Ahmed Hamed – Reflection on 40 Duas of Rabbana – Our Lord – Part 3

			Salam Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil alameen wa Salatu was Salam ala

			robina our Lord. Today inshallah we should begin with an ayah from Surah Allah imraan surah number
three Ayah number 16 in which Allah subhanho wa Taala he says,
		

			Allah subhanho wa Taala he mentions a very powerful draw for us to ensure that we recite it, we
remember it, memorize it, recognize it through the understanding of its meanings, reflect on it and
relay this beautiful
		

			ayah of the Quran.
		

			My brothers and sisters let us recognize and reflect on this ayah Allah subhanho wa Taala he says
alladhina yaku Luna robina in Nana, Mana photofiltre, Lana, Zulu Bana, Joaquin
		

			are those who say, Our Lord, indeed, we have believed, so forgive us our sins, and protect us from
the punishment of the Fire.
		

			The drama is something which is so powerful, that it is teaching us that how important is the belief
for us, when we said our Lord indeed we have believed. So belief is something which is so precious,
so important for us, that it would make us eligible to be forgiven in sha Allah. So we are asking
Allah in this drama, my brothers and sisters, that, Oh Allah, we have indeed believed, our Lord, we
have believed. So forgive us, our sins, this is one to protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
		

			Indeed, we have to recite, remember, recognize and reflect on this law
		

			as much as we can inshallah, because the punishment of fire my brothers and sisters, it is not
something easy, it is not something which we can take it for granted Subhan Allah, we need to ensure
that we be conscious, in terms of asking a lot to protect us from the punishment of the Fire,
because it is something which is so dangerous and extremely horrified. You know, the the, the
atrocities that will go on in the Hellfire is is beyond our imagination. So we ask Allah to forgive
our sins, and to protect us from the punishment of the hellfire. My brothers and sisters, let us
take this beautiful and powerful drive forward to our siblings, our you know, parents, children,
		

			spouses and everyone whom we know and whom we don't know as well by, you know, sharing this on line
platforms, you know, and and other means and ways that we can possibly do. This is how we basically
invite people to the goodness of Islam, invite their attention to ponder on that which is told for
them if they really believe and that is an agenda and invited attention in the form of warming that
if they don't believe they are going to end up in the Hellfire, we ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to
protect all of us from that.
		

			The next da is from Surah Allah Emraan surah number three Ayah number 53 in which Allah subhanho wa
Taala he says
		

			The following
		

			robina Amana Bhima on zalta taberna Rasulullah faac Cubana Marsh headin Allahu Akbar, the meaning of
it, which we need to recognize and reflect our Lord, we have believed in what you have revealed, and
have followed the messenger. So register us, among the witness, my brothers and sisters, we have to
ensure that we reflect on this ayah by again reminding ourselves that we are again and again
acknowledging the fact that we believe in Allah and we believe in what was sent before.
		

			This is a part of a man for us to believe in the past prophets, messengers, the books, the
revelations that Allah subhanho wa Taala has sent, and in order to ensure that we believe in it, we
need to acknowledge it, we need to testify the fact that Allah has sent down prophets and messengers
in the past, and he sent the revelations and the messages and the books in the past and he has
guided people in the past and he has helped the people of the past by sending out the messengers to
guide them to advise them to teach them to lead them in a way that is pleasing to Allah subhanho wa
Taala and we are also testifying that asking a lot of is faac Cubana Masha Deen, so register us
		

			right down upon us the that we did that among the witnesses of the truth. My brothers and sisters,
there are many people, there were many people in the past who deny and blatantly the truth, who did
not believe in the messengers and the prophets of Allah, who in fact, mocked at them humiliated and
insulted them and, you know, discarded their message. And we want to ensure that we are not among
those kind of people. We are the people who witness the truth, who acknowledge the truth, who
believe in the truth, who follow the truth, this is something which we have to believe in it and
follow it. So that we may not be among those people who are, who have gone straight, we need to get
		

			my brothers and sisters take it forward to you know others as well so that they also understand the
fact that we believe in the previous prophets in the messengers, we believe in the previous books
and the and the, and the revelations, we are not do those people who deny the, you know, the, the
life of irisa la Salaam, for that matter to the bulk of the Christians, they need to know that we
believe in him as one of the finest messengers of Allah subhanho wa Taala. We believe that he was
born miraculously, without any manual intervention, which you know, many other people they don't
believe we believe that he was born, you know,
		

