Salem Al Amry – Lesson 49 Weekly Class The Three Fundamental Principles
AI: Summary ©
The speakers discuss the essential elements of the three essential elements of Islam, including belief, meaning, words, and actions. They emphasize the importance of understanding the creator's qualities and attributes, the importance of singling out his name and attributes, and the importance of reading the Bible and not biased in order to understand the book's potential. They also discuss the importance of the holy eye and the importance of obtaining a representative for a marriage. The speakers emphasize the importance of the holy eye and the belief in the creator's qualities and attributes, and the importance of not sweating on a certain day and not doing things that are not in one's control. They also discuss the influence of Islam on global warming and the creation of a " imbalance" of the world.
AI: Summary ©
And welcome to our 49th
lesson
of our weekly dose of
The 3 Fundamental Principles
with our honorable Sheikh,
Sheikh Salim Al Amri. Insha Allah, I will
pass the mic
and the screen to the Sheikh, and the
Sheikh can begin Inshallah.
Dear brothers and sisters in Islam,
Our class today
is in the book,
the letter to Usul,
the 3 fundamentals by Sheikh and Imam Mujadid
Muhammadir Abdul Waha Rahim.
And in the last section we reached
where the author
is talking about
the iman
and the branches of iman and the degrees
of iman.
That
Iman
consists of 70 and more branches
or ranks.
And this Iman
increases and decreases, rises and falls.
It increases by doing good deeds and falls
when one's
one commits
a sin.
And there are 3
inseparable components that compiles and make up the
iman,
which are
the
verbal
actions,
the sayings,
utterances,
and the belief itself, the conviction itself,
that set of belief that you hold in
your
heart, that you've had,
and then the implementation
of that belief
in the external
world,
in life, and throughout
your limbs.
So these are 3 elements
or components
make up
the essence of the iman, and they are
integral parts of the iman. If one is
missing,
then
iman is gone.
And today, the author is mentioning
the pillars of this iman
and that is known to every Muslim,
the pillars of Al iman.
So he says,
So the faith of the the iman
has 6 pillars
or 6 components
elements.
Elements.
The meaning,
the sheikh is saying
that these 6 levels of the imam,
which are
number 1 and 2,
to believe in Allah,
then
believe in his angels,
his books,
his messengers,
their last day,
and that you believe in the Qadar,
the good of it
and the bad of it.
This is Hadith and Buhari, a Muslim.
And the proof
for these 6 pillars is Allah's statement.
So Allah
mentioned
these
pillars
in Surat Al Baqarah
aya 177.
Allah is saying,
Righteousness,
which is
is not that you turn your faces towards
the east and the west in prayer,
but rather righteousness
is for the one
who believes in Allah, the last day, the
angels, the books, and
the prophets.
This is Surat Al Baqarah,
ayah 177.
Now let us
ponder and reflect on these
6 pillars of Al iman
and.
So you believe in Allah,
This necessitates
and entails
that you believe
in his existence,
that he exists.
And there's no doubt
that he exists
because
his existence is a necessity for our existence.
What does this mean?
Because
in order for us to exist,
we should have
a creator
who brought us into being,
because we did not come into being by
ourselves.
No one can claim that I created myself.
So neither that we
created ourselves, I came into being by ourselves.
Oh,
we came from nothing.
We just
appeared like that,
so there's no cause
behind our existence.
And this is ridiculous.
K?
Because we are the effect.
We are the effect,
the product.
So someone caused us to to appear and
to come into me.
So who caused that?
It must be,
as they say,
primary cause.
Someone
caused us to,
and that cause has not caused caused it
to to to to to to to exist
because otherwise, we'll be in this circulation.
That's why he's the first and the last.
He's the first.
And
there
was no one with him.
So so that's why our existence
is dependent on his
existence. So his existence of Anna is necessity.
Without his existence, we'll not be here.
We'll not be here.
No existence of the creator, that means no
existence
of the creation.
I hope that you are following.
No creator, no creator. Very simple.
Because if if there was was no creator,
there will not be any creation.
So since there is a creation, there must
be a creator who created that creation.
And if someone poses or raises the silly
question, who created that creator?
This is a question
can only come from the mind of someone
who doesn't have a mind,
who's
insane.
Because this is a contradiction.
You contradict yourself.
You're saying who created the creator? Creator cannot
be created.
Who created a created being? Yes.
But he is a creator.
So he's not created.
Let me yell it.
He's not created.
So he begets not no. He wants to
be gotten.
And there's nothing like unto him.
Well, someone equal to him
Otherwise, you'll be a king who created this
creator, another creator, and who's created that creator.
And then you'll be this vicious circle, and
that's what they call
the dawl,
logical
recirculation,
which is unacceptable.
K? So
he's the first.
So if someone poses that silly question,
he doesn't know what is coming out of
his head.
He doesn't me understand the meaning of the
first hour hour. He doesn't know this.
Because if you say Allah is the first,
that means there's no one before him.
He's the first.
Well, Awal Wal Akhir is the first and
the last.
The first,
no one before him.
He exists
for eternity,
and he will remain existing
when
everything comes to an end.
So this is the meaning of the first.
And if this fool person insists,
then you
ask him a question,
which will answer his question.
This what the Muslim scholars mentioned.
They said
it's either
there is a the creator exists or doesn't
exist.
1 of the 2.
So which one is the origin?
Which one is the origin?
Is the origin the existence of the creator
or the nonexistence of the creator? 1 of
the 2.
If we say the origin is the nonexistence
of the creator
So that's the origin. No creator.
This means
and this
necessitates
and leads to
that there will not be any creation. Because
there's no creator. There should not be any
creation.
But creation is there.
I'm created. You are created. The customers are
created. The whole universe is created. Everything is
shown.
Manifest through that.
And even science tells you that this universe
was not there, then it came into being.
So there must be
a creator. So the origin is not the
the nonexistence of the creator. The origin is
the existence of the creator.
