The conversation covers the history and importance of the Day of Judgment, including the use of force and forgiveness, the use of deadly sauce, and the need for a strong message on love and manners. The speakers emphasize the importance of avoiding evil behavior and avoiding mistakes, and stress the need for forgiveness and caution in the agenda. They also mention the presence of a new generation of hillbores and the need for a new generation of hillbores to achieve gender roles.

			Salam Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Alhamdulillah wa Salatu was Salam ala rasulillah who Allah,
Allah, he was happy he went, What am I bad. So we are resuming our series on design on the actual
day of judgment. And for those of you that are tuning in maybe many years from now, we're still in
the COVID lockdown crisis of 2020. And we are not in front of a live audience in front of in front
of a camera. And we're going to be recording our continuation of the actual day of judgment. And I
stopped before the month of Ramadan. And we were talking about the issue of hisab. So that's been
now we finished the issue of hisab. We're now going to move on to the next point of discussion. And

00:01:29 --> 00:02:13
			that will be the issue of the creation suing one another in the court of Allah subhanho wa Taala
What does this mean? So, this is called if the source if the source with the path equals the source,
and the issue of the source is, each person is going to get the rights due from other people that
took his rights in this world. So we mentioned in the previous lecture, the issue of the scrolls,
the issue of the hisab, the issue of Allah subhanaw taala. reckoning us, however, there will be a
special type of reckoning for the volume and the in justices that have taken place in between the
creation. So if you slandered somebody who hurt somebody stole money from somebody punched somebody

00:02:13 --> 00:02:54
			or like killed somebody, if you did something to hurt another person, that person has the right to
sue you on the day of judgment in the court of Allah subhanho wa Taala and this is called yakety
sauce. And there is a famous at the outset of the bass narration his disciple Hadi, and there are
many wordings of it. In many books of Hadith it is the famous editor of Abdullah have been known as
the love of Thailand, who said, I heard the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam say that you should
know so Yokoyama, mighty, rotten horrorland Baba, on the day of judgment, people will be
resurrected, naked and uncircumcised, and without any belongings, they're gonna have nothing with

00:02:54 --> 00:03:39
			them. And then a lot of xojo will shout out to them, the word literally is unity him speak to them
with a voice, that those who are close by will be able to hear that voice the same way that those
who are far or those who are far will be able to hear it the same way that those who are close. And
he will say, I am the king, I am the judge. It is not permitted for anybody who is from the people
of the fire of *, that he before he enters the fire of *, if anyone has anything that is due
to him from the people of Jenna, that they sauce must be done. And that is to pay back what what
needs to be done. And it is not befitting that there's a single person that is going to agenda. And

00:03:39 --> 00:04:22
			the person of jahannam has a hook that is due to him, except that he will get that help even a slap
or even a punch or a hit that was done in this world. They have that right. So one of them said O
Messenger of Allah, you just said that we would come naked and barefoot and uncircumcised and
without having any of our belongings. So how is there going to be any judgment with what are we
going to be, you know, handing things back and forth. And so our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam
said, Bill has and it was say, with the good and the bad deeds, that is how the justice is going to
be meted out. Now this Hadeeth is very, very profound for one simple reason. It doesn't matter if

00:04:22 --> 00:05:00
			you're going to gender or jahannam. It doesn't matter if you're a person of gender. And you wrong,
somebody who's going to Jehan them and he's going to Johanna, he is going that's like he's the
person who's going to Johanna. Allah says, no one will enter jahannam except that if he has any
complaint against a person of agenda that is going to be resolved right now. You see, piety will not
get away from you. The crime of doing an injustice to somebody else you doing an injustice makes you
an empire person, even if the one that you do an injustice to is somebody who has rejected a lot,
somebody who might be doing other injustices in his or her own life.

00:05:00 --> 00:05:42
			If you are doing your own injustice to this person, then you need to resolve that right then and
there. And so it doesn't matter. This shows us the infinite justice of Allah subhana wa tada the
perfection of Allah is added. Also in the famous hadith of Sahaba Hadi, our Prophet sallallahu
alayhi wa sallam said that whoever has done any volume to his brother, whoever has done any
injustice to his brother, whether it is to do with his honor, or anything other than that, then let
him make this vote halaal felt failure to * who what does it mean for the Hillel, who means untie
it and get rid of it and how we'll do that, how that is done, I will explain a shallow dive in

00:05:42 --> 00:06:24
			today's lecture, let him get rid of this storm before the day in which there will be no gold and
silver. Rather, it will be the deeds that will be taken in response for the amount of volume that he
will have done. And if he does not have good deeds, then the bad deeds of the other person will be
taken and then given given to him. So this hadith also shows us that we are being commanded by our
prophets of the law of why he was selling them. Make sure he is saying that if you've done anything
wrong in this dunya then make sure that you get rid of it in this dunya and how it is that I will
explain later on today shallow data and notice he began with the issue of edit or honor. If you have

