AI: Summary ©
How are you?
It's, exactly 7,
So shall we start straight away?
Yeah. Just 7 now. Right? Yes. Bismillah. We'll
start then.
K. Bismillah Rahim,
to everyone
for all of you to attend on time.
Alhamdulillah
that you have all joined. We ask you
to all take notes
that this is a class. This is not
a khutba. This is not a lecture of
some sort. This is a class. So please
maintain the etiquettes that a student of knowledge
should maintain.
We ask you to make sure that you're
paying attention. If you have any questions, please
write them down for the time being. And
at the end, after the first hour of
the class, we will begin the q and
a session,
with that without further ado, Sheikh Hannah, if
you may,
continue.
Dear brothers and sisters in Islam.
Today is our weekly class, Masayid al Jahiliya.
Issues of Jahiliya
that
Islam
addressed.
And
by now, you should know the concept
of Jahiliyyah.
Jahiliyyah
is not just
period of time.
Something happened in the past, unfinished. No.
It's the state of mind.
It is a condition
when
a person
rejects
the
divine
guidance
either
totally or partially.
After
the
advent of Islam, after
the coming of our prophet Muhammad,
Yahiliya
does not exist
totally
among the Muslims because Islam came to wipe
the Jahiliyyah.
Jahiliyyah exists among the disbelievers,
but partial
or fragment or portions of Jahiliyyah
still
exist among the Muslims
among the Muslims.
So
the Jahiliyyah is when you reject
the divine guidance
or act to the contrary
of what Allah
dictates and what Allah
commands.
Among the issues, we are going through Masayl
al Jahiliyah by the imam, the mujaddid, the
reformer
imam, Muhammad.
May Allah
has mercy upon his soul, and may Allah
elevate his status
in.
This imam who
tried his level best,
the best of his he could do
to bring the Muslims at his time
in his area back to
the Kitab and Sunnah?
He's just a Muslim, a reformer.
He's not an innovator.
He's not the horn.
The and the
innovators, they say he is the horn of
the shaitan that is mentioned in the hadith
that will come from night.
A person who calls to Kitab al Sunnah,
he's the horn of the devil,
And many people, they talk about this imam
and accuse him
and attribute to him things that he didn't
say
and he didn't believe in.
So my advice for anyone who wants to
know about this imam is to read his
own books, the books
of the sheikh that he authored,
not what other
wrote about him, especially those who oppose his
dua and oppose his message.
So
the
Sheikh mentioned that her I'm now recapping
because we stopped during Ramadan,
then we will proceed.
Allah
see them the this beautiful Islam.
Because Allah
when he saw the
children of Adam
and mankind in general,
drifted away
from the right
path
and shun
the correct belief.
He sent the final messenger,
the final light for the guidance of mankind.
We sent you only as Rahmah, as mercy
for mankind.
Because Allah
as in the Hadith looked upon the people
of the earth,
and he despised
all of them,
hated all of them
because of their actions,
except handful
from among the people of the book
who
continued
holding
to the monotheistic
belief.
The rest
of mankind,
they are out of the
by track.
So Islam, the message for Islam, is calling
the people to come back to that middle
path, to the straight path.
And it's only the Islam
that united
the
Arabs. The Arabs, they were
divided,
fighting each other,
scattered in Arabia.
They have no weightage.
No one respects them.
All the other nations, they looked upon them,
belittle them.
When was sent
to
Musom,
the commander of the Persians.
Sayid Narrebi, his stature was short,
Clothes,
shabby clothes,
old clothes.
So Islam,
as usual,
that's how they used to treat the Arabs,
Said,
oh,
you came for date
or flower?
Because
there's nothing in Arabia. So when they feel
hungry, they go either to the Romans or
to the Persians.
And you will be surprised that the Arabs,
there were 2 camps.
Allies.
1
tribe
Almenadira,
are the allies
for of for the Persians,
and the assassina,
allies for the Romans.
And when the Persians or the Romans, they
want to discipline,
The other tribes, they send their own cousins
to discipline them and
to make them obedient
to the
emperor of Persia
or
the
ruler of the Byzantine
ruler.
It wasn't the situation.
So this Islam
united the Arabs,
brought them together,
reformed them.
So Waleed Islam
was talking to Sayyid ibn Abi ibn Aamir
sarcastically
telling him,
oh, you came for a flower or date?
Sayid Narrebi
said,
we used to be like that, Rostron. We
used to be like that. You're right.
But today, we are different people.
Different.
What made them different? Al Islam.
Then he said, these beautiful words came from
the mouth of Sayid Nara Bey
He said,
We are people that are sent forth,
raised.
Allah gave us a new life.
To bring mankind
and liberate them and emancipate them
from worshiping each other,
worshiping one another,
from the worship
of man to another man,
worshiping each other.
We invite them to worship only 1,
their creator.
And 2,
get them rid of the oppression
of the earthly
beliefs.
The
oppression and injustices
that exist in these
earthly beliefs
to the justice of al Islam.
And we are inviting you
to live this
constructed
and narrow life,
the narrowness
of this worldly life,
to the vastness
of the hereafter,
the real life, eternal life,
everlasting life.
That how Saied Na Rebbai
responded
to
the question
that was phrased sarcastically
by Ruston.
So my dear brothers and sisters,
Islam
calls for the unity
and forbids the Muslim
and warns
them against division
and disunity.
Because
the disunity
and division is not the characteristics of the
believers.
Rather, it is the characteristics
and this ignoble quality
of the disbelievers.
As Allah said,
You think you think the kuffar, they are
together.
Reality, they are not.
Their hearts are different.
Among themselves.
Yes. They will get together when they
their enemy
is a Al Islam.
So we should not be like the disbelievers.
That's why Allah warns us
in Surat Al Imran, aya 105.
This is the warning from Allah.
Allah is warning us, the believers, the Muslims,
and do not be like those who split
into sects
and deferred
after clear proofs
had come to them.
It is they who will suffer a tremendous
punishment.
So we should not be divided
and should not emulate the disbelievers,
and we should not
follow
the footsteps.
Allah
revealed
in Surat Al Imran, aya 103.
The scholars of, they say,
this ayat came down regarding the
Ansar.
Allah reminds the Ansar
about his bounty and blessing,
which he bestowed
upon them.
The meaning, my dear brothers.
And Allah is telling us, and hold firmly
the robe of Allah.
Do not be divided.
Remember
Allah's
favor
upon you when you were enemies.
Then he united your hearts,
so you, by his grace, became brothers,
and you were at the blink of a
fiery pit,
and he saved you from it.
This is how Allah makes his revelations
clear to you so that you may be
rightly guided. Let us pause and reflect.