Because if there's not there was not there's
no creator, there will not be any creation.
But there is a creation,
so this by necessity
leads to
that the creator is the existence of the
creator is the origin.
It's the first and
So his existence
is
so clear.
Look
around you
and see the signs.
Everything
tells
you there is
wise,
knowledgeable
maker of this.
And enter yourself. Don't you see?
Just look into yourself and study your body
and see the complexity
of your body
and see the different systems,
and the millions of cells,
and how things are coordinated,
and how things are functioning in harmony
and in unison.
Amazing.
So that's enough,
just look unto yourself.
Leave alone to look into
the
the cosmos, the universe
and see this billions
of
galaxies
and solar systems.
So you believe in Allah, you believe in
existence,
you believe
in his
qualities
and his descriptions.
You accept his descriptions,
his qualities,
his attributes,
his names,
which he told you about himself
throughout the revelation.
He described himself.
He mentioned himself to us,
and he mentioned his qualities. He mentioned his
attributes.
So we believe in that.
We believe in whatever
quality and attribute he has given himself, subhanahu
wa ta'ala,
without
making any resemblance
between him and human beings
or likening him to any of his creation
because
there's nothing like unto him
and he's all hearer all seer.
Nothing is like unto him and also he
sees and hears, so his seeing is not
like ours and his hearing
is not like ours.
So if ever he told us about himself,
we believe in that
without imagining
because
we cannot imagine him
because
the imagination
human imagination is limited
because the
human imagination
springs from
the observations,
what you have seen, and the lies unseen.
We didn't see him, so we cannot imagine.
Just on the same way you cannot imagine
someone
knocking on the door. You cannot imagine him
or her.
So you cannot imagine the rivers in the
Jannah and the palaces in the Jannah, etcetera.
The moment you start to imagine these rivers,
the pictures that will pop up in your
mind
are the rivers that you have seen and
the palaces you have seen.
So we believe in his names,
and we believe in his
attributes.
And then we believe
that
he's the true deity that we we should
worship.
So we
dedicate
and offer
exclusively
all our deeds to him and him, only
subhanahu
wa ta'ala, and we do not associate
any partner with him.
So and that's what we refer to is
the.
So you
you single out a lot regarding
his person,
his essence,
There's nothing like unto him.
Regarding his names,
you believe
The most beautiful names belong to him, so
call upon him by his names.
Call upon
Allah
or the merciful
Allah man.
Whatever name you call upon,
all the beautiful names
belong to him.
And this
time of singling him out regarding
his divine
actions
is called
the unity of
or unity of.
Singling him out regarding his names and divine
attributes
called unity of divine names and attributes.
Singling him out regarding
our actions,
our deeds called Tuhid,
unity of worship or Tuhid Uluhiyan.
So you believe in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala,
you believe
in whatever
he mentioned
in his regulation.
Then you believe in his angels,
this
invisible
world which we don't see,
that's why they are right, they are
unseen.
Another world
created from light as you
know. So the angels are created from light,
jin are created from fire,
and human beings from
the earth.
So
and that's what the prophet mentioned.
Allah created
the angels from light.
Well,
Jan, Minmar, and Minna from
the bluish part of the flame of fire.
He created Adam, the father of humans,
human beings from what he told you, and
that's the Earth.
So we have 3
types of the creation. We have the Malaika,
we have the jinn, and we have the
human
beings. The Malaika, they don't have free will.
Whatever they are commanded, they do.
They cannot disobey Allah
rather they carry out what they ever Allah
commands them to do.
The Jews and the humans, Allah has given
them free will,
the ability to obey and disobey.
So the jinn,
they obey and disobey.
They are believers and disbelievers.
Likewise, the human.
The human beings,
they are believers and disbelievers because Allah has
given us
the free will
to choose.
Allah says that we have showed man the
2 paths, whatever he wants to choose.
And the angels,
there are so many.
No one knows the number except their creator.
There's no single
trace.
K? The length of a span in the
journal except
there's an angel standing
or pastating,
supplicating to Allah.
The heavens are about to burst because of
the heaviness and the load
due to the number of the angels.
So it's making noise, the heavens,
cracking noise
because of this
low the number of angels.
The Betel Mamur, as you know,
the Kaaba in heavens, which is a part
of the Kaaba
on Earth,
every day is 70,000.
They make go off and they don't come
back.
Just imagine the number.
Their phones,
the angelic angelic phones,
they're so big, so huge.
All the one knows.
If Jibril Alaihi Salam is one of them,
and when he appeared in his
angelic form
as an angel
and he spread one of his wings,
he covered the horizon. Only one.
So only Allah knows.
They are so
beautiful,
so handsome,
the angels
and powerful.
So you believe we believe in these angels
and they have different
some of them, their names are mentioned like
Mikael,
Michael,
Swafil.
Michael is
in Mikael is in charge of
the rain,
the fall of the rain,
because the rain doesn't fall
except by the permission of Allah.
Right?
And
Mikael
is in charge of that.
So Allah tells him,
send this cloud
and this amount of rain to this place.
K?
So the one who sent rain as the
rain, the one who sends down the rain
is Allah.
And
sometimes
this rain
can
be provision,
can be good,
blessing,
and sometimes it is a curse
when it destroys everything
and causing floods
as you have seen.
Also some might say, but nowadays
the science has developed and advanced,
and now we are doing the seeding the
seeding.
So we can send bring the rain
down.
Even the seeding.
That is part. That is by the will
of God. If Allah doesn't want it to
come down even with your seeding,
it will not rain.
So the rain
falls by the permission of Allah, Hafsa Wajah,
and there is an angel who is in
charge of that.
So we have Mikael. We have Esauafil
who's in charge of blowing the trumpet,
k,
on the day of resurrection.
We have the angel of death, that is
his name, Malek El Moth, not Israel.
There's nothing called Israel
to Israel.
Angel of death.
And he is 1.
But he has helpers.