00:06:24 --> 00:07:03
			harmed the owner of any person, how do you harm the owner of somebody, you harm the honor of
somebody with your tongue, with your LIBOR with your new Mima with your backbiting with your
slander, so if you have said something that is not true, or even if it is true, but it is
backbiting, if you have done something that will hurt the dignity and the honor of your brother, our
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam is saying make sure you resolve it in this dunya he had the dunya
before the day of judgment comes and in that day there will be no golden silver rather in that day
it will be good deeds and bad deeds and your good deeds. Can you imagine you have done your solder

00:07:03 --> 00:07:40
			you have done your xikar you have done your siyam of Ramadan, all of that hard earned, you know
deeds. Can you imagine if somebody just took your money from you, right? a large amount of fine came
in, you know, 50% of your wealth went away? Wouldn't you feel I wasted all of that time. Imagine
your good deeds being given to other people simply because you did not act wisely, and you hurt
other people. You said things you did things, you stole things, whatever you did to hurt other
people, our Prophet sallallahu Sallam said, resolve it now get rid of it now don't do it. And if
you've done it, then make it halal before it comes to the Day of Judgment. And of course in the

00:07:40 --> 00:08:20
			famous Hadith in Sahih, Muslim and other books, our Prophet sallallahu Sallam asked the Sahaba he
said, Do you know who is the bankrupt person? Do you know who is the bankrupt person? So they said,
O Messenger of Allah, the bankrupt person amongst us is the one who, you know, his debts are more
than what he owes. Basically, he doesn't have anything. That's what the mufflers for the bankrupt
person is, is the Pauper, the beggar who, you know, he owes much more than he can afford to pay. And
our Prophet sallallahu wasallam said, No, the real bankrupt person from my oma is the one that will
come on the Day of Judgment with lots of salah and cm and Sokka, in one Hadith with good deeds, like

00:08:20 --> 00:09:00
			mountains, he's going to come, but at the same time, he has come, and he has cursed one person, and
he has slandered another person, and he has eaten the wealth of a third person, and he has shed the
blood of another person, and he has hit this person. And so the Prophet system said, Every one of
them will be given from his good deeds, this one and that one, and this one and that one, until if
all of his good deeds are finished, and he still owes things, then what's going to happen, the sins
of the ones he wronged, will then be put on him, and it will be burdened with him, and then he shall
be cast into the fire of *. This Hadeeth is reported as a Muslim, and it is a terrifying Hadith

00:09:00 --> 00:09:42
			because it shows us you can come with the right amount of salah and cm and Zika. You can come with
the rituals having been performed, you can come and outwardly the people call you pious, but you
have harmed too many people, and you have done backstabbing and back dealings and your tongue has
been used to hurt and irritate lots of people. And so all of that will be of no use whatsoever on
the Day of Judgment. And this really shows us the mistakes of those people. And there are
unfortunately all too many amongst our community, that sometimes people they emphasize the rituals
so much, and they forget the issue of love and manners, and our religion is the religion of the

00:09:42 --> 00:10:00
			middle. Neither do we say that the rituals are not more important, nor do we say the o'clock are not
more important. We say the righteous Muslim has both rituals and a clock together. We need both of
them. And if you only have one and not the other, it will be highly highly, highly problematic on
the Day of Judgment, because you have

00:10:00 --> 00:10:37
			not fulfilled the criterion of what it means to be a good Muslim, and our Prophet sallallahu alayhi
wa sallam. Also, there's a beautiful Hadith reported in the sooner that even imagine others that
once our Prophet sallallahu Sallam was sitting with the Maha Joon that had come back from Abbey SR
had just come back from every senior, the immigrants from every senior. And he said to them that can
you tell me something interesting that you saw in the land of every senior Can you tell me something
that was amazing in the land of IB senior? And so they said yes, Yasuda, we will tell you and one of
them said it's a really interesting story. He said once when we were sitting, you know, and I was

00:10:37 --> 00:10:38
			senior,

00:10:39 --> 00:11:25
			an old lady came one of the wives of their priests. And and of course, their Christianity allowed
their priest to marry. And she was carrying a jug of water on her on her head. And when she was
walking by there was a group of rough Ian's youth there. One of them stood up, and he pushed her so
hard from behind that she fell down onto her knees, and the jug on her head fell, and it splattered
and it cracked everywhere. And you can imagine everybody would have been laughing and whatnot. And
so the lady turned around sort of turned around and she said that, oh you treacherous Who are you
evil person? How will you be what will be your state, the day that Allah azza wa jal brings his

00:11:25 --> 00:12:08
			kursi and gathers together all of mankind and the limbs will be speaking out. On that day you shall
see what will be our verdict between me and you what is going to happen on that day, our Prophet
sallallahu Sallam said sada Sadako he has spoken the truth and he has spoken the truth. How can
Allah subhana wa tada ever bless a nation that does not take the rights of the poor, or guarantee
the rights of the poor against the rights of the powerful, this hadith is an amazing idea that we
should explain it in more detail. But the main point here is that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam affirmed, she is speaking the truth, when she said that those people who teased her those

