food.

00:32:05 --> 00:32:34
			And subhanAllah even when you go into some of the oils, they're not good for you. But that's another
topic altogether. Another one that is spoken about that we have to be very mindful of is sugar. And
sugar now has become a primary suspect in cardiovascular disease, type two diabetes and obesity. And
that Subhanallah when we look at statistics from America, we see that 80% of the food in the United
States of America contain sugar.

00:32:36 --> 00:33:06
			And that Subhanallah there are actually now the way they do it. commercialism and greed is that
there are 61 different names for sugar listed on food labels, different names, so we don't we think
it's it's okay. So for example, common names like sucrose, high fructose corn syrup, barley malt
dextrose maltose rice syrup, just to mention a few

00:33:08 --> 00:33:11
			that we have to be aware of this have LM have knowledge.

00:33:13 --> 00:33:19
			So again, sugar can be sweet but too much can be do some serious damage to your body.

00:33:20 --> 00:33:22
			Sugar is inflammatory.

00:33:23 --> 00:33:27
			So again, inflammation is what we want to try and avoid from our body.

00:33:30 --> 00:33:33
			Excess sugar will weaken your immunity.

00:33:34 --> 00:33:37
			Excess sugar can feed your depression or sadness.

00:33:38 --> 00:33:51
			So there's lots of studies about this. We need to be very mindful of this. So we are in Superior
shape we are in Superior focus, and Subhanallah our a bad we can enjoy it.

00:33:52 --> 00:34:00
			So ignore it and Rahima Hula, hula Allah he says Allah in his book meaning the Quran only mentioned
two cues.

00:34:02 --> 00:34:03
			Only two cues

00:34:04 --> 00:34:06
			the Quran and honey.

00:34:08 --> 00:34:29
			The Quran when he used the word Shiva as a cure, he mentioned the Quran and he mentioned honey, the
Quran being a cure for the huts, and honey being a cure for our bodies. And subhanAllah you will you
will find some 5000 enzymes in honey.

00:34:30 --> 00:34:59
			Really good for you. But again, you have to now be careful due to commercialism. But every honey is
the same. A lot of that is been tampered with. So again, we need to do our due diligence. We need to
do our homework, even if it's called manuka honey. You know, for example, manuka honey is said to be
one of those superior honeybees, just because it carries the name manuka. It doesn't mean that all
the Nuka is equal to

00:35:00 --> 00:35:11
			It doesn't mean just because it's Yemeni honey siddur colors. That's it. It's the good stuff. We did
do our due diligence.

00:35:13 --> 00:35:29
			We took questions so that people now that are also manufacturing and making these they know oh my
god, like, I used to do a good job people aren't people are now more aware. And there's a lot more
awareness in this day and age and hamdulillah due to social media due to the internet.

00:35:30 --> 00:35:41
			To going back to the JAMA, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he recommended the hijama and in
Sunan Ibn manager, he said I did not pass by any group,

00:35:43 --> 00:35:54
			meaning group of angels on the day or on the night when I was taken on the night journey that is
thorough. But they said to me, oh, Mohamed, Salah Salem tow you're on my to do cupping.

00:35:55 --> 00:36:09
			And then we saw for example, in not too long ago, when the Olympic Games, we saw all of these
people, these swimmers, particularly with these marks on their backs, as a result of the cupping.

00:36:10 --> 00:36:23
			Because now they've even picked up on it. We've had over 1400 years ago, and today, there are so
many toxins as a result of the water that we drink and the food that we are eating and the air that
we breathe.

00:36:24 --> 00:36:43
			So now the best way to remove these toxins, especially for males, is to do regular Jonnie hijama,
maybe every three months, four months, maybe twice a year, once a year at least do hegemon. You get
used to it, and your body will actually thank you for it.

00:36:45 --> 00:36:46
			Likewise,

00:36:47 --> 00:37:02
			the black seed or the black seed, and harbor to sow that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in
Bukhari and Muslim he said in it there is healing for every disease except Assam except for death.

00:37:03 --> 00:37:14
			So have some black seed if you go to have the black seed crush it don't just have it as a seed
Crusher mix it in with some honey some good honey.

