put all of his troops

And then after all the preparations were made, we spoke about how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam then went to the side and started making dua
relentlessly continuously.
And so now, both armies are lined up
facing each other.
The first move
was made by an S word. Alma Kazumi.
So he was
an evil character man from Quraysh.
So he made an oath
that
he's going to go and reach the wells,
and drink from it.
Remember, we mentioned previously that when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam arrived at Burger, he took control of the wells. So now the wells are in the control of the Muslims

I'm going to

Tell his army.

draw your swords until the enemy is near you.
So in the beginning, the focus was on shooting your arrows when the enemy comes close. Now is not the time to be bringing out your swords. Bring out your swords, when the enemy is right in front of you. Now, when they're in front of you, now you're going to need them.
Now we mentioned last week that before the battle started

If the Muslims saw the enemy in their actual numbers, they would have felt afraid maybe they would have retreated.
If Qureshi saw the Muslims as being large a number

But when they begin to fight, they see them as being double in number. And so now there is no there's no way to escape.
And so this would destroy their morale.
They would feel defeated even more even before being defeated. And that's exactly what ended up happening.
Now, one explanation of the number of the Muslim army being double in the eyes of Quraysh could be
the reinforcements that Allah subhanahu Attallah had sent from the heavens.
As Allah subhanahu wata, Allah tells us

about him hearing the angels and seeing what they did.
It says
while one of the Muslim warriors was vigorously pursuing one of the kuffar ahead of him, he heard above him, the noise of a whip striking
and a rider's voice saying, A Kadeem Hey, zoom.
Move forward, giddy up high zoom. When the Muslim warrior looked at the mushrik in front of him,
he found him all of a sudden, lying on the ground.
And then he went up to the mushrik.
To examine him closely, he found that the man's nose had been smashed, and that His face had been split apart from the blow of the whip.
This was a whip of fire.
So now this Ansari
who narrates this incident, he goes to rasool Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam later on and informs him
of what he heard and what he saw. So when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam heard him, he said,
You speak the truth. That was help from the third heaven.
You so this was an angel that was riding a horse called Hi zoom.
In another incident,
we have a Sahabi by the name of Abu Dawood al Massini. He says,
that while I was pursuing one of the machinery cool in front of me,
his head suddenly flew off before my sword could reach him.
I realized that he was killed by someone other than me.
And so
these are firsthand accounts, by witnesses
from among the Sahaba
who witnessed the participation of the angels in the Battle of better now, the casualties caused by the Muslims
was distinguishable
from the casualties caused by the angels.
And is it the Malik Radi Allahu Han, he says
our men could differentiate the ones the angels had killed from those that had been struck by the blow having occurred above their necks. He says we could tell
those who
killed by the angels by looking at
how the heads were cut off.
And by looking at their fingertips,
the fingertips of the enemy, as if they had been burned by a branding iron.
And so, the strikes of the angels were clean cut, they were clean cut,
the strikes and the blows of angels were clean cuts.
And they were black, as if something was burned.
Now, not only did
the angels fight on that day, and kill, but they also captured prisoners of war.
And so at the end of the war,
one of the unsolved who was described as being short

Abdullah bin ambassador of the Allah when obviously he was on the side of the Muslims on that day. Unlike his father,
Abdullah, even our best says, the only battle in which the angels participated was at better
at the other battles, the constituted auxiliaries and reinforcements, they did not actually fight. So this shows us the significance of the battle better.
As compared to all the other battles that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam fought, how this was the only battle in which
the angels directly fought from the beginning.
In the other battles, they were there
to help the Muslims
but as Abdullah is an ambassador, the alumni and says they do not actually fight.
Now Allah subhanho wa Taala tells us something very interesting that took place on the day of bloodred.
We mentioned that when Quraish reached better,
they started to dispute
among each other, whether we should continue and fight or whether we should withdraw and go back to Mecca.
Those who prefer to withdraw. We mentioned the rebel was one of them.
One of their arguments was
their fear of a rival clan, to Quraysh. Back in Mecca, then would occur. They were afraid that if all of our men leave,
there is no one left to protect