00:12:08 --> 00:12:48
			people who were rough to her, pushed her, and the water jug fell and broke and she's irritated and
embarrassed and hurt. She said, there is the day of judgment between us and we shall resolve our
dispute on the Day of Judgment. And the profitsystem said, she is speaking the truth. And this
really shows us that how important it is to give the rights of those who are weak, those who are
oppressed, so that we do not oppress them and make sure that the rich and the powerful do not get
away with oppression simply because they are rich and powerful. Now what if somebody does something
bad to you, and you did something to them back in return that was also bad? And of course, Allah

00:12:48 --> 00:13:29
			says in the Quran? Or does that we say you didn't say yes, with the response of one evil is to
return it to the same amount of evil What if you know back and forth somebody saying something you
say something as well what is what is the situation then? Well, we have this hadith as well,
beautiful Hadith reported in the sunat of a Timothy that are a Chateau de la Juan has said that once
a man came to the Prophet of the law, I said him and sat down in front of him. And he said, that I
have, you know, servants or slaves of mine, that they are lying to me and cheating from my welfare
is basically embezzling funds, you can say, and they are disobeying me. And so in return, I

00:13:29 --> 00:14:14
			discipline them in return, I discipline them. So what will be the verdict between me and them, what
will be the state so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that the amount that they
embezzled from you, and the amount that they were basically dishonest, that will be accounted for,
and your punishment will also be accounted for your retribution will also be accounted for. And if
your retribution was the exact same as the amount of their injustice, then the situation will be
such that it will neither be for you or against you, you are okay, it is fine. However, if your
punishment was more than the crimes that they had done, then that is going to be something that you

00:14:14 --> 00:14:34
			have to pay back to them. And if your punishment was less than the harm that they had done, then
this is something that they have to pay back to you. So the man became fresh, frightened, he became
agitated and he started to tremble and cry, and he said that what what you know

00:14:35 --> 00:15:00
			jasola he said that I don't see what is the solution here is really worth it or not to keep them and
the profits the lesson and recited the famous verse when other animals in our custody on our cavity
for not to them will often show up when can I miss quite a headbutt him in holiday entertainer we
have that we're going to bring forth the scales on the day of judgment and no soul shall be shown
any injustice even if it is a mustard weight, then it will be done for them.

00:15:00 --> 00:15:34
			And so the man said that all messenger of Allah, I think that the best option for me is to free
these, these servants and slaves so that I don't have to worry about this issue. So he ended up
freeing the slaves. Now the point here, the point of our Hadith here is that, in this case, this,
the people were doing something they should not have done, they're stealing money embezzling,
they're going behind his back and doing whatever they should do with and they should not do that.
And the man is also, you know, administrating what was at that time, their level of justice and the
Profit System saying, well, there is a justice in front of a law, each side is going to have to

00:15:34 --> 00:16:09
			measure up and if it is exactly equal, then there are fine who can be exactly equal, how can you be
exactly equal. So the man became very worried. And he said, you know, what I don't want to get into
I don't want this responsibility, and he ended up freeing the slaves. So if this is the reality
between in those days the master and the slave, then how much more so between two people that don't
have that relationship, be careful. And so the better thing to do is not to get involved in the tit
for tat, the better thing to do is not to rather it is to forgive for the sake of Allah. And of
course, this is something that is in the Quran as well, that whoever it is an evil should be

00:16:09 --> 00:16:53
			returned with an evil. And whoever forgives them a lot of xojo will give him his reward for Judo who
are the law. And so we need to strive to go to the higher level, and not respond to an evil with
another evil. We have another beautiful Hadith that our Prophet sallallahu Sallam said, led to I
don't know how Kokila le haoma Yama, on the day of judgment, every single person will give the hook
to the one whom it was deserving of every person's How is going to be measured and given back so
much so that the sheep, the sheep that did not have horns, is going to complain to Allah, about the
sheep that did have horns, and butted into it or hit it that it is not fair. This was a fair battle

00:16:53 --> 00:17:33
			that you had. And so the sheep is going to complain to another sheep or the goat we should say is
going to complain to the about the other goat that did something that it should not have done. And
this is something that is mentioned in the books of the year. And sort of ama and pseudo Ahmed
Hassan, when Allah subhanho wa Taala says that the people will say that Yeah, they 10 equal to
taraba. How wild to me how I wish I was dust, they will say this, when they see all of the animals,
they have finished their if the sauce between them, and they will then be turned into dust. So the
cafard will say How I wish I was dust as well. The point being that Allah has infinite justice,

00:17:33 --> 00:17:53
			Allah is perfect justice even manifests itself upon animals, that if an animal did something to
another animal, and by the way, this proves that animals they have the capacity to do things that
are unjust as well, that they're sometimes they get irritated and angry. And they will act in a
manner that is unbecoming even of them amongst themselves.