So when he takes your soul, there are
angels with him also.
There is the archangel, Jibril Alaihi Salam.
There is Malik,
the one who's in charge of the hellfire.
So Malik is in charge of the hellfire.
So some Allah mentioned
their names.
Some we don't know.
There's so many.
And there are different tasks
to do.
Some, Allah
sent them to support the believers
and to help them
during
the,
wars,
fighting.
As of the day of battle, the Malaika
came down to fight
along with the Muslims.
Many,
they
come down to earth to
report to Allah
about our deeds,
about what we do.
And there are 2 shift
cycles.
Some they spend the night with us,
and then after Fajr, they go back to
Allah.
And they are replaced by another
group of angels.
We have
2 angels to to write our deeds,
good deeds and
the evil deeds.
So there are so many.
There are angels to protect
you. There are angels to protect us. They
are from behind and from before,
in front of us.
Malaika.
And this shows his rahma for us,
that he appointed angels to protect us,
to protect us.
So we believe in his angels.
That's why
there
are angels of Rahma
in our homes,
so we have to behave ourselves,
respect their presence.
We should not walk naked.
We should not do haram stuff.
And the house that has
pictures
of dogs,
the angels of mercy that do not enter.
So if you want the angels of mercy
to fill your home to fill your house,
don't have dogs inside,
and
do not hang pictures of living things
on the walls.
Otherwise, the angels of mercy,
they do not enter your home. And who
will replace them? The shayateen.
So
your home will be full of this negativity
due to the presence of the
cursed ones, the devils.
So you believe in the Malaika. You believe
in the angels.
And for if you want details,
I recommend
that you read the whole series
of Sheikh Abdul
Hamashur Rahman Al Ashraf Rahim Allah Ta'ala,
the word of the angels.
Because that series
mentions the belief of Alastair Nawa Jalal Jema'ah.
So you believe in Allah,
and
you believe in the books that Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala
sent down.
The books that
he mentioned,
the
the Torah
at Tawra
that he
gave to Musa, alaihis salaam,
on the Mount of Sinai.
Then
and Injil, the Evangel
or the Injil,
the Gladdenus,
which he gave to Isai y Salam.
And these two books they do not exist
in their pristine original form.
Though some fragments
are still there in the Old Testament and
in the New Testament,
But we cannot refer
to the Old Testaments as the Torah, we
cannot say that,
or to the New Testaments as the NDE.
Because the gospels
in the New Testament,
whether it is the gospel of Mark or
Luke or John or Matthew,
I'll compile later on.
And they tell you
the gospel according to this, according to that.
So where is the gospel of Israel Islam?
It's not there.
And there were many gospels.
Those who are interested in comparative religion,
there were many gospels.
K?
Not only these 4.
The gospel of Hanover and others.
But as you know,
in the
assembly and the meeting of Nicaea,
k,
during the reign of the Constantine or Constantine,
where
all different
groups of Christians,
those who believe in the divinity of Christ
and those who are against it,
and everyone is holding his own gospel.
So then
they said, okay.
We'll let god to decide which one
is the true one.
So they placed all these different copies on
the table,
and they said the true ones will remain
and the false one will fall.
And, of course, the the trick is that
someone entered and he dropped the rest and
he left only the 4.
Okay. So, we as Muslims, we believe in
what was given
to Musa alaihi salaam, and that's the Torah
at Tawla
with Injeel.
And we believe
in the Zebul
that was given to Dawood Alif Salam,
which most of the of it is praises.
Okay.
Praising Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala.
Because
when
Dawud alaihis
salam praises Allah and celebrated
celebrated
Allah's praises.
The birds, they
repeat after him and the mountains also repeat
after him.
SubhanAllah.
And the suhaf which was giving to Ibrahim
alaihis salam.
We Muslims believe in all that.
And we have the Quran,
of course,
the the last book, which is the Muhammed,
the criterion.
Only we Muslims, we can
this decide
that this could be
a remnant of the original
regulation because we have the reference. We have
the criterion,
the standard.
So we
standardize
and we
check
the the what the content of what that,
text according to the
all app. If it is
in line,
then we can accept
it. And that's why the pastor of Salem
said
regarding
what is mentioned in the previous scriptures,
neither believe that
nor disbelieve.
There's nothing clear.
Okay?
Cut about it,
that it is from the regulation.
So don't accept it
nor reject it because
to reject it, maybe it is part of
the regulation.
K?
I had this on Ben Israel. Well, Howard,
and you can mention a report from their
scriptures,
but you have to mention that this is
mentioned in the scripture
of the people of the book.
For example,
a a story
mentioned in the Quran shortly without details about
a prophet,
and it is detailed and mentioned in detail
in the in the in the bible.
So some books of the Tevfseil, they
use that.
K. Whether they're in Cathedral or others.
But we cannot
consider what is mentioned in their books as,
law for us
because
the these
laws or like like the Torah or what
is mentioned in the injil are obligated
Mansoor, the Quran obligated that.
So believe in his books
Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala which he
inspired
to his
messengers and prophets
for the guidance
of humanity.
And these books were not guarded, were not
protected
simply because Allah entrusted
and trusted
and make it the responsibility
of the learned men to protect
such
scriptures.
But
they turned out that they are not trustworthy.
So that's why the final one, I will
say
it is
I,
we, who's going to protect it.
So it is we who reveal the reminder,
the the Quran,
and it is we who's going to preserve
it.
So the Quran
is the final one
intact in the original language,
and no one can fiddle with it. No
one can change
an iota of it because
it is reserved,
jotted down, recorded from day 1,
mama rise in the house.
Millions and millions of
Muslims mamaize the Quran.
So no one can't
play with with it
or tamper with it. No one.
They are trying,
okay, to print many copies immediately.
Muslims, they discover
that it is a forged COVID.
SubhanAllah.
If just an imam, the imam
in the salah makes a mistake,
immediately he will be corrected. Immediately.
