			indeed or praise and thanks is due to Allah subhanaw taala

00:02:59 --> 00:03:01
			we praise Him we thank him.

00:03:02 --> 00:03:12
			We ask Allah subhanaw taala to guide us all whomsoever Allah subhanaw taala guides there is no need
to lead astray and whoever is led astray there is no one to guide

00:03:15 --> 00:03:39
			today my dear brothers and sisters, there are two things inshallah to Allah I want to focus on. Both
of these topics are particularly important, I believe, to the man and the heart of every believer.
For as the Muslim is always looking for good opportunities. There are some great opportunities but
isn't it later Allah which are on our doorstep?

00:03:41 --> 00:03:43
			But before we reach that, before I mentioned that

00:03:45 --> 00:03:50
			how does Allah subhanho wa Taala describe Benny Adam in the Quran,

00:03:51 --> 00:03:55
			there are many descriptions of our nature.

00:03:56 --> 00:04:13
			And this is of course in line. The fact that Allah subhanaw taala created us, Allah Allah moment
Haluk whoo hoo allottee full Hadith does Allah Jalla wa Ala not know whom or what he created, and
that he subhanaw taala is the knower of all subtleties, the all aware

00:04:15 --> 00:04:25
			one of those descriptions is that every human being Benny Adam, in fact, all of the Hulk is created
in a state of weakness.

00:04:26 --> 00:04:38
			So Allah subhanaw taala tells us, well holy will insert die for this is one of the descriptions that
Allah subhanaw taala gives to us that will be created weak.

00:04:40 --> 00:04:41
			However,

00:04:43 --> 00:04:49
			this weakness is not necessarily a decider a disadvantage for the believer

00:04:51 --> 00:04:58
			that Allah subhanaw taala wouldn't create you in such a state that everything is against you, or
that there is no way out.

00:04:59 --> 00:04:59
			But rather than

00:05:00 --> 00:05:13
			believer, the Muslim looks at how we have been created and looks for the opportunity and looks for
the positivity in that. So yes, I was created weak.

00:05:14 --> 00:05:15
			But where is my strength?

00:05:17 --> 00:05:19
			And do we actually have any strength at all?

00:05:20 --> 00:05:28
			So if I say that the reality of your weakness and that the believer knowing their weakness, that
actually is there

00:05:30 --> 00:05:40
			that that is their strength, which in itself doesn't make any sense that how is it that I recognize
my weakness and that, in fact is my strength?

00:05:41 --> 00:05:44
			No doubt, that needs further explanation.

00:05:45 --> 00:06:04
			So Allah subhanaw taala, in a number of places, tells us about those people who saw themselves as a
coalition, the strongest of men, that they had the power to Salta, the sovereignty as they saw it,
over their lands, the lands as far as the eye could see.

00:06:05 --> 00:06:07
			However, Allah subhanaw taala destroyed them.

00:06:10 --> 00:06:11
			Or lay Saleemul

00:06:13 --> 00:06:19
			Do I not have the Dominion and ownership of Egypt was the statement of Iran.

00:06:20 --> 00:06:26
			And we know the ending of Iran. So the one who saw himself as the powerful, the strong

00:06:28 --> 00:06:29
			that was his weakness.

00:06:31 --> 00:06:36
			And when we look at, as Allah subhanaw taala tells us on the plains of Bedell

00:06:38 --> 00:06:41
			on the plains of burden where the Muslims numbered just over 300

00:06:42 --> 00:06:47
			in front of an army well prepared, three times its size.

00:06:49 --> 00:07:03
			They saw themselves as the Quraysh at that time, we are the custodians of Makkah, we have the power,
we have the sovereignty of this. They saw themselves as the strong and powerful.

00:07:04 --> 00:07:12
			But the reality was what that in fact, they had no clue that they were of course, the absolute
weakest.

00:07:13 --> 00:07:28
			Wallah, God and Asada Kamala, who will be better. One to Mozilla. As Allah subhanaw taala describes
the believers that they were given victory, they will assisted on the day of better when you were
weak, when you were meek.

00:07:30 --> 00:07:31
			But there was what

00:07:33 --> 00:07:46
			their strength was in the attachment to Allah subhanaw taala turning back to Allah subhanaw taala in
situations and in times where for all intents and purposes, everything was against them.

00:07:48 --> 00:07:53
			There are many, many, many examples to give like the battle, the battle of a world

00:07:54 --> 00:08:09
			where the Muslims were greater in number, the Battle of Haldane where the Muslims were even greater
in number where the Muslims were proud of the numbers. But Allah reminded them that the numbers did
not benefit them.