00:17:55 --> 00:18:35
			And our scholars pointed out here that this is a very interesting example. The zebra will not
complain to a law that why did the lion eat me, because the lion had the right to hunt and eat the
zebra. Rather what the example that he gave, the goat that did not have horns, was attacked by the
goat that had horns, right. And the goat that had horns should not have done this because you know,
they have their own internal laws or whatever that that there's something that should not have
happened and so that goat will complain to Allah subhanho wa Taala. Now, what is going to be the
hesitancy at the head, it's not a valid concern and is something that will leave to the animals and

00:18:35 --> 00:19:13
			Allah subhanho wa Taala. What we are more interested in is the fact that ullas justice will even
take the animals into account, and even animals will get their justice on the Day of Judgment.
Therefore, we need to be extra careful about our own cocoa. So from all of these and more than
these, it is very clear that sins are of two types. And we've said this many times that it is
something that is known to each other every single Muslim, there are those sins that are between you
and the law, and they don't harm or hurt or affect anybody else. If you're lacks in your rituals, if
you are doing something in your private life like

00:19:15 --> 00:20:00
			drugs and alcohol or Xena one of these types of sins between you and Allah subhanho wa Taala This is
a personal matter. And Allah azza wa jal shall forgive if you turn to Him in forgiveness, Allah
forgives all sins. However, if you have done a harm to another person, stolen money, or beaten,
physically harmed, brought pain or anguish for no reason or grief, or slandering, or anything of
this nature, then you have to worry about two different courts. There is the court between you and
Allah and you have to repent for that. And then there is the special court that is called the court
of Nevada to court the sauce here between people and that's why I will properly

00:20:00 --> 00:20:44
			Priscilla whitey who was send them said it, Wilma, fair enough Wilma Voluma tune yom Okayama fear
injustice, because injustice shall be turned into darkness on the Day of Judgment, fear injustice,
because injustice will be turned into darkness on the Day of Judgment. So we have to be very careful
about doing injustices, volume will become guru mat on the Day of Judgment, and we don't want to be
in darkness on the day of judgment and of course, what is the worst volume that a person can do to
another person? It is obviously the volume of murder of taking the soul without a just cause. And
that is why our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, the first matter that will be judged

00:20:44 --> 00:21:28
			between people on the day of judgment will be with regards to any bloodshed that has taken place.
Oh, one of my yotpo babina nasci yo malkia it fit Dima The first thing that shall be judged between
people on the Day of Judgment it will be with regards to any bloodshed that took place and in one
Hadith. Even Abbas said, The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said the one who was murdered shall
drag his murder on the Day of Judgment holding him by his for luck holding him with complete
control. And the wounds that were caused are still going to be gushing blood out and he will go in
front of Allah subhanho wa Taala with the murder and he will say yeah, Rob asked this man, why did

00:21:28 --> 00:22:07
			he kill me? Yeah, Rob asked this man. Why did he kill me until he will be brought forth all the way
next to the outer shell of Allah subhana wa Tada. He will be given prime status that How dare this
man have killed me? And can you imagine that Oh, the below the below. We seek Allah's refuge from
ever, ever, ever going to that level as our Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, There shall
always be hope for a person on the Day of Judgment, as long as he hasn't shed the blood of somebody
else that will be left from that. And this is a warning This is a warning to all those around the
world who are helping tyrannical regimes who are in charge of torturing prisoners, who are the elite

00:22:07 --> 00:22:44
			bodyguards of those that are being commanded to hurt and harm and to kill other people are with the
Bella Rosa Villa with a beloved fear that day What will you do when that innocent lady when that
child when that man What will you do when they hold on to your head, and you will have no power to
not you know, be led, and they will be you will be dragged in front of the throne of Allah directly
in front of Allah and and you will be challenged by this man or this woman or this child that you
killed. And the man or the woman will point and will say, oh, Allah asked this man, why did he kill
me? What will you answer on that day fear Allah subhana wa Tada. And give up the worst terror that

00:22:44 --> 00:23:25
			you can do in this world, the worst volume you can do to another person is the venom of killing
someone. And that's why our Prophet system said, Be careful of that injustice in particular. And
there's a headache as well, as soon as he sat us along with the latter half of it is that a man will
come holding on to another man's hand, and he will say, oh my Rob, this person killed me. So Allah
will ask him, Why did you kill this man? Why did you kill him? And so the man will say, I did it for
the glory of so and so I did it for the glory of so and so this meaning here is that so and so
commanded me the king, the powerful person, the Minister, you know, my boss commanded me. And so I