And sometimes the one who corrected the imam,
he's not a habib,
but that particular
verse or aya, which the imam made a
mistake, he knows it.
Subhanallah. The
Quran is amazing.
And it is the the hidayah
and the guidance
for humanity.
So today, when we are calling the people,
calling the entire humanity
to our Islam, we tell them just read
this book
objectively
without being biased,
without having any preconceived
notions.
And if you read it,
with this in mind,
you will find out that this cannot be
anything except
revelation from God.
Because it talks to you,
it addresses your issues,
It touches
your heart. So that's the relief in Allah's
books.
Then the relief in his messengers.
Allah sent the messengers
because without them, we would not know anything
about
the unseen world,
about the Afira.
That world, the metaphysical world will not have
any idea about it.
So Allah has the word done because there's
no
way to know. There's no means to know
anything about it
except for him to tell us about it.
So he chose
from a man as the human beings,
good people
has outstanding character,
high small moral
standard,
known in the community
that they have this noble character.
They never lied,
so he chose them,
and he passed
his message
through the archangel
to them than to us.
And he
gave
his messengers
complete,
material,
irrefutable
evidence
that supports
their truthfulness,
that they are truthful
and they are chosen by God.
So this proof
or proofs
are the medicals which they perform.
Something supernatural,
no human being can do it.
To prove to us
that
he is
sent by God by Allah, Azza wa
Jal. And this is just the proof.
Musa alaihis salaam as you know,
he hit the sea with his staff,
with his
sick.
What this sick can do to the sea?
But the sea split.
What
what human being can do this?
Who has the ability to do that?
Alay Allah.
He threw his
stick and it become
serpent, snake,
swallowed the the rogues of the magicians. That's
why the magicians
immediately they become
Muslims
because they realized
that this is the the the staff, the
stick became real
snake.
Who can bring the dead
into life?
Aliyah.
So that was the sign
of Isa alaihis salam,
the medical of Isa alaihis salam,
And the medical of any prophet
will be
in the
field
that his people
are experts.
So the messenger comes and he challenges the
people
in the field,
in the
the the thing,
they understand it, and they know it very
well.
So what was
famous and what was common
during the reign of the pharaoh of Ra'un?
Witchcraft.
Magic.
So Moses, Musa alaihis salam, he challenged
he challenged the
magicians.
And the magicians realized
that this is not magic
because they are the experts.
That's why they became Muslim.
What was the
the people
good at or an expert in
during the reign of Rizal Salam? Medicine.
So his medical was in that field,
healing the blind and the lepers
by Allah's permission
and bringing the dead into life.
And the medical of Muhammad
was
in
what the Arabs were
known
for, and that is the the
eloquence.
So the Quran challenged them that in that
field, in that area,
that this Quran,
you are the expert.
It is in your mother tongue.
So can you produce
a chapter like it,
a verse like it,
and seek the help of the and
all mankind,
and they failed miserably.
So Abba
sends the messengers,
some unknown to us,
some they are not.
And then the other
one,
1,024,
124,000.
A
huge number
of messengers and prophets
that Allah sent
to mankind,
to guide them,
to show them the the path.
Verily, we have sent into every nation,
every community, a messenger. Oh,
communities
on this planet,
messengers and prophets came to them,
calling them
to worship Allah, Azza wa Jal.
Worship Allah
and
the
false deities.
Because Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is just,
and he's not going to punish anyone on
the day of resurrection
unless
he receives
he received
a warning.
K? We were not going to punish anyone
until we send a messenger,
a warning to
them. So that's why
the angels, they rebuke the people when they
are going to hellfire.
And then they asked you come Nadir and
so that no
warner has come to you?
And they replied,
no. The warner's came.
The warner's
have come to us
has come to us,
but we belied them.
We rejected them.
Allah didn't send anything.
So now they are blaming themselves, and they're
saying,
had we got
any common sense,
intellect,
or
if we're and we were hearing,
had we heard the truth,
we'll not be here. But whatever else I
was saying, we'll not be among the people
of the blazing fire.
So
here they confessed
they confessed
that they were
mistaken.
How to say it. Woe to them.
The people of the
Sahid, the blazing fire.
So the messengers,
they came
and
the people
who did not receive any water,
No messenger came to them,
and this what they call the people people
of
al Fethullah
al Fethullah.
At your nation, no messenger came to
the people in this period,
like between Mohammed sallallahu alaihi salam and Isa
alaihi salam.
So
and any
god in the history.
So Allah gives them the chance on the
day of resurrection,
and he test them there. If they pass
the test,
they go to heaven. If they fail, they
will go to heaven.
So Allah is just, and he's not going
to punish anyone
unless and until
he established
the proof,
the evidence, the hudja,
upon him, Oha.
Then you believe
in the last day,
the imam alaikar.
And it's called the last day because there's
no day after it.
That's the last day.
Because there will not be sun, there will
not be moon, there will not be days,
there will not be years, etcetera.
That's the last.
So the whole thing, everything will come to
an end.
The skies will split asunder.
The mountains will turn into bound.
The seas will be set ablaze.
The earth will open,
and all the people will come out.
So that's the last day.
This Earth will be different,
will be flat,
and all human beings
from Adam
till the last
one.
The last two, actually.
The 2 Shabbats of Johaina. Those will be
the last 2 men as mentioned in the
who
will die.
So all of them
in one
area, decade
of Dhul Mahjav, the land of assembly.
The prophet described it. He said it is
a circular
land,
white
like the
the white flower
of bread, like the white bread,
a bread made of white flour.
And it is the land of assembly
is Bilad shan. It's the land of a
shan.
So that is the last day
when everything will be annihilated.
That's the day
everyone runs away from his beloved ones.
Every mother will drop her child
that she is breastfeeding.
Which mother will drop her
child
on that day? Yes, mother. They
They lost their minds
about their children. They don't know they don't
care.
Every
woman
will have miscarriage
because of the fear.
