nourishment of the Spirit must also come from a divine celestial source. And then we have it for the
		

			body, and fresh, that are that arise from the earth. And nourishment also comes from the earth
before the the spirit, which is celestial and heavenly and divine in its origin. The nourishment
also comes from the heavens, and that nourishment further from the spirit, especially in the month
of Ramadan is the Holy Quran.
		

			So let's recognize a special relationship between the Koran fasting and the holy month of Ramadan,
as Allah Himself as described in the Koran as a prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam has described in
many hobbies, and recognizing this relationship, let's increase our striving during the month, and