00:37:16 --> 00:38:06
			In Buhari we also learn Yanni how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam me he spoke about about
this holiday even side said we went out and the pilot had been adjure was with us and he felt sick.
And we we came to Medina he was still sick. And even Ibn ABRT visited him and said to us, you should
use this little Blackseed take five or seven of them and grind them then mix it with olive oil and
put drops in his nose on this side. And on this side. Why Aisha told me that she heard the Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam say this black seed is healing for every disease except a Sam I said
what is Sam? And he said death.

00:38:08 --> 00:38:13
			So again keeping the black seed maybe the black seed oil

00:38:15 --> 00:38:20
			likewise we know that olive oil and Subhanallah these are all mentioned in the Sunnah.

00:38:21 --> 00:38:29
			And today a lot of the the non Muslims the Western in the western world are coming out with these
products

00:38:30 --> 00:38:48
			in Sunnah 10 Mini the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. He said eight olive oil and anoint
yourself with it for it is a form. It is from a blessed tree. One of the best one of the best things
for your skin is olive oil.

00:38:50 --> 00:39:04
			People spend so much on this cream and that cream. You know having it drinking it applying it olive
oil and again make sure you're getting a good cold pressed organic insha Allah olive oil

00:39:07 --> 00:39:18
			and Subhanallah it'll pay you mentioned that all types of oil could soften the skin and delay the
whitening of the hair. Another good one another good hack for your health is vinegar.

00:39:19 --> 00:39:47
			You know there is there is you read a lot about having apple cider vinegar for example. You know
before you go to sleep, or first thing in the morning, it's actually even better before you go to
sleep you mix a little bit you know maybe a tablespoon of maybe start off with a little bit you mix
it in with some some pure water in sha Allah you have that before you go to sleep. The Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said near ml EDA Mulholland

00:39:49 --> 00:39:52
			he said what a good condiment vinegar is.

00:39:54 --> 00:40:00
			And once again, the beautiful things that it's doing to your body. Again during a day in a

00:40:00 --> 00:40:02
			Ah much toxicity.

00:40:03 --> 00:40:06
			Another very important hack

00:40:07 --> 00:40:09
			that we undermine is sleep.

00:40:11 --> 00:40:11
			Sleep.

00:40:13 --> 00:40:15
			You know people staying late up at night

00:40:17 --> 00:40:28
			and Subhan Allah the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, as we read in Bukhari and Muslim the
messenger of our fellow I'm used to dislike sleeping before Aisha.

00:40:29 --> 00:40:50
			Just in case she missed the Isha prayer. And speaking afterwards, and speaking after their Isha any
staying up to government said it is Makrooh. It's not haram, but it is Makrooh. It is disliked, to,
to stay up after a shirt except out of need.

00:40:53 --> 00:40:54
			Or if it's for a good reason.

00:40:56 --> 00:41:08
			To Pamela it turns out through now study and research and looking into sleep, that sleep deprivation
impacts your efficiency to learn.

00:41:10 --> 00:41:20
			When you're sleep deprived, you're not going to be at your full potential. You know, have you heard
of those students who study all night they do an all nighter?

00:41:21 --> 00:41:23
			You've heard of the all nighters?

00:41:24 --> 00:41:49
			Well, according to more recent studies, the brain is about 40% deficient in its ability to lay down
new memory traces when underslept to when you know want to retain something. And if you're
underslept, you're working at a 40% deficiency in the ability to retain that new knowledge.

00:41:50 --> 00:41:58
			And that sleep is also needed after learning to hit the save button on the new knowledge so you
don't forget it.

00:42:00 --> 00:42:03
			So how do we save it, we save it through sleep.

00:42:04 --> 00:42:15
			Sleep deprivation impacts your emotional stability. So if you're not if you're sleep deprived, the
following day you find yourself edgy.

00:42:17 --> 00:42:20
			You find yourself maybe having a fallout with your spouse.

00:42:22 --> 00:42:37
			So it affects your emotional stability and you become emotionally irrational. That insufficient
sleep is one of the most significant lifestyle effects that determines whether or not you will
develop Alzheimer's.

00:42:39 --> 00:42:40
			The study is there.

00:42:41 --> 00:42:46
			And then at night, there is a cleansing system. So Pamela,

00:42:47 --> 00:42:54
			that kicks into high gear in the brain. So in the body, we have the cleaning system. It's called the
lymphatic system,

00:42:55 --> 00:43:01
			the lymphatic system. So Pamela Allah has blessed us with so many systems

00:43:02 --> 00:43:16
			in the brain, they call this system that Gly for Matic system. So sleep eliminates the toxic
substance that builds up throughout the day that over time, causes Alzheimer's.

