Bismillah Soleimani Kamara hit the light well better catch. Ramadan
is a time of disciplining and fortifying the body and the soul.
Naturally, a lot of us focus on our own worship and development
this month, and sometimes take the opposite direction when it comes
to our children. Instead of teaching them to make the most of
the month for themselves, we make excuses for why they can't fast
why they shouldn't stay too late at the masjid why they shouldn't
wake up for budget. So for most children, Ramadan becomes a
countdown to eat. They're just on the sidelines waiting for the days
to pass. What if we actually encourage them to fast a day?
If not for a whole day? Maybe a few hours? What if instead of
letting them sleep through a budget, so that we could enjoy a
quiet so who we actually woke them up and ask them to join us? What

engage our children in the struggles as well as the joys of
this beloved month. Let them endure hardship for the sake of
God so that they taste the sweetness of the struggle for his
sake for themselves instead of just watching us just like walk in
and said I want to live well but I got to