00:08:11 --> 00:08:11
			So

00:08:12 --> 00:08:22
			the Muslim realizes his or how he or she has been described in the Quran that they are weak and that
you recognizing that weakness

00:08:23 --> 00:08:32
			means that in turn, you will turn to the one who is all powerful and the one who has all strength
limitless, infinite.

00:08:33 --> 00:08:39
			So when Allah subhanaw taala says yeah, Are you a nurse and Tamil Fukuro illallah

00:08:41 --> 00:08:42
			wa Allahu Allah honey you will admit

00:08:43 --> 00:08:53
			that all mankind You are in complete need of Allah Jalla wa Tada and he subhanaw taala is the old
praised the self sufficient the praised one.

00:08:54 --> 00:09:15
			The our success as Muslims as believers is recognizing although often our need of Allah subhanaw
taala especially in times of Shiite death in times of difficulty. When times are good, it's easy
maybe for us to forget the goodness that Allah subhanaw taala has given to us. But when times are
difficult

00:09:17 --> 00:09:24
			when the prices of food and clothing and energy and fuel is skyrocketing, and our wages are staying
the same.

00:09:25 --> 00:09:29
			No doubt people are feeling feeling the pinch the feeling difficulties.

00:09:30 --> 00:09:46
			And this is why when you hear a message on the member, or you hear a verse of the Quran, or you hear
Hadith, these aren't just things for you to listen to. And just say Masha Allah, beautiful Ayah
Subhanallah What a beautiful story.

00:09:48 --> 00:09:50
			It may have that impact.

00:09:51 --> 00:09:59
			But Islam is a dean. It is a way of life. It guides you how to maneuver yourself through good times.

00:10:00 --> 00:10:13
			critical times for you recognizing your reality, where everything comes from. It's very much a
practical way of life. So in times now, as I mentioned, things are very difficult for many of us.

00:10:14 --> 00:10:39
			That tomorrow morning, when I wake up, I got to start thinking about how to put fuel in the car, pay
energy bill, all of these things that are going on Subhanallah the prices they got up and they go
down. We are currently in the time where prices are very high. And my wage is not increasing. I
don't I can't put any more hours in the day. So what do I do? In practical terms? Well, first and
foremost, don't rely on your own weakness.

00:10:40 --> 00:10:43
			And don't think that you are the solution of everything.

00:10:44 --> 00:10:51
			But the one who is going to control the one who is in control of everything is Allah subhanaw taala.

00:10:52 --> 00:10:55
			That during the time of the Prophet alayhi salatu salam, O Allah tell us

00:10:57 --> 00:11:09
			the prices in the markets they went up, things became very expensive. And they went to the messenger
of allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said, Yeah, rasool Allah, the prices have gone up. So Atlanta,

00:11:10 --> 00:11:16
			can you choose the prices of what things are going to be? Make it easy for us prices are going up.

00:11:17 --> 00:11:38
			The prophets also made it very clear to him Allah subhanaw taala who said, He is the one who
determines the price, the riches and the wealth of these matters, not for us to control the markets.
This is from Allah subhanaw taala and in times of difficulty, in times of shade there as we are many
of us that we are facing.

00:11:39 --> 00:12:11
			We remember as the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said in the hadith of Bootsy as Allah Tabata
Kota Allah told us you're a birdie could LUCAM doll Hillerman her data, all of you are misguided
except whom you who have been guided faster Dooney decom So seek guidance from me and I will guide
you. Yeah, a buddy could look on Jah Subhanallah all my servants all of you are hungry. Ill Anta
except whom the one I feed.

00:12:13 --> 00:12:20
			So seek sustenance from me and I will feed you. Yeah, buddy could look are all of you are naked and
clothed?

00:12:22 --> 00:12:24
			So seek this sustenance from me.

00:12:25 --> 00:12:26
			And I will close you.

00:12:29 --> 00:12:32
			The answer is that we have nothing except what Allah subhanaw taala gives to us.

00:12:34 --> 00:12:37
			So the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said,

00:12:38 --> 00:12:48
			I will move me Don't copy the strong believer. Now does that go against what I just said or what? In
fact, what Allah subhanaw taala says that man is created weak.

00:12:49 --> 00:13:10
			That the strong believer is strong in what? Certainly not in your physical attributes. I will meet
me locally you hired on what a habit will Allah minute minute drive that a strong believer is more
beloved and better to than to Allah's pound to other than the weak believer will be equal in height.
And in both of them that there is good

00:13:13 --> 00:13:14
			race Allah million Pharaoh

00:13:15 --> 00:13:29
			and he Subhanallah these words, that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is the Hadith of the
horrid or the Allahu Allahu Muslim words that we need to hear practical advice especially at times
now,

00:13:30 --> 00:13:46
			when we are in need Subhanallah many things, this is the time to turn to Allah subhanaw taala and
then you take the necessary means to better your situation. The strong believer the strong in Eman
and how was that displayed? The hadith mentions it very clear to us a headdress Allah million

00:13:47 --> 00:13:54
			stick to adhere to that what is beneficial to you with dunya will occur in this life and in here
after

00:13:55 --> 00:14:00
			was time Billa charges. Seek help seek aid and seek help from Allah subhanaw taala

00:14:02 --> 00:14:04
			and never give up. Never give up.