00:23:25 --> 00:24:05
			kill this man for the honor the glory of so and so. And Allah will say the glory does not belong to
so and so is is not for so and so is that belongs to Allah subhanho wa Taala. And so all of the sin
that the the murder, the murder demand would have had in his life, all of that will be transferred
to the murderer all of it. And on top of that, the sin of the murder itself, so Pinilla so the
murdered person inshallah will die of Shaheed and then the murderer will get the whole lifetime of
the sins of the first person, right. So he's Godfrey, the murdered and murdered person and the
murder, the whole lifetime, whatever you would have done before that deed will go on to his his app,

00:24:06 --> 00:24:47
			and then what else the sin of murder itself SubhanAllah. So how foolish is the person and how evil
is the person who does not understand the sin of this grave injustice of murder? Now, so we talked
about there are a number of a hadith about this issue of this special you know, if the sauce between
mankind now the question arises, we talked about in the very beginning, the first Heidi theater
prophets of the law, while he was sent him said, Whoever has done any injustice to his brother, let
him make it harder, let him get rid of it in this world. The question is, how does one do that? How
does one do that? And here we respond to that. There are many ways. The first and the most obvious

00:24:47 --> 00:25:00
			way is to go up to that person and to apologize to confess for your mistake, to literally come out
and say, My dear brother in Islam, my dear sister in Islam, look, I did something I shouldn't have.

00:25:00 --> 00:25:37
			Done, I said something I shouldn't have said I took your money, whatever it is. And by the way, you
don't have to be explicit. You're allowed to cover it up, as you know, I did something I shouldn't
have done. And I want to ask you forgiveness. And I asked a law to forgive you for forgiving me. So
the point is, you link it and why should the man forgive you, you will link it back to a law and you
will say, you know, what, because of the fact that if you forgive me, I will make special art for
you. Now, it is possible that the first person will say, No, I want you to do this on my behalf,
that I want you to, you know, whatever. And you have to go back to that gathering that you You said

00:25:37 --> 00:26:13
			that and praise me, that's a valid, that's a very valid condition, and he has the right to do that,
or the man can say you stole you know, $100,000 and before I forgive you, you need to repay that to
the best of your ability, then I will forgive you. Okay, fair enough. So any reasonable demand
reasonable can be put, if the demand is unreasonable, then obviously, locally following Epson in
Lusaka, Allah does not burden a soul with more than what it can bear. And so the person if he asked
an unreasonable demand, if $1,000 were stolen, and the man says, Oh, I want $10,000, it doesn't work
that way, when they stole $1,000. So you pay him back, whatever is the damage that was done and

00:26:13 --> 00:26:52
			asked for forgiveness. And that is done. So if the first person is unreasonable than the one who has
done injustice should be reasonable and give back whatever is reasonable to give. And the rest is up
to Allah subhanho wa Taala. So this is the ideal situation and scenario, you go to the one whom you
have wronged. And you ask point blank for forgiveness, and you don't have to mention your deed, you
do not have to mention here with the person who asks you, it is up to you, if you want to give it or
not, that is up to you. And if you cannot, if you, for example, cannot find the person or it will
cause more damage to go to the person and bring up the past, or the person that you did the damage

00:26:52 --> 00:27:29
			to has passed away, it's gone. Or the person that you did the damage to is not an individual you
don't know. So for example, if you embezzled money from let's say, a corporation or something right
now, you cannot it's you know, you don't know the person that you took it from let us say it's just
generic something of this nature, in this case, then you must make it up in a generic manner. And
that is how do you do that you give some charity, on behalf of those whom you have done any wrong to
So suppose you, you know, said something about somebody that you shouldn't have said, and you hurt
that person's feelings. And then a few years that person passed away? Well, he's gone now what are

00:27:29 --> 00:28:02
			you going to do? So then you should do some good deeds. So you make in your own mind, and every
person is different? And you have to answer to a lot, you make a fine in your mind that you know
what, I think that penalty, it deserves $500 that I should give on his behalf. Let's see, I'm just
giving a number here. So there's no obviously there's nothing in it. I'm just giving an example that
you know, your financial situation, you know, what you said, you know, you're certain you know, your
culture and time, what would be a reasonable gift to make up and you say, Oh, well, ah, this money
that I'm giving to the poor, I wanted to go to so and so because of what I have done. So if you do

00:28:02 --> 00:28:17
			that, then hamdulillah you're also basically any scot free now. And if you don't know the person
that you can just give it and say, oh, whoever it was for whoever's money I took, you know, this is
now back to them. Eliza? Would you give them the reward of the charity? Now?

