Abu Taymiyyah – Q&A Committed Zina In Ramadhan While Fasting

I'm like, Wallahi, you know, this and that

and I just can't. It's too long. It's

17 hours.

You might be able to get away from

the creation

and dupe them and say that I can't.

And nobody's gonna judge your heart.

But on your Marqiyama, you won't be able

to get away from Allah

The day when the secrets of an individual

is going to become very apparent.

And we know that it's what a very

serious sin to break your fast in the

month of Ramadan.

And this is what Imam Abu Taib

and also Sheikh Ris 17 he mentioned.

Now breaking your fast in the month of

Ramadan, why you have the ability to fast

is a major sin. It is worse than

zina.

It is also worse than being a.

Somebody who

is addicted to what?

Khamah, alcohol.

So anyways, that's a side point on what

May the nose of that man be dragged

on the floor, the month of Ramadan comes

and is not forgiven. And this individual who

is committing a sin in the month of

Ramadan,

is bad enough outside the month of Ramadan.

And the month of Ramadan is, you know,

everything is calling you to be forgiven. It's

a month of forgiveness, and if you're not

being forgiven, wullahi waqshalaik.

It's really really faith for that person.

So all this individual needs to really, you

know, sit up at night, cry his eyes

out, begging Umar to

forgive that which he committed.

And no matter what a person commits, the

door of what? Rahma,

forgiveness of mercy, a tawba is always open.

Even if you what? Ended up doing zina

with your mom,

you committed the worst of the acts. You

committed zina, you made tawba, you committed zina,

you make tawba.

Allah loves those

who make tawba to Allah

who constantly go back to him to work

is what

meaning somebody who excessively goes back. Allah loves

that person.

So because

maybe you've done it again, you shouldn't like,

you know?

I remember Imam Nuhr

in his explanation of Sahih Muslim, he mentions

this.

He mentions this, even if you end up

what? Committing the same sin,

a 1000 times,

Allah can still forgive you. But don't play

around with the tawbah of Allah

You have to be somebody who what? It's

regretful.

You know, and he has to make the

decision, there's no going to go back to

it. And he has to be what? Sincere

in that which he's doing.

Genuinely he's going to tell himself, I'm not

going to go back to it. If it

happens again, make tawba to Allah

And

Allah

knows what's deeply in your heart if you

are playing around the talk of Allah