00:14:05 --> 00:14:07
			And if anything afflicts you

00:14:08 --> 00:14:13
			in sobre como Seba something, you know happened to you? What do you deem it to be good or bad?

00:14:14 --> 00:14:16
			Don't ever say and it's in the past now.

00:14:17 --> 00:14:27
			Don't say low and NIFA. Altogether. Locanda okay, they will tell them that Oh, if only I had done
this, if only I had made that decision, then the situation would be different. Don't say that.

00:14:29 --> 00:14:46
			This was the decree of Allah subhanaw taala. That's not to say things that if I had done it should
have been or it could have been like this rather the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said what
you should say when I can call God that Allah will Marcia file. This was the decree of Allah
subhanaw taala what he willed happened

00:14:47 --> 00:14:59
			for in Nelo, this word low if and if I done this to the whole camera Share Plan. This will open an
opportunity for Shavon to come into your life and for you to become happy

00:15:00 --> 00:15:18
			Curtin in all reality, a week believer because you're not attaching yourself to Allah subhanaw
taala. So in times of difficulty that many of us we are facing, the first port of call is for us to
turn back to Allah subhanaw taala that Allah Allah Allah is the One who sustains and gives
everything to us.

00:15:20 --> 00:15:23
			The moment the person sees themselves that they are the solution,

00:15:24 --> 00:15:55
			then they will constantly be chasing themselves and will have no way out. But the one who recognizes
that everything is from Allah subhanaw taala that they will find Baraka, they will find blessings,
even if it is the same amount of man, the same amount of money that you have, but somehow
Subhanallah that man extends to pay the bills, how the number has not increased. But there was more
Baraka there was more blessings in that what Allah subhanaw taala gave to you.

00:15:58 --> 00:16:03
			And remember, constantly ask Allah subhanaw taala because there many things that we should be asking
Allah Jalla Allah

00:16:04 --> 00:16:13
			to remain guided to remain firm, because to remain firm and to be guided means that you will have
this relationship with Allah subhanaw taala

00:16:14 --> 00:16:21
			so when Anna said the Allahu Taala and who the young Companion of the Prophet, Prophet of the
messenger of allah sallallahu Sallam he said,

00:16:22 --> 00:16:38
			Ya rasool Allah in Nikka, tuxedo and tekun Yama, Caliban Kulu, alternate of the hearts and it says
about the Alana Yasuda ALLAH messenger of Allah I hear you frequently and often saying oh turn of
the hearts make my heart firm upon your deen

00:16:43 --> 00:16:50
			and a Swati Allahu Anhu comes with an answer. He says something which makes us almost shiver.

00:16:52 --> 00:17:00
			He says Anis Rhodiola one min Bic warmer Wahby magic Toby for helter Hoff who Elena

00:17:01 --> 00:17:08
			and estradiol he says we have believed in you, O Messenger of Allah. And we have believed in
everything that you have come with.

00:17:09 --> 00:17:23
			And you will making this to our to remain firm. Do you have fear for us? This is a companion or the
Allahu Anhu saying, not talking about the generations to come. * to have it in Do you fear for
us?

00:17:25 --> 00:17:26
			The best of generations.

00:17:27 --> 00:17:32
			The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he says and yes.

00:17:33 --> 00:17:50
			Why? Because guidance isn't a given. Guidance isn't something you protect in your safe or in your
pocket. This is something that Allah subhanaw taala Yachty minutiae. While you the lumen Yasha.
Allah guides whom He wills and misguide homes He wills

00:17:51 --> 00:17:56
			and here the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa there was a message in Nakuru built in Kuru belaboured.

00:17:57 --> 00:18:25
			The hearts of the of the slaves everyone, my name is Marina Min asabi Allah or asabi Rahman and
another require that the hearts of the believers are between the two fingers of the fingers of
Armand the Most Merciful. You can label her K for Yasha, the subhanaw taala he, he turns them as He
wills one day a person is afflicted with a mercy but yesterday, he had a good time he was happy. He
had money.

00:18:26 --> 00:18:30
			Tomorrow, something afflicts him and he curses the situation.

