Hamzah Wald Maqbul – Look For Allahs Mercy.mp4
AI: Summary ©
The speakers stress the importance of avoiding negative behavior and not allowing people to waste all water and pollute the air to create a nuclear weapon. They also discuss the negative consequences of the recent explosion and the importance of hedging bets and not being a one-lives with none of one's behavior. The speakers emphasize the need to be mindful of one's behavior and avoiding hedging bets. They also stress the importance of forgiveness and mercy in the face of bad behavior.

All praises to Allah, all praises to Allah,
all praises to Allah, who guided us to
this, who guided us to Islam, and guided
us to imam, and who guided us to
his Mubarak house
on this Mubarak hour, this Mubarak day, and
we were not to be guided. Was it
not that Allah had guided us?
Oh, Allah, to you is praise as is
commensurate with the majesty of your countenance and
the greatness of your authority.
Oh, Allah, we do not limit you with
any praise we can come up with ourselves
rather we admit that you are the only
one who knows the true extent of your
praise worthiness.
And may the peace and blessings of Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala be upon his servant and
messenger, our master, Sayna Muhammad Sallallahu alaihi wa
sallam. May the peace and blessings of Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala be upon him, and upon
his noble companions and upon his pure wives
and upon his Mubarik and blessed family and
progeny and upon all of those who follow
all of their way until the day of
judgement.
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says in his book,
do not ever lose hope in the mercy
of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. Allah ta'ala forgives
all sins. A person
should be concerned with their actions, they should
be concerned with their works, they should be
concerned with their good deeds, and they should
be concerned with their sins. They should be
concerned with their good deeds. Why?
Because they will be
the key that opens blessings for them in
this world, and the key that opens
blessings for them in a high rank with
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala on the day of
judgment and the hereafter.
They should be concerned with their good works
because those are the things by which they
purchased the and the grace of Allah subhanahu
wa ta'ala.
And they should be concerned with their sins.
Why?
Because their sins are those things that tarnish
the heart, that rest the heart. If a
person knows with a car, if you have
rust on the body of the car, what
can you do? You can take sandpaper, and
you can
wipe the rust off. You can scrape the
rust off, and then you can paint over
that place where the car was rusted, and
the car is not going to rust further
from that point, it's going to be sealed
afterward.
If the paint chips in a place, and
it starts to rust, you can take sandpaper
and sand the rust out, and the car
won't rust anymore. However, if you leave that
rust there, you don't take care of it,
you don't sand it, what's going to happen?
The car will rust more and more and
more. Sometimes the chip is not from the
outside of the body, it's from the inside
of the body. Person doesn't know what's going
on in the inside. By the time the
rust comes from the inside out, you can
see that the, there then becomes a hole
in the body of the car. Why? Because
it's rusted completely. It's rusted thorough thoroughly. It's
rusted from the inside out. There's nothing you
can do about it. The heart is like
that. A person who commits a sin,
right?
This is not just a clever,
a clever metaphor that a preacher makes by
which he plies his trade. This is in
fact the metaphor that's given to you by
the book of Allah
Nay, indeed, this arraigned, this rust has
encrusted and encased the hearts. Why? Because of
those bad deeds,
because of those evil deeds that people used
to do.
This rust is something if you don't iron
it out, the sin itself is not going
to harm Allah
This is part of the hubris,
this is part of the ego, this is
part of the
and the, the self aggrandizement of human beings
that they think what they do is really
important and it's somehow really, going to affect
things and change things. Right? You think we
think we're gonna destroy the earth, so we
should be environmentalist so that we can save
the earth. What does the what does the
dean teach us? The dean teaches us what?
Everything you take from the earth, you'll be
questioned about it on the day of judgement.
So turn the lights off. Don't take more
electricity than you need. Why? Because you'll be
questioned about every kilowatt hour and minute, and
second that you used, and what's even less
than that, and what's even more than that.