This robe came from heaven.
The the revelation,
hold to that robe.
This is what you should keep in your
mind.
As a Muslim,
I should not contribute to the division.
I should try my level best and exert
my utmost effort
to reduce the gap
and the division, minimize it.
In the last session, we explained
what are the different types of difference.
The difference that we will not accept when
it is about the fundamentals of Islam.
No compromisation
there. But the difference that the sharia
tolerate, and there's a leeway
which will be there. That is the nature
of mankind. That's why the ulama, they call
it They
said due to its this type of difference,
it's permissible,
and because it is based on
the different
understandings
with the scholars
due to their understanding
and interpretation
of the text itself,
because the text
lends itself
to such
interpretation.
If the text doesn't lend itself to such
rendering or such interpretation, then it will fall
into the Haram difference.
So Allah is telling us
and hold all of you together.
This concept of the unity of the Ummah
was instilled
in the hearts of the Muslims of the
Sahaba.
Sayeedna Abdullah ibn Mas'ud
in Mina.
You know when the prophet performed the Hajj,
he was shortening salah in Mina, and this
what now if you go go to Hajj
here in Mina, you shorten your salah,
and that's what the prophet did.
Sayyidna Usman
happened to be the Khalifa and the Amir
of the Hajj.
In Mina, he was playing
as if he is
resident.
Guhfarfa'raka,
Asaffarfa'raka.
Ibn Masud
who objected
that this is
not what the prophet did.
Why did Sayna Uthman do why did he
do that? Because he,
according to his understanding,
he's not the prophet shortened because he came
from Medina, traveler.
He looked why why he shortened.
But I am resident
resident. I have house in Makkah.
I'm resident.
That was his understanding of the
The people of Makkah, even in Mina, they
shortened.
Yeah.
But that is the sun.
But then the salah started.
When the salah started, Ibn Mas'ud got up
and joined the salah, praying behind
Saeed and Uthman
complete
without shortening the the salah.
After the salah, he was asked.
Before the salah, you were you were saying
this, then you joined him?
What did Ibn Mas'ud say?
What did he say?
To differ on this matter
is evil
because he's an imam, and that is his
jihad.
And if I don't pray behind him, I'm
going to cause division among the Ummah,
and the division is evil.
Who
taught that
understanding
that concept
to Ibn Mas'ud.
He learned it from Al Islam. He learned
it from his prophet
When he said,
Keep this hadith always there in front of
you.
Togetherness,
unity is alhamah from Allah.
Al Furqah,
division,
this unity
is adab punishment from Allah.
So that's why he played behind Sayidna Uzman.
So the Sahaba, they understood that.
And they
understood what the prophet
showed them
that
a time will come when there will be
rulers who will be unjust to you.
Don't rebel against them.
Be patient.
Because if you
rebel against them,
there will be bloodshed, and there will be
division
among the Ummah. And that's what happened, as
you know,
during the
the reign of Sayidna Ali bin Abi Talib
after the
after the murder of Sayidna Osman?
What happened?
So how about they killed each other?
Not because they wanted to kill each other.
Neither the people of Sayidna Ali nor the
people with Sayidna Aawiya.
No.
As a matter of fact,
the people who came from a
sham, and
those with him
with him, some of the Sahaba, Aisha and
Balha and Zubair.
Not to fight Ali. They didn't come to
fight Ali.
They came to ask Saidna Ali to hand
over to them those who killed Saidna Asman.
Ali wanted to find out the real culprits
because when he asked who killed his man,
all those who
the Hawari stood up and said, we are
all of us killed him.
Then Nadi was called the judge. So he
wanted
to find
the real culprits, the the real killers.
That's it.
And they agreed.
Then Ali agreed with the
the troops that came from Sham
that he will hand over whom he he
think.
Now the culprits, the criminals
who happen to be in the army of
Senale realize
that will be
handed over.
So at night, they attacked the troops
of Alishan.
They attacked the troops of Sidon Mahawiya and
those with them,
and
the army of Sham said, what happened?
We are betrayed, and that
how the
fight started.
Not because they wanted to to,
to fight it or kill each other.
Saidna Zubayr al Awam. Saidna Ali reminded him
about the hadith.
The prophet
said that, oh, Zubayr, you will be
against Ali, and you are mistaken. You are
wrong.
So when he was reminded about that hadith,
he said,
they left the army and decided to go
to Mecca.
And one of those criminals followed Zaydna
Az Zubayd and killed him.
And the whole thing that happened between Sahaba,
the killing and the murder of Sayidna Uthman,
who was behind it?
Who was the mastermind?
Abdullah ibn Saba,
the you,
he was behind it.
So
the ones the the planners and the
the plotters
were not
Muslims,
and they used the fools and the ignorant
one
to execute their plan and strategy.
This came down regarding
the Aus and the Hazaraj.
The Aus and the Hazaraj
are 2 clans,
cousins in Medina.
The tribe is Al Azd,
the tribe of Al Azd.
All of them are Yemenites, Yemenis.
All the Ansar
are Yemenis.
This tribe of Al Ansar settled in Medina.
Oz and Hazaraj, and they were divided, and
they used to fight each other.
Though they are cousins.
Because one clan is an ally for
one tribe of the Jews, and another clan
is an ally for another tribe of the
Jews. And the Jews, they are
always
inciting them to fight each other. So Islam
came
and put out that fire in the amber
of
enmity,
brought them together, and he called them ansar,
helpers, supporters.
So Allah here
reminds them the ansar.
And hold firmly to the robe of Allah,
and do not be divided.
Then Allah's telling them,
what's Remember
what you wear.
Remember your situation.
You were divided, fighting each other.
When you were enemies.
Put the,
this love,
affection,
inclination towards one another,
the mercy.
He united your hearts.
Because he united your heart,
the result,
you became
brothers.
So by his grace
that he united your hearts,
may Allah unite our hearts on the heart,
you became brothers.
Again, reminding them.
Remember this.
When you were at the blink of a
fiery pit,
Shafa. Shafa
is the edge of a pit. Not here.
The blink.
They're about to fall.
Pit of fiery pit,
pit full of fire.
Because
enmity
leads to fight, fight leads to killing each
other.
And if a Muslim kills each kills his
brother,
both of them
are in hellfire. The
prophet says.
And 2 Muslims
met each other, faced each other with their
swords,
and one killed the other.
Both of them, the killer and the one
who is killed,
are in the hellfire.
So how about us?
Like, we can understand that the killer should
go to the hellfire, but why the one
who was killed should go to the hellfire?
The prophet explained to them
by saying,
He was so keen.
He made up his mind, determined
to kill his brother. His intention was to
kill his brother. He didn't get the chance.
