we are doing is missing its core element. So this is why it's very important that we make dua in

			your chest is constricted, when your chest is tight, then there are going to be some nervousness,

about this for a student, if you have to give a presentation. You can read this blog, if you're
about to go for a job interview, and you have no idea you're worried you're concerned. There's

situation, read this dua because once again, this is a dua we're in Musa is asking Allah, that
		

			there's so much nervousness in my heart in my chest, and there's so much anxiety I have to go back

this nervousness and this is why he's asking Allah subhanaw taala to expand my chest. Oh Allah grant
me that confidence I have. I have, I lack confidence right now. Oh Allah grant me confidence, I'm
nervous, or Allah remove my nervousness and so forth. And this is something that we find also in the
Quran when Allah says, in Surah, Al Anon, for me you read in there who a ye Hadiya who Yeshua
Sadara, who Islam. Once again, we find the similar words here. When Allah subhanho wa Taala says

			Allah expand my chest, so that even if there's any criticisms that come with this, if there's any
wrong comments that come with this, then I my chest is so open and is so wide, and you have brought
so much peace to my heart, that those criticisms will not get to me. They will not affect me,
brothers and sisters, as human beings, it's very natural, though when it comes to criticism, we get
affected by criticism very, very quickly. And so people were praised as by as soon as there is one
criticism, we take that to heart. So Imam Shafi saying that this dua is not only is not only so that
Oh Allah, you open my chest and remove the nervousness and the lack of self confidence. But this is
		

			also asking Allah subhanaw taala that makes me so strong in my heart, that if there's any good that
I do, and people will criticize, yes, people will criticize, and they'll try to put me down, but my
heart is so strong, that I will be able to take upon and I can overcome these criticisms. So this is
why this is such a beautiful da de una we should all recite. One of the things beautiful we also
find about this dua is Musa alayhis salam is asking Allah O Allah, O Allah expand my chest. In the

that we should all do in our life. We should ask Allah Subhan for patience, rather ask ALLAH SubhanA
wa Taala for ease in every single matter of our life, and this is why there's a very beautiful dua

or a certain issue. This, this is the Oh Allah, whenever I'm nervous, there's a very big possibility
that I may not be able to express myself, I may not be able to speak clearly, oh Allah remove this
nervousness. And not only that, but any kind of effect that it can have on my speech, oh Allah
remove this. So this is why anytime we're in a situation where we feel nervous, and I know that I
may not be able to respond correctly, or respond
		

			in the right way in the appropriate way. This is a dua wahala aka determinedly Sunny, and he says,
Yes, Kahoot goalie so that they may understand, see so many times, we may not have a stuttering
issue, we may be speaking very fluidly. But will the other person understand what we're trying to
say? Probably, you know, possibly, yes, possibly not. You know, sometimes yes, sometimes no. So here

speak in such a way that they can understand my message. It is something very important today.
Subhanallah, we find that there are some people who are so intellectual, so intellectual, and those

other hand, you might have a person who may not be so well read, and they might not be so educated,
but the way they speak, the other person can clearly understand the message gets across. This is

cannot do it alone. This is why you need a team of people always around you, to buy into you and to
buy into your plan. And then to move forward as a team and accomplish your goals as a team. You
cannot do it by yourself. There are so many times when the problem he went with a Sahara as an

one person or two people, not too many people, but there should always be few people in your life,
that they can always support you. They can always guide you. And they can always give you that
support, you know, subhanAllah, there are people who will always come, they may praise you for the
work that you're doing, if you're doing good work. But at the same time, there are always going to
be some people who are just overly critical, you don't want to be around them either. But there are
some people that you can be friends with and someone that you can trust. And you have to find those
		

			kinds of people within your family or within your community and so forth, or someone around that
they're going to praise you when you are worthy of praise, but at the same time, they're going to be
critical of you. And they're going to point out your mistakes in a respectful way without bringing
your confidence down without destroying that confidence that you have. And they will respectfully
tell you how to develop as a human being. This is something that I think that we all should have in
our life. Just having people who always praise us there is we will never improve in our life. And
always having people in our life that are just overly critical about you. This is something that's
		

			very detrimental for your own psychology. This is why it's always very important to have those kinds
of people around you in your life, that you can always resort to someone you can talk to about your
development, whatever, whatever career path that you have someone who understands your career paths,
someone who understands your life, someone who understands the family dynamics of yours, but always
stay in touch with those kinds of people, because they're always going to help you move forward in
life. They're going to tell you what right you did, and they will tell you the wrong that you did in
order for you to improve not to bring you down, but in order for you to improve. Here we find Musala
		

			some asking Allah subhanho wa Taala for a similar support. So there's nothing wrong in having that
kind of support in your life. In fact, I would recommend that you try to find that kind of person in
your life to I ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to give all of us ability to understand these two R's
once again this very beautiful dua I request everyone to please memorize his dua and anytime you
find yourself that you are in a state of nervousness, you're about to give a presentation you're
about to go to work and something's about to happen. You're about to go for a job interview, any
kind of interview anything, always make this dua inshallah it will be very helpful. I ask Allah