What
are you think they are?
Drunkard.
Yeah. You think they're drunk
or drunkard,
intoxicated,
but they're not.
The punishment of Allah is so severe
so severe.
So that's the day.
That's the day
all humanity,
men
and
women,
naked.
Aisha said,
oh prophet Subhanahu Wa'ala, men and women
naked,
said Aisha. No one will look
at another one.
No one looks
they do not look at each other.
Everyone is chiffering. Everyone is afraid.
Will
be resurrected, my dear brothers and sisters,
naked,
barefooted,
no
means
what?
The foreskin
on the male organ
the foreskin
on the male organ
which is cut during the circumcision,
will be come back.
Come back.
The first one
who will be clothed on that day
is Ibrahim.
He will be clothed.
And the scholar said,
and Allah knows the real wisdom,
why Allah clothed him before anyone.
They said
it seems
that when he was thrown to the fire,
his people, they removed his garments
to humiliate him.
So Allah, he honors him on that day
in front of everyone.
So that's the
last day.
That
is the word day.
We should always
think about it.
And our
each one of us
begins
the moment he dies.
So the of each one of us is
not far away
is not far away.
But that day,
the sun is above the heads.
People are sweating
sweating,
and your sweat will be collected
around you.
It will form a pool around you.
And some
someone's sweat
reaches
half of his chin
up to his knees,
up to his waist, and someday
sweat
reaches their mouths.
There are some who will never be sweating.
They will never sweat on that day, may
Allah make us among them.
I mean,
Because they will be in the shade of
the mighty throne
or in the shade of their sadaqah.
A servant will be in the shade of
his Sadaka.
The Sadaka, the charity you give here
will form shade for you.
The more setup you give, the more shade
you will have.
So if you want to have shade on
that day,
spend
everyday.
Even if it is
1 dirham
or 1 pound or less than that, to
$1 or less than that,
Every day, make it your habit.
Spend.
So that on that day,
you will have shade when people are sweating.
So that day,
Allah gets angry.
No one dares to talk to him.
It's a long day.
So that's why the people, they go to
Adam, alaihis salaam, and they plead to him,
and they beg him to talk to Allah.
And he said, no, I cannot.
My Lord got angry,
and he's very angry today. I will never
become angry like today
ever.
I have
disobeyed him.
Go to somebody else.
As as you know in the hadith,
till they come to the prophet and
he comes and he prostrates,
vows before
Allah
Allah.
I prostrate before my love, my lord,
and Allah inspires me with pages I never
knew before,
and then it will be
said and told to me,
raise
your head.
And
intercede and intercession will be granted to you.
Ask and will grant you what you ask.
K?
So that what will happen on that day,
my dear brothers and sisters.
And the 6th pillar of the iman that
you believe in Al Qadab,
the divine
decree,
redestination
because Allah,
he
decreed everything.
There's nothing
hidden from him.
There's nothing called present,
past, future to Allah. No?
That's why when he talks, he talks,
okay,
About future in the past.
It's over.
It's over.
So Allah knows everything.
So because he knows everything,
he commanded the pen to write everything.
K? So if you want to understand
the issue of Abba and Padal, you have
to keep in mind always the following.
Noli, divine knowledge of Allah. Allah knows everything.
Then the second thing, the lighting,
because he knows everything. He commanded the pen
to write everything.
Then
he
will things to happen
because nothing happens without the divine will of
Allah.
Allah. What Allah will will
occur, will happen, what he didn't will not
happen.
K?
Nothing happens in his kingdom against his will,
and keep in mind the will of Allah
to they are have two aspects.
The
Iradakoniyyah
and Iradak Shariah.
Iradakoniyyah,
the universal will,
the things
that
already occurred or happened.
The things that happened,
irrespective whether he loves them or he hates
them. But they occurred,
so they occurred according to the divine will,
the the universal
divine will of Allah.
Why did he allow something he didn't apply
to
happen in his kingdom?
There is a divine wisdom behind that.
K?
Remember, he gave man, human beings
the free will
to choose.
So they chose to be to disbelieve.
So he allows them to disbelieve,
though he doesn't like it. Well, I am
glad he he'll cover. Allah is not satisfied
that his servants
choose disbelief.
But that was their choice, so he doesn't
stop them.
He doesn't stop them.
And there's a wisdom.
There are disbelievers.
So there is jihad.
There are disbelievers.
There is Shahada
and Marxists.
There is Dawah,
etcetera.
There are diseases.
There's wisdom. There is medicine,
doctors.
There are diseases.
There is.
The the disease wipes away your sins.
The sickness is an expiation for your sins,
etcetera.
So there is a divine wisdom.
So the will, if it is universal,
which means
whether this thing,
Allah loves it or not,
it happened according to the universal
will.
The legal will, Ibad al Shariah, only what
Allah loves.
Allah loves us to believe. Allah loves us
to obey him.
So when you obey Allah,
you pray, for example, your prayer.
Your fast is Ramadan.
Okay?
So this is something happened,
and Allah loves it. So it's happening according
to the
legal will because Allah loves it,
and also according to the universal will because
it already occurred and happened.
So the 2 wills coexist
when you do a good deed.
So the
when you do a good deed, it happens
according to both
wills,
the universal and the
legal.
But when you're disobeying, when you commit haram,
you dank alcohol, or you commit zina,
of course, it is not according to the
legal will. A lot doesn't love it. But
it happened according to the
universal
will, The Allah doesn't like it.
Allah doesn't like it.
So at the end of the day,
nothing happens in Allah's kingdom
against his
will that you believe in. So this is
what you have to believe. You believe Allah
knows the knowledge of Allah,
then he commanded the pen to write,
and his writing
does not interfere
in your choice.
And Allah will not use that writing,
which is in the preserved tablet,
as an evidence against you or proof against
you. We'll not use that.
There's another writing when you are in your
mother's womb.