			out of miracle. We believe that he he was born blind and the lepers with Allah permission. We
believe that Jesus, the gospel was sent down to him as a message for the people of that time. We
believe that he was truly, you know, a Messiah, a prophet of Allah. And we believe that he testified
about prophet muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and we believe that he is going to come back
again. And we believe that he is going to testify against those who who worship Him, we believe that
he is going to establish the you know the truth and justice and he will refute the claim of many
which has wrong notion about him. So we believe in all this, the people need to know that we believe
		

			in the in the messenger of the messengers and the prophets in the belly and the books and the
revelations in sha Allah so that everyone can get awareness of this beautiful religion of Islam.
		

			My brothers and sisters, the next ayah is from Surah Al Imran surah number three is number 147. In
which Allah subhanho wa Taala he says the following

			A lot of Hannah who are Tyler, he says, Our Lord, forgive us our sins, and the excesses that we
commit in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
Again, my brothers and sisters, I would like to invite your attention to recite this ayah as well to
remember this ayah by memorizing it, to recognize this ayah and reflect upon it by understanding the
meanings, the sense and the sense that this ayah talks about Subhan Allah.
		

			Again, the Quran is full of reminders, reminders that help us a lot and reminders that invite our
attention that we need to seek forgiveness from Allah subhanho wa Taala for our students, none of us
is immune from sins, no one can say that I am faultless, no one can say that I do not commit, you
know, disobedience to Allah subhanho wa Taala Our lives
		

			are drenched into this obedience. And this loyalty to Allah subhanho wa Taala. The need is that we
keep on asking Allah to forgive us for our sins. So that is why again, in this ayah the dua goes
like this, our Lord forgive us our sins. And further to that, it says and the excess committed in
our affairs. There are so many times we cross boundaries and borders and go beyond what Allah has
commanded us. Go against what Allah has commanded us. We certainly fold many times. So the idea is
to ensure that we seek the help of Allah in not committing that excess in our affairs. Further to
that, we are asking Allah to plant firmly our feed, we cannot be guided without the help of Allah
		

			subhanho wa Taala. And that is the fact my brothers and sisters, and that is the reality that we
acknowledge every single, you know, Raka of every Salah. We say iya cannabid iya canister in you
alone we worship and You alone, we ask for help. And then we ask a lot a dino Serato. Mr. team,
		

			we ask a lot to give us guidance. Again and again. We ask a lot to give us guidance. And here again,
we are reminded to ask a lot to make our feet firm on the guidance. And further to that we are
asking a lot to give us victory over the disbelieving people. Indeed my brothers and sisters, the
victory comes only and only from Allah and with the help of Allah, it is not our mind. It is not our
power. It is not our strength, it is not our strategy. It is not anything that will help us to be
victorious, if there is no help of Allah. So we acknowledge again, the power of Allah, the might of
Allah, the the strength and the support of Allah and asking him to give us victory over the
		

			disbelieving people. We need to again share this message to others after you know recognizing and
reflecting on the meanings of it. My brothers and sisters so that the key offering in this ayah is
we are asking Allah to forgive our sins. That's number one. We are asking Allah to help us not to
commit excess in our affairs. Number two, number three, we are asking Allah to plant firmly our
feet. And number four, we are asking Allah to give us victory over the disbelieving people. And this
is the message that has to be shared and promoted by us so that others can benefit from it as well.
The next ayah comes from Surah Al imraan surah number three is number 191. And a lot of us is the
		

			following.
		

			Allahu Allah Jalla he says Rabbana Ma, Allah
		

			Subhana kasatkina
		

			Our Lord you did not create this aimlessly Exalted are You above such a thing, then protect us from
the punishment of the Fire? What we need to recognize and reflect on this
		

			Do I my brothers and sisters is we are,
		

			you know, acknowledging the fact that a lot did not create us for aimless reason. We are a
purposeful creation, we have a purpose for our life, we have a reason to live and to die. We have
something clear and transparent as a vision for our lives. We have a very, you know, clear roadmap
for our lives that we are here. Allah has created us. And this is something which, you know, reminds
us about three powerful questions, three powerful questions, why?
		