That's it. Had he got
the chance, he would have
struck the neck of his brother.
That's why both of them,
the killer and the one who's killed, will
be in the hellfire.
So that's why Allah
is telling them, you are about to fall
into this pit of fire,
and Allah rescued you. Allah saved you.
Someone you are about to fall. Someone comes
and
saves you.
And you were at the blink of a
fiery pit, and he saved you from it.
This is how Allah makes
his signs, his ayaat, his verses,
his revelations
clear to you.
Perhaps so that you may be rightly guided.
So this is what
Islam
teaches and what Islam in invites
invites
its followers to do.
Now the author is going to tell us
about
one ignoble quality of the
people of Jahiliya.
He says,
and
So this is the
ignoble quality of the people of Jahiliyyah
and the Muqhalifa wali yal Amr.
This was common
characteristics
and quality,
Opposing the
those who are in authority, the figure of
authority,
the ruler,
the people of Jahiliyyah,
Muqaddafatullah
yiramr.
So this was a common trait among them.
So they hold that the acts of opposing
and becoming rebellious and revolt
against the those who are in authority.
They don't comply with what he says. The
ruler says they don't
follow the law.
They don't.
And they consider this something
virtuous,
something virtuous to become rebellious,
to violate the
the law,
and you become disobedient.
That is virtuous to them,
And they consider
That's how they they saw the acts
of hearing and obeying
them
and commanded
that patience be observed when facing the oppression
of the rulers.
They no.
They cons they consider this as something
they should not do.
This is a sign of humiliation.
That's what they consider,
consider it something humiliating
and degrading
degrading.
The people of Jahiliyyah.
See, if you
study Al Islam and see the wisdom,
Everything Allah created
in this universe, organized.
Organized.
And they are
leaders.
Look at the birds in the sky. Have
you seen
group of birds flying,
flight of birds,
swarm of birds.
They'll seem like this. V shape. That's how
they fly. V shape.
One leads. One bird leads them and the
rest following.
The animals
in the wilderness,
the herd,
one leads
the rest they follow.
Even the shoal of fish
in the sea,
everything is organized.
Why human beings, they don't want to be
organized?
And they consider
being
unorganized
virtuous.
SubhanAllah.
So
they had the acts of opposing the figure
of authority and failing to comply with them
as being something virtuous,
and they consider the acts of hearing and
obeying as being humiliating
and degrading.
So Islam,
this was also known common among the Arabs
before Islam.
Islam
made them
one.
All these
tribes
that
were savage
and civilized
chained overnight. Islam
chained them.
And they started saying,
We hear and we obey.
Finish. Before Islam, you will never hear that
at all
among the Arabs.
Who
are you? That's why.
For silly reasons.
They fight each other. For silly reasons.
When killed the camel,
war took place.
1000 and 1000 were wiped out. Generations
known in the history of the Arabs as
the first one. Hannibal, Jesus.
Jesus is a sheikhano.
Another war.
No?
Yahis al Ghabra,
2 horses, 1 when the rose, the race
Fight started.
Hunters and Hunters died.
That was the nature of the Arabs before
Islam.
What converted them?
What transformed them?
Islam.
Islam, we hear and we obey.
They saw the light.
They were in total darkness.
Total darkness.
Finish.
Allah says something. We hear and obey.
Because Allah says,
It's not befitting a believing man or believing
woman.
And his messenger decree the matter
have any option
today
hear a Muslim?
Why did Allah say that?
I have my own reservation.
I'm not convinced.
What is what are you going are you
what are you saying?
You have reservations.
You have,
objections.
You are going to give it a second
thought, and you call yourself a Muslim?
Keep on pulling your leg to the *
to the pit
to,
to the hellfire.
Put another Muslim.
I don't accept the hijab. Hijab is not
part of the deen. Hijab do not in
Islam. Are you Muslim? Yes. I am Muslim.
No. You are not.
Have you read
Have you read?
The Muslim act? Say the real Muslim act.
Our mother Aisha
narrated and reproach it by Imam Muslim
that she said,
When Allah sent down the Ayabat Hijab,
in the fajib prayer, all the women
showed up
dressed
in black from head to toes,
covered.
We're here, and we're away. Finish.
Once the prophet
sent one of the sahaba, and he was
not handsome
to a family from among the,
And he
the prophet told him, go to this family
and tell them, my prophet sent me to
get me married to your daughter.
So naturally, as a father or mother, they
want someone who looks handsome for their daughter.
That's the natural reaction.
So
they said,
he sent you?
You didn't find somebody else?
The daughter
heard heard them talking,
heard her parents discussing.
She said, I have accepted him.
I have
accepted
him.
What are you discussing?
A husband,
my prophet
chose him for me.
I have accepted him.
Finish.
My prophet chose this husband for me.
How can I dare to reject him?
We hear and we obey,
and the examples are so many.
When Allah prohibited
alcohol,
final phase of it, because the Quran, alcohol
was prohibited in phases,
finally prohibited totally.
The news reached the Sahaba. Why are they
were whining,
drinking.
So the one who was calling for them
looked at the
the Sahaba around him who was sipping
the wine their wine
their their wine.
When they heard that, they put their
glasses down. No one
said, let me fin take another sip. Finished.
He looked at them. He said, what are
you waiting?
Spit it out. Throw it away.
The narration says there were streams of wine
in the streets of Medina.
Everyone went because
everyone had a stock at home.
Tray pots
full
of wine.
They brought it the pots smashed them on
the streets.
They didn't say, okay. Let us keep the
wine so that it will become vinegar. No.
Spell it out. Throw it away.
That's what the Islam did.
This
is
what Islam wrote.
That's what they used to believe, used to
practice, used to do.
A prophet acted to the contrary
of what they were used to.
So Allah's messenger
opposed what the people of Galilee used to
do
and commanded us Muslim
that patience be observed when facing of the
oppression
of the rulers.
Ruler is an oppressor,
mistreating,
violent, unjust.
He said, be patient.
Sayedid al Hassan al Basri said,
Beautiful, he said.
Had you been
patient
and when you are oppressed, you turn to
Allah and repent,
Allah will change the situation
and reform it
and amend your affairs.
But the problem that when you are oppressed,
you don't turn to Allah. Everyone pulls out
his sword.
And see the situation nowadays,
in the Islamic world?
What they call the Arab Springs?
Go now and ask any Libyan, any Syrian,
any Iraqi. Go and ask him What is
better? Before or now?
He will tell you, I wish I,
those days come back.
That was the prophet
say, win you,
violate
what the your prophet said and what Allah
said.
Bear the consequences.
Be patient
and turn to Allah, and Allah
will change the situation.
