ayyuhal lazeena aamanu attaqullaha haqqa tuqatihi wala tamutunna
illa wa antum muslimoon Ya ayyuhal nasu attaqu
rabbakum allathi khalaqakum min nafsin wahida wa khalaqa
minha zawjaha wa battha minhuma lijanan kathiran wa
nisa'a wa attaqullaha allathi tasa'adu nabi
wal arham inna allaha kana alaykum raqiba Ya
ayyuhal lazeena aamanu attaqullaha wa qulu qawlan sadeeda
yuslih lakum a'malakum wa yakhfil lakum dhunubakum wama
yuta'i allaha wa rasulahu faqada faaza fawasan
azeema thumma amma ba'd Hayyakum allahu ayyuhal ikhwal
akhawati hayyakum allahu awakum wa bayyakum wa tabtum
wa taba mamshakum wa tabawatum minal jannati manzila
wa asadullaha ta'ala allathi yama'ana fihadha
almakani almubaraki ala taatih an yajma'ana tahta
dhilli arshihi yawma la dhill illa dhilluh hadhihi
Aisha Humaira rasulillahi sallallahu alayhi wasallam tabki fasa
'alaha alayhi sallatu wasallamu ma yubkiki ya Aisha
qalat tazakkartu annar fabakaytu ya rasulallah har tazkuruna
ahlikum yawma qiyamati ya rasulallah qala fi thalati
mawaqif la yazkuru ahadan ahada la yazkuru al
abu ibnahu wal ummu ibnaha wabnataha wala az
-zawju zawjatuha wala aw zawjatuh qala alayhi sallatu
wasallam fi al-mizan hatta ya'lama hal
sawfa yazkulu mizanhu aw yakhif wa inda tatayuri
as-suhuf hatta ya'lama hal yaakhuthu sahifatuhu
bi yaminihi aw wal-ayyadu billahi bi shimalihi
wa inda al-sirat ya Aisha wa inda
al-sirat wa hadha huwa mawdu'una al
-yawm kama kunna qad tahadathna fil khutbat al
-mawdiyah anil-hisab wa ba'da al-hisab al
-mizan thumma ba'da al-mizan ya'ti as-sirat
wa maa adraaka mas-sirat Aisha is crying

their family members on the day of judgment
the Prophet says, ya Aisha in three in
three circumstances none will remember none in the
meezan or at the meezan that balance that's
what we talked about last time nobody will
remember nobody everybody only cares about themselves or
would care about themselves and also he said
in the tataylul suhuf when the scrolls are
being given as some will be taking their
book of records with their right hand and
some will be taking it with their left
hand so everybody will be terrified am I
going to get my book of records with
the right or with the left nobody will
care about nobody else that day and then
in the sirat or at the sirat nobody
will care until there are to cross the
sirat and that is our topic and this
is our topic today because in last khutba
we talked about al hisab and the meezan
so what happens after the hisab and the
meezan there is jannah but before the admittance
to jannah you have to cross this sirat
which is a bridge on top of Jahannam
it's a bridge and this bridge has some
sort of characteristics this bridge a bridge this
bridge as the prophet describes it it's very
fine or finer than a piece of hair
you know your hair just bring one piece
of hair that hair this bridge is finer
than a piece of hair and sharper than
a blade these are two descriptions description number
three it's slippery bridge slippery let alone it's
sharp sharper than a blade and finer than
a piece of hair it's also slippery and
there are hooks trying to seize people whom
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala has decreed to
be thrown into hellfire because under this bridge
is hellfire how long how tall let me
give you something to put things into perspective
Abu Hurairah says we
were sitting with prophet Muhammad all of a
sudden we hear of a drop the prophet
says did you hear this drop?
we said yes Ya Rasulullah he said this
is a stone that was dropped from the
top of Jahannam until the bottom of Jahannam
it took it 70 kharif 70 years until
this piece of rock this stone has reached
the bottom of Jahannam some of you here
are 70 or 80 years old may Allah
bless your health imagine this piece of rock
or stone if I were to drop something
if I were to drop this phone I
can't even tell you how long it takes
it takes a fraction of a glimpse of
an eye here is a stone that is
to be dropped from the top to the
bottom it will take it 70 years to
reach the bottom of Jahannam Jahannam brothers and
sisters just so you understand again put this
into perspective the sun and the earth you
see how huge this earth is the sun
is bigger 1,300,000 times than the
earth this is the sun the sun will
be brought on the day of judgement and
will be dropped in * fire just like
a piece of pebble like a little stone
when this huge sun will be thrown into
* fire how big is * fire?
on top of this * fire is this
bridge that every one of us has to
cross and on top of that which is
even more scarier to cross this bridge not
in daylight but in darkness darkness upon darkness
let alone it's sharp let alone it's fine
let alone it's slippery on top of that
people have to cross it in darkness complete
darkness imagine and
then the lights will be split Allah will
bring in the noors and the noors will
be split to the people in accordance to
their to their a'mal some will have noor
the day when you see the believers inshallah
you and I you will see these believers
their noor will be ahead of them to
enlighten the path that they can cross that
sirat and they will come as Allah has
ordered for all those who used to worship
anyone other than him to be thrown in
* fire so who will remain?
the believers amongst the believers there is one
category which were there at the time of
Rasulullah and they are here with us and
they will always be there this category is
called the hypocrites will remain with the believers
all the rest have been thrown in *
fire already gone so who has remained?
the believers those who sought to deceive
Allah they sought to deceive Allah so Allah
subhana wa ta'ala will deceive them that
day they will go with the believers to
cross the sirat they will see the believers
having their lights crossing the sirat so they
will call they will call ya believers ya
believers ya Muhammad ya Ahmed ya Fatima oh
believers let us borrow some of your light
let us use some of your light let