The dean teaches us, be careful about how
much water you use because you'll be asked
about every drop. And with every drop you
use, you'll be expected to have done something
useful with it. The deen teaches us, be
concerned with how much money you take from
this world because every cent of it, you're
going to have to give a give a
hisaab. Every cent of it, you're going to
have to give account for. Right? The deen
teaches us not to ask for more, but
to ask for not to ask for more
and more and more. The only thing that
keeps asking for more and more and more
is a cancer. We have several oncologists in
the in the in the in the crowd
today. You can ask them. That's the only
thing that asks for more without end. And
what does cancer do to a person? It
kills them. It sends them to the graveyard.
You understand what I'm saying? It's not a
it's not a it's a, you know, it's
not something that's that's going to have a
long life, or it's not something that's gonna
last for a long time. The cancer kills
the host, it doesn't kill the entire world
around us. So we have so much hubris,
we have so much ego, and so much
and we're so self aggrandized. We think we're
so important. That what? That we have to
save the earth. We have to save the
earth. Trust me. There's nothing that human beings
can do that's going to destroy the earth.
There's nothing that that right now as of
yet, we haven't invented anything that destroy. If
we waste all the water, if we pollute
all the air, if we pollute all of
the,
the the earth, and we you know, to
send toxicity into the earth, everything,
the earth will be just fine. The earth
will be just fine if we use all
the nuclear weapons, god forbid. I don't know
what Shaytan
inspired a human being to make something like
a nuclear weapon. I don't know which person,
you
know, slapped at night without making wudu for
God knows how many years, and you know,
ate filthy things, and thought filthy things, and
lived filthy things for so long that shaitan
would come inside their mind and say, hey,
it's a good idea. Why don't we make
something like this? But whatever, they made it,
and now they have enough power
to kill the entire population of the earth
in less time it takes
less time than it takes to order a
pizza from Domino's.
Guess what? The Earth has survived worse than
that. The Earth has survived most worse than
that. If you read anything about, like, paleo,
paleobiology,
they say that the, distinction
sorry, extinction events. There's these massive extinction events
that happen right, in the KT boundary and
etcetera. Like, all these, like, every something like
7 70000000 years. Right? A meteor will slam
into the earth that's, like, 6 miles wide.
And they say that every time something like
that happens, there's a trauma that that they
theorize that occurred in the earth, which was
so harsh that it's something like a 1000
times worse than all of the nuclear blast
that the earth has ever that the earth
could make from the stock pile of weapons
that we have combined, a 1000 times that.
What we have is enough to kill everybody,
those those those meteor slamming to the earth
were explosions that are a 1000 times worse.
They say that those explosions were so horrible
that not only did it cause a, a
cloud of blackness to cover the earth, It
said that it rained molten molten rock. It
rained molten rock
for years after such a blast because of
the amount of heat that that was created
from that that destruction. And guess what? The
earth is just fine. Didn't happen once. It
happened probably happened half a dozen times.
70, 80% of the species on the earth
are extinct from such an explosion, and the
earth is just fine. You're not gonna kill
the earth. I'm not gonna kill the earth.
If you're gonna save someone, it's gonna be
yourself. In this world, your own children, in
this world, and the Aqirites yourself, you're gonna
save. You're not gonna save anybody.
Right? So don't think your sins, your sins
are bad, my sins are bad.
Okay? Your sins are bad, my sins are
bad because they're an active rebellion against Allah
subhanahu wa ta'ala. Against the one who gave
you a mother and gave you a father.
Against the one against the one who was
the literally the mercy that that that that
that incubated you in the womb of your
mother. Who was literally the one who gave
you air and gave you water, who gave
you all of these things, who gave you
existence itself, who gave you existence itself,
Who's the one who called you to his
way? Who's the one who forgave you every
time you asked him for forgiveness?
A person in Islam, is there any sin
that a person can sincerely make tawbah from?
Sincerely repent from that Allah will not forgive?