00:43:18 --> 00:43:36
			And subhanAllah, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam over 1400 years ago, he basically said,
sleep after a share. That's it. And when you sleep after a share, what are you going to increase
your chances of, you're going to increase your chances of waking up for Fudger pray.

00:43:38 --> 00:43:58
			You know, do you know do you want to know what is one of the greatest calamities, one of the
greatest calamities is that you get up every morning to go to work. But you don't get up to pray.
Fudger that's a calamity.

00:44:00 --> 00:44:12
			And he's very sad, very sad that we are happy to wake up every morning to go to work, we'll set up
the alarm. But if it's not for work,

00:44:14 --> 00:44:28
			then and if it's for budget, prayer, super pray. Subhanallah and one of the biggest factors is that
we stay up at night. And one of the things that we also deprive ourselves of is not waking up for
the Tahajjud prayer.

00:44:30 --> 00:44:59
			So we need to start to really get into the habit and discipline ourselves to go to bed earlier. So
we can wake up for tahajjud so we can wake up for Fudger and so we can stay up for Fudger during the
blessed time that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he said booty Callie Almighty PeopleCode
Yeah, he said the baraka and he made dua that the Buttercup the baraka be in the morning

00:45:00 --> 00:45:01
			Time for my own man.

00:45:02 --> 00:45:33
			And subhanAllah if you ever want to get a lot done, the best time to do that is in the morning. So
Panama. If you look at the most successful people, you will read the biographies and nine times out
of 10 you will read about how they get up early, and they stay up from a very early period. And
that's when you're going to be at your most any productive time. Let's talk about some other hacks
just some random hacks insha Allah

00:45:34 --> 00:45:36
			so another one that we learned from the Sunnah

00:45:37 --> 00:45:43
			is that when you come to drink, the Sunnah is to actually drink while sitting.

00:45:45 --> 00:45:47
			The Sunnah is to drink, while sitting,

00:45:48 --> 00:45:51
			except that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam

00:45:53 --> 00:46:03
			was was seen to drink zum zum water standing. And there are some differences of opinion about about
the regarding the

00:46:05 --> 00:46:20
			regarding sitting and not sitting. So we know that there's a hadith that says he forbade but Allah
Matt said he forbade from drinking standing means that it actually is in reference, meaning it's
mcru it's disliked.

00:46:21 --> 00:46:23
			So modern day studies have revealed this.

00:46:25 --> 00:46:42
			They said, the amount of harmful organisms in the liquid is decreased as the liquid liquid remains
in the stomach, because some harmful organisms in the liquid are eliminated by the acidic
environment of the stomach.

00:46:43 --> 00:47:23
			And of course, the stomach cannot eliminate all harmful organisms. But still drinking while sitting
is healthier than drinking while standing. So when you're drinking whilst you're sitting, your your
the water is going to not just pass through, it's going to sit there for a period of time. And they
said when you drink water standing up the water which goes in passes through the system with a
straight gush not really reaching the organs where it's supposed to do the job. And hence the
impurities which are supposed to go out get deposited in the kidneys and in the bladder.

00:47:25 --> 00:47:31
			And that drinking water while standing doesn't actually quench your thirst.

00:47:33 --> 00:47:40
			Since the water goes directly through the required nutrients and vitamins don't reach the liver and
digestive tract

00:47:42 --> 00:48:06
			and other things. So again, today, there is modern science and research that is saying drink city
and 1400 years ago the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he recommended he met he recommended the
Sunnah of sitting down to drink, and perhaps with regards to ZamZam, because zum zum is already
pure.

00:48:07 --> 00:48:10
			Okay, maybe that's why he drinks it standing.

00:48:12 --> 00:48:30
			Then now we come to another area. So we said the first area that we really need to work on is our
deen. The second area we need to focus on is our health. When it comes to our diet, when it comes to
movement and exercise when it comes to our sleep. They're the three areas of health.

00:48:31 --> 00:48:36
			Now we look at our relationships. This is another another very important area.