And this
oppressor,
this tyrant,
this dictator
will not live forever.
He will go and read the history. Where
are the tyrants? Where are the dictators? Where
are they? They went.
They left, and
no one mentions them. No one praises them.
And when they are mentioned, people are cursing
them.
And he commanded
the Muslims
that we hear and do we obey
them
as long as they don't ask us to
do something
which is sinful,
or we see something which is manifest.
So the prophet
commanded us
to hear and obey them
as well as advising them.
Yes. We advise
them. As
scholars,
your duty
is to advise the ruler.
You go to him.
Advise him.
Remind him.
That is your duty.
You advise him.
You will not be held accountable
after that. You did your part.
Whether he listened or not, let's not.
Allah will not hold you accountable, but he
didn't obey. He didn't chain. He didn't listen.
You established the huja and the proof against
him.
Because they are human beings.
So that's why they need to be reminded.
K.
So
the island will come and
remind
him about
his role as a ruler,
that all
all the subjects,
the population of your country,
100,000,000,
you will be questioned about them.
Can you can you
imagine this?
Can you imagine
it?
You as a father, Allah will question you
about your family, your children.
Allah will ask every father and mother,
did
you protect your kids, your children?
Did you bring them up Islamically?
You disciplined them? You taught them the deed?
Allah will ask every one of us.
Imagine the ruler.
Kulu al Qumrah. Kulum is in our sight.
Every one of us
is a caretaker,
shepherd
to look after his flock of sheep.
Allow me question.
Imagine you will be questioned about 100,000,000.
What are going to what are you going
to say?
What are you going to say?
Always
he had 2
dark
lines because of his tears on his cheeks
crying.
He said,
What can I do?
If I sleep during the day,
my flock of sheep will get lost,
my subject.
And eventually, at night, I don't get up
and pray before my lord and seek his
forgiveness.
I will lost
I will lose myself, and I will be
ruined. What to do? What to do?
That's why he used to say, I wish
I had been a strand of hair in
the chest of Abu Bakr.
That's what he used to say.
When he was stabbed by the Magians and
the Russians, Abu Lola and Majusi,
he didn't die in the masjid.
They took him to his house, and he
left for a while, then he
breathed his loss,
and he appointed a committee to
choose a Khalifa,
successor from among them.
And one of the the members was his
son, Abdullah, and he said on the condition
that Abdullah
should not become successor, should not become Khalifa.
He said something,
very touchy.
He said enough enough. 1 of the family
for khatab to be held accountable
before Allah
for this Muslim.
1 is enough, not 2.
Not 2.
He used to say,
if a mule in Iraq
fell from a cliff,
Umar will be questioned about that.
Allah will ask Umar about that.
Why you didn't make a way for the
animals?
See,
they realized
that
this is this
responsibility
is a heavy burden on their shoulders.
So they need to be reminded.
Tell them.
Okay?
See all
your subject.
Allah will ask you about them.
See, now, Umar used to take
tour at night
in Medina.
He would walk
and listen.
Maybe someone
is in need,
and he
didn't come to Omar. So he is
talking to his lord
complaining.
He used to do that.
He passed by a house, and he heard
a woman.
Her husband is in jihad, and she is
missing her husband.
And she was
saying few
poetic verses, which are graphic.
K? Talks
talking about her feelings for her husband.
This night is so long.
I have no lover
to play with.
Had it not been the fear of Allah,
this bed would have been shaken,
but the fear of Allah stops me from
that.
When Sayidna Umar heard that,
he got shocked.
Shocked.
He rushed to his daughter,
Afza,
said, my daughter,
I need your help.
Help me.
How long can a woman wait
without having her husband next to her?
She felt embarrassed
child.
I told her, my daughter,
help your father.
I am responsible
for all the
Muslim women
and those who are
away. So tell me,
how long maximum?
He said, 4 months
a woman can tolerate.
And, of course, it varies. Maybe some woman
not
cannot wait until
for 4 months. Some, they can.
So immediately, he issued a decree to
all the mujahideen.
If one
spends 4
months being there on the on the frontiers,
he has to come back to his family.
This is what Sayidna Umar used to do.
Also,
there's another incident.
The governor, one of his governors,
came
to visit him,
and he found, said Nama'al, walking on 4,
his hands and his knees
walking,
and the children jumping
and sitting on his back.
So the governor said,
Amir
Umineen, what is this?
He
said, Naroom are intelligent,
He
said,
tell me tell me about you and your
family and your children.
What do you do?
How do you behave at home?
He said, I, yes, you,
said,
when I enter my house, my home,
if anyone is talking, we'll
keep quiet.
If anyone is standing, we'll sit down.
If anyone was lying, he will sit.
Everything
will come to stand still.
Oh,
Said Narama said,
that is it. He said, yes.
Hold on.
He said, you are not the governor anymore.
I cannot send you
again
because you have no Rahmah in your heart.
You have no mercy in your heart
for your own children.
How can I expect you to be just
and merciful and kind
to the subjects?
Finish.
Go. Sit in your home.
Where did Sayid Nama
learned that? He learned it from the prophet
That's how the prophet used to treat the
children.
He would carry his gun, daughter, in the
salah.
When he goes to Ruku, he will put
her down, pick her again.
Once Al Hassan al Hussein sat on his
back while he was in Sujood,
and the prophet
prolonged
the Sujood.
So much so the Sahaba thought maybe the
prophet
died or passed away.
So one of raised his head, and he
found El Hashanah ur Hussain sitting on the
back of the prophet
Then the child left, and the prophet got
up.
And the prophet found it, he said, my
child,
my grandson,
I didn't want to spoil his mood, so
that's why I prolonged.
This is our Islam.
This is our Islam.
And he spoke
extensively.
He put
more emphasis upon this matter
in regards to that.
And he,
keeps repeating,
repeating.
Always, he would
remind
Sahaba.
And I conclude
with the
famous
hadith, and he said,
Abu Alaiha with no
wagon.
The prophet
gave us
a speech delivered a speech, a sermon,
so eloquent,
so touchy,
it moved our hearts.
What do you look? Our hearts trembled
upon hearing
his words,
his speech,
and our eyes welled up with tears,
then we say, oh, messenger Fala'i,
it seems
that this is a furlough speech.
You are telling us goodbye.
You are leaving us.
So advise us and remind us.
What's your advice for us?
What is your waseya
as recommendation for us? What should we do
after you?
The prophet said,
my advice for you,
what I recommend you to do.
And
hear and obey those in authority
This is what I command you to do.
And to hear and
Even if the emir is a slave from
Abyssinia,
this would never,
never
had happened before Islam.
A slave to rule. No way. But in
Islam, yes.
Slave, sexually.