There is no such sin. If somebody says
there's such a sin, we say that person
has an problem. We say that this person
has an problem because they've invented against the
deen of Allah
that which is not in it. Does not
Allah
himself say what?
Right?
Don't give up hope in Allah
It's a commandment of the deen. Don't give
up hope
in Allah
Why?
He forgives all sins. Your sins are never
going to be so much that they're gonna
harm Allah or anger him so much that
it's gonna overpower his mercy. It doesn't work
that way. It doesn't work that way. The
worst sin is the sin of shaitaan, which
is takampur. Allah told them,
prostrate in front of Adam
and he didn't do so. Why? Because his
arrogance forbade him from obeying the commandment of
Allah
That's what made him shaitaan.
It's his arrogance.
If your sins are so big in your
eyes, that's not a sign of humility. It's
a sign of arrogance. How will Allah forgive
me? My sins are so here. This is
a sign of arrogance. Such a person who
says such a thing or thinks such a
thing is.
Why? Because your sins are nothing in front
of him. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala who created
the heavens and the earth, the
that we live in, 15,000,000,000 light years from
the core to the edge of it. We're
one galaxy out of literally billions of galaxies,
and billions of galaxy clusters, and millions of
galaxies super clusters. We're smaller when compared to
the size of the than
than what a a a a a, grain
of sand is to us,
Not just a little bit smaller, much smaller,
much smaller.
The size, it's very interesting how the creation
was made. It's very interesting how this creation
was made.
There is the,
the the the macro,
level of the universe, the size of galaxy
super clusters, etcetera, etcetera.
And then there's the micro level of the
universe, which is what? Like photons and, like,
you know, like, when you get to the
level of quanta. It's very interesting. Right? The
scientific notation that we use to describe very
large things, and that we that we use
to describe very small things, On that scale
from one side to the other, human beings
are right in the middle.
Half of the stuff in the world is
bigger than us, half the stuff in the
world is smaller than us. So that we
can understand something. Can you see a bacteria?
No. You can't see a bacteria with your
eyes. If some of you can, you're tripping,
man. You need to, like, you know, clean
up for a couple of days because it's
not you cannot see a bacteria. You understand
what I'm saying? You can't see it. Okay?
Can a bacteria
right? What's what's,
what's the greater
gap? Between the size of a human being
and the size of a bacteria, or between
the size of a bacteria and the size
of an atom?
What's between a bacteria and an atom is
a greater gap than the size of a
human being to a bacteria. Both of bacteria
and human beings are extremely large when? Can
compared to the the level and scale of
atoms.
Extremely large. Okay? You can't even see a
bacteria. You definitely can't see an atom. You
definitely can't see, like, a neutron or a
proton. Right? Most of what we see outside
is empty space. It seems like it's solid.
It's most of it is empty space. If
you look at a a an atom,
the nucleus of the atom is 1 it
is is that the
the simile of the nucleus of an atom
to the size that the atom takes up
with its electrons and everything with its electron
orbitals and whatnot, is like the analogy of
someone placing a golf ball in the middle
of a football field.
Right? The atom is all empty space. The
the the nucleus, what we consider, quote unquote,
solid, is just like a golf ball in
the middle of it. Right? Can you see
that neutron? Can you see that proton? Absolutely
not. That neutron and proton is made up
of quarks. Can you see those quarks? No.
So when we say that this earth this
earth is like a grain of sand compared
to the, entire cosmos, the Samadunya,
this is an exaggeration, it's much smaller than
a grain of sand. You can see a
grain of sand, you can pick it up,
you can touch it. You can even look
at it in a microscope. Right?
The the analogy of what the size of
the planet that we're on is with comparison
to what? With comparison to, the size of
the universe
is like something that's so small, you cannot
only not see with your naked eye, you
can't even see it with a microscope, you
can't even see it with electron microscope. How's
an electron microscope gonna be make you able
to resolve the size of a quark when
the electron itself is made up of several
quarks itself? It doesn't it's so small. It's
like it's something like.