00:48:37 --> 00:49:18
			Relationships are very, very important. So we have so Panama in fiqa, we have a whole area called
muamalat interpersonal transactions, how to deal with one another. And today, we learned that good
relationships keep us happier and healthier. Today, modern science has revealed that the quality of
your relationships determines your physical health. It has an impact on your physical health, it has
an impact on your mental health. It has an impact on your emotional self, on your wealth, on your
resilience to get better.

00:49:20 --> 00:49:26
			This has all been mentioned. And subhanAllah how our deen how Islam has

00:49:28 --> 00:49:36
			focused on this. And so one of the things that we have to be aware of when it comes to our
relationships is our emotional health.

00:49:37 --> 00:49:39
			Our emotional intelligence

00:49:41 --> 00:49:54
			emotionally how you're an intelligent person, but are you emotionally intelligent. So today, you
know though you will hear terms like you know, financial intelligence, emotional intelligence IQ.

00:49:56 --> 00:49:58
			So what emotional intelligence is

00:50:00 --> 00:50:18
			It's about having three skills. The first skill is emotional awareness that you are aware of your
own emotions. And you're aware of the emotions of the person that's in front of you. Because for
every emotion, there's going to have to be a reaction.

00:50:21 --> 00:50:41
			So Now secondly, now that you've recognized the emotion, are you able to harness and deal with that
emotion, your own emotions, and the emotions of the people in front of you, or the person that
you're dealing with? And then the third skill is the ability to manage now those emotions and how
you're going to deal with them.

00:50:43 --> 00:50:55
			So we really need to invest in our relationships, our relationship with our parents, our
relationship with our siblings, with our relatives, with our, with our spouse, husband and wife.

00:50:57 --> 00:51:42
			Very, very important. And here we need to apply Hickman Hickman means wisdom and Allah subhanho wa
Taala says you till Hekmatyar money or shirt, women you tell Hekmati, socket ot fireman Kathira,
that He gives wisdom to whomever he wills and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly be given
much good. What's Heckman? What, what is wisdom? Wisdom is that you say the appropriate words in the
appropriate tone in the appropriate manner, at the appropriate time that's taken or to do what's
appropriate in the appropriate manner at the appropriate time.

00:51:44 --> 00:51:45
			Economic wisdom

00:51:47 --> 00:51:50
			that's something to always ask Allah subhanaw taala for

00:51:51 --> 00:51:55
			another thing that will make you happy in life is to be a contributor.

00:51:56 --> 00:52:29
			Be a contributor. Always give. If you can give from your money, give it give from your time give. If
somebody asks you for it asks you for advice or for guidance, and you know, you can assist them be
sincere and help them. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, the most beloved people to
Allah Hogben Nursey Illa Allah He and Pharaoh homeliness, the most beloved people to Allah are those
who are most beneficial to the people.

00:52:30 --> 00:52:47
			What a horrible family Illa Allah He Suru run to the Hill, who who is a Muslim in and the most
beloved de to Allah is to make a Muslim happy, or to remove one of his troubles or to forgive his
debt or to feed his hunger.

00:52:49 --> 00:52:55
			Then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, that I walk with a brother,

00:52:56 --> 00:53:05
			regarding a need someone who has a need, I walk with him and I help him regarding his need, is more
beloved to me.

00:53:06 --> 00:53:45
			Than I do arity calf. Then I seclude myself in this moss, meaning mystery to nibble away for a
month. It's more beloved to me sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is saying it's more beloved to him, that
he helps him a brother in need for that moment, then B to then to be staying in mid calf in Masjid
another way for a whole month. Can you imagine what you're going to get up to in terms of worship in
a whole month in meshed In number we whereby each prayer is worth 1000 prayers.

00:53:48 --> 00:54:02
			That's how important it is to contribute today, psychologist, they talk about human needs. And then
actually talk about a need that we have as human beings, beings called the need for contribution

00:54:03 --> 00:54:16
			that when we contribute will actually feel better. And it's so true. How many times do you help
somebody in need and you you actually feel better. So that person that you're helping is actually
doing you a favor.

00:54:18 --> 00:54:23
			And you thought you were doing them a favor? Well, it works as a win win in sha Allah Who time

00:54:25 --> 00:54:35
			and so let's also focus on our relationships with the people around us. When it comes to our wealth,
this is another area that we also need to work on.

00:54:36 --> 00:54:48
			Because with that wealth we can support those who are poor, those who are needy, those who are
impoverished. We can go to camera we can go to Hajj, we can build messages.

