Smilla Rahmanir Rahim Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil Alameen wa Salatu
was Salam ala Ashura, Fillmore Celine, going on to some of the
most beautiful stories in the taverns lives. Al Imam Abu Hanifa
May Allah subhanaw taala bless him and have mercy on him was, again,
neighboring one of the most difficult people to deal with. His
neighbor used to get drunk used to get loud used to frustrate
everybody around him. So one day an Imam Abu Hanifa was sitting in
his house expecting the loud noises that usually came from his
house at this time. But this is surprised nothing came from his
neighbor's house. So he went out to inquire about his neighbor. And
he found out that his neighbor actually got arrested because of
the excessive noise and the annoyance he was causing everybody
in the community. So an Imam Abu Hanifa, didn't do what most of us
would do. He didn't sit there saying and hamdulillah I'm glad
he's gone. And he's his jail. This is such a great blessing moment
for all of us. He didn't do that. He actually went to the jail when
to the cell asked to meet the person to meet his neighbor and
actually build him out, build him out. Now, when the person came
back, all Imam Abu Hanifa told him is he just basically told him a
tequila. Remember Allah be conscious of Allah. Don't forget
Allah. Now when this drunk neighbor finally gained his
consciousness, and when the moment actually kicked into him, he came
back to Imam Abu Hanifa and told him, Listen, all of my friends
that used to get drunk with me, all of my friends that used to be
very loud, not a single one of them cared about me, in that
moment of difficulty. Actually, the most of them, were happy to
see me behind bars and found it very funny. But you are the only
person who cared and remember it, even though I showed you no care,
no compassion, no kindness before. Indeed, this marks true, truly a
beautiful character coming from you. And it reminds me of the
beautiful character of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu sallam, and
for that Wallahi I'm never touching a bottle of alcohol
again, he gave up and vowed to give up alcohol from that moment.
Don't ever underestimate the effect and the impact of a small
act of kindness and do it for the sake of Allah. And that in itself
is the greatest way to give Dawa through action through being there
for the people that are in need, when they don't expect you to be
there. That is the best way for us as Muslims to share the compassion
and the mercy that the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Sallam has
brought just akmola Hey, let's revive the Sunon and the beautiful
deeds of the tambourine and the Sahabas and the Prophet Muhammad
Rasul Allah Salam. Salam aleikum and enjoy them Oman.
