AI: Summary ©
The speakers discuss the importance of avoiding negative influence from media and the "right of marriage" concept in Islam. They stress the need for everyone to be sincere and turned around, as it is a way to earn money and protect one's property. The ability to see the beauty of oil is also highlighted, as it is the unique ability of the believer to keep it safe and burn it.

evil men or for evil women and even women are for evil men. Good word describe good people and good people are described by good words.
Those good people are innocent of all sorts of other standards say say they will have forgiveness and a generous provision for this long passage that the author hammer Tada has just mentioned here is the passage from Surah to know which essentially is the story of the splendor of Armada or Aisha Radi Allahu unhand author will not go into that story in some detail. You said that the Surah Surah to Nora is a Surah that speaks about the light of the Muslim
The light that Allah azza wa jal gives in the heart of every Muslim the light of Eman and that one of the greatest ways of attaining preserving that light is through modesty and chastity. So ALLAH SubhanA data from the beginning of the surah has spoken about different issues of modesty and chastity and those things with which negate them and oppose them. And from those things is slander. And Allah azza wa jal told us that if you stand as someone falsely, then the punishment is at lashes. And then Allah azza wa jal mentions the standard as we mentioned yesterday between spouses and they have a separate ruling which we call and Leon. Now Allah azza wa jal will show to us the
harms of slander, and the way that when slander is made within a community, how it affects people, and how it destroys reputations and destroys people, honor destroys people anon can split apart families and so on and so forth. And this is something which we have here in an example from the time of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in the story of Arusha or the Allahu anha. In the previous verses Allah mentioned the seriousness of false accusations of adultery in general terms. It is as if that was an introduction to the story, which happened to the noblest of women, the Mother of the Believers, Aisha Radi Allahu Allah, may Allah be pleased with her. These verses will
revolt concerning the well known story of the slender Elif which is proven in the books. So here, the Solons and the mustards books of Hadith and this has mentioned all of the books of Hadith many of the books of Hadith in Bukhari Muslim and so on this hadith is mentioned and it's a long narration. There are some of the Allahu anha narrates herself. And it's a nice narration to read. If you go back to those books of Hadith with all of its detail, you see, it is a emotional story that takes place. In brief the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam went out on one of his military campaigns and took his wife Ayesha Siddiqa bint Abu Bakr, Siddiq, Padilla and Houma. May Allah be
pleased with both of them.
When with him, he took on one of his military expedition expeditions. And that was the Battle of many historic one of the battles of the prophecies that had around the 50 of the Hijra fourth 50 of the Hydra, called the Battle of Britain was stuck. They went out to fight and the prophets are often on his journeys will draw lots between his wives and he will take one of them on this occasion Irish about the Allahu Allah went with him. This is taking place now on the return journey. They finish from the battle. They're returning to Medina, or necklace book. So she stayed behind to look for it. And they moved on with her with her camera and holder, not realizing that she was not there. The
Army moved on and she came back to the place where they hadn't they had been camping. She knew that once they realized that she was missing, and it will come back for her. But they're continuing on on on their way. So the army on its return journey, it stops for a break, as the stopping for a break in that time the women will be carried in, in what is called a holder which is which is how that which is like a canopy, second enclosed casket that men would carry on their shoulders. And so that's how the women would travel. Actually Allah who are unhappy because they've stopped she goes to tend to her needs. She goes far away from the people. And as she goes there, she loses her
necklace. So when she was looking for her necklace, that people continue on the army, they pick up the courage, they don't realize that she's not in and in the Hadith in Bukhari, she says, because I was young in age and light, so they wouldn't have really noticed the difference because I didn't weigh much. So they didn't really pay any attention. They assumed she was inside. They picked her up and they carried on walking. She's looking for her necklace. By the time she finds it, she returns the army as left. So all she does is waited, she sits down and she waits, because she knows that sooner or later someone's going to miss her. And they're going to come back for her or someone will
find
the other army moved on and she came back to the place where they had been camping. She knew that once they realized that she was missing they would come back for but they continue on their way. In the meantime, stuff. One Even l motto as well me are the Allahu anhu, who was one of the best of us have had lag behind the army and had stopped at the end of the of the night to sleep. And this is the companions of audible Omar Abdullah has mentioned another Hadith that he was a heavy sleeper. And so he was always at the back of the army. You had a medical condition, find it very difficult to sleep if he slept, find it very difficult to wake up. And so he was essentially coming at the back
of the army. So if someone's missed something, someone's dropped, something would pick her up and he would move. He comes now after the army has left and he finds a woman in this desert. He now came along and saw and he saw it said Leila and her and rocket recognize her so he made his camo kneel down and she melted it without him speaking to her or her speaking to him and that's why she says the Allahu Akbar the Hadith in Sahih Bukhari she says that he made his kitten Come on, kneel down and I got him by Allah. He never said anything to me. Nor did I say anything to him other than he said in Allah when Roger and that was just to get it
Attention that is coming in so a woman, she said in the live in the lead Rogers so that she understood, okay, there's a man coming. That's all she said. He never said another word to me, nor did I speak to him. He put his camel down so I could get on top. And then he took his reins and he took me back towards Medina. Then he came leading the camel, after the army had halted at noontime, when some of the hypocrites who are accompanying the prophets Allah Salam on that journey sauce upon arriving with her in that state, they began to spread rumors, and the rumors spread far and wide, and people's tongues waged until even some wagged until even some believers were deceived and began
to narrate what they had heard. And the revelation stopped coming to the messengers, Allah it was hidden for a long time for the hypocrisy or opportunity. And they start to attack the honor of these two people. I showed the Allah one of the companions of one, they start to attack the honor. They slander her, they slander her chastity and her modesty. And the this begins to spread. One person started the second the third of what the author says, because it's mentioned in some of the reasons that even from amongst the companions, and people started spreading it. So the morality in the hypocrites is known. They're trying to undermine Islam, they don't like the Muslims, they hate the
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam they have their agenda, but when it spreads, and this is why Allah azza wa jal called a major sin, because when it spreads, then even the people who are hypocrites or just general Muslims, they hear this and because so many people are saying it, they think it must be true just the way today in our time, social media is something spreads. So many people hear it, they think it must be the truth, and they may be alive may be a fabrication. But that's just the way rumors work from amongst those companions. Some of them are mentioned in the books of Hadith, such as Hasani blue Sabbath, but the Allah one famous companion, the poet of the
prophets of Allah, where it was sent him, amongst them others who from amongst the Muslims, they heard and the regurgitated they heard something mean said so they said it must be true. And they also said the same thing and from the movie, Mr. Who was the cousin of Abu Bakr, Radi Allahu on news of what was happening with Russia sometime after that and she was very upset by it. Then Allah subhana wa Tada sent on Revelation comparing her innocence in these verses, in which He admonished the believers highlighted how serious the matter was, and gave some important instructions. And this is a very short summary by the author Rahimullah to add up but the story is much longer as some of
the Allahu anha finds out and Revelation ceases for a number of days over a month, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam received revelation about this, and all of Medina speaking about this, and the Prophet is suddenly seeking advice from his companions. What should I do? What should I do watch, and they don't, everyone's giving their advice. And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is waiting until eventually, Allah subhanaw taala reveals these verses in surah. To note this passage in Surah, to no declaring her innocence, barely those who propagated the slander that as the abhorrent life, which was an accusation against the Mother of the Believers, were a group among you,
that is, they were a group who belong to you are believers, some of whom were sincere believers, but they were deceived by the rumors of the hypocrites, and some of them were themselves hypocrites. And that is where Allah tells us in the Quran, that if someone brings to you a message, or a news or something, and they're a facet, you don't know they're not known for their piety and for their goodness, then what should you do? You should double check, verify, don't just take news that comes from an unknown source and spread it amongst people, especially and then it's worse, if you know that that person is a hypocrite, or that person isn't really someone who has a love for the stem, do
not think that it was bad for you rather, it is good for you, because of the outcome of the matter, namely, the declaration of the innocent innocence and chastity of the Mother of the Believers. And the mention of her in the highest terms that prays went even further to include all of the words of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and because of this incident led to have the revelation of some verses that people needed, which will remain applicable until the day of resurrection and that is the Mercy of Allah azza wa jal that even in those calamities and difficulties Allah subhanaw taala makes a message of good for the people of Eman and so the mother of Irish about the Allahu
Allah is on in the Hadith in Bukhari, she says, I never imagined, I knew that Allah would declare my innocence, but I never imagined that Allah would reveal verses about me that will be recited on human piano. And so Allah azza wa jal revealed 1012 versus all of them concerning Irish about the hola Juana she just thought that the proposition will see your dream, or Julian will come and he would say your wife is innocent. She never imagined that Allah would reveal a whole passage concerning her.