But what ended up happening

because they thought this was Soraka ibn Malik. He said, You claimed that You are our Protector?
He said shaitan said, I certainly see what you do not see, I truly fear Allah for Allah is Severe in punishment. Shaitan said that when he saw the angels
and so this was a story of bliss on the day of better
now let's have a look at some interesting incidents and heroic scenes that took place during the Battle of better
Abdul Rahman Ebbinghaus, probably a long one
said and this is
in Sahih, Al Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. He says that he was flanked by two younger men.
Now soldiers usually want strong
and fierce fighters on their right and their left, who would be good fighting companions by your side under a man now for the long run. He wasn't happy that he had two kids.
On his right and his left.
He said
that the boy to his right, he whispered to Adorama and even health and said, Oh, Uncle,
show me which one is Abuja.
The man had been off he said, My son,
what do you want with a Bucha head?
And so this young man said, I heard that
He used to curse the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
So I swore to Allah that if I saw him, I would kill him or die in front of him
after hearing this under a man, even if he started to change his mind, about who was flanking him.
And so, this tells us that we should not make judgments based on looks.
And so Abdul Rahman then he pointed out Abuja him to this young man.
Now
the young man to the other side of the American Health, he comes.

was attacked by these two young men
by these two young on Saudis, and so Abuja now he lay there on the ground during his last moments.
Another incident
was
that which took place with a Zubair, Abraham Radi Allahu Ahad,
one of the famous fighters of the machete Kuhn, he was known as a bookish,
the one with the pork belly, he was fat.
But he was covered with armor.
You could only see his eyes.
So Zubiri been an hour and probably Allah when he attacked him.
Now how is he going to attack him? How is he going to kill him if he's covered with armor steel from head to toe with only his eyes showing?

azubi Radi Allahu Allah and he was able to strike him with his spear right in the opening in his eye.
And so

attacked him with his spear. But then
that spear it couldn't go all the way through.
So after
the man he fell down, a Zubair went up to him and stepped on the spear with his foot and force it deep into his head until he died. When he pulled out the spear, his blade was bent badly, so it couldn't be used anymore.
However
Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
later on,
he asked us to be around the long run if he could keep that spear as a souvenir.
And so he did.
And then when Rasul Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam passed away.
Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Anhu asked for it as a Khalifa
and when he passed away your role model the Allahu and asked for it.
And it was passed on to her model the

Among them was
Abu al bottari. And he was one of the noble men of kurush.
Although he was a cafard, he was not cruel against themselves. In fact, he was one of the men who participated in the ending of the siege. The three year long siege against Ben Hashem and Ben were Abdulmutallab in Mecca against the Muslims. We mentioned that siege and we mentioned this individual and how
he helped the Muslims to end the siege by using his influence.
And so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was grateful to him, and he asked the Muslims that if they saw Him,
not to kill him.
Now one of the unsolved spotted
Babu votary in battle, he went to him and he told him that Rasul Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam told them not to kill him.

someone who was fighting with him on his side. So the unsought He said,
As for him, we cannot spare him.

Therefore, I will fight on.
I'm going to fight on I'm going to protect him. And so, the Ansari, he was forced to fight the two of them until he ended up killing double body. or unsought. He went back to rasool Allah, He said, Allahu Allah, he was Solomon said, I swear by Him who sent you with the truth. I tried to take him as a prisoner to bring him back to you, but he insisted on firing me. And so I fought back, and I killed him.
Another individual who the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam gave orders not to kill was his Uncle Al Abbas.
In Abdulmutallab.
And we just mentioned that
Allah Das was captured. In this battle. He was captured by an Ansari with the help of an angel
and so he was brought as a captive of war to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam. However,
when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam gave these orders not to kill an ibis, one of the companions objected,
Abu Khalifa or the logline, he said,
Should we kill our fathers, our sons, our brothers and our relatives, and leave al Abbas?
By Allah if I need him, I will slay him with my sword.
And so this statement, ends up reaching the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. So the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam asks, Burma Radi Allahu Han. Oh Abu Health's

And so OBO differ was later on killed as a Shaheed in the Battle of NAMM. This was after the death of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in the Khilafah of Abu Bakr, Radi Allahu.
Now the battle lasted for a couple of hours, with the Muslims having a clear, decisive victory. The heads of Quraysh fell one after the other. Some of them fell and died in the very spot that Rasul Allah, He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam had foretold His companions before the start of the battle.
Before the battle began, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam told them that I could see where each and every single one of them is gonna die. And then he mentioned them one by one by name, and mentioned exactly where they would die on the battlefield. And when they went and saw them, that was exactly where they had died.
When victory for the Muslims seemed imminent,
the rest of the army of Qureshi fled the battlefield, leaving behind
a lot of spoils of war, weaponry, shields, all sorts of things. They left it on the battlefield, and they ran
the casualties
on the side of Quraysh, their death toll was 70.
Most of them from the elite and the leaders of Quraysh
and 70 of them were taken as prisoners of war. On the Muslim side, there were no prisoners of war. However, there were 14 deaths and so six from among the mahadji rune and eight from the unsought, so eight from the unsought, six from Hassan Raj and two from an else.
And so let us quickly go through some of the lessons that we learn from the battle a bender. The first lesson that we learn is how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam setting an example for the rest of his troops.