So the prophet
is reminding
he is approaching
if any remnants of Jahiliya are still
in the hearts of any one of them.
Even if you are Amir,
he's a slave from Abyssinia,
and he's a Muslim.
And he commands you.
You say, I hear and obey.
You know, our master, Bilal. Master. Sayyid Nabilal,
our master.
The sahaba they use,
say, Yidunah
They
mean Abu Bakr because Sayyidunah is the one
who said Sayyidunah Bilal free.
So the sahaba, they used to say, say,
Yidunah, our master,
set free our master. They meant Bilal,
and Bilal
married a woman
from Bani Maszoon,
from the qilan of Bani Maszoon, from Quraysh.
That could have never happened before Islam.
Then he told them,
Whoever lives longer
from among you, Allah prolongs his life span.
He will see a lot of changes,
a lot of change
from what we are upon today.
Then what to do?
Then he gave them
the cure, the remedy.
This is what they should do.
Abide by my sunnah.
Adhere to my sunnah.
And the sunnah of
the
guided
caliphs
who will be come after me.
Abu alaiha bin Nawaydin.
Hold it.
Bite it
with your own mala teeth
as if there is someone who wants to
* and take away the sunnah from you,
so bite it and hold it.
Abu alaiha bin Nawajid.
Be
aware. Be careful.
Umuhdessa.
Umuh. Stay away
from the invented matters in the deed.
Today
today,
my dear brothers and sisters, the ulama wrote
books
about the bidah's
the bidah and innovations in the deen,
bidah and the salah, bidah and the zakah,
bidah and the Hajj, bidah and the Ateed.
Name it.
It.
I warn you.
Invented things in the matter of the deed.
And one who
invents anything in the deed that prophet
didn't do
to not be accepted, to be rejected.
Because you have to keep in mind, my
dear brothers and sisters,
if you want Allah to accept your amal,
there are 3 conditions you have to fulfill.
Tawhid,
sincerity,
and fellowship.
Following, compliance with Kitab and Sunnah.
If one of the 3
is not fulfilled, your will be filthy rags
in vain.
You will be rejected
irrespective of your
sincerity. Maybe you have sincerity,
a class, but your amal is not does
not comply with Kitab and Sunnat. It will
not be accepted.
Or maybe,
apparently, your amal complies, and you have a
class, but you have shirk.
Allah will not accept it.
You are calling Abdiqad the Jailani
instead of Allah.
You go to to the tombs. You ask
the dead.
Allah will not accept your amal.
So keep this in mind.
Our Islam is clear.
Allah said, the prophet said, that's it.
Allah created
us
to worship him
on his terms, not on our terms.
And he sent us the wrong model to
follow.
So he's telling us, I want you to
worship me as my prophet
worshiped me.
Whatever the prophet
gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids
you, abstain from it.
Very simple.
So everyone should ask himself today.
The things that I am doing,
did my prophet do?
Yes or no? Not
leave.
Sheikh, other people are doing it.
That is not an excuse.
Your prophet didn't do it.
Very simple.
Forget about it.
You follow your prophet.
Anyone
asks you, do this, he say?
Did my prophet do it? Yes. Where?
Oh, you don't trust me? No. No. No.
I trust you, but just
more
to have more.
Just with me, where is the reference?
No. No. You have to listen to me
and follow what I'm telling you. Sorry, Sheikh.
Sorry, Mawlana.
I'm not a Roman Catholic.
Whatever the priest tells me,
I do. No. I'm a Muslim.
Yes. My Islam
told me and my prophet told me to
follow the scholars
because they are
the inheritors and the heirs of the prophets.
So as long as this scholar tells me
what my prophet
what he inherited from my prophet, yes, I
follow him.
But if he's telling me something, my prophet
opposite to what my prophet said, sorry. I
don't follow him.
So be careful.
Stay away.
Be cautious
against
invented matters
in
the
deed.
Every invented matter matter
in the deed is an innovation.
And every innovation in the deen
is misguidance
and will lead you astray.
Every misguidance
will lead you to the hellfire.
May Allah save us from the hellfire.
May Allah save us from going astray. May
Allah keep us
treading continue treading on the path of our
prophet
following his footsteps
footsteps of his companions.
May Allah
keep us remain steadfast
on this beautiful deen till we breathe our
loss and meet our lord
and find him pleased with all of us.
Amen.
May Allah
forgive us our faults and mistakes and ignorance,
and may Allah
bless us with the beneficial knowledge of our
church age. May Allah
guide our to the haqq
and unites our hearts in the haqq.
May Allah reward all of you, my dear
brothers and sisters,
and mostly for your patience and attendance.
Alhamdulillah. That was a very, very beneficial,
class. And we hope that you've all benefited.
Alhamdulillah. We can see some of your questions
have started to come through and we'll start
with the first question,
which is,
how do you advise sisters whose husbands are
involved in Haram relationships?
To remind him, to advise him,
and
to ask him to quit and leave this
our
relationship.
If he listens and says,
that's what I'm fine.
If he didn't,
then she has to tell him.
Now you choose
between your mistress and me. Choose 1.
I cannot continue
living with you.
I don't want you to come and give
me a disease,
HIV.
I don't want that.
Or any STDs,
sexually transmitted disease. I don't want that.
If you want to lead a clean, healthy
relationship,
that's well and fine.
I can
tolerate and
ask Allah to forgive you.
Though you know,
if we are living in an Islamic state,
you know your punishment,
capital punishment.
You know that.
But you think you will escape? There's hellfire.
There's Jahannam.
The prophet
on the night of the Mirai, he saw
an oven
full of men and women,
and the fire
goes
and burns their private part.
He asked, who are they? He said, the
adulterer
and adulteresses,
fornicators and
fornicatresses.
You will not escape.
It's a reminder.
Another thing,
try to
look unto yourself.
Listen to me, sister, now
and ask yourself,
why is he going for haram?
Why?
Are you beautiful?
Try to find out.
That is
because some sisters,
especially after having one child to to another
child, few children,
They started to neglect their looks, their bodies.
They ignored
their husbands.
When a husband comes and wants her to
come to bed,
she started gifting
lame excuses.
I have a headache. I we are old.
We are not young anymore.
So if you have that type,
you are the root cause.
This doesn't mean
we justify what he's doing. No. But this
explains why he's committing haram
because he's not getting what he wants at
home.
His biological needs are not satisfied
and fulfilled.
And the prophet
said,
if a woman, her husband, ask her
to come to bed, she has to rush
even if she is
making bread.
You are in the kitchen,
putting food in the oven,
and he's telling you, come.
Leave everything and go.
You have to know the weakness of men.
At that moment, he's so weak and vulnerable.
