Sajid Ahmed Umar – Surah Yusuf 05 Yusuf In Egypt

			Allah Hartmann Nabina Muhammad wa ala alihi wa sahbihi wa seldom at the Sleeman kathira nila Yomi
Dean, my bag respected listen as a Salaam Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, today's Wednesday the
ninth of August 2016. And just before beginning the program, I was informed that today is actually
Women's Day. And in the Hadith program that we had of the Federal today, I was mentioning to those
present that Islam recognized women A long time ago, a very long time ago upon its Advent, remember,
Rasulullah sallallahu, alayhi wasallam actually came at a time where women were being treated as a
commodity, they were buried alive as young girls, that was the evil practice of the Arabs before the
		

			advent of Islam, and after and if they were mature enough and married, etc. After the husband would
actually die, they were used as commodity. In fact, they were actually even included in the worlds.
So for example, if such and such a person passed away, and he owed such and such a person, some
wealth or something, they would actually include the wives or their daughters in the world, that
after their death, these are the daughters or the wives would actually go to these people to
compensate for money owed etc. So women wouldn't recognize it. Also, lots of Allahu Allahu wa sallam
and Islam came and gave women importance and recognition. So that's one point. The other point is
		

			that we don't actually in Islam, recognize women, only one day in the year we recognize them every
single day of the 365 days of the year.
		

			That's what Islam teaches us. We shouldn't be from amongst those who only become occasional whereby
we set out a day to recognize our mother to recognize our father to recognize our wives, to
recognize women to recognize husbands, etc. Islam is not an occasional Dean, it is a continuous
thing. It is a way of life. We should recognize our parents every day of our lives, our children
every day of our lives and our spouses. Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us the understanding, just

subhanho wa Taala does not love those who oppress and Allah subhanho wa Taala doesn't make those who
who oppress successful.
		

			And we mentioned the Hadith, which is a sort of Lawson Allahu alayhi wa sallam told the father who
gave one child a sadaqa, gave him some money, gave him a gift and didn't give it to the others. He

have to be fair, but it's natural for one parent to feel or to love one child but more he could have

possible that you may feel inclined of love one child more than the other. Remember in the case of

beloved to you? And he said, I shadowed your loved one. And he said from the men who said her father
and he said then he was asked who next he said Papa, Naga, Lahore, and and like that he carried on

grants with this ferocity, this intuition to see the goodness in it, and then you enter into that
business transaction. And the same with anything else. A father may have intuition over his
children, he would probably recognize at an early age, how good this child would be in a particular
field. If he was going to be a prominent sports player, or he would be a prominent doctor or a
prominent pharmacist to engineer, the father may have this ability to steer us at this intuition. a
		

			sixth sense, you may call it whereby you look at this child or you look at a proposition and you
sense the good in it is reported by other live in Minnesota, the other one that
		

			he said there are three people who had the highest level of intuition and insight. Three people, he
they had the highest levels or they have the capabilities to recognize good and opportunity. He said

into a hadith and we taught him also we can teach him the interpretations of dreams and Prophethood
		

			and knowledge of the Holy Scripture of the Quran, Allah hollyburn Allah and Allah subhanho wa Taala
is full of Allah subhanho wa Taala is powerful over his affairs, if he will something there is no
diverting his decision, there is no diverting his command. Nothing can be said or done to go against
the decree of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And he can never be contradicted. we're lacking that unless
you know your animal, but most people know not. Most people do not know this. They have no knowledge
of Allah subhanho wa Taala as wisdom in regards to his creation, and yesterday we spoke about the
aspect of being patient that Allah subhanho wa Taala will test you and Allah subhana wa Taala has a
		

			plan. And Allah is powerful over his plan, there is nothing that can come in its way. So when
anything happens to you Be patient and turn to Allah subhanho wa Taala who is the creator, the
controller, the notitia, the Sustainer he is the doer of all he gives life he keeps death, there is
no one worthy of worship except him. So if difficulty happens to overcome you tend to Allah subhanho
wa Taala Be patient You are a Muslim and Allah subhanho wa Taala loves you. I said yesterday that

Deen properly. This doesn't mean we should lose hope my dear listeners it means we should turn to
Allah subhanho wa Taala and we should be patient and we should ask Allah subhanho wa Taala for
assistance.
		

			And we should know that the fact that Allah subhana wa Taala is testing us, it means that he loves
us.
		

			So patience is virtue. And I did mention the Hadith yesterday that a Muslim is in a win win
situation. If Allah gives him good, he thinks Allah subhanho wa Taala and it is good for him Elif
Allah, just him or something bad happens to him then his patients in that which happened to him and
that also is good for him. So we should be make sure that we from amongst those that thank Allah
subhanho wa Taala in the times of goodness, unfortunately we find ourselves today, whatever near my
blessing that Allah subhanho wa Taala gives us we don't remember him. We don't thank him. We don't
		

			we don't try and be grateful to the blessing that Allah subhanho wa Taala has given us in fact we
become so oblivious, we don't even recognize it as a blessing. until Allah subhanho wa Taala takes
it away. Allah subhanho wa Taala makers from amongst those who think Allah subhanho wa Taala and we
ask Allah not to test us because we are weak but if Allah subhana wa Taala does test us we asked him
to grant us patience, and Allah subhanho wa Taala is upon all evil. Then Allah subhana wa Taala
says, What am bellava I should do it now hoekman hookman that when Yusuf alayhi salatu wa sallam
reached maturity, he reached the age of puberty, we gave him judgment and knowledge hokum or Allah
		

			we gave him knowledge and power to enforce this knowledge.