00:54:49 --> 00:54:59
			And we know in solitary Juma Allah subhanho wa Taala says, for either could be at your Salah to find
Tashiro fill up what to whom in fugly LA with

00:55:00 --> 00:55:02
			Allah cathedra Allah Allah come to fear on

00:55:03 --> 00:55:22
			and when the prayer has been concluded disperse within the land and seek from the bounty of Allah Go
and work. Seek Allah subhanahu tireless bounty and remember Allah and one of the best things that
you can do for yourself in this life is remembrance of Allah is the crew Allah.

00:55:24 --> 00:55:26
			It Naka him Rahim Allah Who to Allah.

00:55:27 --> 00:55:28
			He said

00:55:29 --> 00:55:30
			that

00:55:32 --> 00:55:38
			in each area of worship in each area of worship says solid Sadako hedge

00:55:39 --> 00:55:43
			the best of the best in each area are those

00:55:44 --> 00:55:52
			who have excelled in that area. And those on top of that excelling in that area. They remember Allah
the most.

00:55:55 --> 00:56:10
			So yes, you may be giving lots of sadaqa and so to is this person and that person but the best of
those ones are the ones who add remembrance of Allah bots have to be Hunter Leland Tagbilaran to
meet.

00:56:12 --> 00:56:19
			So Subhan Allah another hack. Another very powerful hack is before you go to bed

00:56:20 --> 00:56:55
			is to Say Subhan Allah 33 times and then Hamdulillah 33 times and Allahu Akbar 34 times in the
Hadith that is found in Sahih Muslim. It is reported on the authority of valley that far tema de la
Juan Houma had hardened layers of skin on her fingers because of working on the hand mill. And they
had fallen to the lot of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam some prisoners of war. She wanted
some prisoners of war to help her.

00:56:57 --> 00:57:06
			So then the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam, he heard about this and he came to her and he sat
between her and Ali, about the Allahu wa Allahu Anhu.

00:57:08 --> 00:57:16
			And he said to them both, should I not teach you something that is better than having people working
for you?

00:57:17 --> 00:57:27
			Better than this, say subhanallah 33 times before you go to bed. say Alhamdulillah 33 times say
Allahu Akbar 34 times

00:57:28 --> 00:57:37
			and SubhanAllah 14 Marathi, Allah Juana will Allah has she reports later, after saying this, that
she had no need for any helpers?

00:57:39 --> 00:57:40
			If you're doing a tough

00:57:41 --> 00:58:01
			and you feel like you need some ease, and you can do with some Baraka kicking in your life, this is
another very quick hack, where you go to sleep 3333 34 Done. Of course, you do a little kursi and
you do your, your three calls and you spit and all of those things that we learn from the Sunnah.

00:58:03 --> 00:58:06
			So these are some things that I want you to focus on.

00:58:07 --> 00:58:14
			And another very important one is always be in a state of gratitude. Say 100.

00:58:16 --> 00:58:27
			say Alhamdulillah and you mean it. say Alhamdulillah for every blessing that Allah has blessed you
with never undermine any blessing that you are enjoying.

00:58:28 --> 00:58:31
			Allah subhanaw taala sizzler in Shaka Tula as he then

00:58:33 --> 00:58:38
			when you show your gratitude your sugar that Allah is going to give you increase is going to give
you more, that's a hack right there.

00:58:39 --> 00:58:55
			The hack is that you say you show you a shocker. And Allah will give you more. What is the best way
to show your sugar the scholars they said the best way to show your gratitude and your sugar to
Allah is through Tauheed number one.

00:58:57 --> 00:59:15
			Through acknowledging that there is no deity no god that is worthy of worship except Allah subhanaw
taala and the and the worst way to show your gratitude or to to show in gratitude is through shift
and associating partners with Allah subhanaw taala.

00:59:17 --> 00:59:25
			And then after Tawheed comes the obligatory duties and after the obligatory duties comes as
supererogatory duties the Swinnen

00:59:26 --> 00:59:27
			a sunnah x

00:59:29 --> 00:59:34
			and so Subhanallah the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he said Whoever

00:59:36 --> 00:59:59
			among you wakes up secure in his property. If you wake up and you have a you feel secure, there's
peace, and you are healthy in your body, and you have food for that day. It is as if you were given
the entire world. Allahu Akbar. Gratitude hamdulillah that's why when the first thing we

01:00:00 --> 01:00:03
			Say when we wake up is Al Hamdulillah. He led the

01:00:05 --> 01:00:07
			Mad tena, where la Hindu should

01:00:09 --> 01:00:38
			be grateful. Your hard job my dear brother, or my dear sister is the dream of every unemployed. Your
annoying child is the dream of many parents who are unable to have children. Your small house is the
dream of many people living on the streets. A little money that you have is the dream of every
person who is drowning in debt.