And many of the well, a lot of
cases happen when a man is asking his
wife to come to bed,
and he is giving lame excuses.
So when the prophet
said, leave everything in hand,
even if you are making bread and go,
Because Allah,
who
informed his prophet about that, knows the weakness
of man. Man is so weak
when it comes to the issues of
*.
Weak.
That's why the prophet said,
The
biggest
I
fear for the men of my ummah. Women.
Women.
That's why he said,
telling the sahaba, the men,
be careful.
Never ever go to places where there are
women
only.
Don't
go
there.
The man and the woman, the third person
is the devil.
So the sister, they they have to wake
up.
The husband is asking you to come to
bed. Go.
Fulfill his biological
needs.
Aisha said when one of us gets her
period,
the prophet
would cover the private part, and he would
be fondling
with the upper part,
teaching us that even when you are in
your menstrual cycle,
your husband
can still
have
his biological needs being
fulfilled.
What is haram is the
sexual *
during the miswan
for playing
with his partner
until
he,
his biological needs are met, fulfilled.
That's permissible.
That is permissible.
So the sister, they have to
wake up.
You see, your husband
Make
SubhanAllah. I don't know what is wrong with
these sisters.
Make your home, your house, heaven on earth.
Not * on earth.
Heaven. Paradise.
Make your husband
when he leaves for office, he's looking in
his watch. When I'll go home? When I'll
go home? Not that,
now I'm going back.
I she would receive me at the door
nagging, shouting
with her hair flying
and calmed,
and the smell of the kitchen.
The the
the cupboard is full of dresses and,
dressing table, all types of perfume,
she doesn't wear them. She wears them if
there is a wedding
or going out, but not for me.
This is the reality. Wake up, sisters.
And then you say come and say, sure.
My husband is doing this
because he's not satisfied.
You're not
doing your job,
but the smart woman said no. Hey.
Hey.
I will make him feel
satisfied. Everything is there for him,
and that's why the prophet said, what did
he say?
Duniya
is enjoyment,
amusement.
And the best thing is to have a
pious woman.
He looks at his wife. He
smiles
clean,
dressed up,
nice smell.
So when he looks at her,
he feels happy.
And when he's away,
he protects her chastity
and takes care of his children.
So my dear sisters,
you should know the nature of your husband
and play your role as a wife.
Take care of yourself.
Don't make children an excuse
because the husband is another child. Yes.
He is another child,
and he feels
jealous.
Yes. I'm telling you.
So take care of him, that big child.
Yes. He's a child.
So organize yourself, organize your life, organize your
day.
Children should be brought up. Okay. This is
time for sleep. Finish.
Go to bed.
They should be brought up.
Disciplined.
Oh, there's time to go to bed,
so you have time for your husband.
So you take care of your
of your husband. Having said this, also, the
husband, they have to do the same thing.
You have to take care of yourself.
You have to look presentable.
He loves to see you presentable and clean.
Don't you know that our prophet,
he loved perfume?
And the moment he would come from outside,
the first thing he would do is to
brush his teeth
and then to kiss his wife. Do you
know this?
That's what the prophet used to
do. And he would stay, though he
he
hated staying awake,
but
with his wife,
chatting with them, talking to them, listening to
them.
Your wife wants to to talk to you
because she is all the day by herself.
So give her time.
Women, they want to do that then to
to vent what they are bottling up,
and you should not say anything. Yes.
Yes. Yes. Listen.
And by the way, sisters, men are not
good listeners.
This is our problem, we admit.
But listen.
Don't interrupt.
So until she finishes, then she said,
thank
you. Thank you. Thank you.
I feel good now,
but she
took it out.
May Allah
bless all the married couples
and grant them
righteous life,
happy life.
And may Allah
unite their hearts on the iman and taqwa.
I hope this is clear to the questioner.
The next question is, how do I overcome
being consumed by worldly matters
such as thinking of the safety of family
members? These thoughts consume all of my thoughts
throughout the day.
This is something natural.
As parents,
Allah
embedded in us that feeling to take care
of our children and think about them,
but we have to strike the balance.
We have to strike the balance.
Because anything, when it exceeds the limit,
it backfires.
So we need to strike the balance. Yes.
Children, they have fight.
I have fight.
Myself has right. My wife so I have
to give everyone his rights.
K?
Allah, when it comes to the future, for
example,
of the children and the securing the future
of the children,
these these are the statements you hear.
We, as Muslims, we have to put our
trust in Allah. We are not the the
provider. We are not the razah. The provider
is Allah. We are only tools tools.
So we put our trust in Allah
and we earn halal.
That's the most important thing. We should not
feed our children Haram,
and we should live our day.
Tomorrow, Allah will
provide for us.
And the prophet
said in beautiful
If someone
spends the night,
I mean, and he said to me, feeling
safe and secure.
He has he has shelter,
roof above his head.
He is healthy.
He has the food of one day.
One day.
Many of us,
There is a stock
for months.
Fleak is full.
Money in the bank,
and where was it? And the prophet said,
Such a person
who has shelter,
roof above his head, is not sleeping on
the streets,
homeless,
is healthy,
has food one day, then he has Allah
has put all the dunya. He has captured
all the dunya
in his hand.
This is what we call ariva, contentment
Contentment.
Because richness is the richness of the heart.
It's here.
That's it.
That's how the Sahaba lived.
Said Ali used to work for a Jew
raising water from a well for each bucket
of water one date. The moment he got
handfuls, he said to the Jew,
thank you. This is enough for today. This
is enough for me and my family.
Tomorrow, Allah will be fine. That's it.
Many of us today, it's the duniya that
reoccupies
our minds.
You try to sleep,
duniya. The worries of the duniya are running
in the background,
so you can't sleep.
No. You know, I worked
my background,
k, apart from the,
what you know, the
ceramic education and all of that.
I am, by profession, an engineer.
I worked for around 40 years
in the oil industry,
in the
IT technology
and control,
automation,
all that stuff.
And, normally, we every few years, we there
will be total, we call it, turnaround or
shutdown of the
refinery.
And, normally, they will bring
manpower from outside
and laborers
and to do the cleaning and stuff like
that. To cut the story short,
sometimes it is during summer,
and, you know, in the Gulf, it is
humid.
So there will be break,
but the hard time for the the workers.
And many of those,
workers or laborers
are from
the subcontinent, and some of many of them
are from Pakistan,
batons, etcetera.
Subhanallah.
I saw this scene many times.
They would take their lunch,
and then everyone will go and
look for a shade of a tree and
put his head and slave.
Sad,
hot, humid, and he is in deep sleep
because he has nothing running in the background.
He has contentment in his heart, so he
has peace of mind.