Allow me not use it. And there's a
third writing,
and that is when you reach the age
of puberty,
when your faculties
are perfect
and now you are accountable,
that is the lighting will be used against
you.
And that is the book you are going
to read on the day of resurrection.
So Allah
will not use
what the the writing in the preserved tablet
or the writing of the angel when you
were when you were in your mother's womb
or the writing that
happened when you were
an adult
reached the age of puberty.
And that's why you will be giving your
book, the Taraki Taraki. Read your book,
and you are sufficient
witness against yourself.
And the people will look into in their
records
and
read.
What an amazing book.
It doesn't miss anything, small or big,
except that
it is counted.
And they'll find whatever
they did present.
But then
and they saw and saw, and they placed
saw and saw with the time stamp.
Cannot deny
it. And you have what? That's not wrong.
Anyone.
So this is the 6th pillar that you
believe in the
the divine
redecree,
predestination,
the good of it
and the bad of it.
The bad of it because of your deeds.
Evil does not come from Allah. Evil comes
from us
when we disobey
him. Allah's is all.
The evil
in our deeds.
That's why the hadith, the prophet
said,
evil is not yours.
Evil is ours.
It's ours.
So there are 4 elements. Keep in mind
if you want to understand
this
complex issue, the issue of pagan.
The aim Allah knows,
then he wrote the writing,
then the will. Nothing happens in his kingdom
against his will. And fourthly,
the creation.
He created.
There's no creator but Allah.
No one creates except Allah.
Creation
means to
bring something out of nothing.
That's the creation.
Something out of nothing.
No one
can do that except Allah,
Hasidullah.
And a human being does not create
his actions.
Our ads, our our
works are created
are created.
Man creates nothing.
Allah said, Allah
created you and whatever you do.
And that's why in Sahih Imam Bukhari,
there's a chapter, khalqafalal
Ibad. Allah,
the creation of man's deeds and man's actions,
they are created by God by Allah.
Why? Because he's refuting the Martez alites.
The Martez alallah saying man creates his own
actions.
Allah
created you and whatever you do.
And what is an action?
What is an action? See? I'm dropping the
pen. This is an action.
What are the components of this action?
What did I need to drop the pen?
I needed a strength in the muscle.
I needed will.
I decided to pick the pen and to
drop it.
I needed time
for the pen to fall.
I needed place.
So these four elements constitute an action.
So which one I created?
Did I create the strength? No. Who created
that strength? Allah.
Did I create the will? No. Who created
it? Allah.
Did I create time? No. Who created it?
Allah.
Did I create
face? No.
Who created face? Allah.
So who created the action? Allah.
So what did I do then?
I used the created
strength and the created will to establish that
event.
And if
this action I did
pleases Allah,
I'll be rewarded.
And if it displeases Allah,
I will be punished.
That's it.
So these are the pillars of iman, my
dear brothers and sisters.
We believe in Allah,
believe in his angels,
his books, his messengers,
the last day,
and the.
May Allah
increase our knowledge
in the deen, and may Allah
keep us to remain
steadfast on this beautiful deen, Amin, until we
meet him and he is pleased with all
of us. Amin,
And may Allah
forgive us
our faults and mistakes and ignorance.
And may Allah
reward all of you, my dear brothers and
sisters, immensely
for your patience and attendance.
We'll inshallah now start the question and answers
time.
Brothers and sisters, if you have questions, please
send them in,
or you may also ask verbally by raising
your hands on participants,
and then raise hand. We have received,
some questions already. We'll begin with those.
I'd like to remind everybody, please send questions
in fast
so we can take them before we close
this
session.
Alright.
The first question
Dear honorable Sheikh
Barakallahu Fik for the beautiful lecture.
May Allah bless you, Ameen.
I have 2 questions. Number 1.
Yes.
Is any tafsir known which explains the verse
from Surah Baqarah regarding
Jews who reject some angels as Jibril or
Mikael.
I understand why Jibril as he brought message
to the prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, but
why Mikael or others?
This
the,
regarding the the
hadith that mentioned
when Abdullah Musallam said,
they hate this they hate him.
They said this is our enemies from among
the the,
the Malaika.
K?
So anyone who hates Jibril or hates anyone
of the Malaika,
Okay? He's an enemy
of Allah. Allah
hates him. Regarding the others, why they hate
them,
at this time, I I'm not aware why.
The archangel, they said because he,
brings the,
the destruction.
He destroyed, as you know,
the,
the town of, Lut.
And then I know it's best. Next question.
The next question.
Will people
be gathered on the day of judgment in
a plain place of Arafa
or in blessed surroundings of Aqsa.
Could you mention a hadith if there is
anything about it?
No. The hadith is called Bilad e Sham.
Abdul Mahdhar, the land of assembly is Bilad
e Sham.
Sham means all this place,
Syria, Lebanon,
as we know today.
And the prophet
said,
it will be
a circular land
and whitish
white
land. Because as you know, the fire of
Aden,
the fire will come from Aden and will
drive the people
and gather them to that land.
And when they stop the fire stops, they
cannot go back except it drives them and
gathers them to the land of assembly.
That was mentioned in the Hadith of the
prophet,
and it is authentic hadith. Next.
Next question.
For the.
A brother asked, do women need a representative,
Waqeel, for getting married?
And is it obligatory?
And can she choose her own representative?
For a woman to get married,
she needs to have Wali,
guardian.
Without
Wali, her marriage
is invalid.
The prophet
said,
No marriage without the guardian and the consent
of the guardian.
So the
the father,
the brother,
the uncle,
and the woman cannot be aware of another
woman.
So without the consent of the guardian or
the
the the willi, the nikah is invalid.
Ayyun mumra'a,
the prophet
said, a new woman gets married with against
the consent of Haveli,
without the consent of Haveli,
Her marriage is invalid, invalid, invalid.
This is the Madhub of Malik, Ahmad,
and the Shafi'i.