01:00:39 --> 01:00:47
			And your smile that you can have is the dream of every person who is depressed, say 100 in that.

01:00:49 --> 01:00:55
			And so also be mindful of who you are hanging out with. That's another hack.

01:00:57 --> 01:01:05
			Because influence is very powerful. And you want to make sure that you're not getting influenced in
a bad way.

01:01:07 --> 01:01:25
			So the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said and Morocco Allah Dini Fellini, that a person is on
the way or the past the path of his close friend, Phil young lord, I have to commend you, Harlan,
let each of you look out as to whom he befriends.

01:01:27 --> 01:01:30
			But be careful who you're associating with a

01:01:31 --> 01:01:37
			very, very important stay discipline my dear brothers and mighty sisters in a slept.

01:01:38 --> 01:01:40
			They disciplined.

01:01:41 --> 01:01:48
			It's not always going to be easy, and nobody ever said it's going to be easy, but it's going to be
worth it.

01:01:49 --> 01:02:10
			And so the pain of discipline, it weighs grams, in comparison to the pain of regret, for not being
disciplined towards that which is good for you, which inevitably will weigh tons. And always be
optimistic. That's another hack. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam

01:02:11 --> 01:02:19
			has been at best reported that the Allahu Anhu the messenger of allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
was optimistic.

01:02:20 --> 01:02:25
			used to love optimism. Be optimistic.

01:02:26 --> 01:02:36
			self doubt is one of the biggest barriers to productivity when you doubt yourself. Always doubting
yourself and not believing you're good enough.

01:02:37 --> 01:02:40
			hamdulillah if that's you get help.

01:02:41 --> 01:02:43
			Very, very important. And

01:02:44 --> 01:03:20
			be consistent. Whatever you do, whether it's with your health, your exercise your diet, you're a
badass be consistent. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, a humble family Illa Allah He at
one will have in common. The most beloved of deeds to Allah are those deeds which are consistent,
even though they may be small in number. Consistency is key. Consistency is the mother of skill. If
you want to perfect any skill, you just got to be consistent.

01:03:22 --> 01:03:24
			Consistency is the mother of mastery.

01:03:26 --> 01:03:33
			You want to master something be consistent and be patient and have supper and that's another hack.

01:03:34 --> 01:03:37
			And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he said

01:03:38 --> 01:03:41
			whoever would be patient, Allah will make him patient meaning.

01:03:43 --> 01:04:00
			The best way to gain patient and to increase your levels of patience is through patience. And the
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said there is no gift that is better and more comprehensive than
some of them patients.

01:04:01 --> 01:04:58
			So we ask Allah subhana wa Taala to bless us with knowledge that is beneficial. We ask Allah subhana
wa ala to guide us to all that will benefit our dunya and our FL We ask Allah Subhana Allah to Allah
to never make the dunya our biggest concern and to make our accurate our biggest concern, because
when the akhirah is our biggest concern in sha Allah, we will be winners in dunya and akhira. But if
the alpha is not our biggest concern, then we could lose the dunya and the F hero. We ask Allah
subhanaw taala to bless our health and to cure every person who is ill, and to guide them to the
best of the best nutrition and medicine that will heal without causing more damage.

01:05:00 --> 01:05:13
			We ask Allah Subhana Allah to Allah to bless our relationships with our parents, with our spouses,
with our children, with our relatives, with our neighbors, with our colleagues.

01:05:14 --> 01:05:24
			And we ask Allah subhanahu wata Allah to bless us with income that is halal, that is derived from a
halal source,

01:05:25 --> 01:05:51
			not income that will be used against us on the Day of Judgment. We ask Allah Subhana Allah to bless
us to be disciplined individuals to be balanced individuals, to have patience and to be optimistic
individuals, me in Europe Alameen wa sallahu wa Salam wa barik ala Nabina Muhammad Al hamdu Lillahi