00:28:18 --> 00:29:02
			question arises, what if you cannot even do that, or to rephrase the crime is so great, that no
amount of apology can make up for it that you have gone beyond the red line. And it doesn't matter
whether you say you're sorry or not, you have done too much. And I'll give you a simple example. So
I just talked about these, you know, evil people around the world that are, you know, basically
minions of tyrannical regimes, and they are obeying the beck and call of those who tell them to kill
and torture and whatnot. What if one of them repents, but you know, he's done it. He was the, the,
the jailer, the prison guard. Let's say he was the person in charge of the interrogation or the

00:29:02 --> 00:29:40
			ability to build a very evil evil in this person, these types of people. They have sold their Deen
and their dunia both for the sake of this dunya and that is the worst transaction to make. they've
sold their religion and they've sold their body and their time they've sold everything they have for
a cheap some of this world only are we to be loved. So imagine, just imagine, though, that one of
them you know, after years and years of torture and whatnot of innocent people, he's doing whatever
he's doing, then he decides to repent, okay, now, his crimes are far too much to simply go knocking
on the family's door saying I'm sorry. Okay, that needs to be done generically. But that's more than

00:29:40 --> 00:29:59
			that. What you know what can be done here? Well, in this case, it does appear from the text of the
Quran and Sunnah, that panela a lot of Allah azzawajal will look at the quality of the repentance,
Allah will look at the sincerity of the repentance, and if that repentance was genuine

00:30:00 --> 00:30:43
			and sincere and powerful if it was a true repentance, then insha Allah to Allah, even this person
can be forgiven. What is the evidence for this? The evidence is in the Quran and the Sunnah, the
generality of the verses that talk about the forgiveness of the people who repent to Allah. And of
course, specifically Allah says in Medina first and will, Nina will mean it Samia to boo, Fela
Hamada boo, Johanna murwillumbah double How do those who are torturing the believing men and women,
and then they do not repent, they shall be in the adab of jahannam. And they shall be in the
punishment of the of the fire of health. So this is very explicit, those who are torturing the

00:30:43 --> 00:31:25
			believing men and women, and then do not repent, which means if they repent to them, hamdulillah
they are fine. Also, we have the famous Hadith in Sahih Hadith of the man who killed 99 people, a
very evil mass murder, and then he decided to repent to Allah subhanho wa Taala. And long story
short, he killed another person, the 100th person. And then finally he made a sincere repentance.
And he turned to Allah subhanho wa Taala. And he passed away in that state of mind. And we know from
the Hadith that he was, in fact, forgiven, okay, we can understand that the sincere, genuinely
powerfully sincere person can be forgiven. How about those 100 people that were killed? How about

00:31:25 --> 00:32:12
			them? What Why will they not get their help? And the response to this, the general rule is that the
one who does wrong will have to pay from his own personal account of good deeds, his own personal
bank account, right, his own personal hisab of good indeed. And if he runs out of good deeds, no
more credit, negative credit will be given to him in the manifestation of the bad deeds of the
person being given to him. This is the general rule. However, if a person is sincere to the core,
and he is not able to, you know, how can you pay 100 people like what do you what is this man for
going to do and if he's killed 100 people in this case, it appears that Allah subhanho wa Taala will

00:32:12 --> 00:32:55
			directly reward and credit those whom he harmed, those whom he killed, those whom he irritated,
Allah will take care of it from his direct Jani herself. alows Kadeem and Eliza origin is the one
who gives the lady herself and the man is not going to have to give if and only if the repentance
was completely sincere, and that is something that will demonstrate in a positive lifestyle
afterwards and repentance and and the conditions of repentance will have been met. And this has also
proven in the Hadith in Sahih, Bukhari have already narrated that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam said a lot laughs at two people, one of whom kills the other and the both of them ended up in

00:32:55 --> 00:33:32
			gender. And they said, How is that possible that the killer and the kill they both end up as friends
in general? How is that possible? And so the Prophet system gave the example which is, of course
more extreme than our one, but the concept is there that a person was fighting for the sake of Allah
subhana wa Tada. And he died a Shaheed he's going to go to the one who killed him from the side of
the enemies, he's not upon the religion of Allah. And eventually Allah guides him to Islam, and then
he as well dies a Shaheed and so he becomes a Shahid and Allah has accepted the repentance of the
murder because of his Islam. So the both of them and the brothers in general. So Subhana Allah it is

00:33:32 --> 00:34:15
			very explicit here. And of course, this hadith is about the non Muslim who then accepts Islam, but
the concept is there that learn can be erased from a very sincere repentance if and only if, the
person who did the vote for whatever reason is not going to is not going to be able to repay all of
that back to the one whom he has done them to okay. So, we understand now we have, I have given
around seven or eight evidences and by the way, this, this these evidences are all from the sooner
the Koran does not seem to have anything explicit about if the sauce between people on the Day of
Judgment, there does not seem to be any verse that is explicit. However, there are many generalities

00:34:15 --> 00:34:53
			of verses from which this can be derived. But we get this point of theology straight from the Hadith
of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam. And I mentioned as I said, over seven or eight of these a
hadith Now, the question arises before we conclude, the question arises, where and when will this
occur? The question is where and when will this occur? Will it occur on the Day of Judgment, the
plane of the Day of Judgment? Or will it occur on the bridge, or before the bridge, or after the
bridge, or before entering Heaven and *, when will all of these things occur? And this leads us
to a quick