			Allah rewards the people who do good May Allah subhanho wa Taala make us from among those who do
good. Now, one thing is to have knowledge. But the highest level of responsibility is when you have

person with knowledge, but if he blesses him with knowledge and the power to enforce what he knows
		

			That is the completest form of authority. That is the completest form of one being in total control.
Why? Because he knows what is right and what is wrong. And on top of that, he has the ability to act
out correctly. So many of us know that this what we're doing is not correct. We're not supposed to
be doing this.
		

			We know it, but we don't have the control. We don't have the judgment. We don't have the
capabilities to enforce that which we know. If you have the ability to do that, then you are
complete. So Allah subhanho wa Taala, complete use of Allah salatu wa sallam, he reaches the age of
puberty, he had knowledge. Now he has judgment, wisdom, and he has the ability to act on that
knowledge from this ayah we also learn that Yusuf alayhi salatu was Salam actually spent a long time
with the Minister of Egypt and are in the home of the Minister of Egypt. How do we know this? We
know that he was transported from Egypt at a young age, as most of the lemma of the seed have

is that Sherpa is a constant end is a constant enemy that is persistent, he's constant and
		

			persistent. If he can't stop you from rendering your Salawat if he can't stop you from going to the
masjid, then he will play with you during your Salah or he will play with your intention you will
take away the class from it and we ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to grant us sincerity. One of the
hardest things for a believer to control, especially in this day and age is the aspect of us doing
things solely for the pleasure of Allah.
		

			May Allah subhanho wa Taala make us from amongst those who have sincerity. sociopath will come in
play with the sincerity and then he will play with you in your Salawat he'll give you the Swiss
watch, he'll whisper to you. And he'll whisper things to you and make you start thinking of things
other than yourself right? Now how do you solve this problem? By understanding that you are standing
in front of the King of all kings? Just imagine if you were standing in front of the president of
your country or the king of a certain country? Would your mind actually wonder? It wouldn't. You'd
be in total concentration to what this person has to say. In fact, your dress would be of the
		

			highest caliber and quality when we go to the masjid some of us even neglect the aspect of dressing
appropriately. And Allah Subhana Allah says in Surah in the eighth paragraph, he says, who do Zina
to come in the masjid
		

			Kudo Xena Tacoma in the masjid that beautify yourselves when going to the masjid dress
appropriately. So if we were standing in front of a kink or a president, our mind would really
wonder we would be in total concentration we will be dressed appropriately we would be not on time
for the appointment but before time for this appointment so she plays with these things when we're
standing in front of Allah subhana wa Tada. So you should know that you are not in you are not
standing in front of a president. You are not standing in front of a king, you are standing in front
of the King of all kings, there is no rhyme or reason for your mind to wander. And by practicing
		

			this one can slowly and obviously by doing good deeds doing that which Allah subhanho wa Taala has
commanded you to and staying away from that which Allah Allah has commanded you to stay away from by
doing all this one reaches the stages of science whereby if you can't see Allah He knows that Allah
subhanho wa Taala is watching him and he has total sincerity and concentration in regards to his
creator, Allah azza wa jal. So Allah says that he can legislate in my singing, that is how we reward
the people of the people who are the good doers. Now the story moves on it moves into the next
phase. Obviously we said there was the phase where Yousuf was with his father, he told him the
		

			dream. Then there was another phase whereby Yusuf was removed from his father, and the evil plan
that was plotted, took place. Now Yusuf alayhi salatu salam has reached maturity.
		

			A person a boy who had half of all beauty, he reaches the age of puberty, living in one of the most
important homes in Egypt. It was the home of the Minister of Egypt, Allah subhanho wa Taala says, or
are the two Letty who have a beta and NFC. So the story moves on. As I said, He's reached the age of
puberty
		

			and he is extremely handsome, and he is in the most affluent of homes. Allah mentions to us that she

			And he is the slave and the enticer, who is the minister's wife was of great status. She wasn't just

you expect me to be to, to act immorally and in this manner, and betray his trust.
		

			So a powerful lady calls him to Xena. Obviously, she wanted to commit adultery and he ran he ran to

that not only did he have exterior beauty, not only did he have beautiful features, externally, he
was also beautiful on the inside, because his character showed he didn't engage in the act of harm,

			That the heaviest things that will be on the scale of a believer on the Day of Judgment is the fear
of Allah subhanho wa Taala
		

			Allah and good character. We Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us his fear and grant us good character.
So, the good character of use of ru salat wa salam actually shows over here and he turns to Allah
subhanho wa Taala fearing him and knowing that it's a bad character to engage in this immoral
behavior. We also know that Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam taught us that on the day where
there will be no shade. Seven people especially will be granted shade underneath Ashraf Allah

halwa where they are mixed gatherings. And the Sharia teaches us the aspect of in fact I'll discuss
it a bit later. But the issue of staying away from its gatherings and the aspect of dressing
		

			appropriately. May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us the understanding. We don't have much time left,

			authority and the highest form of one really having knowledge is that he has the knowledge and when