Imam Abu Hanifa
considered
the
the marriage
valid because to him,
this is my hadith
talks about not every woman. That's how he
understood this
hadith.
It's not applicable to any woman. It is
applicable
to the slave,
a woman who is not free, his slave,
then she cannot get married without the consent
of her master.
But if she is free
and got married,
then the marriage is valid.
That's why the
Rolamah,
the 3 imam, though they consider it it's
invalid,
But if a woman got married according to
the mother of a mama,
they do not consider
the wedlock invalid,
but they consider it
that they are sinful,
the people, the the kabbles.
They consider it it is. Why? Because they
said this is an imam who was a
Mujdahat,
and they acted upon
the opinion of a Mujdahat imam.
And if, for example,
they already had children,
they do not consider those children
as illegitimate children,
rather they are legitimate children.
But the strongest opinion
is what the 3 schools hold based on
the Hadith of the prophet. And
Imam the
understanding of Imam Abu Hanifa was refuted
because the Hadith is general.
And as we know that
is the Hadith is general.
You cannot limit its generality
without a proof and without an evidence.
So the prophet said, are you, ma'am, are
you? Any woman,
whether she is free or slaves.
And then not only are you are you
and ma? Are you ma? Are you ma?
And this is gives more generality.
Now if the
the guardian some guardians are are stubborn.
Some guardians are stubborn.
People, good suitors, good men, they come
to propose for his daughter,
and he is just refusing them for an
without any reason.
Either because they are not from our cars,
from not from our people, not from our
country,
or are lame excuses.
In this case,
the or
the guardianship can be taken. This lie this
privilege
will be taken away from him and given
to somebody else, to the brother, to the
uncle.
Or
the Adi, the Muslim judge, he steps in,
and he acts as the willi, the guardian.
So
there is a solution
for such
dilemma and such problem.
But under no much circumstances,
women should not get themselves married without the
concept of the guardian.
I hope this is clear to the questioner.
Next question.
In regards to the 5 known revelations,
it's also it is also true that we
should neither reject nor accept
these other books owned by some as
some people say. They say this based on
the fact that Allah sent more than 25
prophets.
No. No. The Hadith talks about the people
of the book.
People of the book.
That's what the narration says. That's why he
said
and talk of, relate from.
K?
Regarding
other scriptures,
there is a possibility,
for example, in the Vedas
of the,
the scriptures of the Hindus,
there are verses
clearly talking about prophet Muhammad.
K? So these fragments,
one
can deduce
remnants of something
was
revealed before,
and this what is what remained.
But
regarding that you the,
the the pastor said you neither,
accept nor will get this about, he said,
the people of the scriptures. And the
Yes. How would you explain to some groups
of people,
especially the Christians who believe that only good
comes from God and any calamity
like accident, death, etcetera, comes from Shaitan.
We have to ask them what do you
mean by this.
There's nothing
happens except in the last kingdom without Allah's
will.
Okay. So if calamity happens,
earthquake,
volcanoes, all this, by the will of God,
of course, no doubt.
But it is *. There's not evil in
it.
There's no evil in it because
if you reflect
deeply,
for example okay. There are people who died.
K. If there are believers, there are shohada
and martyrs.
K?
They're disbelievers.
That is their punishment.
And Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, he is he
keeps this
system balanced.
He keeps this earth balanced.
So everything is needed. When this something happened,
it's needed
to maintain this earth in the state of
balance and equilibrium.
That's right. Evil is not in the actions
of Allah.
The evil, the shell only in our deeds
and our actions
and our actions.
That is the evil. The shadow is only
from us
when we disobey Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
So Allah punishes us. Why he punishes us?
By
different ways,
whether it is a flood, whether it is
volcano, whether it is earth. Why is
he Allah Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala punches us
for for the reason because we disobeyed him.
So we are the ones who are the
culprit. We are the ones
causing
Allah
to get angry with us. As Allah say,
Allah said,
corruption.
Fassar. Baha'u'll fassar. Al fassar.
Corruption.
And it is broad sense.
Use this
word for any facade.
You can't
imagine. The Harvard facade.
Corruption, whether it's a smaller corruption
or
environmental corruption,
whatever corruption.
On land and in the sea.
Corruption
everywhere. Who caused this corruption?
Who caused this pollution?
Who caused this
change
in the climate?
Global warming? Who caused this?
Who caused the global warming?
Nah.
Nah.
So the facade comes from us.
So Allah brings back everything again into balance.
Because of what the hands
the hands of people earned.
Who polluted the rivers and the seas?
Man. Dumping all
the rubbish
and the waste
into the rivers.
All these gigantic
ships
cruising
the oceans
and dumping
the dirt and the waste to the seas.
Who's doing that?
The human beings.
Who caused this rupture
in the ozone layer?
Who caused that? The human beings.
Allah
created
everything
in Belarus.
Everything.
Everything.
This ecology is balanced.
Everything.
The moment we started to fiddle
and intervene
as human beings, and the human being has
two main
characteristics,
ignorance and arrogance.
We don't know,
and we are elegant.
So Allah created everything
in a state of a quill equilibrium,
battles.
We intervene.
So we call this imbalance.
SubhanAllah.
Take agriculture, for example.
We use the pesticides
to kill the insects.
What happened to the soil?
The fertility
reduced
because we are using the chemicals.
Allah created
the everything this world in Dallas.
If there this sect, there's another sect to
eliminate.
So the whole system is balanced.
Once I read just to to give you
the idea,
I read an article,
I think, in Australia.
They hunt foxes
for the the fur of the fox,
and they sell it.
Then they realized that there are wolves eating
the foxes.
So they said, let us get rid of
the wolves,
and they did.
To their surprise,
the quality of the fur of the foxes
because became
bad.
That fluffiness is not there.
So they conducted a research,
and they found out
there is a gland in the body of
the fox,
secretes a certain substance
that gives that smoothness and fluffiness.
But that gland will not start secreting
unless and until
the fox is frightened to death.
