Salam Alaikum My name is Susie Ismail and I wanted to take a
moment to invite you all my Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam to
an exciting program convention that is being held on December 24
through December 26 of 2018. In the Hilton Hotel in Parsippany,
New Jersey. This program is called the Matamata convention. And it's
being held by the Indonesian Muslim society in America and the
Malaysian Islamic study group.
I'm excited to be a part of this convention, because the theme this
year is Muslims in the US preserving our identity and
empowering our youth. This topic is incredibly important in our
society today, where we may be struggling with different elements
that are pulling out our identities and where our youth may
also be struggling with difficulties of navigating their
cultural and religious violence in their lives. So I pray that Allah
subhanaw taala blesses the organizers of this very important
convention. And I pray that Allah subhanaw taala brings us all
together for the sake of seeking knowledge and for the sake of
Allah subhanaw taala in being in a blessed gathering, remembering
Allah subhanaw taala and learning how we can improve ourselves and
work with the coming generations to bring bring together the
strongest OMA possible. So I hope to see you there. And I hope that
you and your families have a very blessed that I'm Adan and in sha
