00:04:04 --> 00:04:08
			My dear is mothers and sisters these are beautiful verses of surah to subset

00:04:09 --> 00:04:57
			Mashallah, we have these short versus full of power full of meaning. And Allah subhanho wa Taala has
made it quite clear that those who have served him in this dunya will definitely be achieving much
in the life after death. So those who have served him in this world, gone through all the tests and
the trials that he has placed in our lives, we would then be from amongst those mela makers from
them, who deserve the eternal bliss and paradise. And Allah subhanho wa Taala has sent to us so many
reminders telling us to abstain from bad company, evil company, those who are calling us towards
that which is evil, stay away from them and as a result you will be able to achieve a lot in the in

00:04:57 --> 00:04:59
			terms of goodness in this world as well as

00:05:00 --> 00:05:08
			In the Iraq War in the life after death, so last week after having gone through a little bit of the
punishment, and Allah says that he will tell them

00:05:10 --> 00:05:53
			those who transgressed and this believed that you will be the tasters of the painful punishment and
you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do. When the exception is made, and that's
where we started from this week. Allah says, but not the chosen servants of Allah, those who are the
chosen servants of Allah subhanho wa Taala. For them, there is a different provision, there is a
different thing prepared, there is a different outcome. So Allah subhanho wa Taala says those will
have a provision determined fruits and they will be honored, or forms of fruit, Allah subhanho wa
Taala makes mention of many types of food in the Quran. And Allah subhanho wa Taala here just makes

00:05:53 --> 00:06:33
			mention of the term follow up again, meaning different types of fruit. And Allah subhanho wa Taala
here, by saying fruit, he means anything that is tasty and delicious. Anything that you would like
to consume, anything that you'd like to have all that will be yours, because whilst you were in this
world for a few years, you stayed away from that which Allah subhanho wa Taala had asked you to stay
away from, there will come a day when there is nothing that you will have to stay away from that
Allah says these fruits, they will be and the people who will be eating these fruits are benefiting
from them will be in Gardens of Pleasure.

00:06:35 --> 00:06:49
			on thrones facing one another, you will see who you want to see you will be with whom you want to be
with you and so on and so forth. So in the in gentlemen, Allah subhanho wa Taala has made it quite
clear that each person who

00:06:51 --> 00:07:28
			is in paradise will get whatever they want whatever they want. So whatever crosses your mind, that's
the only condition is it must cross your mind, it will cross your mind if anything crosses your
mind, it's yours if it does not cross your mind, what you haven't lost out at all, because it did
not cross your mind in any way. Whatever does cross your mind, you will definitely have it. And this
is why we always tell you know the women and the men, men, people who say, look, only what is for
men is mentioned in the Quran and so on. Well for women is that which is equivalent for women is
that which is equivalent in their own way and for them to is whatever they wish and desire on

00:07:28 --> 00:07:44
			condition that they do wish it and desire it. They're not here. So for me here in the dunya to say
when I go to Jelena, I'm going to ask for this and for that, and when I go to jail, now this will
happen. And that will happen. Yes, I will get all of that on condition that when I do go to jalna, I
need to think of it again.

00:07:46 --> 00:08:24
			From now I cannot say when I go to general, this is what will happen. And that's what will happen,
you know, so when I need to get there and this is why we always tell people worry about getting
there, don't start fighting about what there is, is not there. Because once you get there you will
find whatever you want will be yours man not granted to us. So Allah says you work hard for a few
years, stay away from certain things for a few years, try your best to fulfill the commands that I
have laid down and in return, I will give you eternal bliss, wherein you will have whatever you
desire forever and ever. So Allah says they will be on thrones facing one another, they will be

00:08:24 --> 00:08:30
			circulated amongst them a cup of wine from a flowing spring.

00:08:31 --> 00:08:33
			Now the term wine here, what does it refer to?