All of this was great goodness that we're not for this rumors spread by those who initiated the slander would not have been achieved commercials also. Then another important point that people that today still attack the honor are a shot of the Allahu anha they're essentially doing what they're rejecting the Quran. The Quran says she's innocent and people still today say that, no, she wasn't innocent and that she did these acts and so on. Those people are rejecting what Allah azza wa jal is saying in the Quran. Allah wills something, he creates a cause for it. Therefore these words are just in general terms to other believers, as Allah told them that in
For impregnating Pune impugning one another is like impugning their own, their own selves. Hence the verse implies that the believers in their mutual love, compassion, mercy and unity are like a single body. The believers as a whole are like a structure, parts of which support one, support other parts, just as any individual would hate his honor to be in impugned he should hate for anyone to impugn the honor of his fellow believer, who is like himself, unless a person reaches this level, he is lacking in faith and insincerity towards his brother. And that is the the first lesson that we take that from the lessons of the believer is that they love for the Federal believer what they love
for themselves. And just as you would like someone to make an excuse for you, if they saw something, and they weren't sure about what you were doing, that you'd want them to ask you make sure verify and good view, then you should think of others as well. And that is why some of the stuff used to say that if we know someone is upon good, and we saw them going into a place where only alcohol is served, we will think good of them. Maybe they went in for some need, maybe they went in for, you know to advise them as we think could have them until we could verify also otherwise. And that is the way that the believer should be. Each man among them bears responsibility for his share in the
sin. This is a warning to those who produced the slander, that they will be punished for what they said of such things. And in fact, the Prophet sallallahu Sallam carried out the head the head punishment on some of them and asked for the one among them who played a major role, namely the evil hypocrite Abdullah, have innovated in saloon. May Allah question for him, there will be a grievous punishment, namely, eternity and the lowest level of *. And Abdullah bluebay, as we know, is the leader of the hypocrites, he was the one who started the rumor. And then the people around him, his friends from the hypocrites spread it, and then it spread amongst the other people as well. And
that's because remember the unser amongst them, these people, some of them are relatives. Some of them are friends, some of them are neighbors. And so that's how it spreads. People that you think you can trust, or that you've known that wouldn't lie, but they're lying, and they're not speaking or they didn't verify. Maybe they're not liars, but they didn't verify you trust them. You think they verified then verify. And so you're taking it on good faith. But actually, the reality of the issue is that it's wrong. Then Allah advises his slaves as to what they should do if they hear such talk. Why when you heard it did the believing men and women not think the best of one another, that
is the believers should think well of one another, which means assuming that they are innocent of what they are accused of, because what they, what they have of certain faith should ward off any false accusations made against them. And say, because of the positive, because of that positive thinking of one another. This is obviously a lie. There is a fabrication, one of the most abhorrent and most obvious
Mendeecees of things. This is the way of thinking that is required when the believer hears such things about his fellow believer, he should state his innocence verbally until the one who says that you are lying. Why did why did they not bring four witnesses to prove it, that is why they those who made this accusation now bring forward witnesses of good character to testify, to testify to it, that they did not bring the witnesses, they are the liars before law.
Even if they are certain of that, according to the rules, the rulings of Allah, they are liars, because Allah has forbidden them to speak of that unless they can produce for witnesses. And that is an important point that we mentioned yesterday, that unless those four witnesses have witnessed the act, they're not allowed to come and testify. And Allah Azza den says that even if you alone saw it, but you don't have three other people that can corroborate, don't speak about it, because you would be considered a liar in the laws of the Sharia. You're not lying, you're speaking the truth. You saw what you saw, but you don't have three other people in the laws of the Sharia. It's not allowed
permissible for you to come and make that public, because you need four witnesses. And as we mentioned yesterday, in the time we were murdered the Allah one, if there's one less than that for three or two or one, then they will be flogged for slandering. And Allah says, as they did not bring the witnesses, they are the liars before Allah. All of this serves to emphasize the sanctity of the Muslims honor, as it is not permissible to make an accusation against him without having the required number of witnesses to confirm it. Were not for the grace and mercy of Allah towards you in this world and the Hereafter, as his kindness encompasses you in both realms, in both your religious
and worldly affairs, a grievous Penalty would have overtaken them because of the talk you indulged in with regard to the slander because you deserve that as a result of what you said, but By Allah's grace and mercy towards you, he prescribed repentance for you, and made the punishment a means of purification. When you're propagating it with your tongues that is spreading it and passing it to one another, whispering the gossip when it was full story, and saying with your mouth, that of which you had no knowledge, there are two forbidden matters here speaking on the basis of falsehood and speaking without knowledge, you regarded you're talking about it as a trivial matter. Therefore,
some of the belly of the beaver did that, who they repented and purified themselves, whereas with Allah it was a grievous offense. This is an emphatic rebuke against indulging in some sense because one thinks that they are trivial
But while person thinks we're not availing anything, and we're not reduced the punishment for that sin, rather it makes him get carried away in sin and makes it easy for him to do again. So two points. Number one is that it's easy to say those words, words of slander, attacking someone's honor very easy to roll off the tongue. And that is well that says that you thought that it's something simple, trivial, but in the sight of Allah, it's a grievous affair. Seeing someone calling them names slandering them struggling the honor having that consenting the chastity, something major in the sight of Allah azza wa jal, but to say those words, to spread those words to spread those rumors
easy for people to do. That's the first point. The second point is that Allah azza wa jal tells us here, that from amongst the believers, the Companions who were part of that slander, they spread some of those rumors, they repented to Allah azza wa jal, and they turn back to Allah subhanaw taala. So Allah azza wa jal forgave them. And that is why from the character of Irish about the Allahu anha, that when Hassan about the Allah who I used to be mentioned to her later on many years after the death of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, if someone spoke evil about her son, because he was one of the people that spread that rumor, she will say, don't say anything about him.
Don't say anything about him, because the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to please him, because he used to defend the Prophet Solomon his poetry. And so it shows that a believer sometimes can make a mistake, but that believer owns up to that mistake, they repent to Allah azza wa jal, and they seek forgiveness by when you heard it. That is why Oh, believe is when you heard what the people have of the slander said, did you not say denouncing it and regarding it as a serious matter, is not right for us to speak of this. There is we should not speak of this. And it is not appropriate for us to speak of this obvious lie, because the believers faith prevents him from
committing abhorrent deeds. This is a monstrous slander, that is a monstrous that is a monstrous lie. So what do you do? Stay quiet? If you don't know. You don't know Allah Azza didn't obligate upon you to take a position to talk to take a stance. So you know, I think so Allah knows best. I don't know. I think good are my brothers and sisters. I don't know. I don't want to get involved. And that is why the Arabs have a proverb, man, samatha Naja, whoever stays quiet will be successful. Because you haven't entered into this situation, you just remain staying out of it. Allah admonishes you never to repeat such conduct that is accusing the believers of immorality, Allah, admonishes you
and advise you not to repeat that. And what a beautiful admonition and advice from our Lord. Therefore we should accept it and submit to it and give thanks to Him for what He has explained to us. How excellent is that exhortation. Allah gives you if you are truly believers, this indicates that sincere faith prevent a person from committing committing prohibited actions. And Allah explains the revelations to you that contain the explanation of rulings admonition, rebukes encouragement and warnings. He explains them to you clearly, for Allah is unknown. That is his knowledge is perfect, and his wisdom is all encompassing. And by his knowledge and wisdom, he has
taught you what he taught you.