But rather, he took part in the fighting. And so once the battle started, he came out of his barricade.
In fact, he was one of the most fiercest fighters on that day. I leave for the Allahu and says, By saw us on the Day of budder trying to protect rasool Allah He sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, as he was the closest of us to the enemy, and one of the fiercest fighters on that day. So this shows us how even though the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was a leader.
He didn't make himself in exception, but rather, he was at the forefront, fighting
and making himself as a role model for the others,
that if he is fighting, the two should fight fiercely.
The second lesson that we learned is the heroic bravery of the companions. The Sahaba or the Allahu Anhu. Were not cowards. They were not weak. They were brave. And they were not afraid to fight, even though they weren't as strong as their opponents,
even though they were outnumbered, even though they were less equipped. All of these are reasons for why someone would back out why someone would become a coward and run away. But yet, the Sahaba Radi Allahu Anhu.
They showed their bravery on that day, even with all of these points that we mentioned.
What was the reason for their bravery, their email, and nothing but their email. And that's why the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says, URL mode mean, how we how you run it Allah He may not live with you, Colin higher that the strong believer, the strong workman is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, and in both there is good.
The third lesson that we learn
is that Allah subhanho wa Taala he only sends his
help
to those who deserve it.
Allah subhanahu wa Tada wants us to take the means to achieve victory.
This is by

by preparing militarily

The fourth lesson that we learned is the true nature of shaitan.
The way of shaitan
is that he beautifies for us evil uncover.
And he makes false promises to us.
As he did on that day, with the machete cool,
promising them that I'm going to be with you understand with you, I'm gonna fight with you on this day, no one's gonna defeat us.
He makes these false promises. But then his true nature comes out, as we saw,
and so he ran away when he saw their angels.
And this is how he comes to us as well.
This is how he comes to us. whispering to us false promises,
that you're gonna get this much enjoyment out of this, you're gonna get this and this and this,
constantly pestering us and being on our case, to eventually commit the sin and the evil.
And then what will he do on the day of judgment?
He will disassociate himself from us. He will run away. Allah subhana who had to Allah says in Surah Ibrahim, we'll call it a show YUTAN alumna Amma in Allah azza wa jal help. In the dunya I didn't have any power over you. I only
invited you I only called you and you responded to my invitation. So do not blame me on this day. But blame yourselves. I cannot save you, nor can you save me. Indeed. I denounce my previous association of me with Allah. He says, I have nothing to do with you. Surely the wrongdoers will suffer a painful punishment.
So this is the true nature of shaitan.
Let us recognize the qualities of our enemy.
He is a coward
and he is a trader. So treat him as Allah says, as an enemy and not as a friend. The fifth lesson that we learned is, let us not be deceived by looks. And let us not judge a person's strength based on worldly standards.
Look at how we're looking at who Allah subhana wa Tada chose to be the one to kill Abuja.
The fear out of this owner as a Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam referred him

brave warrior, some strong fighter No, but rather to young, perhaps they were teenagers from the unsought.
And so we should not look at worldly standards about how strong a soldier is, whether he is muscular or whether he is strong.
Yes, a Muslim soldier is supposed to prepare for battle. He should train he should be fit.
But he shouldn't depend on
his personal strength rather, he should depend on Allah subhanho wa taala. And the lesson that we learned from this is that let us not to be deceived by looks. As a Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said
that the strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer. This does not necessarily mean in muscular and physical strength,
but rather the strength of ima.
Finally, the last lesson that we can mention here is how the kuffaar are not to be treated all the same.
And so even with the enemy, we must do fairly.
We see this in how the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam speared certain individuals and asked that they not be targeted, that they not be killed on the day of murder.
And so, what we learned from this is that if there are Kuffar who have done some good to us,
then we should reciprocate, we should return the favor.
We should not treat all of the enemy as I say, all of the kuffaar they should not be treated
in the same way. So the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam mentioned certain individuals do not kill them on this day. Why? Because of certain things that they did
to support the Muslims when they were weak in Mecca. In fact, if Abu Talib was alive on the day of Gudur, and he came out with the machete Kuhn, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would have given the same instructions for him.
Why? Because he is not like a Bucha head.
They're not all the same. And Allah subhanho wa Taala tells us this.

Allah does not forbid you from dealing kindly and fairly with those who have neither fought nor driven you out from your homes. Surely Allah loves those who are fear.
