			benefits from health benefits from this, there's nothing wrong with that, your main reason is not
the health benefit. The main reason is what for the sake of Allah subhanho wa Taala. And along with

actually is. What do we say we do something for Allah, we must remind ourself that we're doing it
primarily for the sake of Allah subhana wa tada and the scholars they see if you can turn primarily
into solely then that's a higher spiritual station. You guys understand that primarily and solely
primarily means I'm doing it for a lot and also so I can get done. solely means I'm doing it only
for Allah subhana wa Tada. And in return a loss of data will give me Jenna. So it's two different
		

			perspectives on how to do your good deeds. When you're doing your fasting when you're reading you're
on be as sincere as you can. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam tells us in the hadith of Sam
