question is that the person sacrificing the person who's actually cutting the throat of the animal,
he has to be a Muslim. And if a butcher or the person standing there is just you know, the Muslim is
just standing there. And the person who was actually sacrificing the animal is a normal some, in
that case, that animal will become impermissible. Now, it is absolutely fine. If the person
		

			initially they began to sacrifice, and you know, the blood comes out and so forth. And then the non
Muslim butcher gets in and he starts cutting and he starts skinning the animal, that's absolutely
fine. But the initial part of the sacrifice cannot be conducted by a person who does not believe in
Allah subhanho wa taala. The third question that many people ask is that once again, regarding
cutting the hair and cutting the nails, is there any Cafaro What if I accidentally do cut my nails,

there's only one share, and the husband is conducting one share for the entire family. In that case,
the restriction of cutting the hair in the nails is only on the husband and only on the Father, and
that restriction does not apply to the others. Now, the next question that many people do ask also
is that when I am conducting a sacrifice, let's just say you know
		

			Um, you are doing a sacrifice on behalf of another person, does that person's name have to be said
at the time of the or bonding or the order here? Imagine someone has asked you to do a poor bonding
on their part. And when you're sacrificing the animal, do you have to take their name? Or when
you're when you have sent your money overseas? And you you know, this question that people ask is
that when they are sacrificing the animal on our behalf? Do they have to take our name? And the
answer is no. When you have given the money, or someone has given you the money to conduct an audit
on their behalf, then that is the NIA you bought the animal you purchased the animal on their behalf
		

			that NIA has already been conducted and it has already been established. Therefore, at the time of
order here, there is no need to take their name. The next question that maybe will ask is that can I
purchase the animal through a credit card? Because a credit card you know you're paying the money
later on? So some people are you know, they have this misconception or this confusion that I have
not actually paid for the animal. So is that animal going to be accepted as my older year or
qurbani? And the answer is yes, it will be because once again, when you swipe your card, that is
your agreement that this is your purchase. So therefore this is an established purchase, this is
		

			your animal. Now finally, the question that maybe we'll do ask also is that when it comes to giving
out the meat, you know when it comes to zakat, for example, they are very selected recipients of
zakat that has been mentioned and highlighted in Surah Toba where Allah subhana wa Tada says in the

			course, you have to always keep in mind is that if they are well off, then you do not give it to
them. But in many cases, you will find also that they are struggling immensely. There is nothing
wrong in giving to those single family, single mother families. Also, if there's anyone who is
vulnerable, people who have, you know, they are under fear, or they just there's a real
vulnerability in any capacity, you can give it to them in sha Allah, if there's a person who's
disabled, and they're receiving for example, disabled benefits or Social Security benefits and so
forth, then you can give it to them in Sharla there's absolutely nothing wrong with that, people who
		

			are have people who have been displaced, whether it is because of a storm or because of mother
nature or or for any other reason. You know, some people you know, because they may have lost their
jobs, they may have been evicted from their homes and so forth. If you find any of those, you can

are just several questions that many people have asked. I just want to clarify them. I ask Allah