00:34:54 --> 00:35:00
			if you'd like them jumping forward here, of another issue of the Day of Judgment, which we will then
discuss separately

00:35:01 --> 00:35:37
			There is something called the compiler, the compiler, and we're gonna come to it as a separate
issue. And we're going to discuss that in around, you know, 2030 minutes in a future lecture. A
shallow level law gives us life into field, what is the controller, the controller is a special
bridge, that is right before the gates agenda, the control of the world controller means a bridge.
And it is not the same as the Serato set off. There's another type of bridge. The Pantera is
typically a U shaped bridge that is put in front of the fortified walls, generally speaking, you
know, you must have seen even in TV shows and whatnot, you know, there's that moat that goes and

00:35:37 --> 00:36:11
			then you have the thing that comes down. Well, I mean, obviously, the thing that comes out is not
the controller, but that concept of the bridge over the water. The moat, that is the controller in
the Arabic term is that's called controller. It's the U shaped bridge that goes over water. And it's
typically generally speaking, the controller is the bridge that is placed before the fortress wall.
So it's as if gender has that fortress gender has that wall and we know gender has a wall there's
something we know. And to get to the the the wall of gender, you have to pass by this massive bridge
is going to be the conference, it's going to be the continent, there is something called the Condor.

00:36:11 --> 00:36:50
			Now, we're going to talk about the controller when we talk about it, and it is after the Sirat,
which is another type of bridge, some ahaadeeth mentioned that this whole back and forth between
people, it will take place on the controller, and that's why I brought it up right now. And of those
is the Hadith Oh, sorry, 200 are the Allahu taala, in which he said Hadith is in Bahati that once
the believers have guaranteed that they're not going to help, once they know they're not going to
help. So they're going on their way, they're marching all the way to gender. So this is after the
hisab, right, because now they know it, they got their books, they got their schools, they got the

00:36:50 --> 00:37:38
			good deeds, and now they're marching to gender, they shall be prevented or stopped at a con para
between heaven and *. So there is a contract between heaven and *, and fire to call Sona
mavala, the mechanics been home for dounia. And they shall swap any volumes that they have the
Saucier, that's where we get this term from any injustices that took place, they shall deal with
them at this point in time. Until finally, when they have been purified and cleansed when everything
has been done between them within a home be the whole agenda, it will then be allowed for them to
enter Jen. And I swear to you, the profitsystem said that every one of them will inherently know how

00:37:38 --> 00:37:52
			to get to their place in general, just like every one of you knows how to get home in your city, you
know how to get home, just like that is going to be embedded in them they will know how to go to
their place in general. So this hadith is very explicit. What does it say?

00:37:53 --> 00:38:33
			After the believers are are known to have been freed from the fire of *, meaning they know
they're not going to Johanna they are now scot free and gender is ahead of them. They shall be
stopped right outside the gates of gender. And at that point in time on the Pantera will be supercon
politan bainer genetti will now they're going to be stopped at the Antara between heaven and *.
So at that, Tara, this is when all of these are going to take place. Okay, you will say that solves
the problem great is very clear that the history between the servants and Allah will take place,
gender and gender is decided those who are getting to gender, they will now have to do this special

00:38:33 --> 00:39:16
			extra sauce before they get into gender. But this obviously raises some issues and have them is that
the very Hadith of the one who is bankrupt? What is it say? The one who is bankrupt? What does it
say? The one who was bankrupt, it says that he shall have mountains of good deeds. But after all of
this is over, he shall enter into the fire of * and be thrown into the fire of *. So this
appears that it's taking place at the his hub and not after the slot and at the controller that he
has already knows he's going to help. There are other ahaadeeth as well, that seemed that may be
seem to indicate and some have said this, that there are two separate courts, you have the court of

00:39:16 --> 00:39:54
			law in which your hisab and your skills will be given and then you have the court of the volume or
the court of the of the sauce in which people will have in between them. And so they say there's a
two step process on the Day of Judgment. And there is some indirect evidence of them is the
highlighted in this route, in which he said that the Prophet sallallahu Sallam said, the first
matter for which hisab will be made between the servant and his Lord is the Salah. And the first
matter for which although will be made between people will be for blood. So it is as if maybe this
is one interpretation. The other interpretation, of course, is that there's two categories of deeds

00:39:54 --> 00:40:00
			and not two, that's two separate courts. So the point being this Hadeeth might give the impression
that you have the court of

00:40:00 --> 00:40:42
			Law and then you have the court of if the sauce between mankind on the date of judgment, if
unhedged, he comments on this. And he says, How come the punter is placed right before Jen Of what
use is it when the people already know they're going to gender. And he says that these are the
people that these are the that group that they already know they're going to agenda. And so he
basically is saying that the extra sauce is going to be between the people of Jenna for the ranks of
gender, it's not going to be to go to gender. So this is one interpretation, another Toby, he brings
an interpretation that he brings the narration from an earlier scholar, which does not have any