will
tell them go back to your world quote
unquote to your world where you were deceiving
people the people with thousand faces they will
be told go back to your own world
and borrow some light from there and they
will say to them weren't we with you?

we broke our fast with you we even
prayed qiyam with you we even prayed qiyam
with you we even went with hajj with
you weren't we with you?

desires and your whims and your hypocrisy you
deceived yourself you caused yourself to try you
are the one who caused yourself to be
in this fitna you deceived yourself and you
doubted the order of Allah so they will
be thrown in * fire then the prophet
says I and my believers shall be the
very first ones to cross this firat how
would that happen?

where would the prophet be?
I will mention that inshallah after just a
bit of istirah I will say this and
I ask Allah's forgiveness for you so ask
His forgiveness ask Allah's forgiveness bismillah
wa alhamdulillah wassalatu wassalamu ala rasulillah rasulullah alayhis

rasulullah I want to tashfa' al yawm al
qiyamah anas he asked ya rasulullah please intercede
on my behalf on the day of judgment
qala af'al af'al I shall I
shall I shall intercede on your behalf where
shall I find you rasulullah?
tell me a place in hiraf in the
day of judgment where shall I find you?
then the prophet told him in one of
the places I will be at the end
of the sirat I will be there anybody
coming from my ummah you see the prophet

is the prophet rasulullah will be at the
end of the sirat when he sees a
member from his from his ummah crossing the
sirat ya rabbi salim ya rabbi salim ya

nothing darkness upon darkness people are falling and
then they manage to get up again and

enter jannah and your father will enter jannah
inshallah your kids and your babies will enter
jannah those who have whose kids have passed
away you will see them there in jannah
waiting for you already inside they had to

will be waiting for you inside and then

wish I was like you I wish I
was there in your place and sometimes you
feel like I'm tired, I just wanna go
sometimes you feel like it's too much I
wish I want to go it's one of
the signs of the hereafter you will go
to the graveyard and you see people dead
and you say I wish I'm there it's
too much this dunya it's too much the
fitna in this dunya the fitna in the
masajid the fitna in ghadza the fitna in
palestine the fitna of isham you know I
wish I'm dead but the prophet says don't
wish death don't wish for death if some
wrong was to happen to you never wish
for death what should you say instead please
remember this hadith please remember this dua allahumma
ahyini in kaana alhayatu khayrun li wa amitni
in kaana almawt khayrun li remember this dua
allahumma ahyini oh Allah make me live if
life is good for me let me live
but if death is better for me let
me die allahumma ahdina fi man alhaytu haafina
fi man alhaytu tawallana fi man tawallayt allahumma
ahdina wa hdi bina wa j'alna sebabal
li min ahitada allahumma anadha haqqa haqqa na
wuzukna ittiba'a wa lina albaatima baatima na
wuzukna alshinaba allahumma ya muqalliba alqulub tabid quluban
ala dinek allahumma ya musallif alqulub sallif quluban
ataatik ya hayyu ya qayyum bi rahmatika na
istaghid wa aghithna allahumma insur
ikhwanan allahumma