00:08:35 --> 00:09:21
			You know the biblical term wine when they say Jesus drank wine and so on the wines actually refers
to pure fruit juice, that is the original meaning of the term wines, the wine that which is squeezed
out of the fruits. And later on, they use that exact word to refer to that which was left out or it
was left to ferment and it created or it became that which had intoxication in it. So now when you
say wine, people think of that which has a bit of, you know, a tweak to it, it has a little bit of a
intoxicating factor to it, whereas the original meaning of wine, has no intoxication it the wines
that are mentioned in the Bible, or should I say in the Old Testament and so on, those are referring

00:09:21 --> 00:09:59
			to the fruit juices what intoxicating wines, and this we know from a fourth time and even those who
have studied Christianity, Judaism in detail will confirm this May Allah subhanho wa Taala protect
us from changing scriptures and may protect us from changing interpretations of scriptures. Just to
suit us May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us all goodness. So Allah says they will be circulated
amongst them a cup of wine from a flowing spring. So this is something unimaginable. There'll be a
flowing spring of fruit juice, that which is a mixture of what you desire, what you desire. And and
in the

00:10:00 --> 00:10:23
			A cup will be circulated, white and delicious to the drinkers white meaning the fruit juice will be
white. Now imagine if I were to offer you fruit juice that is white some of you might think well
this is a form of a banana maybe because a lot of the fruit juices we know are not white in color,
they perhaps are different in color, this will be white, and Allah says no bad effect is there in
it.

00:10:24 --> 00:11:01
			Now, when we extract fruit juices, even if you live in orange juice a little while on a table, it
starts fermenting very slowly, you will have naught point naught naught 1% naught point naught
naught 2% alcohol in it in a short space of time because of the effect of the surroundings on it.
And it starts fermenting slowly but surely, and if you were to leave it overnight, even if it was in
a fridge, you would still have a very, very small percentage of alcohol. and thereafter, what would
happen is when that percentage becomes a little bit bigger, it becomes prohibited because, for
Colleen who haraam the hottie says that which intoxicates you in large quantities, even a little bit

00:11:01 --> 00:11:45
			of it will be haram will be prohibited. So in this particular case, Allah says these juices and
wines will not will have no bad effect, nothing at all. No intoxication in it whatsoever. No from
it, will they be intoxicated? is he so there is no bad effect, it won't have a funny smell.
Sometimes when a fruit juice is slightly off, you know how it smells? Then Allah subhanho wa Taala
says, that will not be the case with the juices and the wines of Jenna. nor will it be from amongst
those drinks that intoxicated those who drink them. And Allah says, and with them will be women,
limiting their glances with large beautiful eyes. These are some of the descriptions of the women of

00:11:45 --> 00:12:21
			gender. And a lot of the times I know we're speaking to women today, the women begin to feel a
little bit despondent. And they say, well, what's there for us, like I said for you is that which is
equivalent, that which is equivalent, and that which you desire, and will and wish and people ask,
well, will I be with the same husband? Will I not be all those questions, to be honest with you, as
much as people have answered them, they become totally irrelevant when you think of the fact that
you get what you desire and want when you are there. So when you are there, you can desire and want
what you want and like and desire, and you will have it What's the point of discussing and debating

00:12:21 --> 00:13:01
			and arguing. The only thing is we've got to work to get there. Because sometimes in our debate and
discussion, we become so despondent that we stop working to want to get there, and I want to be
learned from the shaman. and thereafter we find ourselves at loss at loss. And this is why Yes, as
much as we would all like to know what there is, none of us will be able to comprehend exactly what
there is, until we get there not a single one of us who is existence today will be able to explain
to you explicitly what there is in Paradise, the only thing we can do is tell you what revelation
contains. And that too is only drawing it closer to the human mind which is extremely small and

00:13:01 --> 00:13:42
			extremely limited in comparison to that which we would be having on that particular day or in
paradise. May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us paradise may make us from those who really have what
we desire and will, in that particular beautiful place, and that Allah grant us the living there
forever and ever. So this is why my mothers and sisters as much as we hear beautiful descriptions of
the whole, remember that Allah will grant you a loftier rank than those who and Allah will grant you
whatever you wish. So much so that let your mind wander right now and anyway. And whenever you think
about it, and say insha Allah, I'll get that. And the fact that you have allowed your mind to wander

00:13:42 --> 00:14:21
			to wonder, as to you know, what you can choose when you get there and so on that itself should make
you more steadfast upon the fulfillment of the commands of Allah subhanho wa Taala. So one of the
reasons why paradise has been described is solely to make us more steadfast to make us look forward
to it. Some people when * is described, they start fulfilling their duties to Allah because they
get worried. And some people when Paradise is described, they start fulfilling their duties unto
Allah because they have hope. And some people they just love Allah subhanho wa Taala so much that
they fulfill the duties unto Allah subhanho wa Taala even without knowing deep details of what is

