			We have some questions via the WhatsApp inshallah Tada what is the prayer over tahajjud? And how and
when to perform it also, what are the benefits of this prayer?
		

			So this question mashallah really requires
		

			a lecture really to give you a full, the full extent of the benefits of a tahajjud and when we say
tahajjud, we're talking about the prayer that is offered in the nighttime, the Muslim prays the five
obligatory prayers, and then there is also a big emphasis and encouragement to offer voluntary
prayers in the nighttime.
		

			And there are various verses in the Quran referring to the offering of the night prayer.
		

			What I would say is that when it is performed,
		

			so technically speaking, the night in Islam starts from after salatu Al Maghrib.
		

			So when the sun sets, this is the nighttime and this extends all the way until Salat al Fajr.
		

			And the night prayer technically can be offered any time between those two prayers between McRib and
Salat al Fajr Okay, technically speaking. So, this is the first point The second point is that how
it is prayed how it is prayed, which is the question here so the Prophet alayhi salatu salam said
Salah to Layli Messina, Messina, that the night prayer is to be offered in two units of prayer at
each time. Okay, so you pray to rocker two units of prayer, then you finish your Victor Salim and
then you offer another two. Now this hadith is a very important Hadith for us is that it does not
specify how much or how little or how much you can pray. So therefore it is up to you really, how
		

			much you want to pray in the nighttime if you just want to simply offer to Raka and then you pray
your Witter after. I know, question wasn't asking about Witter, but it's important to mention,
because the same Hadith in which I just mentioned that the night prayer is prayed in two units at a
time it is completed by best practice with you praying with it, even if it is one that occur.

			There are of course the various other ahaadeeth which can stipulate the best times for you to offer
the night prayer,
		

			some of the view that it is the last third of the night. How do you work out the last third of the
night, while you work out how many hours between Maghrib and Fudger. And however many hours that is
you divide that by three, and then you find out the last third of the night. There are other
approaches and understandings as to what is the optimum and best time.
		

			There are other views like for example, that the Prophet alayhi salatu salam explained to us the bad
or how the old alayhis salam how he used to worship Allah subhanaw taala and we know that the psalm
or the fasting of the old Ali salaam was the first one day and to break the force the next day. So
he would one day fast and then one day not fast and just have this routine. So this is according to
many of the relevant based upon this the optimum the best way that you could fast and fasting one
day and then breaking the faster the next day and then fasting one day on on off like this.
		

			There's also mentioned that the old Elisa Lam would
		

			get up for salatu Leyland pray after 116 of the night in pm and when that would occur, and then

			There are legitimate differences of opinion on this particular issue.
		

			I'm of the view that you women should cover their feet while at any time whether there any harm or
not, it makes no difference. So you should wear your socks or wear some socks that are covered your
feet when you're in Haram or whether you're out of the Haram makes no difference in sha Allah Allah

give you a different answer which is based upon evidence and the interpretation of the evidence

			the second question is about wiping over the sock. Now.
		

			Again, there are different views what type of sock you are allowed to wipe over is it only the
leather sock that you are permitted to wipe over when making model that is that you made a threshold
or washing your feet and then you put a sock on there or some of the view that has to be another
sock that you wipe over
		

			or it could be even a mix between like cotton or wool and leather nonetheless I would say that on
this issue, if the sock is leather or if it is wool or it is nylon or it is another material, it
covers the entire area of the foot
		

			and it is not see through so to see through tights you cannot wait over they have to be a sock which
number one covers the whole foot and secondly it is not see through okay it's not see through as
long as these two conditions and Charlotte Allah
		

			they are fulfilled then it would be permitted for you again you asking me give you my view, it is
permitted for you to wipe over the top of the sock. Okay, so it's not a see through sock.
		

			So if you cannot see the skin underneath, you can wipe over the top in Charlottetown regardless of
the material, nylon who's best. The third question is the difference between Al Hamdulillah and well
Hamdulillah. Well, quite simply the word means and so instead of saying all praises due to Allah