Right? If you at this point, you're like,
wow, that's really small. I don't exactly get
what he's saying except for that he's saying
it's really smart, small. That's because it's that
small. You're not gonna be able to understand
how small it is. That's how small it
is. So why is it that a person,
good thing Allah cannot
forgive my sins? When we're so we're so
insignificant, we're like less than a bacteria, we're
less than a quark in front of this
universe,
And this universe is the smallest of 7,
7 universes Allah Ta'i created, all of which
are dwarfed by the arsh of Allah subhanahu
wa ta'ala.
And Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala's existence is so
much greater than the arsh that is something
without
any.
So his existence is something that there's you
cannot make any analogy to
it. Allah doesn't care about your sins, you
can pollute it. It's a hadith of the
Prophet
Even if your sins are as far as
the eye can see. Right? You can see
all the way to the sun, you can
see stars and galaxies literally that are, you
know, light years away. If your sins fill
all of that, and you ask Allah for
forgiveness with with what? With sincerity, Allah is
there to forgive you. It's like, you know,
when you're a kid. Right? Most of people
are not going to understand this. In fact,
mostly even the kids are not gonna understand
this analogy. But for those of you who
went to elementary school before the age of
political correctness,
even if you are Muslim, you'll remember what
the Easter egg hunt was.
What was the Easter egg hunt? Right? They
put, like, obviously, we don't do this in
the Iqbal school and nowadays, the schools know
that not everyone celebrates Easter, so very rarely
will they do things like this. Well, what
is the Easter egg hunt? They do this
thing for the children to celebrate Easter. What
painted eggs have to do with, say, Nai'l
Isa alaihis salatu alsalam. I have no idea,
and I I think that really nobody does.
But at any rate, it's something fun for
the kids to do, which is that they
hide candies and they hide fun stuff, Right?
Everywhere around the school, in their yard, in
the in the in the classroom,
behind things, everywhere, and they say to the
kids, okay, go look and find and everybody
will look in different places and they'll find
something. It's a fun thing for the children
to do. It's fun. I I'm not saying
it's halal, it's in fact haram. In fact,
we shouldn't do it, but it's something that
we've all gone through for those of us
at least who went to elementary school at
that age in America. Right? Now imagine the
delight and the joy of a child when
he looks
behind something, which is normally boring,
which is normally plain, which normally you'll get
yelled at for looking behind. But this time,
say, hey, go look for it, and you
look behind, you say, oh, it's like a
chocolate. How wonderful is that? Okay? There's very
few things that are more sincere than the
love of small children for chocolate. There are
very few things more sincere than the love
of large people for chocolate for most of
us
Right? What is it? How happy would you
be? How wonderful would it be? Right? Allah
has literally hid hid the chocolate of his
mercy,
and the sweet the sweet redemption of his
of Tawbah behind every single every single atom
in this universe.
There is nothing,
literally nothing, not here in the house of
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, nor in the most
filthy of places,
physically or spiritually,
nor in the best of people, nor in
the worst of people, nor in an animal
or a plant, nor in any object animate
or inanimate, except for within it. There is
something
Allah has hidden for you by which you
will not only have your sins forgiven, by
which Allah
from His grace and mercy will trade your
sins for good deeds. Imagine that every sin
you did in your life, you'll get credited
for it,
if you make tawba. What do I mean?
Come to the house of Allah subhanahu wa
ta'ala, make and pray 2 rakas and ask
for his forgiveness, he forgives you. Go to
the street. Right? Pick up a piece of
garbage from there, put it in your pocket
or go throw it in the garbage can,
and ask Allah for his forgiveness, he'll forgive
you. Go to the mall, say salaam to
somebody that you know or somebody that you
don't know, or smile at somebody whether he's
a Muslim or not a Muslim and be
kind to that person. Ask Allah for his
forgiveness, he'll forgive you. Go to the zoo
and make
that you're going to feed the animal something
for the sake of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
and ask his forgiveness, he'll forgive you. Go
to go to somebody is shouting and screaming,
protesting around the Masjid with semi automatic and
god knows even automatic weapons saying blank Islam,
blank your prophet, blank your Quran,
blank this, blank that, blank the other thing.