00:14:21 --> 00:14:29
			going to be in heaven or * May Allah subhanho wa Taala protect us from janome and * and may He
make us from those who earn paradise in general. So Allah says

00:14:31 --> 00:15:00
			those limiting their gazes limiting their glances would mean that they are modest, you know, they
look at their mates alone, they would not. Many a time you find human beings are generally very
possessive. So when you see your spouse looking elsewhere, you become very jealous. So Allah says
these women have Jelena will not even give that opportunity to their, their mates to be jealous of
them because, or anyone else because they won't even be looking

00:15:00 --> 00:15:44
			in another direction. So Allah says, as if they were delicate eggs, well protected. Now this is,
this is a description of bale meaning eggs are very, very delicate you see how you'd look after eggs
if you ever noticed the boxes, if you want the strongest box, you must take a look at the boxes that
they cut that they cut the eggs in, you know, the cartons that are used to cut eggs from point A to
point B are probably the strongest. So this is some description that Allah subhanho wa Taala has
used obviously, we could go deeper into it, but it describes the delicacy, meaning not delicacy as
in terms of that which you're going to eat but delicate as in that which is fragile, Allahu Akbar,

00:15:44 --> 00:15:53
			it looks fragile, it is fragile. May Allah subhanho wa Taala make us from amongst those who achieve
a lot of goodness in the dunya as well as the archaea.

00:15:54 --> 00:16:02
			Then Allah says, and they will approach one another inquiring of each other. Now who's going to
approach one another, the people of gentlemen,

00:16:04 --> 00:16:42
			you know, we've stopped at the description now of the whole, and so on. And we are now carrying on
verse number 50, is now speaking about the discussion between those who will be in paradise. So they
will approach one another inquiring of one another, a speaker from amongst them will say, indeed, I
had a companion on Earth. Now they're talking about the company that some of them had in the dunya.
So say, for example, we happen to meet in gentlemen in Paradise, and we meet each other and then one
of us says, You know, I had a friend when I was in when I was on Earth, I had a friend. So this is
what is being spoken about. So a speaker from amongst them will say, indeed, I had a companion on

00:16:42 --> 00:17:03
			Earth, who would say to me, are you indeed from those who believe that when we have died and become
Dustin bowls, that we will be recompensed, we will be resurrected, and our deeds are going to be
taken account of. I used to have a friend who's to say that this is what the person will say, or the
term friend is not used. It's just a companion.

00:17:05 --> 00:17:40
			Someone who used to be with me, someone who used to tell me this, so they used to ask me this
question. Now, this is a powerful, powerful point that is being raised, that in this world, a lot of
people will question you, they question your belief, they question you about the life after death.
They don't want to adopt the commands of Allah, they think that life is all about enjoyment, and you
watch everyone else just enjoying and doing as they please. And yet we keep on believing and we keep
on trying our best to adopt the commands that Allah subhanho wa Taala has laid down. And amazingly
here Allah is saying that when the people get to paradise, the people of Paradise will be

00:17:40 --> 00:17:53
			remembering that you know, we had a friend or we had someone who used to keep on bombarding us with
these questions, had we listened to them, we would have probably been at a loss. So let's look at
what Allah says. Allah says he will say,

00:17:55 --> 00:18:32
			Would you care to look? Which means Do you want to see? Do you want to try and look where this
person is? This person who kept on trying to lead you astray? Would you like to have a peek where
they are, and he will look and see him in the midst of hellfire. Allah protect us, Bad Company, evil
company, Allah says, such a such people will have the opportunity to look at those who tried to lead
them astray. But they did not allow themselves to be led astray by the help of Allah subhanho wa
Taala they remain steadfast. And this is why some people in the form of friends in the form of
companions will always come to me and you and always tell you, you know what, are you doing this

00:18:32 --> 00:19:11
			for? You too young to read Salah? Why should you pray? You're still not even 20? Come on, man. Why
do you have to cover yourself? You know, you've got lovely hair, it's beautiful. It's the best from
all of us. Why don't you just show it for a while? Yeah, when you get to about 5060 you can start
covering it, you know, those type of statements you will have to hear them from people. And unless
is the reason why these verses are in the Koran is a guiding light for me and you to say there will
be people who will be telling us things, watch out how you react to them, and how you respond to
their call and how you respond to their questions. So Allah says, He will say would you care to look

00:19:11 --> 00:19:19
			and then he will look and see him so the person who's talking will have the opportunity to look over
and see him in the midst of hellfire.