And that is in your best interest at all times. Rarely, those who like to see in decency, there's abhorrent and grievous things spread among the believers will have painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter, that as a punishment that will hurt them emotionally and physically, because of their insincerity towards their brother, their Muslim brothers, and their loving bad for them, and their audacity in impute in punishing their own
unique impugning their own, if this warning is for merely liking indecency to be spread and finding it exciting, then how about that which is worse than that, of which of showing that and transmitting it is the same whether the immoral act is actually committed or not. Allah azza wa jal says that it was not from the way of the believers that they should like these types of words, these types of this type of news to be spread amongst the community. And that is from the modesty that Allah azza wa jal places upon the Muslims. That is not something that you spread these types of rumors, those types of things, it's not a nice thing to be spread amongst anyone about anyone. And when it becomes
normal in the community, then that opens up the door for much evil, the author says, that's just about speaking about it, just listening to it, let alone now what we have in our time when you have photos and your videos and you have other things that people can split consent and share, that's far worse and fourth grade, even the word and even the statement is something which Allah azza wa jal says, is not befitting for the believers. All of this is by the mercy of Allah towards his believing slaves, and in order to protect the honor as he protected their lives and worth Allah enjoying them to have an sincere relationship with one another, and instructed them that one of them should love
for his brother where he loved for himself and hate for his brother or hate for himself.
Allah knows and you do not know. Therefore he has taught you and explain to you that of which you are not aware. We're not for the grace and mercy of Allah towards you, that the income encompass you on all sides, and that he is most compassionate, Most Merciful. He would not have explained these rulings to you and would not have exerted you and he would not have given respect to those who go against his come
And, but by His grace and mercy which are his constant attributes, this matter resulted in some goodness for you in this world and in the Hereafter, there is more than you can count or numeric, having forbidden dissent in particular other than for forbid forbid sins, in general terms, as he says, Are you believe, do not follow the footsteps of the shaytaan. That is his ways in whispers the footsteps of the shaytaan include all the sins having to do with the heart beliefs and intentions, tongue words, and body, body physical actions. By His wisdom Allah subhanaw taala has explained the ruling which is the prohibition prohibition on following the footsteps of the Satan and the wisdom
behind the ruling by highlighting the evil of the prohibited deed, which dictates that one should stay away from it. Whoever follows the footsteps of the shaytaan he named it the shaytaan only enjoys indecency, that is major sins that are regarded by common sense and religious teachings as indecent even though there may be some inclination towards them. And wickedness. This refers to something that is denounced on the basis of reason, and no one would approve of it. The sins that are described as being the footsteps of the shaytaan do not go beyond that. Allah has forbidden them to slaves as a favor for him from him, so they should give thanks to Him and remember him because
this is protection for them and for them against being contaminated with abhorrent and evil deeds. By His kindness towards them, he has forbidden these sins to them, and he has forbidding them to consume lethal poison and the like. After administering the story of the son of ours Shabbat the Allah Allah Allah gives this instruction are you who believe, don't follow the footsteps of shea Park, which shows in the shade Bong likes for this type of stuff to happen. Let's for people to spread these types of words and these statements about other people makes for this type, this type of thing to become common and normal within a community. And so that's something which the Muslim
has to be very mindful of in terms of protecting the honor and the modesty on the chastity and also preserving the honor of others were not for the grace and mercy of Allah toward you, not one of you would have ever been purified. That is, they would never have been purified from following the footsteps of the Shetland because the shaytaan and is to strive hard to call people to sins and make them appear fair seeming, and the left is inclined towards evil and prompts want to do it. Men by nature is prone to shortcomings in all aspects. And faith is not strong. So if men were to be left without help under the influence of these factors, no one would be purified but by cleansing himself
of sins and bad deeds, and by starting to do good deeds. Purification requires cleansing oneself and doing good deeds. But Allah's grace and mercy dictate that some of you should be cleansed and purified. One of the applications of the Prophet sallallahu sallam was, Oh Allah, grandma. So piety and purity, for you are the best to purify your garden and it's Lord Muslim, famous to other you often hear in the winter prayer Allahumma TFC Taqwa was Akia and Romans aka Antonio homeowner, and Allah says, but Allah purifies whomever he was, who he knows is fit for that. Hence, he says, and Allah is a hearing, or hearing on lead, not those among you who our people are virtually in wealth,
swear to cease giving aid to their kinfolk, the needy and those who have migrated in the last cause. rather let them part in and overlook. One of those who were involved in spreading the slander was Mr. Even further, who was a relative of Abu Bakr Siddiq, Mr. Who was a poor man, one of those who migrated in the last costs of a worker swore that you will no longer spend on him, because of what he what he has said. But then this verse was revealed, for bidding them to swear that they would no longer spend on them and urging him to pardon and overlook promising the forgiveness of Allah if he forgave his relative. Allah subhanaw taala mentions here an instruction that from amongst those
people who are people who are poor that will involve people that will relative to some of the major parties involved, namely Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Orion, and Aisha Radi Allahu anha Abu Bakr, Radi Allahu, and said about this man, Mr. Who was his cousin poor from the early Muslims, and he would spend on him that I'm not going to spend on you again. And Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Allah isn't doing anything wrong. In terms of your sadaqa it's free for you to give to whoever you will, no one can force you to give sadaqa to a certain person, it's not
up to you. You want to give it to someone give it to them, you don't want to give it to them, don't give it to them. Abu Bakr doesn't do any harm to this man. He simply says, I'm not going to spend on him any more normal Sadako for him, because of what he said about my daughter. And Allah azza wa jal says that it's not befitting for the people of virtue, that this is the way that they should behave. But rather they should hope for Allah's forgiveness that by forgiving them, these people, Allah will forgive them in return. And this also shows an important point here, because this companion Mr. Ravi Allahu is a famous companion from the early Muslims from the early modern Julene. And also from the
companion so forth on the battle of Babel. He has now committed a major sin, because he's involved in this slander, but from the beauty of Allah azza wa jal religion is that Allah subhanaw taala is just unfair, and He preserves for people there good. So because of the station, as being from the early Muslims because of the station for being from the people of Bethel, and Allah azza wa jal praised those people who fought on the battle of button and ALLAH forgive them
other sins, Allah subhanaw taala synced Abu Bakr radi Allah one, you should forgive him because Allah subhanaw taala has forgiven him and to forgive him is better for you because Allah will forgive you in return. You will not like for Allah to forgive you for Allah as US forgiving, most merciful, if you are forgiving towards his slaves by pardoning and overlooking and Allah will treat you likewise. Likewise, when Abu Bakr heard this force, he said, I heard this verse, he said, neighbor, Allah, I like that Allah should forgive me, and he resumed spending on Mr. This verse indicates that is prescribed to spend on relatives, and one should not stop doing so or stop showing
kindness towards them because of a sin that a person may commit is encouraged to put in an overlook. No matter what sins a person may commit, then comes a stern warning against making accusations against chaste women. Rarely those who make accusations against churches women, that is women who refrain from more acts, who are innocent at heart, and such things never crossed their minds and believers are cursed in this world and the hereafter. The curse can only be because of a major because of a major sin is highlighted, highlighted that the curse is ongoing and will impact them in both realms, and there's will be grievous punishment. This is an indicator, this is an addition to
the curse, Allah will cast them far away from his mercy and will send against them his mighty vengeance. And this verse is a repetition verse number 23, is a repetition of verses four and five. The difference between the two are some of the companions mentioned is that in verse four and five, Allah azza wa jal said that if you make those accusations, and then you repent, Allah will forgive you. But in this verse, Allah Azza, doesn't mention repentance. He simply says that those who do this, they will have a grievous punishment. Some of the alternative see one of the position that the difference between these two places in Surah Noor is that the first occasion verses four and five is
for all of the Muslims. So general Versa, any Muslim, that if you stand by them, but then you make Toba, Allah will forgive you. But this verse specifically, is about the wives of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam because it's mentioned in the context, that when you slander them, it is more of a punishment, it is more worse than the sin, more grievous sin, because now you're not just attacking the honor of any woman, you're taking the honor of who the wives of the Prophet Solomon, who are the wives, that the Mothers of the Believers, it's like you're attacking the honor of your own mother, and that is far worse than attacking the honor of any other person. And that is why some