00:40:42 --> 00:40:52
			basis and the sooner but he brings it that there are seven bridges before Jen before Jen, and at
every single controller, seven controllers, at every single controller,

00:40:53 --> 00:41:33
			a different series of questions is going to be asked, and every single controller you're going to
have to respond to Allah subhana wa tada for what you have done. So this is another interpretation
that demand to be brings in reality, and it appears that an only Allah subhanaw taala knows best
because really, there's so much ambiguity and gray area over here, that it does appear that those
people who are going to end up in jahannam, that they will not wait till the very end of the month
or they will not wait till after the sell out because those who pass the slot there are going to
those who get over to the slot, they are not going to be dragged back down into jahannam. Therefore,

00:41:33 --> 00:42:21
			what appears to be the case is the following the criminals and the evil people that have harmed
other people of humanity, and who are destined to go to jahannam those people they shall have their
hisab and their if the sauce all done together on the plains of the Day of Judgment. And so as
they're standing in front of a lot after the gurus we talked about the issue of Allah azza wa jal
coming and Eliza, which is speaking in a large xojo, doing the hisab. After all of that,
simultaneously, their sins between them and a law and their sins between them and the creation shall
be accounted for. And they shall end up in the fire of help. However, there will be those who they

00:42:21 --> 00:43:00
			overall have enough good deeds to inshallah make it to gender, but they have wronged other people
and some handler, every single human being amongst us, we have wronged other people, we have not
been perfect in our lives. And those people, they will get the verdict, you're going to agenda,
okay. But they're not going to get in until the very final details of the hisab are done the very
final details and what is the final details? It is the if the sauce between the people? And what is
the purpose now of the good and bad deeds. When you're going to enter agenda, you know, you're going
to enter agenda, it's not going to be an issue of going to Johanna, what is the purpose now? Well,

00:43:00 --> 00:43:42
			it appears that Allah knows best that there's going to be a reshuffling of levels of agenda. That's
the only thing that is left, there is no agenda anymore. So what's going to be there a reshuffling
of the levels of gender that right before the entrance of gender, the people have agenda We'll be
waiting outside. And suppose somebody got Michelle's about a column just giving an example 89 score
out of 100 giving example another one got Mashallah 75 Okay, but the one who got 89 harm the one who
got 75. So unless you have, they will take you know, a pointer to whatever you know, I'm just being
given an example, and give it to the one whom, upon whom the harm was done, and therefore, they will

00:43:42 --> 00:44:19
			get that little upgrade at the very end before entering gender, and SubhanAllah. This is a
consolation to all of us on all sides of the aisle, because at the end of the day, who amongst us
can really verify and ascertain that you have never done something to hurt another person, but those
who are sincere, those who are repentant, those who try insha Allah to Allah, Allah will forgive
them to the extent that they get into gender but Allah as Justice must be manifested, and if a
person has done something wrong to another person, then that needs to be taken account of and the
one who has wronged has every right to ask and by the way, they have the right to forgive for the

00:44:19 --> 00:45:00
			sake of Allah as well. And if they forgive, they will get more from Allah azza wa jal directly. So
all of this inshallah with this, we conclude all of this, it brings us to the reality of the
importance of making sure that we do not do anything that we have to answer to a lot for him about
hurting other people and harming other people. All the sins that we do between us and a lot and I'm
not trivializing them, but all of them. The default is that they can easily be forgiven if we turn
to a law in the law flew by Jimmy. However, the sins between us and the creation, those are of a
different category, and if the

00:45:00 --> 00:45:38
			Creation does not forgive us, then it is very difficult to be forgiven. It's not impossible as I
said, a sincere, sincere, sincere repentance and genuine repentance, it is possible that Allah will
take charge and give the ones who were done wrong good deeds from himself directly meaning the hisab
Allah is the one who is in charge of the of the results and the skills. But the point being through
all of this, we need to be extra careful that we do not have to worry about this issue on the Day of
Judgment. Because dear brothers and sisters, the last thing we want to do is to be bankrupt on that
day we want to win we want to come out the winners want to be the highest of the high, we do not

00:45:38 --> 00:46:18
			want to be bankrupt. We do not want to see our good deeds be given to other people. And that's why I
say always err on the side of caution. If you feel you want to do something, say something to
somebody, err on the side of caution. Keep your tongue quiet, keep your hands to yourself. Don't do
something that you might regret in this world and especially on the Day of Judgment, inshallah tada
In our next lesson, we're going to then start talking about the issue of the meezan or the scales of
the Day of Judgment. Also I shall eventually get to the issue of the holder or the sister or the
pool of the Prophet salallahu it he was setting them until then I will see you jack malachite on set

00:46:18 --> 00:46:20
			on ya Kumar Allahu Akbar casual