00:19:20 --> 00:19:40
			And Allah Subhana Allah says, He will say, by Allah, you almost ruined me who is talking the person
in Paradise is talking to the person of Hellfire, saying, Do you know what? You almost ruined me. If
it was not for the favor of my Lord, I would have been from amongst those brought into the * as
well.

00:19:42 --> 00:19:44
			You see what we were saying moments ago.

00:19:45 --> 00:19:59
			It is the favor of Allah Subhana Allah to Allah that protects people. This is why whenever we need
to look in Fatiha concentrate on the term in a cell autonomous stepping guide me guide us to the
street

00:20:00 --> 00:20:27
			We are asking the owner of guidance for guidance. And this is why we need to open it has so many
times your Salah is invalid unless you have read sudo to Fatiha. Subhan Allah. So this is my mothers
and sisters a reminder from Allah subhanho wa Taala this man will be so happy, and he will look at
the other one who is in hellfire. And then he's going to say, had it not been for the favor of Allah
upon me, I would have been from amongst those who were brought into the * as well.

00:20:28 --> 00:21:15
			Then, are we not to die, except for our first death and we will not be punished. Indeed, this is the
great attainment. Now what is this all about? This is all about death. You only die once after that
there is no death. So after this life, there is just one death. You die at once and everything is
over. After that, when we are resurrected, we go into Jelena May Allah protect us from Johanna we go
into paradise May Allah protect us from hellfire. and thereafter there is no death. So Allah says,
this was the only death that you tasted, after that it's over now forever and ever you dwell in this
bliss in this goodness, may Allah granted to us and Allah says, These people will be saying, indeed,

00:21:15 --> 00:21:58
			this is the great attainment great achievement, huge achievement in other law who will falls we'll
have him this is indeed the great success for the life of this let the workers on earth work. Do you
know what that means? Let me see Hadar folia Medina, Ramadan, those who want to work hard let them
work hard for this for paradise. You want to work hard. Yes, work hard to achieve paradise. This is
why my mothers and sisters every time we say that we've worked hard Mashallah on learning so many
things that will help us in this world people know us as Mashallah the best in this in the best in
that and the top cook and the best chef and this and that in the best of whatever, Mashallah, we're

00:21:58 --> 00:22:26
			not saying that's bad. Not at all. Well done. Congratulations, Subhana Allah, but ask yourself have
I worked a little bit harder to earn the goodness of the asherah the life after death to earn
paradise because Allah says if you really want to work you really want to toil you really want to
use your effort and energy that we gave you, we gave you that effort and energy or the the ability
to engage in certain things in order that you would prepare for paradise? How much have you prepared
for it?

00:22:27 --> 00:23:06
			And I love to look at it in a certain way. May Allah forgive us all for our shortcomings, but my
mothers and sisters every time you do a good deed, consider it packing away a payment towards
paradise. So read salado fudger packed away a payment it's like you just went into the bank and
deposited money. Here we're talking of a different type of bank altogether. You entered into a you
went into the bank, you deposited something you came out, me and yourself and I we need to make a
payment for gender. Gender is not free, obviously solely by the mercy of Allah subhanho wa Taala.
But we are taught to work hard towards it. So say for example, the price of Ghana is $100 million.

