Ali Hammuda – The Jihad of the Eyes

			Each of our eyes weighs less than 30 grams. But they are dedicated to a function that around half of
our brain is dedicated to. And they see that our eyes contain 200 million working parts and can
process 36,000 pieces of information every hour.
		

			Our eyes in fact are responsible for around 80% of the information we grasp from the environment
around us.
		

			Bismillah Alhamdulillah wa Salatu was Salam ala Rasulillah. While early he was a happy woman who
Allah, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is reported to have said that Allah said, If I
deprive my slave of his two beloved things, meaning his eyes and he remains patient, then I will

you out of your mother's womb knowing nothing at all. And he gave you hearing sight and hearts so
that perhaps you would show thanks. Now showing thanks could never repay the gift of vision. Imagine
		

			them intently committing our eyes to precisely what the giver asked that they be protected from.
Allah says, say to the believers, that they should lower their eyes and guard their private parts
that is pure for them. Allah is aware of what they do.
		

			Our eyes are an immediate entry point into our hearts hugely influencing our thoughts, emotions and
inner well being shameful Islam. Even the Tamia is reported to have said, vision is one of the ways
in which the heart is corrupted. And our predecessors our cell refused to say vision is an arrow of
poison straight into the heart. The glands the Haram glands only needs to be trivialized for the
person to move on to the next step of haram. Until once big one begins to ponder, to wish and then
to aim. His mind becomes crowded, whilst his hearts become stretched and drunk with a desire that he
seeks. And the effect of getting into the habit of gazing at every lust is as a liberal idea
		

			outlines it splits the hearts apart and it takes it away from Allah. Nothing is worse for this than
this for a slave because it alienates the slave from Allah subhanho wa Taala a lack of organized
thinking, aimlessness a constant and irritating sense of guilt and regret. If you don't pay him he

different type of light finds its way into the heart. And it is no coincidence according to him,
that the verse of lowering the gaze occurs in which Surah In Surah, and nor the chapter of light,
because in return for lowering the gaze, a movement is given a luminous heart, a basura Allah's
light put into the heart of the believer, with which he sees the truth from falsehood, or a type of
intuition, with which he or she sees the deeper reality of matters, he becomes or she becomes less
		

			naive, less susceptible to falling into mistakes, and more aware of trials deception and
opportunities before they become clear to others. Just four verses after the instruction to lower
the gaze, we read Allah Who similarity will Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The
metaphor of his light, meaning in the heart of the believer is that of a lantern in which is a lamp.
The lamp is inside the glass, the glass like a brilliant star lit from a blessing tree, nor an
island or a light upon a light. May Allah subhana wa Taala allow us to get into the habit of
lowering our gaze for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala may allow us to show thanks for this
		

			enormous blessing that he has given us by utilizing it for what pleases Allah and protecting it from
what displeases ALLAH SubhanA wa Taala