Peace of mind.
And you see them at the end of
the day,
I shall have a broad smile on their
faces. Happy.
So rich is not in money. It's here.
Here.
So we should not
keep worried just about dunya,
running after the dunya.
The ulama, they say,
the Muslim, he ties his limbs,
his heart.
Yes.
We tie the camel. Yes.
We look for our livelihood. Yes.
We look for our list. Yes. Like the
birds, they leave their nest,
but we have
assurance
and certainty that
the provider is Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. So
when you have this,
then you'll have this peace
of mind, you have this serenity,
and you have this internal happiness,
the contentment.
May Allah
grant us that
contentment.
I mean,
I hope this is clear to the questioner.
Yes.
The question here is, is it necessary to
repeat a salah that you prayed with Tayamom
after you found water?
Would you mind repeating?
Is it necessary to repeat a salah
that you have already prayed with Tayamun
after you found water? No.
No.
Because
when
you prayed, there was no wait water.
You looked. You searched. No water.
Then you don't repeat.
You don't repeat your salah. No.
The
the prophet,
2 of the Sahaba.
They had Janaba.
I think said, and said,
and they prayed.
And then one of them, when they found
the water, repeated the salah.
The prophet
told the one who didn't repeat,
you did the right thing. You did the
sunnah, Asap to sunnah.
And the other one, it will be nothing
for you, so you don't repeat.
Hope this is clear. Next.
The next question is, how do you deal
with family members who are judgmental
and opinionated?
How do you maintain a tie with such
people, and to what extent do you need
to maintain a tie?
You don't cut and sever the ties with
your
kindred, with your kids and kin, your relatives.
You don't cut the ties. Unless there is
something haram, and it's going to affect you.
But if they are,
I mean, as you say, detrimental,
They say things sometimes that you don't like,
etcetera.
Just be tolerant and, for the sake of
Allah, of course. We do this for the
sake of of Allah
and ask Allah
to give you the the and the patience.
Because a man asked the prophet, I have
relatives. I am kind to them, treat them
nicely, but they are
doing the opposite to me.
He said, as long as you continue, Allah
will be
will be your support will be your supporter.
Allah will be supporting you
and continue. And what you are doing is
just and they are doing the opposite. You
are kind to them, and they are mistreating
you.
He said, you are as like one who
is filling their mouths with ashes,
hot ashes.
K?
So
never
the ties.
Be patient. Make dua for them. Ask Allah
to guide them, and this is the our
what to do. Our families.
Families.
K?
And believe me, after years, things will improve.
K? I will give you my personal experience.
More than 30 years or something like that.
There was, you know, some
superstitious
practices in the tribe
wearing what you call the amulets,
okay,
or trials or
going to fortune tellers or charlatans, etcetera.
So when I started
talking to them, warning to them,
I
faced a lot
faced a lot
to the extent they say, you lost your
your mind.
Something happened to you.
But I handled. I didn't give up.
After a while,
they started to realize
that what they were told and told is
correct. And
so I I recall why I used to
receive
plastic bags,
k, full of these,
unulets
and,
rose and stuff of the magicians.
They would send to me, dispose them.
Today, you don't find anything. Today, I receive
calls. They ask me,
when I go but it needs sabr.
It needs sabr, patience.
So this is my advice for all of
you. Be patient with your relatives.
Keep praying at night. Ask Allah
for their hidayah. May Allah guide all the
Muslims. I mean,
next.
It's actually a link question, with it, Sheikh,
is how often do you need to stay
in touch? Is it a yearly thing, a
weekly thing?
How how long what?
How often do you need to be in
touch with those kind of relatives?
It depends
on the degree of the of the,
of your relatives.
For example, like,
aunties and your aunts and your uncles, those
are very close cousins they come after, etcetera.
And
you have to figure out
okay. If you visit them,
make it short just to see them, hello,
and things like that so that you didn't
give them a chance to start judging you
or talking to you but tell telling you
something,
or you can ask about them on phones
and things like that. So you
you
judge and
evaluate the situation case by case.
I hope this was clear to the question,
Inshallah.
The next question is, how can we repent
sincerely if we've forgotten about sins, our past
sins? How do we ask Allah for forgiveness?
The ulema, they said, if one recalls his
sins, he remembers them
that, oh, on this day, I did this.
So he should make a staghfah for each
one.
If he made many sins and he cannot
recall,
then he this is what Abu Nqayim
said. Then he makes general tawba. Oh, Allah.
Forgive me all my sins
that I committed, all of them.
And he also said something important,
He said,
if
remembering
a particular sin is going to make you
long and yearn to do it,
then don't recall it.
Don't remember it.
K?
That's why
you have to get rid of anything that
will remind you about your past.
Telephone numbers,
photos,
messages.
Anything.
Destroy. Destroy
Because you never know.
Cetan is a crafty guy.
They say that you are you kept
photos of the past in the album, and
it is
that you never opened it.
And one day, the shaytan said to you,
oh, what is this? An album. It started
open and started smiling.
Wow. That what I used to do.
Wow. Now the shaitan is triggering
and blinking
all these
memories.
That's why you have to get rid of
everything,
and you should never try to
remember the past
and never mention your past. Listen to me,
brothers and sisters. Never mention your past to
anyone.
Never
finish
because there is a sickness
among the brothers and sisters who grew up
in the west.
They have they have now this mentality,
confession. Confession.
I have to confess to you. I have
to tell you.
This confession, you're Roman Catholic. You are a
Muslim.
Why should you confess?
Why should you disclose your sins?
Why should you air your dirty linen?
You don't confess to.
You find, for example, a brother's going to
marry a sister,
but we need to confess. You know? You
know? I was like this like this.
Also, I was like this. Finish.
Your marital relationship is destroyed from day 1
because now everyone will think about the other.
If he's late, shaitan will trigger your mind.
All habits die hard. You say he's late.
The same thing he would think about you.
Don't disclose your past
to anyone.
The prophet
said,
all my ummah and Mu'affa,
they will be excused. They will be pardoned.
They will be forgiven,
except those
who publicize,
those who disclose
their sins.
It's a sin.
The prophet one day said to the Sahaba,
perhaps some of you
mention
to others what they do
in their bedrooms with their spouses,
and this is common
Men sitting together,
they are talking below the belt
and think that is manhood.
Same thing, woman.
We do this. We do that.
So a woman stood up and said, by
Allah,
both of them, men and women, they talk
about what they do.
They're in Tennessee.
Sahaba were quiet.
The prophet
said the likeness and the similitude and the
parable of such thing when you talk about
it,
you are
just disclosing what is happening in the bedroom.
It is just like
a shaitan.