of the scholars said that Allah azza wa jal doesn't mention the issue of Toba because it is far grieve of a sin than the previous occasion. And Allah knows best that punishment will come on the Day of Resurrection. On the Day when they're their own kings hands and feet will testify against them regarding what they used to do, each of their physical faculties will testify against them regarding what they did, they will be caused to speak by the one who will cause everything to speak. So it will not be possible to deny anything, he is just just towards his slaves, for he will cause the witnesses to be to be from their own selves. On that day, Allah will give them in their own for
their due recompense, that is, he will require them for their deeds, given the direct recompense that is based on justice and fairness, and they will find the recompense info with nothing missing. They will say, well, to us what sort of record is this, and that leaves no deed small or great unaccounted for, they will find all that they did, recorded there and your Lord will not run anyone. They will realize in that great place of standing that Allah is the truth, who makes manifest or things, his sublime attributes are true, his deeds are true worship of Him is true. The meeting with him is true. His promise, his warning, his religious decree and his judgment are all true, and his
messages are true. So there is nothing true except that which is with Allah and from Allah, evil men are for evil woman and evil woman or for evil man, that is everything that is evil of men, women, words and deeds is befitting for the one who is evil, for is in harmony with Him and is similar to him. And everything that is good of men, women, words and deeds is befitting for the one who is good for is in harmony with Him and is similar to him. This is this is general in meaning and nothing is excluded from that when Allah azza wa jal says that evil men are for evil women, and good men are for good women. The scholar the author of no data says because there are two positions amongst the
scholars to see, some of them said that it's about characteristics,
characteristics that Allah azza wa jal is referring to so people's words, their statements, their behaviors, that's what Allah is referring to, in terms of evil and pure, evil and good. Another said, no, it's actually the people that Allah is referring to people that are good people that are evil. And the author says both are correct. That's what he says, This is generally meaning nothing is excluded. So that which is God is only befitting for that which is good, and that which is evil, is only befitting for that which is evil. One of the most important implications of that is the fact that nothing is suitable for the Prophet, especially the messenger of strong will have strong will
among them and as per especially our must our Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam who's the best of all good people in absolute terms except the best of women. Casting aspirations upon it Chateau de la Anna with regard
to this matter is casting aspirations. aspersions, especially upon the Prophet SAW Selim, he has the intended target of the slander fabricated by the hypocrites. But what is what? This is a very important point when the hypocrites are coming and the slandering Irish about the Allahu anha, the author was saying, they don't really care about our instructions, not the target doesn't make a difference to them or Asia. Who are they really targeting? The targeting the prophets of Allah wherever you send them, they seem this is the type of man he is. This is the type of wife he has. Therefore this is the thing that shows that he's not a true prophet of Allah would Allah allow His
Prophet to have this type of wife, this type of family, this type of conduct? And so what they're trying to do is undermine the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. That is what the author is saying that the true target here was the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam Arusha, from the mere fact that she was the wife of the Prophet of the messenger satellite. And sending is known that she should not be anything but good and pure, innocent of this reprehensible action. So how about when she's more than that, for she was at a syndicate of women, that is one who was strong and true in faith, the best, most knowledgeable and most pure of women that believe the beloved of the Messenger
of the Lord of the world's revelation never came down to him when he was under the cover of any any of his other wives apart from her, then Allah states that clearly in such a way that no evil do it would have any justification for saying anything bad about her, and that there is no room left for doubt. As he says, those good people are innocent of all that the cylinders that the slander is say, this refers primarily to Ayesha Allah and her but also to other Chase believing women who are innocent at heart, they will have, they will have they will have forgiveness, they will cleanse all their hearts. And again, no generous provision in paradise coming from most Generous Lord.

Walla Jolla, Lemuel, Manitoba doing our mattock to moon there is no sin on you if you enter an in habitat houses, if that serves a useful purpose, and Allah knows what you disclose. And what you can see. Here Allah instructs his believing slaves not to enter houses other than their own without permission, because that leads to a number of bad consequences such as the following, that to which the messenger salAllahu alayhi wa sallam referred when he said seeking permission has only been prescribed so that one will not will not see that which is that which is not appropriate for him to see Buhari and Muslim nightfall. Following this ruling properly may lead to one gaze falling upon
private things that he is not meant to see inside other people's houses a person's house by covering what is private inside his walls is like a garment that covers what is private of his body of his body. And seeing other people's houses without permission may create suspicion about the one who enters and he may be accused of evil deeds such as stealing and so on, because entering houses
viciously European Super to tissue surreptitiously is is suggestive of evil intent. Allah forbids the believers to enter houses other than their own until they seek permission. The word used in the original Arabic suggests that seeking permission creates a sense of assurance, whereas entering without permission may cause alarm from the manners in which Allah azza wa jal on the ethical side Allah subhanaw taala then gives the hopes to preserve chastity. So we've spoken about the major issues, Zina slander those types of issues. Now Allah azza wa jal will give to us a number of etiquettes that the Muslim should abide by the help a person to preserve that modesty and chastity
and from them is these things of Allah azza wa jal that when you go to someone's house, don't just enter without knocking without seeking permission without giving synonyms. And especially because in the time of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in the olden days, people didn't have those the way that we have doors didn't have doorbells the way we are doorbells. So a lot of it was cloth that they used to have just curtains
that you could enter into, or that you could see from other you could open up very easily. And even today, if you go to many villages and so on, people often live in a very open type of scenario where they don't necessarily have doors and windows and locks. And now it's a very open thing. So it's easy for you to walk into someone's house, walk into their yard, walk in, walk into the room, and do the same. Don't do that. seek permission, give synonyms, then go in, because you don't know what those people are doing. You don't know what's going on in that house and you walk in unintentionally. They don't know they're in the middle of something, or there's no matter homeless,
just women, you end. So there's so many issues. So Allah is really seeing that evening in terms of the etiquettes that you have, when it comes to honoring people's privacy, that is something which is a part of our religion, and greeted their occupants, that the manner in which this has to be done is mentioned in this hadith Assalamu alaikum Peace be upon you. May I come in recorded by Abu Dawood al Benny recorded it as sound. These in brackets, a Buddha would shuffle the burning graders, and this is from the translator, not from the author, because the author was before the time of Chicago burning, so he didn't use his greeting, but this is from the translation, that namely, seeking
permission to enter is better for you, so that you may pay heed, because it will serve many interests. And because it is part of the noble characteristics that are required of the Muslim, if he is given permission, then he may enter. But if you do not find anyone there and do not enter, do not enter them until you are given permission. If you are told to go back and go back, there is do not refuse to go back and do not get angry about it because the owner of the house is not depriving you of a right that you must have. Rather he has the choice. If he wishes, he may give you permission to enter, or he may refuse. So no one should feel offended or annoyed in that case,
meaning that someone may be in the house. And they don't want you to enter. So they don't give you permission. And people really get very offended at this. I know you're in the I know your home, I can see you. Why should the people get upset when you do this, especially if it's like a relative or someone that you know a friend, they get upset. Allah Azza did is saying that if you don't get permission, he didn't answer the door. He didn't respond. Even if you know that he's inside, leave. Because there's a reason he doesn't want you to enter maybe it's not a good time, maybe he's busy with something Masons is going on. It's not the right time for you to come in. It's not your right
Otto is saying to enter into the house, you seek permission. So if he gives you permission, you enter and if not, then you go back and you can return another time. That is more proper for you. That is, is more effective in protecting you from falling into sin and it helps you to do more good. And Allah is well aware of all that you do, he will requite each person for his deeds, whether they may they were many or few good or otherwise. This ruling applies to inhabited houses, whether one is going there for purpose or not, and to uninhabited houses for which one has no need to enter them. In the case of houses that are an inhabited are inhabited.
