we take a quote of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and understand it in our current context.
One of the more the biggest issues that today we find, especially during this pandemic, and all of
us at home mothers, fathers, children being at home, is the constant complaint of fatigue. Everyone
is complaining about the same thing that you know, we get so tired at home, you know, looking after
everyone, especially the kids being at home. And not only that, but the fact that you know, there's
so many things to take care of at home, the fact that the kids are at home and even they're doing
		

			schooling from home, you know, there's still causes a lot of work at home looking after everyone. So
the question is that how do we overcome fatigue, so there is a Hadith of Rasulullah sallallahu. It
was something I would like to share with all of you today. Now, before I go into the Hadith, I do
want to explain that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he simply just mentioned the Hadith.
However, the your Lemma and the scholars have explained this hadith in their own way, that this
hadith could also mean that this dua, or this remedy that the province or something is giving can
help overcome fatigue. Let's go to the hadith of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam This is a

sure that every day when you go to sleep at night, and when you come to your bed, recite SubhanAllah

help with fatigue too. So that's why my recommendation to everyone watching this video is that if
you are struggling at home nowadays, or you're getting extremely tired at home, whether it's because
		

			of the work that is required at home, whether it is taking care of the kids, whether it's anything
and remember, you know we don't have
		

			understand the struggles of faulty model, the ultra Unha honestly, because here we're talking about
you know, in this day and age, we have washing machines, we have dryer machines in our homes. But in

So this is the very first thing that I want to provide something that we can help solve a lot of our
issues at home. And the issue especially nowadays, while we are everyone is at home at our, with our
families. The other thing I would strongly suggest is that, you know, while we are at home, and
especially when it comes to the men, for the most part, they're working from home and they're
working online, a lot of times they have to seclude themselves in the office. And during that time,
the wife is outside, she's taking care of the children, she might be you know, loading the clothes,
		

			in the dryer in the washer, cooking food at the same time cleaning around the house, and so forth, I
would strongly recommend that it is only fair, that there should be a an agreement between the
husband and the wife, that there should be some time there should be some time where the wife can
also get some rest, while the husband is taking care of the children. Because once again, a husband
and wife, they are a team. And together as a team, they're able to take care of their matters of
their home. As you all know, and if you have studied business, business one on one, especially team
stands for what Together Everyone Achieves more. So you as a husband and wife, you are a team. That
		

			means that as a team, not individually, you'll have to overcome and conquer the matters of your
house, whether it is taking care of the children, whether it is you know, looking after them for a
while, but there has to be an agreement and there has to be some fairness and there has to be some
type of a balance inside the house. So this is why it is very important that we understand this.
Because if one is getting all the rest, and the other one is not getting the rest, then you know one
is going to be extremely fatigued and the other one is going to be very fresh. So that's why there
has to be a balance. If you have multiple kids, then and you know some of them can wake up at night
		

			you have you know, babies in the family and so forth. Create a system where one night you'll sleep
with a baby and the wife will get a break and then you alternate and you shift. But this is how in a
family when everyone works together, we're able to overcome fatigue and we're able to have energy
throughout the entire day. Whether it's take care of the kids to cook to cook food or to clean up
the house or to even take care of our work. Ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to give all of us ability to
act when it was when has been setting hurt. And once again please do apply this in your life Subhan
Allah 33 times Alhamdulillah 33 times Allahu Akbar 34 times every night when you go to bed to Zach
