The first advice I will give you is

to get married for the right reasons, not

due to pressure.

Sometimes we end up telling ourselves or we

listen to folks who tell us that we've

reached a certain age or our biological clock

is ticking.

Our friends, our siblings, our mates and our

age are all married and we wonder what's

wrong with us. Now you are not them

and every story is different. This is not

a competition

and it's not about them, it's about you.

They may be miserable

while they are married yet you may be

single and actually at peace.

This is real life. Marriage can make or

break you. You have to realize this is

an important decision. You cannot rush into it

and you can't just settle.

There are many more reasons why folks get

married. For some, it's because of wealth. Yeah.

They want to be comfortable. They want to

live the good life.

They want to belong to a certain social

class.

But all the money in the world cannot

buy you happiness, cannot buy you peace of

mind or contentment.

You may want wealth now. You want to

live the good life now and be very

comfortable. But trust me, someday,

years from now, you're gonna want something deeper,

something more, something richer, and more meaningful, which

money cannot provide.
