Ramadan was a virtuous time,

And no one is saying that we have to return to that same state as we were in the month of Ramadan.

And so,
if we are to fast in these days,
it is far more likely that we will be able to do so than any other time of the year.
And so it is better
that we fast the six days immediately after the month of Ramadan.
But for those of us who cannot
then we can distribute it throughout the month fasting, those days that it is encouraged to fast on
I like Mondays and Thursdays or the three middle days of the month, the 13th, the 14th and the 15th.
And also, let us not forget
let us not forget that those of us who have outstanding fasts from the month of Ramadan that we missed for legitimate reasons, and we have to make them up