Female and male shaitan are making love on
the streets and people that passes by are
looking.
Because if you are talking this what I'm
doing,
and you are talking to your colleague and
your colleague knows your wife,
he's he's visualizing
everything.
And everyone will fantasize.
This is haram.
So bury your past,
and don't mention it.
So all the sins of the past,
ask Allah forgiveness
and Allah for gifts.
Allah forgives all the sins.
Oh my servants.
Those who went to extreme
by sinning.
That's not all. Do not despair
of Allah's
Allah's forgiveness, Allah's mercy.
Allah's forgiveness.
Allah's mercy. Allah forgives
all the sins.
Most certain
and questionably,
Verily,
he's the most forgiving.
Most merciful.
And then the hadith,
O son of Adam,
will your sins to reach the clouds,
and then you meet me without associating any
partner with me?
I will forgive all of them, all your
sins, and they don't mind.
Your sins filled the entire planet,
the entire earth,
and then you repented and turned to Allah.
Allah will forgive them all.
Allah forgave the prostitute
when she gave water to the thirsty dog.
Allah forgave the one who killed
100
innocent
souls,
and then he repented.
So my dear brothers and sisters,
never despair of Allah's mercy.
The door is open, and the lawful gifts.
I hope this is cleaner
clear to the questioner.
Zakhlakhe Shekhanah.
There is a question here. It says people
who deny hadith
except a few from Bukhari, are they considered
Ahlul Bida?
No doubt rejecting
the hadith of the prophet
which are authentic. But sometimes many many people,
they are ignorant. They don't know.
If a person, he knows the science of
hadith
and who knows this hadith is authentic and
he rejects it, of course, no doubt, because
you are rejecting the sinner of the prophet.
But if we give the benefit of doubt
to this person,
he accepts it only if it's a Bukhari
Muslim because to him, Bukhari Muslim,
all the hadith are authentic. Other books,
I don't know because he's ignorant.
K. So he has to be educated.
We have to explain to him. He said,
no. No. There are other Hadith
Hadith of the prophet
not all in Bukhari and Muslim.
Imam Bukhari, he selected from,
about 100,000 hadiths, and he selected only a
few of them.
So not all the hadith of Bukhari Muslims.
So there are other books of hadith. We
have the books of the sunan, nasa'id, telmidip,
nomaya, of Dawud. We have the Masanid, Mus'n
Ahmad, Mus'n Nadabir Awanand,
Mus'n Nadabir Mus'n Nadabir. Mus'n Nadabir.
So there are many, many books of hadith.
And these other books of hadith, there are
weak hadiths and authentic hadith in them.
I hope this was clear to the questioner.
The next question is my,
husband is very rude in behavior,
and he says it's because you are bad.
That's why Allah gave you bad.
Is this correct?
No. It's not correct.
If he says this, tell him no. You
are good husband.
K. And then also,
our good wife for you.
K. So we should not let the shaitan
come in between us.
We are not perfect.
Tell him, we are not perfect, aren't we?
So let us help each other. K? Put
your hand in my hand. I'm not perfect,
and you are not perfect. We know that.
But we can improve each other and help
each other.
Not that we
open the door for our enemy to destroy
our family, and that is, you know, the
our enemies, the
the shaitan, the cursed one who
every day he sends his children, his
soldiers,
and they come at the end of the
day to give him the report.
So one would come and say,
I made well, he he would ask them
by 1 by 1. He
assigned tasks to to them, assignment.
So now they have to report. What did
he do?
Said I made him
get angry, and he
committed crime.
I made him I convinced him to steal.
I convinced him and persuaded him to commit
Zena.
And everyone,
the moment he says, I did this. He
didn't do anything. He didn't do anything.
I wanted to do something more.
Then one of them would say,
I made them to fight, husband and wife,
to quarre,
and
I didn't leave them until
the husband divorced his wife.
Remain there.
K?
Put more fuel.
He's shouting. She is shouting. Why are you
quiet? Why are you
until
he lost his mind, and he said, you
are divorced.
And many sisters, they drive men
mad, not.
She would challenge you because that's what the
shittan whispers and telling her. Tell him.
If you are a man, divorce me.
If you are a man, I dare. I
challenge you. Divorce me.
And the comes to him and say,
shame on you. Shame on you.
See what she's saying?
Do it.
Divorce her.
Then he will say, you are divorced.
And now she is crying,
and he is scratching his head.
What did I do? Oh my god.
What to do?
And then he will start looking for the
phones of the messiah.
Hello,
Help me. Help you?
Your prophet
told you
what to do when you are angry. When
your wife gets angry,
leave. Leave her.
Let her shout. Leave her until she cools
down.
All of you are standing, sit down. If
you are sitting, lie
or go and check,
we don't follow these prophetic restrictions.
We don't do that.
Fatima
she got angry one day with her husband,
Ali Fatima.
The came.
She said, where is your cousin? Where's your
husband? You said he left, and he was
angry.
Prophet, he knew where to find him, so
he just went to the masjid.
He knew Ali will go to the masjid.
So he said, no, Ali,
Abu Hassan
He went into the masjid, prayed turakahas, cooled
down. He slept in the masjid,
and he was covering his face with piece
of cloth, and that piece of cloth,
okay, like the shawl, fell down, and now
his cheek on the dust,
but the message was not
furnished with carpets on it.
The prophet
started tapping on his shoulder.
Oh, father of the dust.
Get up.
That's it. Said Nali went back to his
wife, Fatima.
Finish.
We don't do that
when you get angry.
So the shaitan is there. That's why he
said, I did didn't leave them until he
divorced his wife.
Then the shaitan,
a will
say, come. Give me a hug.
You are my real child.
You are my real child.
So my dear brothers and sisters,
help each other,
and don't give the shaitan a chance to
come between you
because the shaitan, he wants to destroy the
family,
and the Muslim family is now the target.
It's a target by the shaitan. It's the
target
by the LGBTQ.
It is a target by all the kuffar.
So
we have to be careful, and we have
to be tolerant
and understand each other
and be patient. May Allah grant us the,
and may Allah protect all of you, protect
your family,
and grant you
happy marital life. Amen.
Amen, You Ram.
We'll go for the final question, just as
getting close to the end time.
The question is, are there any Islamic books
that cover all of the sins?
All the sins?
Yes.
I don't think so there will be a
book that you will be covering everything,
but
I recommend that to 1,
by Imam Daha'i al Khabai'i.
Kitab al Khabai'i by Imam Daha'i, the major
sins. He mentioned
many of the major sins.
That is a beautiful book, the major sins
by Imam Daha'i. I think it is there
also in English. You can search for it,
and you can download it and read it.
Inshallah.
And for all of you for participating.