And what will frighten the fox to death?
The wolf.
So bring the wolf back.
So whenever we, a human being, intervene,
corruption takes place.
If we leave things
as Allah
created,
everything will be fine.
Everything will be fine.
Killing the insects
affected the cops
using pesticides.
And now they are saying
we have to
bring again the insects to the farms
and leave everything natural.
So Allah
the same.
You you you are the ones.
So the evil
comes from us. Shall we say
it? Shall we say it?
Wherever there is evil, it is because of
the
disobedience of the human beings,
and disobeying the divine commands and teachings of
Allah.
Next question, please.
The next question, Sheikh.
Is our sin
cause of calamity that we face?
No doubt.
Allah does not punish people
without any cause and any reason.
So anything that ever happens to you because
of your sins.
And he forgets
Allah So that's why this is how the
Muslim view things.
Whatever happens to me, it is because of
my sin.
I start to bite,
and then I
Allah makes me to bite my tongue. Right?
This is a message.
Wanna,
stop it.
Sisters not chatting not chatting, gossiping in the
kitchen.
And one of them is cooking, making
lunch,
and they enjoy
eating the flesh of their sisters.
You know so and so. You know so
and so. She is enjoying it and laughing
and giggling.
And she cut her finger.
I was telling her, stop
it. Stop it. This is a message
because of your sins.
That's why
the
Sahaba,
the the pious,
they cons link everything
to their sins.
What if the Salafi say, why Allah, I
see the effect of my sins
in the behavior of my wife, in the
behavior of my mount,
my horse.
A beautiful, nice woman,
nice wife, obedient.
But if they commit to sin,
Allah turns her heart.
She becomes a different person. So I realized
this is because of my sense.
I have this nice tamed horse, beautiful,
but if they commit a sin
becomes different, wild.
During the time of saying,
there was a minor earthquake.
Say, no, he called the Sahaba immediately to
the masjid, and he addressed them and he
warned them.
Said, ah, that's still you started to sin.
This is because of your sins.
You started to sin.
By Allah, if it happens again, I know
how to
deal with you. He threatened them.
This how the movement
he he views this,
event.
But the cover? No.
You know, the layers
down
of the different layers are moving. The iconic
layers are moving
and imbalance happen. Yeah. But who caused that?
Who caused that to happen
and why? As Allah described it. Yeah.
They're explanations,
the disbelievers
is superficial.
Superficial.
If you ask him,
why iceberg the icebergs,
they float?
Yeah. Because the specific gravity,
the ice is lighter than the water, different
densities, they float.
First time.
The believer,
he knows this, but he will not have
full stop. He will say, subhanallah.
Subhanallah.
An equivalent amount of liquid equal to the
volume of the iceberg will be displaced,
and this will cause what? Waves.
Tidal waves.
What will happen if this mass
sinks
to the
living creatures,
to the fish? What will happen? They will
be crushed.
So who made the ice to float?
And will touch the fish beneath
that?
So this is how
the Muslim, the believer, he when he sees
these, what they call natural
laws,
these are
laws, and he sees the greatness
of Allah
in all these things.
Next question, please.
And shay inshallah we'll go to the next
question
Are all the 4 imams on the truth
What do you mean all in the truth?
You mean Masoomin? No.
You mean Masoomin that whatever they say
is correct? No.
None of them. They are human beings.
And the prophet said
all human beings, they make errors,
and the best of them are those who
repentant.
None. No one of them. He knows everything
and what I may say is correct always,
but he will be rewarded if he was
correct twice
and he was mistaken once.
All of them they said,
the 4 imams.
If
you come across an authentic hadith,
that is my own madhab follow it, and
don't follow what I say. And that's what
their students
learned
from them and applied.
You'll find that we use of and
Zafar
and
students of Abu Hanifa.
They said things different from what Abu Hanifa
said, because that's what he told them when
they came across
the,
proofs and,
evidence from the sunnah.
Anyone's statements can be accepted
or rejected
except the one who's
lying there
in his grave.
So lay,
in his grave. Yes.
He pointed towards the grave of the prophet.
So in that sense, no one is masoom
or invalid.
But we have to respect them, we have
to love them,
and we have to defend them.
But when
they come across authentic Hadid that the Imam,
said something different,
we follow what the prophet
said. And that's what the Imam himself told
us to follow.
Why did he,
do not follow that hadith?
There are reasons,
and I mentioned this many times.
And there's a small booklet on the net.
Download it and read
it. Which means
lifting
and removing the blame
or warding off the blame
against
the towering figures of Al Islam
by Ibn Taymiyyah which means what? He said,
do not blame them. Lift that blame. Don't
blame them.
And he mentioned the reasons. He said either
the evidence of the Dalit didn't reach
him. Possible.
Because every Imam had in those days,
they were the books of hadith were not
there combined.
So everyone
realized on what he mamaized
and the hadith that reached him.
That's why Imam Shafi used to tell Imam
Ahmed,
oh,
Ahmed, you are a scholar of Hadith.
So if you come across an authentic Hadith,
send it to me.
I will,
use it.
So you follow? The, the Hadith didn't reach
him.
All the Hadith reached him through,
weak chain of narrators.
All the Hadith reached him, but the way
he understood
it is different. Like, he
hadith reached him
about
no married,

contradiction
with an ayah.

Next question, please.
The next
and last question.
If a adolescent
commits
sins, is he punishable for his or
not?
As you mentioned, only
sins which is done on the age of
puberty are written by angels.
He committed the sin before reaching the age
of puberty?
Yes, Sheikh.
As you mentioned, only sins which is done
on the age of puberty are written by
angels.
Yeah. My question is, is the question I'm
asking
about that he committed he or she committed
sins
before reaching the age of puberty? Is that
Yes, sir. Yes. I believe that's the question,
sir. Okay. If someone committed sins before reaching
the age of puberty, the pain will not
fight against him
because he's minor. He is minor.