In the case of houses that are not inhabited, but they contain the belongings of the person who needs to enter the house. But there is no one present whose permission he may seek to enter which applies to rented accommodation and so on. Allah has mentioned them in the following the following verse, There is no sin on you. That is there is no blame on you. In contrast, entering the houses mentioned above without permission is deemed is deemed to be prohibited because it is described as blameworthy if you enter enter uninhabited houses, if that serves a purpose, a useful purpose. This is an example of the amazing wisdom and prudence of the Quran. The words do not enter houses other
than your own are general in meaning and apply to help to all houses that do not belong belong to an individual, but Allah subhanho wa Taala excluded from that houses that do not belong to him, but he has some interest there and no one lives there. In that case, blame is waived for the one who enters them. And Allah knows what you disclose and what you conceal. He knows your inward and our condition and he knows what is in your best interest. Therefore he has prescribed for you what you need and cannot do without of laws and without of laws and teachings.
Meaning I will do mean about authority him via photo photo Jaya whom vaniqa as cada whom, in Allah her hobby beam is now on to the believing men to avert their gaze from that which is forbidden and restrain their carnal desires that will be more conductive to their period conducive to their purity. Verily, Allah is well aware of all that they do. That is a shock to believers and tell those who have faith that prevents them from doing that which undermines faith to avert the gaze from looking at *, or at non Muslim or non Muslim women or be beardless youth where there is the fear that looking at them may lead to temptation and tell them to avert their gaze from looking at
worldly or
dormant that may be tempting and cause them to fall into that which is prohibited and restraint, restraint the kind of designs from from prohibited sexual acts in the *, * or otherwise, and from allowing others to touch or look at their private parts, that caution, that caution with regard to the gaze and kind of desires will be conducive to their purity. That is, it will be pure and better and more effective in helping them to do righteous deeds. So from the ethical sterilizer to then gives the representing chastity and modesty is that you lower your gaze when it comes to the opposite gender, no your gaze, don't open your door to that door to temptation. And that is why the
prophets of Allah, Allah, Allah, he was telling us to say, as the Hadith earlier of the Allah one is to say, be careful of what you look at. Because the first one is allowed, meaning the first glance is allowed, but not the second one, meaning you I may follow up on something unintentionally, it's okay, that's an accident. But to go back and look at it again, that's not an accident anymore. And that is why even in the hedge of the prophets of Allah where it was send them, when a woman who was beautiful came to ask the question to the Prophet Salam, and the prophet sent him was with an fuddle in our best the older brother of Lebanon bass. And both of them were young people the question of
the lady, and then follow the prompts to sell him. So for the locator, he took his face and he turned her away. In one direction or best the father was unclogged the profits and he said, O Messenger of Allah, why do you do that to my son and father, he said, I saw a young man and a young woman and I fear that she would come between them. And so to lower your gaze, to be very prudent in the way that you speak to the opposite gender to know your words and the way that you speak and the tone that you use. All of that is something which is from the Sunnah under Sharia, the one who restrains his carnal desires and his gave gays will be pure and free of that of the evil that
contaminates those who commit immoral these and it will make his deeds pure, because of giving, because of giving up the prohibited actions to which the soul may be inclined and, and may prompt on to do
whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better than whoever avert his gaze from that which is forbidden, Allah will give him enlightenment, enlightenment. If a person restrains his carnal desires and avert his gaze from that which is forbidden, and that which leads to to it, despite the pressure of desire, then he is more likely to refrain from other things. Therefore, Allah describes this as have guarding translate here as restraining, because if a person does not try, try hard to keep watch over the thing that he is guarding, and take proper measures to guard it, it will not be guarded. The same applies to the gaze
and carnal desires. If he does not try hard to guard them and restrain them, they will cause him to fall into troubles and problems. Think about how Allah gives instructions to restrain their chronic desires completely, because allowing them free rein is not permissible under any circumstances. But with regard to the gaze, he says, To avert their gaze, the wording of the original Arabic suggests that this is only to be done in part, because it's permissible to look in some cases, if there is a need for that, as in the case of one who's was given testament testimony, or one who wants to propose marriage and so on. Then Allah reminding them that he is aware of all that they do, so that
they will strive hard to protect themselves against that which is prohibited. And it is mentioned from amongst the set of numerous generations from the time of the companions and the scholars who came after them. That to avert your gaze and to lower your gaze, gives you light gives you the right that Allah azza wa jal allows you allows to be seen in your face in your actions Allah Allah gives you a light because of your modesty. And the people who lack in modesty Allah azza wa jal takes that light away from them. And from what is mentioned in that regard is the narration in the time of man or the Allah who is one of the scholars of the taboo in said that I was once coming to the house of
Rama, the Allah one whilst he was the Khalifa joining us in alpha. And he said on the way I saw a beautiful woman, so I just watched her till she went into a home to stay around till shoot a few moments until she left, she went home. He said, Then I continued on my way and ended up on Earth, my mother, Allah Huang, an Earth man, so me, and he looked at me and he lowered his gaze. And he said, I seek refuge in Allah. How can one of you commit Zina? And then come and sit in front of me? And so the man replied, how can you know what I did? Are you receiving the unseen? Do you get revelation? He said, No, but Allah subhanaw taala gives to the believer a light and Allah azza wa jal takes away
that light when a person does something immodest and so forth, man with the Allah one because he was known for his modesty, as the Prophet said, and praised his modesty. He could recognize it and other people. And he could say that this is something that you did as a result of the lack of modesty. And so Allah azza wa jal gives a light to people the more that you preserve that light, in terms of being what you watch what you hear all of those things, Allah subhanaw taala gives you a greater light
And the less that you preserve of it, the less of that light that you receive.

