Whomever Allah
guides, there is none to his guide.
And whomever Allah needs to go astray,
there is none to guide.
We bear witness that there is none worthy
of our worship except Allah
So the reason salah is very important
we'll give a few reasons. The first one,
salah would be the first thing you will
be questioned about on the Day of Judgment.
The prophet salahahu alaihi wa sallam is reported
in the al Fil khadid
to have said
that salah will be the first thing you
will be questioned
about on the Day of Judgment.
So when Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala made the
salah obligatory,
He didn't inspire the prophet
or reveal to him or send Jibreel with
a message.
He told Jibreel to bring the prophet
all the way from Makkah
to the 7th heaven.
Or sleep. You know, in any way, you
have to pray.
So as soon as you stand on that
carpet, you start to think about everything, the
rent,
your bills,
the tax,
to the man of the entire in one
of his books. He says fashur means
that your heart is humbled
and focused before Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.
And once your heart is humbled in the
salah,
then all the organs of the body will
follow suit
because
humility
starts and focus in the salah starts with
the heart.
If you are humble and if you focus
in the zalalat, then Allah subhanahu
wa'ala testifies
that you are a true believer
and
that you will be successful in this life
and in the next life. Allah says in
Surat al Hubiroo,
then prays
with focus and humility, and he doesn't get
distracted or lose his focus in the salah,
then all his or her previous sins would
be forgiven.
In another version of the hadith, the prophet
says that this person will get Jannah.
He was ordered to make sujood.
Allah ordered him to make sujood to Adam.
He refused.
And you,
brothers and sisters, are ordered to make sujood
to Allah
And when you make sujood, the shaitan is
mad.