00:18:31 --> 00:18:36
			Where is the strength of Eman now? Where's your attachment to Allah subhanaw taala

00:18:38 --> 00:18:49
			We ask Allah subhanaw taala to guide us all. And we ask Allah subhanaw taala to protect us from
being those ungrateful servants of Budo Cody how they will stick with it Allah Holly welcome
Nikolina Mr. Hero in the hood

00:19:03 --> 00:19:15
			Smilla Al hamdu lillah wa salatu salam ala Rasulillah while early he was her big medical piece
belongs to Allah and made a peace in peace and blessings of Allah subhanho To Allah be upon His
final messenger Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:19:17 --> 00:19:19
			So as I mentioned, there were two things that I wanted to mention.

00:19:21 --> 00:19:42
			And that is the first one. And that is that times are somewhat difficult, subjectively, between us
some four years, so maybe no. But nonetheless, our attachment to Allah subhanaw taala and relying on
him and asking his help is fundamental in us getting through times of difficulty in times of fitting
in all the Eshkol and the different ways that they come.

00:19:43 --> 00:19:51
			The second thing I wanted to lead on to and they have a relationship between the two is that every
year, the last Saturday,

00:19:52 --> 00:20:00
			in every October, there was an hour change. There was an hour change. And so therefore from pretty
much no

00:20:00 --> 00:20:15
			Remember December, January, February until the last Saturday in March, when the our changes again
you have a number of months. We're here in the UK in the northern hemisphere, you find the days are
very short.

00:20:17 --> 00:20:33
			You look to the prayer timetables in December and January, you will find that you're praying Salat
to the mothership a four o'clock in the afternoon, quarter to three in the afternoon or quarter, a
quarter to four in the afternoon. And Fajr you're praying 730 in the morning.

00:20:34 --> 00:20:48
			So just eight hours, seven and a half hours is the daylight hours, where you offer your viewer an
answer and market. So the belief is hurry is to make sure that he's offering his salah. And it's
correct times.

00:20:49 --> 00:20:51
			And as I mentioned that, that the Muslim is always looking for opportunities.

00:20:52 --> 00:20:56
			And at this time of the year, an opportunity that comes every single year,

00:20:57 --> 00:21:09
			the one who takes advantage of that has taken advantage of a great blessing. And the one who is
heedless, was maybe unaware has missed out on a great, great amount of good.

00:21:11 --> 00:21:12
			This is a some of the

00:21:14 --> 00:21:25
			seller for the pious pious predecessors would see as an opportunity of opportunities imagine short
days where you can fast how many days you know breaking your fast at nine or half past nine in the
evening.

00:21:26 --> 00:21:31
			Breaking or making a number of fasts during the during the days and you don't even feel it.

00:21:32 --> 00:21:45
			Maybe just the miss out your small breakfast in the morning. We'll just have it half an hour
earlier. And in the afternoon. Subhanallah you're breaking your first letter hiss and you don't even
feel Subhanallah so fasting Mondays and Thursdays becomes very easy for us SubhanAllah.

00:21:47 --> 00:22:20
			So brothers and sisters, if the days are not short enough now, in a few days time the days will
become shorter and shorter and shorter. Fast. Mon Sama, Yeoman FISA de la whoever false a day in the
path of Allah, but Allah azza wa jal and annuity Sabina Khalifa that Allah subhanaw taala will
distance the face of that servant away from the Hellfire maybe 70 years, one day, what an
opportunity for us to do or to have in these months that are upcoming, and that the night is Bowie
and that the night is so long.

00:22:22 --> 00:22:28
			Have a two raka tahajjud imagine you pray to God six o'clock in the morning. It's almost what

00:22:29 --> 00:22:33
			200 Or six o'clock in the morning for you does not even come in yet.

00:22:34 --> 00:22:54
			And the fact that Fajr is not coming means it's the night he imagined praying 200 Or six o'clock in
the morning, really now. You can pray 200 maybe look at the prayer time table for containing take
these opportunities My dear brothers and sisters and establish a relationship with Allah subhanaw
taala that maybe you didn't have before?

00:22:55 --> 00:23:04
			Well my uterus Allah rasool Allah who forgot fsfe was in oedema and whoever obeys Allah and His
Messenger will indeed be the successful one.

00:23:06 --> 00:23:08
			So this opportunity, do not let pass by

00:23:09 --> 00:23:47
			and that we in conclusion, Inshallah, to the opportunities that you have, is to look out for your
fellow neighbor, in times of difficulty. If you have extra, then keep an eye on them. Can you give
them some food? Can you give them some clothing? Can you help them anyway in the difficulties that
they may be facing? And this is how inshallah to Allah as a community, we support ourselves and
support those around us. We ask Allah subhanaw taala to soften our hearts that we worship Him

			Salam Alaikum. Brothers and sisters, as many of you would have found there is very limited space. So
we please advise everybody to come to Juma as early as possible and the masjid opens from 12 o'clock
so please do come early for the reward of coming early and also to ensure you do not miss out on
prayer space. JazakAllah Helen