Tell the believing women to avert their gaze from that which is forbidden and restrained their carnal desires, and not to show their adornment except what ordinarily appears there of and let them draw part of their head covers over their chest and not show their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands, fathers, their sons, their husbands sons, their brothers, their brothers sons, their sisters, the sisters sons, they follow Muslim women, slaves whom they own male
retainers,
who are free of physical desire or small children, who still have no awareness of the private aspects of women, nor let them stomp their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And all believers turn all together towards Allah in repentance, so that so that you may prosper. Having instructed the believing men to avert their gaze and restrain their conduct desires, Allah Now instructed believing women to do likewise told the believing woman to avert their gaze and avoid looking at that which they are not supposed to look at, such as looking at men with desire and other kinds of prohibited looking and restating their carnal desires by not looking, but not
allowing anyone to have * with them, touch them or look at them in prohibited ways, and not to show their adornments such as beautiful clothes, and jewelry, their entire body comes under the heading of adornment, because the outer garment is something that cannot be concealed. Allah says except while ordinary ordinarily appears there, that is the outer garment, there's usually one, so long as there is nothing in it, that would that could cause temptation. And that is the opposite of many of the scholars have received many of the seller for the position that this means meaning except that which they cannot which appears ordinarily thereof, meaning the outer garment, when the
woman wears the hijab and the jilbab on top, obviously, that's going to be seen. So that's, that's permissible, because she can't keep consuming, consuming, consuming, something has to be seen. So the Atacama that she wears, that's permissible for people to see, but anything beyond that, that is something which should be covered, and let them draw up out of their head covers over their chest. This is in order to perfect their covering. This indicates that the adornment that is prohibited to show includes the entire body, as we have mentioned, then Allah repeats the prohibition on showing adornment then makes an exception for from that except to their husbands, their fathers, their
husbands, their husbands fathers. This include this includes the Father Himself and grandfathers, no matter how far the line of assent reaches their sons, their husbands sons. This includes sons and grandsons, no matter how far the line of descent reaches their brothers, their brothers, brothers sons, this includes both full brothers and half posits through the father or mother, their sister sons, their four fellow Muslim women.
And that is it is permissible for women to look at one another in all cases, so of the above the old these male relatives are the Muharram these are the male relatives, that it's permissible for a woman to to dress normally in front of because they are close male relatives and she's not allowed to marry them. And then Allah azza wa jal mentions other people as well that it's permissible from them is other women. It's permissible for them to be like that in other in front of other women. However, is it permissible, scholars differ over the issue whether that is all women are only Muslim women and that is why the author here, or at least in Prentice
said Muslim women, it may be that what is meant by their women is women of the same religion as them, namely other Muslim women. This is quoted as proof by those who say that is not permissible for a non Muslim woman to see a Muslim woman without hijab. And that is an issue, as I said, of difference of opinion, some of the scholars said not even in front of non Muslim women, a woman should wear hijab and jewelry should cover properly. And they said that's because that woman doesn't have that same level of modesty, she may go and describe this woman, the Muslim woman to her husband, to her friends to other people, that was the position that some of the scholars had, and
Allah knows best slaves whom they own, is permissible for a slave, if the woman owns him completely, and to see his mistress, so as long as so long as he belongs to her, if that ownership comes in and in for or partially, then is not permissible for him to see her male retainers who are free of physical desire, that is those who are dependent on you and are connected to you, of men who have no desire, such as one who has an intellectual disability, and is not aware of what is going around going on around him.
Or one who is impotent, and has no desire, physical or otherwise, in this case is not prohibited for these individuals to look at the woman or small women who still have no awareness. So or small children, who still have no awareness of the private aspects of women, that is children below the age of discernment is permissible for them to look at non Muslim woman, Allah subhanaw taala gives the reason for that, which is that they have no awareness of the private aspects of women. In other words, they have no knowledge and no desire. Yet, this indicates that one, that once the child has reached the age of discernment, women should cover it in front of him, because he is not aware of
the private aspects of women. And that shows that it's not to do with puberty. It's not that the child is allowed to see the woman and different aspects of her until he reaches puberty. These are obviously children on Muharram. So her own sons and so on, we're talking about other children, that she can, that she will go in front of in that way, because they're young, four year old, five year old, six year old, they don't really understand this type of stuff. But sometimes that child at the age of eight or nine, especially if they're living in a society, where this is common and prevalent, and they you know, sexualized society, they may pick that stuff up, and then we will need reached
puberty, puberty may be 1314. But that child of eight to nine now starts to understand this stuff. And so then it's not allowed, it's not permissible. And so it's based upon the level of that child and his ability to descend the stuff not to do with puberty, and that is what law says, is to do with them understanding the power of the woman, not to do with puberty and some children at a younger age gain that understanding and some at a later age. Now, let them serve their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments, that is they should not stand the ground with their feet so that the jewelry they are wearing such as anklets and the like makes a noise, which their
adornment may be known and this becomes a means of temptation from this first and others in derive the others is derived the principle of bearing the mean that means, lowering the means, if something is permissible in and of itself, but it may lead to something that is prohibited or there is the fear that they may happen then is disallowed stamping the feet on the ground is permissible in principle, but is it but if it is a means of making hidden ornament known ornaments ornament known then as this adornment No, no, no, it's a lot and so, therefore, we get from that principle therefore, the only thing that attracts the attention of the opposite gender from the scholars will
extrapolate perfume for example, makeup, all of that stuff, anything which attracts the attention of the opposite gender in a way that entices them, then that is something which also falls under this theme to Allah azza wa jal don't stomp your feet in order to draw attention to yourselves.
Having issued these godly intention instructions, and this is excellent advice because it is inevitable that there will be some shortcomings on the part of the believers, Allah subhanho wa Taala enjoins us to repent, as he says, and all believers turn all together towards Allah in repentance, because the believers, Faith cause him to repent, then that is made a condition of attaining prosperity, as Allah says, so that you may prosper. For there is no way to prosper except by repenting, which means giving up that which Allah hates, both inwardly and outwardly, and focusing on that which he loves, both Indlu inwardly and outwardly. This indicates that every
believer needs to repent, because here Allah is addressing all the believers together, and he urges them to be sincere and repentance, as he says, Turn altogether towards Allah and repentance. There's there's not for any other purpose except seeking His pleasure. You should not be for any other purpose, such as seeking protection from troubles in this world, or showing off and seeking to enhance one's reputation or other corrupt purposes.
Well, thank you. I mean, come was sorely vain. I mean, arriba de como EMA econ in Kuno for call
Oh, honey Mala homing fugly wala who was here on nicely arranged arranged marriages for those among you who are single and those who are righteous and fit for marriage among your male and female slaves, if they are poor Allah will suffice them from His bounty for law is all encompassing all knowing
what is your staff if
you're doing an ICA and had your near hormone law or fatherly while living in Alberta own l kita. But
I like it a man who can forget it boom fuck it boom in Ireland to see him higher or to mean mallala He led the talcum Wallah to Korea who Fatah to Kamal a little bit all in our data how soon and heater better who is doing well man you Cray one NASA in law him in the ikura he in our for watching. Those who do not have the means to marry, keep themselves chaste until Allah suffices them from His bounty. If any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing, to enable them to earn their freedom in return for a certain sum, then write it for them. If you see any good in them, and give them some of the wealth that Allah has given you do not force your slave goes into prostitution, if
they want to remain chaste, seeking thereby some worldly gain. But if any anyone does compel them very Allah after such compulsion, compulsion is often forgiving, Most Merciful.