00:23:06 --> 00:23:48
			For example, just for example, when I read my Salatu budget I've packed away $10,000 gone I read my
goal another $10,000 I dressed appropriately another $20,000 I stayed away from gossip. Oh, that's
about 1 million I think so Panama payment amazing. I protected myself from slander, it's another 2
million 3 million SubhanAllah. Before you know it, your 100 million is set by the will of Allah so
Allah gives you a light, everything you do consider it a payment towards your paradise. Then when
you miss your skeletal, fragile, it's a payment 10 million minus 10 million. It's just an example
I'm giving obviously. So now your payment is gone. And when you walked out, semi naked Whoa, that's

00:23:48 --> 00:24:25
			another payment maybe 500,000 or a million gone from your account. So now you got to work back
again. doba tell about what it does is it just recompenses you replenishes the amount that's how I
love looking at it because it keeps me focused everything I do good. I tell myself yeah Allah and I
say to Allah subhanho wa Taala Allah I thank you for giving me the chance to pack away so much. I
please can you keep it for me and ensure that it's there for me, through your mercy Allah through
your mercy, let it be there for me. And then whenever I do something that is not befitting or
something that I should not be doing. And I make Toba to Allah Allah forgive me Allah, this thing

00:24:25 --> 00:24:59
			won't happen again by the will of Allah subhanho wa Taala Let it not be a means of me losing so much
that I've packed away from my paradise Allahu Akbar. Remember when you help other people, that is
like a huge bonus when you help people these are bonuses you know, meaning you can do so many extra
things. You give someone a lift you call someone and tell them a good word, you make people feel
hopeful, you give them courage, you draw them towards Allah, step by step analysis, hang on. For
every cent they're going to get. You're also going to get some you're going to get the equivalent
amount so if you encourage someone to read Salah, taught them how to read Quran every time they read

00:24:59 --> 00:24:59
			Quran

00:25:00 --> 00:25:38
			You you're packing away so much uh, once you've got your 100 million to earn paradise, guess what
happens? You start amassing more and more and your level in paradise begins to go higher and higher,
until you get to such a high level that Allahu Akbar, Allah can grant you the level of the prophets
and the martyrs and so on. That is not impossible. Allah subhanho wa Taala can resurrect us with the
likes of those May Allah do that to us. I mean, so it's very, very interesting how Allah subhanho wa
Taala has actually worded this and has actually told us this discussion between the people of
Paradise or some of those of Paradise and some of those have had. And Allah says, Well, for the

00:25:38 --> 00:25:48
			light of this, let the workers on earth work. When Allah says, is paradise, not a better
accommodation? Or the Tree of

00:25:50 --> 00:26:32
			Life asking a question, which would you like? Would you like paradise? Or would you like the tree of
boom? What is the tree of booms a boon is a tree in jahannam and parrot in *, and it is a very
dangerous tree. So Allah says, indeed, we have made it a torment for the wrongdoers. Indeed, it is a
tree issuing from the bottom of the Hellfire, it's emerging fruit, as if it were the heads of the
devils. That means that the fruit looks ugly. And that will be the food of the people of Hellfire or
some of the food. And Allah says And indeed, they will eat from it and fill it and fool with it
their bellies. And Allah says then indeed, they will have after it a mixture of scalding water, hot

00:26:32 --> 00:27:16
			boiling water, then indeed, their return will be to the hellfire. Indeed, they found their father's
a stray. So they hastened to follow their footsteps. We need to stop here for a minute. Allah
subhanho wa Taala is describing the people of Hellfire, the tree of whom, how dangerous it is, how
ugly The fruit is, how bubbling and boiling and everything it will be as they consume and drink, and
how it will cut up their bellies and their intestines and so on. And all this was just because what
happened, they just followed their forefathers in the wrong behavior and beliefs that they had. So
from this, we learned that every one of us it is compulsory upon us to question what our forefathers

00:27:16 --> 00:27:57
			did. You have to do you know why you are alone in your grave? You will be alone when you are
answering to Allah, do not be fooled that you're going to be with somebody else. And your father
will come and say, You know what, don't worry, he was following me she was following me It's okay.
And allow, say Subhana Allah, the two will not be able to help each other. So all this is in order
for us to realize how compulsory it is for us to question what our forefathers have taught us. If we
find it to be correct, we will follow it not because they taught it to us, but because we found it
to be correct. And if we find it to be wrong, we throw it out of the nearest window. It's over. So

00:27:57 --> 00:28:42
			sometimes you find forefathers worshipping graves and saints and trees and so on and engaging in
innovation, and doing so much in terms of wrong things. And sometimes following different things and
worshipping other gods and deities and visiting witch doctors and so on. All that is part of those
who will be drinking from the womb and eating from it. Allah says no question. If it's wrong, it's
wrong to not do it. Turn away from it. May Allah subhanho wa Taala protect us. So Allah says, in the
home info about a home Pauline, they found their father's a stray for whom Allah fit him your own.
And yet they were so hasty in following the footsteps that were astray. They kept on following so

00:28:43 --> 00:28:55
			you know, when people say, look, who is this man to come and tell us something different when we've
learned from our forefathers that this is how we're supposed to be doing things? Well, that is such
a foolish statement.