			I'm here, where did I come from? And where will I go? If Islam gives answers to all these questions,
I came from Allah, I will live for Allah and I will go back to Allah subhanho wa Taala. So we are
asking, and, you know, acknowledging the fact that Allah did not create, you know, this aimlessly,
there is a very authentic and pure purpose for it. And we are again, ask Allah to forgive us for our
sins and to protect us from the punishment of the Fire. My brothers and sisters, again, take this
message to others as well so that they also understand that there is a purpose for our life. And
that is the ultimate purpose of our existence is to worship Allah. And worshiping Allah is a very
		

			broader term that we need to understand. Everything can be worshipped to Allah, you know, you live
		

			a life in line with the Quran and the teachings of Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that is
worship to Allah, we do anything and everything which pleases Allah is a worship to allow them to
smile at your brother, whether it's a service to your parents, whether it is earning a halaal
income, whether it is to do with the affairs that are just fair and balanced with the people
everything is a worship to Allah subhanho wa Taala. So this gives a holistic purpose of our lives.
		

			The next ayah
		

			comes from Surah Allah bronto number three, our number 192 where Allah subhanahu wa Tada. He says,
		

			again, my brothers and sisters, we are asking Allah Our Lord, indeed, whoever you admit to the fire
you have disgraced him and for the wrongdoers, there are no helpers, we ask a lot to make us
understand recite this IR remember this IR reflect and recognize this eye and to share and relay
this message to others as well. Because this is something which is so so important. We are
acknowledging the fact that indeed whoever you are Allah admit to the fire, you have disgraced Him.
May Allah protect us from that and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers they they will be you
know the wrongdoers who will be asking for help asking for rescue asking for you know, safeguard
		

			ness, but there is nothing that is going to help them Allah does not help those who wronged
themselves in this dunya they've been getting chances and chances and they did not reflect so Allah
does not care Then who did not care Allah in this world, my brothers and sisters, we need to ensure
that we reflect and take this message to the people of the world, to the entire humanity and and
warn them and and and invite their attention. That something that fire is something which is so
serious, that we have to seek Alas, protection from in this very world so that we may be safeguarded
and protected by Allah on that day. Well, there'll be no helpers except Allah ours is our gel.
		

			The next ayah is from Surah Al imraan surah number three, number 193. In which Allah subhanho wa
Taala he says the following
		

			a lot of Larissa, he says our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith saying Believe in
your Lord. And we have believed
		

			the need for us my brothers and sisters is to recognize and reflect on this ayah where Allah is
teaching us, our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith. You know, the
		

			The idea is that whenever there is someone who calls you to the truth of Islam, we you must sell a
bake which means, you know I am here and listen to it, respond to the call of the fate, my brothers
and sisters.
		

			And also we have to ensure that the importance of believing in Allah subhanho wa Taala is immense.
And that is the call that we have to actually take it forward to the entire humanity. We have to let
them know that Allah mentions in the Quran. Indeed, we have heard a caller calling to faith saying
Believe in your Lord, and we have believed so Alhamdulillah it is undoubtedly the mercy of Allah
that He has helped us to be among those who are believers. And we have to take this again message to
others as well, so that they may also believe in Allah in the Lord of the island mean, he is the

			governor of the entire creation, not just one, but the all but all creations Subhanallah So, this is
something which we have to actually, you know, take this message across, and, obviously, we that
comes from the recitation, from the remembrance, from the recognition from the reflection of this
ayah and the rest of the eyes that we have mentioned. So, my beloved brothers and sisters, we need
to ponder over these, you know, beautiful teachings of the Quran and, and connect with our Creator.
You see, every time we begin, do hours of the Quran with Habana. robina robina our Lord, our Lord,
our Lord, and this is the spirit of our, you know,
		

			journey, and that is to connect with our Creator. The moment you and me and everyone says Rabbana it
immediately connects you with your rub, where you don't need any interference. You don't need any,
you know, anyone in between you and Allah connect with your Creator. Now, in order to tell him to
ask him to plead with him to seek his help, his assistance, his forgiveness and victory over this
world and the hereafter. And indeed, Allah is someone who responds, indeed ally, someone who grants
ally someone who takes care of the entire creation in this world and the hereafter We ask Allah
subhanaw taala to help us all and to give us to grant us his choicest blessings and mercy upon us so
		

			that we may be successful in this world and the year after