Here Allah subhanho wa Taala instructs guardians and masters to arrange marriages for the single people under their case under their care. This refers to those who have no spouses, whether they are men previously married women or virgins. So relatives and guardians of orphans should arrange marriages for those who wish to get married among those on whom they are obliged to spend. If there are enjoined arranged marriages, for those who are under their guardianship, then is more appropriate that they should be instructed to get married themselves. So from the ways that Allah azza wa jal instructs us to have chastity and modesty is not only to have it for ourselves, but to
make sure that those under our care are also chaste and modest. And from those means is that if they need to get married or have the age now that maturity where they can get married, and they need to marry, then it's something which you should arrange. And the common mistake in our time is to keep delaying people from getting married because of university or studies or work or Korea. And they kept getting great rate for no valid reason, unless there's a valid reason that's a different issue. If there's no valid reason, just to delay them more and more. And a person just sees haram and is constantly surrounded by haram and they falling into desires and temptations. That's a problem. And
so Allah subhanaw taala is saying that from the ways that we preserve modesty is that you love those people to get married, arrange for them their marriages. So Allah Allah do the same to the master of the slave, that slave needs to get married. You're his master, he needs to get my marry him off, or you're a father, and you have a daughter or a son, they need help getting married and they want to get married, marry them off, don't keep them until they fall into some type of haram and those who are righteous and fit for marriage among your male and female slaves, it may be that what is meant by the word, so Elohim translate here as righteous and faithful marriages for marriage is being
righteous in religious terms. And in the case of male or female slaves who are righteous, which refers to those who are not immoral and do not commit fornication, the master is instructed to arrange marriages for them as a result to the slave for beings as a reward for the slave to the slave for being righteous. And by way of encouraging him to remain righteous. The fact that it is not permissible for anyone to marry one who's immoral and fornication confirms that confirms what is mentioned at the beginning of the surah that that is prohibited from to marry a man or woman who fornication until he or she repents, righteousness is singled out for a mention with regard to
slaves, as opposed to those who are free, because fornication is usually more common among slaves. Or it may be that what is meant by soldering is those slaves, male and female who are fit and capable for marriage and ready to bear their responsibilities they're of the latter view is supported by the fact that the master is not obliged to arrange a marriage for his slave before he needs to get married.
And is not likely it's not unlikely that both meanings are intended. And Allah knows best as the author often does, when there's two positions amongst his positive See, he says that both of them have added both of them are possible, if they that is married, that is, married people or or those who want to get married or poor, Allah will suffice them from His bounty. So you should not let what you imagine that that if that if he gets married, he will become poor because of having too many dependents prevent you from getting married. This offers encouragement to to get married and is a divine promise to the one who gets married. That he will become independent of means after have been
poor or
So that is saying that if those people are poor, don't let that be a reason to stop them getting married. That person is poor, you say to him, don't get married, you're poor. I'm not saying don't but this person wants to safeguard their religion safeguard their chastity safeguard the Eman don't let poverty be a reason for them not to do so. And that is why the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam in the Hadith, three people it is the right of Allah that he should help them. And from amongst those three is the poor person who wants to get married in order to preserve that modesty or knowing he knows who it is who deserves his Grace and Bounty in both religious and worldly terms, or in one of
them, and who does not deserve that. So he gives to all in accordance with the knowledge and wisdom. Let those who do not have the means to marry keep themselves chaste until Allah suffices them from His bounty. This ruling applies to the one who is unable to get married, Allah instructs him to keep himself chaste. Refrain from that which is prohibited and to take measures to restrain himself and prevent thoughts crossing his mind that may prompt him to fall into sin, sin, he should also do what the Prophet salallahu alayhi salam instructed, as he said, Oh young men who have among you can afford, can afford it, let him get married.
And whoever cannot let him pass foil be assured for him, Muslim, let those who do not have the means to marry. That is they are not able to get married, either because they themselves are poor, or because they're guarding the masters are poor, or because the ladder refuse to arrange marriages for them.
And they do not have the means to force them to do that. This interpretation is better than the interpretation of those who understood it to refer to those who cannot afford them out. dowry for marriage. There are two reservations about the latter interpretation. One, the matter the word marriage is not mentioned in this word in this verse. So we should not assume that this is what is meant to introducing the idea of marriage would restrict the meaning to free people who can who can or cannot afford it, and will exclude male and female slaves and those whose marriage is the responsibility of their guardians, as we have mentioned above, keep themselves chaste until Allah
suffices them from His bounty, meaning the previous verse to that Allah azza wa jal is not just speaking about the issue of dairy. But some people just can't afford to get married, because they can't support their wife. They can't support a family, they don't have that ability, yet, they just physically don't have the ability to get married. And so those people allows you to the says, Be patient and keep chasing it Allah azza wa jal makes your affairs easy for you.
Thank you keep themselves chaste until Allah suffices them from His bounty. This is a promise of the one who keeps himself chaste, that Allah will suffice him and make things easy for him, he is instructed to await relief, so that his situation will not become unbearable. If any of your slaves asked for a deed in writing, to enable them to earn their freedom in return for a certain sum, then write it for them, if you see any good in them. That is, whoever among your slaves, male or female seeks a contract of Manumission from you, in order to purchase his or her freedom, you should respond to this request and write that contract for him or her, if you see any good in them, that is
in those who are requesting that contract. What is meant by good here is the ability to earn a living, as well as righteousness and religious commitment. Because writing such a contract serves to interest the interest of Manumission and freedom for the slave and the interest or benefit of the money. He pays to his master in order to ransom himself for the master. And this is something that you studied in the author's book. In fact, one of the things that he said concerning freeing a slave is that if by freeing the slaves that slavery is going to fall into poverty, destitution, they can't support themselves, they don't have the ability to look after themselves, then they shouldn't be
freed, because that will harm them even more, they have nowhere to go and no one look after them and no one to provide for them. And so this is what otter is saying here that Allah azza wa jal is referring to O'Hara's Sorry, there is a black Honda Civic in the carpark that needs to be moved. So if you could kindly move that.
Perhaps he will work hard and strive and be able to earn money for his master during the period covered by the contract of Manumission, that you could not do as a slave. So there will be no harm done to the Masters interest by writing this contract. This is an addition to the great benefits that will be attained by the slave. Therefore, Allah enjoined masters to draw up contracts in this way. And that is either obligatory as appears to be the case or is recommended, according to the opinion to the other opinion, Allah enjoined that slaves should be helped in their Manumission because they need that, as they have no wealth of their own. Therefore, he said, and give them some
of the wealth that Allah is giving you. This includes a command to the master, who has the contract of Manumission, to give him some of the costs of his Manumission or to waive some of the costs. And he also instructed people in general to help them for when the mission is essentially when the author when the slave says to his master, I want to purchase my freedom from you. How much am I worth? He says you're worth 100,000 pounds. He says, I will work that off, the wages that I earn, I will work third off and they write a contract together that is what is called micarta but in Arabic language, and those people are from the people that it is valid. It is valid for you to
gives us a cartoon. Those are the types of steps that Allah azza wa jal, when he says will fill your cup and the slaves is referred to this category of slaves, those people are trying to purchase their own freedom.
Therefore Allah has allocated a share of the care to slaves who seek to buy them freedom. And he encourages people to give it as he says, and give them some of the wealth that Allah has given you. That is as a what belongs to Allah, what He has given to you, is a gift from Allah to you and is a pure blessing. So show kindness to the slaves of Allah, as Allah has shown kindness to you. What this verse means is that, if a slave does not seek Manumission, then his master is not obligated, obligated, obliged to initiate that process, if he does not know of any good in him, in the sense that what he knows of him is the opposite of that, either because he knows that he is not able to
earn a living and would therefore become dependent upon people and destitute or he fears that if he is many, many mitad and becomes free, he would spread mischief, then in such cases, the master is not instructed to monument him, rather he is forbidden to do that, because of the reservations mentioned above.