00:28:56 --> 00:28:59
			It is mentioned more than four places in the Quran

00:29:01 --> 00:29:14
			regarding forefathers and the danger of following forefathers blindly just like that, blindly
meaning you don't even they calling you towards evil towards bad your forefathers look at Ibrahim
alayhis salam, he told his own father he says, Yeah,

00:29:15 --> 00:29:15
			me.

00:29:17 --> 00:29:19
			Me, me, me, me,

00:29:21 --> 00:29:22
			me,

00:29:23 --> 00:29:25
			me.

00:29:31 --> 00:30:00
			He says all my father, knowledge has come to me that did not come to you. So follow me. I will guide
you to the right path. And he was a young boy. So he met him from amongst us how can we allow the
ignorance and deviance of our forefathers just to lead us and we have the guidance in front of us.
This is why do not be frightened to change bad ways, habits wrong beliefs when it comes to you
having a

00:30:00 --> 00:30:12
			attain and achieve the correct knowledge from its correct sources. So we ask Allah subhanho wa Taala
to protect us. We are very fortunate Mashallah, that in our case, in most cases, our forefathers
have had,

00:30:13 --> 00:30:49
			you know much goodness and hamdulillah that we've learned from but sometimes you will find errors
you will find fault, you will find certain mistakes, you don't just follow the mistakes, you excel
beyond them, you improve yourself. May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us improvement. And this is why
even Allah subhanho wa Taala says in another place in the Quran, where Allah subhanho wa Taala says
that when people are called towards goodness, they are quick to say, well, we're not going to follow
the new things that you've come with, because we found our forefathers doing something and we are
going to keep on following what they had been following. So Allah says, What if they were misguided,

00:30:49 --> 00:31:19
			they say even if they were misguided so what stokfella those type of statements are definitely not
befitting a true believer, because as I say, you are answerable for your own your own deeds to
Allah, yourself and direct. So Allah subhanho wa Taala says, indeed, they found their forefathers
astray or their fathers astray. So they hasten to follow in their footsteps. And they had already
strained before them, most of the former peoples,

00:31:20 --> 00:31:55
			they will already astray and they had been strained by those same fathers of this. And we had
already sent amongst them Warner's we had already sent amongst them Warner's, Allah says to every
nation we send Warner's every community, someone comes to warn them, to tell them to turn back to
Allah, to tell them how to turn back to Allah to remind them of going back to what Allah has
revealed. Subhana Allah, so Allah says, and even in the past, we had already sent amongst them
Warner's, then look at how was the end of those boom we want. Take a look.

00:31:57 --> 00:32:13
			Allah says those whom we want, have a peek and see what has happened. Subhan Allah, we want them.
They did not take heed. And now they were destroyed completely you can see that they were destroyed,
but you do not learn a lesson from it.

00:32:14 --> 00:32:20
			May Allah subhanho wa Taala protect us and the exception of all this, Allah subhanho wa Taala says,

00:32:21 --> 00:32:41
			Look at how was the end of those whom we had warned, but not the chosen servants of Allah, not the
chosen servants of Allah, which means that those who are the chosen servants of Allah, who were
rightly guided Allah subhanho wa Taala never ever allow them to be destroyed wholesale. No, they
will not.