Then Allah subhanho wa Taala says, Do not force your slave girls into prostitution, if they want to remain chaste. Because it is not possible to imagine them being forced into that unless they want to be chased. If a slave woman does not want to be chased, that she is immoral in her master must prevent her from doing that. This prohibition is mentioned because they used to do that during the Chilean pre Islamic period of ignorance, when a master would force his slave woman into prostitution in order to take her earnings and it's mentioned in the books of tafseer from the people that would do this with their state girls, is Abdullah and Obi the leader of the hypocrites before Islam, and
in the early part of when the Prophet said them came to Medina, this is something which you would do and so Allah azza wa jal, Santander's instruction, don't do this to them, or don't force them to do this. And Allah says seeking thereby some worldly gate is not befitting for you for your slave women to be better and more shares than you when you are doing that to them for the sake of worldly gain and some small feeling gain. That is soon God attaining dignity, purity and decency, regardless of reward or punishment in the hereafter. It's better than acquiring some small gain, that causes you to become immortal in vile. Then Allah calls upon those who forced their slave their slave women
into prostitution to repent, as he says, But if any, anyone does compel them, very Allah, after such compulsion is after forgiving and merciful, forgiving, Most Merciful. So let him repent to Allah and give up what he did that and cure divine wrath. If he does that Allah will forgive Him His sins and will, will have mercy on him as he had mercy on himself and try to protect himself from punishment. And as he showed mercy towards his slave woman, and by not forcing her to do that which would harm her. There's from those verses the shows that Allah azza wa jal forgives those people who are forced into doing something on the eyes of God saying that if they are compelled, then Allah will forgive
them meaning those slaves that are compelled to do haram by the Masters are not held accountable by Allah azza wa jal, and that is the general principle that we find in the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam from that which Allah does not hold a person to account for, is that which they are genuinely forced to do. Beyond their, beyond their, beyond their capability to resist. Like in the hadith of Amara, when we asked about the Allahu Anhu Matt, when some of the disbelievers came to him, and they forced him to say, words of comfort and disbelief, his heart was on the man, but they threatened to kill him. So they forced him to say those words that he said then
he went to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and the Prophet Salam said to him in Urdu, for odd if they do that to you again, then you do the same, because his heart is upon Iman, but he's just being forced to do something Allah azza wa jal doesn't hold those people to account because it is not something which they are willingly doing. Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The likeness of His light is that of a niche in which is a lamp. The lamp in the lamp is in a glass the glass is like a bright, brightly shining star. The lamp is lit from a blessed tree, and all of neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow by itself, though no fire touched it Light upon light, Allah guides to His light whomever he will, Allah sets forth comparisons for people and Allah has knowledge of all things. Allah is the light of heaven of the heavens and the earth. This is true in both literal and metaphorical sense for ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada is himself light and his veil and his veil which were
were not for his kindness, the splendor of His countenance, would have burned everything of His creation, as far as he can see,
is also like as far as he can see is also like, by that like the throne, the footstool, the sun, the moon and the light is illuminated, and by it is by a paradise is illuminated. This is also true in a metaphorical sense. So his book is like his law is like faith and knowledge in the hearts of His messengers. And his believing slaves is like we're not for his light darkness would have accumulated. Therefore, every place in which his light is lacking, is a place of darkness in history. Allah subhanaw taala is light and Israel as light as mentioned in the Hadith of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam wear hijab, nor his veil is light read to remove even a small part of
that light of that veil, then the light of Allah subhanaw taala would consume everything upon the earth. And so the author is saying that there are two types of lighting this parable that Allah azza wa jal is going to give her in this verse, which is called the verse of light is the parable of the light of Eman that the believer has in their heart, and how precious it is, and how valuable it is. And I we often take it for granted. And Allah subhanaw taala gives the example of a candle with a small flame. That is how your Eman is, if you don't protect it, and encase it and keep it safe, it can easily be extinguished. And so the believer understands this. So what they do is they put the
oil upon it and they keep it safe, and they keep fueling it and they keep it strong, so that it burns strongly. And if they neglect it, and they don't tend to it and they leave it be, then he may just simply extinguished by itself, the likeness of His light, which he guides people, which is the light of faith and the Quran, in the hearts of the believers is that of a niche in which is a lamp because the niche concentrates the light of the lamp. So that is not scattered. The lamp is in a class, the class because of its purity and splendor is like a brightly shining star that is shines like a star. So you have this light and it's in a lamp. The lamp is in a niche in the wallet within
the recessed in the wall. And some of the scholars said that is the example of Eman which is in the heart which is in the chest and so is encased Allah azza wa jal is pleased to Eman and the most important part of your body and encased it and protects it so that you to also protect it with oran and with the room was of Allah azza wa jal and with worship, that lamp which is in that shining glass is lit from a blessed tree and all of that is is lit with olive oil, which shines the brightest when is neither of the East only that is not that it does not get any sun at the end of the day, nor of the west, so that it does not get any sun at the beginning of the day. As it is
neither of these two is in the middle of the Earth, like the olive
Trees of greatest area, which gets sun at both the beginning and end of the day. So the oil is of good quality and good taste, and is the purest oil. So it says this tree, which is the olive tree is neither to the east nor the West, meaning it's in a place where the sun will be on it all day long, it will have sunlight and because of it, it's oil is purer than other trees, because there are trees that are shaded by the east or by the West, so they only get sunlight either in the morning or in the evening. And some of the scholars say that these three trees are like the examples of the three types of Muslims that you have as Allah azza wa jal mentioned also in the Quran, those people who
fulfill all of the commands of Allah azza wa jal, and stay away from his prohibitions, and they do more they do all the Nawab feel as well. So they are racing towards Allah azza wa jal. And then the second group who just does the basics they keep to the huddart Stay away from the Haram, but they don't do much in terms of extra. And then the third group which falls short. And so Allah subhanaw taala, likewise with these trees is giving examples and parables of the different types of believers. And Allah says, whose oil because it is so pure, would almost glow by itself, though no fire touched it. So if the fire does touch, it shines very brightly, Light upon light, that is the
light of the fire. And the light of the oil for likeness that Allah gives and applies to the believer, in whose heart is the light of Allah refers to the natural disposition with which Allah created him. That disposition is likened to the pure oil is pure and receptive to divine teaching and prescribed actions. When knowledge and faith reach his heart, that light will begin to shine in his heart, like the fire in the wick of the lamp. This refers to the heart that is pure and free of bad intention and misunderstandings of the Divine text. If faith reaches that heart, it will be eliminated greatly, because it is pure and fear of contamination, like the purity of the shining
glass, thus in the heart, just in that heart are combined the light of sound, natural inclinations, the light of faith, the lack of knowledge and purity of proper understanding of faith, Light upon light. And so here in this power wall that we have there for the believer, and Eman being in their heart, then when the heart is, is given the oil of spiritual nourishment of knowledge of Quran of the remembrance of Allah azza wa jal or the worship of Allah subhanaw taala daughter says that it shines bright, even that small little lamp because there is in that glass, that small little flame because there is in the glass lamp in the niche, it illuminates everything around it. And that is
how the believer is, when the man is strong. Not only does it manifest itself on the body and the actions, but it benefits all the people around them. So the remand will benefit their family, their benefit their loved ones benefit the people around them in the community, because of how strongest shines. And so that needs something which requires constant fueling constant tending to. So then in order to preserve that Eman and to make it shine strong. Because this comes from the light of Allah Subhana Allah to Allah and not everyone is fit to receive it. Allah says, Allah guides His light, whomever he will,
who he knows is pure of heart so faith will grow in his heart and it will benefit him and have an impact on him. And that is all the way often the Quran is recorded scribed as the light Allah azza wa jal calls the unknown and the scholars have established to call knowledge light from Allah subhanaw taala because knowledge of the region allows you to understand the Quran and the Sunnah and what Allah wants from you, and what is pleasing to Allah azza wa jal, Allah sets forth comparisons for people, so that they may understand them, of kindness towards them, and so that the truth may become clear and distinct from a falsehood. Comparisons make the intended meanings clearer when
compared to something physical, so that people may learn those meanings and understand them clearly. And Allah has knowledge of all things. He's not encompasses all things. So you should realize that when He sets forth comparisons, that is done by one who won who knows the reality and details of all things, and that is in the interest of people, so they should strive to ponder and understand them, not turn away and oppose them, for he knows and you do not know because the places where the means of finding the light of faith, and the Quran are most available or the mosques. Allah mentions them in the context of praise and speaking highly of them as he says,