00:32:44 --> 00:32:56
			Allah subhanho wa Taala protect us all. So he's he's telling us quite clearly here that take a look
at the previous nations. And now in the next verses we will see quite clearly that Allah subhanho wa
Taala says,

00:32:57 --> 00:33:38
			or makes mention of the stories of no Holly salatu salam and the others and he makes mention of
various points inshallah, we will try to get to that, where Allah subhanho wa Taala says, No, la
salatu salam called out to us, and so and so called out to us all the messengers of Allah subhanho
wa Taala, called out to him and he helped them. And we want to end this morning session by making
mention of something very important. My mothers and sisters guidance is in the hands of Allah, but
we have to try and the trial is in our hands. So Allah gives us the ability and has put that ability
in our hands, but the ultimate guidance is from him. But he who doesn't try at all, how do does he

00:33:38 --> 00:34:19
			expect to achieve guidance from Allah. So there are certain levels, a person who doesn't try and
couldn't be bothered, they are responsible, they will be penalized by Allah responsible answerable
to Allah, a person who has the ability, not bothered Not at all, they are answerable to Allah, but
the person who has the ability and tries his or her best, the rest is in the hands of Allah subhanho
wa Taala. You know, it, it really amazes me how you have people sometimes who have been whose
forefathers have been following diverse religions, and then this little person gets guidance to
Allah subhanho wa Taala towards worshiping the maker alone. And they find that their families make

00:34:19 --> 00:34:59
			it so tough for them. And yet they rise to the challenges and they take it and they are persecuted
and sometimes excommunicated by their own families and they change their lives completely in order
to serve Allah subhanho wa Taala yet, we have families who are amongst Muslims and more than one
members of the family happened to be Muslim in sometimes in a lot of cases, our fathers have also
been Muslim. We've been born into Islam, and we find it difficult to even follow. We find we don't
want to use the ability and the strength that Allah has given us. Whether it is financial or
physical or any other way to obey his commands rather, a lot of what we have we use it to disobey

00:35:00 --> 00:35:37
			Allah Have you thought of that? A lot of what we have, we use it to disobey Allah sometimes our
wealth as well. Sometimes you know, even the the abilities that we have in terms of the physical
ability Allah gives us and then we use the same thing to disobey Him. Can I give you one quick
example my mothers and sisters with no offense intended, sometimes Allah gives us such beauty, such
goodness, you know, such beautiful health and, you know, such a nice figure and so on. And that's
the exact gift that we use to disobey Allah. So that's the same thing we're using to transgress. So
we just need to ponder over this because if you think about it carefully, it will definitely be

00:35:37 --> 00:36:19
			streamline a person to to appreciate the gifts of Allah subhanho wa Taala. May Allah subhanho wa
Taala bless us all and grant us goodness. So remember, always ask Allah, for goodness, always ask
Allah Subhana Allah to Allah, to open your doors, and ask Allah for guidance. Even though we have
the intellect that Allah has given us. We have the ability that Allah has given us believe me,
shaman is so strong and cunning, that he comes to us in ways that sometimes we don't recognize. So
it's important for us to constantly ask Allah, Allah guide me, guide me to the right path. And when
we read so far to have, please, my mothers and sisters, try and think of its meaning, don't just pay

00:36:19 --> 00:36:59
			lip service to it. I know it off by heart. You know, I was teaching little kids on Friday evening,
Friday afternoon, and they were learning the elephant bath. And I asked them who knows it off by
heart and most of them knew it. So they were saying anything bad that Jim had caught and so on. And
then I said, No, no, no, what we've got to do rediff right from the end from here and go backwards.
Why? So now you pick up who really knows it? Because what's the point of feeling? I know it, I know
it and you really don't. The same applies to us. We know sort of, in fact, I know if I asked you who
can read it, and we all decided beautifully, but the winner is he or she who knows its meaning and

00:36:59 --> 00:37:27
			knows what it stands for, you know, Subhana Allah May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us the best in
the dunya and Dr. Kara, my mothers and sisters, this is what is so powerful. And in it We ask Allah
guidance so many times, you know, in the day where we say he didn't set out almost again Guide us to
the straight path, the path of those who have failed, you know, let's listen as a closing point to
the beautiful meanings of certain Fatiha Allah subhanho wa Taala says,

00:37:28 --> 00:38:08
			In the Name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, All praise is due to Allah,
Lord of the worlds, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, Sovereign of the Day of
Recompense, It is You we worship, and You we ask for help guide us to the straight path, the path of
those upon whom You have best out favor, not of those who have earned your anger or of those who are
astray. I mean, we recite that so many times a day. Did we know that Allah Subhana Allah to Allah
guide us all or Solomon was Allah wa barik ala nabina Muhammad