Go buy a bottle of bottled water. You
don't even have to buy a coke because
that will cost you 50¢ A bottle of
water, you could probably get bulk at Costco
or Sam's Club or whatever
for, like, 15¢.
Give them a bottle of water instead of
instead of, you know, returning evil with evil.
From his
It comes what? That he didn't use to
repay evil with evil, rather he used to
forgive other people. He used to forgive other
people and he used to, like, forget about
it, not bother them about whatever bad things
that they did ever again. Right? Do it
and ask Allah for his forgiveness,
he'll forgive you. Now imagine, is there any
place a rock is in the way of
somebody? You put the rock in the side,
ask for his forgiveness, he'll forgive you. It's
all it's all there. It's all there. The
only person who gives up hope in the
mercy of Allah Ta'ala is the one who
has vastly underestimated
the scale of his mercy, or the one
who has vastly overestimated
the importance of themselves and the importance of
their sins.
Within this context, we narrate a hadith of
the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam. What did
he say?
He said that he came up to the
right? This the pulpit from which the
is given. This pulpit is not to be
used for anything other than the.
I I remind the small children of politeness.
Okay? With politeness. Don't play on the pulpit.
Don't play on the member. Why? Because this
is the maqam of the messenger of Allah
sallallahu alaihi wa sallam. It's an of his
that we have this. It's an of it.
Why? It's the one the place that he
stood in, he gave his teachings, and no
one stands in this place and gives the
teaching except for the teachings of the Messenger
of Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam. And we
don't take that lightly. We don't take that
lightly. We don't put, you know, our stuff
and our clothes and whatnot on it. No.
This is a place of
Amana. Right? He himself, Mubarak
sallam came up under his mimbar. The only
one who should be allowed on the mimbar
of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam is
the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam or his
authorized representatives.
The people of knowledge are the heirs of
the prophets. May Allah forgive us for not
having prepared people of knowledge that people like
myself have to stand here so that we
can complete our,
our and the obligations that Allah taught put
upon us. But aslanoon should be able to
stand here except for a person of knowledge
and a person of taqwa, a person who
is an authorized representative of the Messenger of
Allah.
He came up and ascended his own Mubarak
Pulpit
Imagine.
He ascended his own Mubarik pulpit
and he said, Amin 3 times.
The sahaba
They said, Why is he saying Amin?
So it was said to him, when you
came up on your pulpit,
right, obviously not during the.
Right? It was later said, when you came
up on your pulpit, you said, Amin 3
times. We never see you say 'amin' 3
times like that before. Is this a new
sunnah? Is there something we're missing? Why is
it you said 'amin' 3 times? And the
messenger of Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam said
what? Said, when I was ascending my pulpit,
the angel Jibril Alaihi Salam, the angel Gabriel
came to me, and he said to me
3 things. And after every one of those
three things, he said to me, say Amin.
He commanded me to say Amin.
The first thing is what? He said to
me,
if
somebody reaches the month of Ramadan,
it's just around the corner. This Jum'ah, the
next Jum'ah at Shaaban, and then the Jum'ah
after that is Ramadan.
Right? The jum'ah after that will be in
the month of Ramadan. Only one jum'ah intervenes
between us and the first jum'ah of Ramadan.
Said if a person reaches Ramadan,
not complete. If a person reaches Ramadan, and
he managed to stumble through Ramadan and not
be forgiven,
then that person Allah has cursed them.
Say, Amin. And the prophet salallahu alaihi wa
sallam said, Amin. I was I was translating
the hadith, but
I mean it's if the Messenger of Allah
was commanded to say
then then it's not distant that we should
say to the same thing as well. What
did he say? If you if somebody
if somebody reaches Ramadan and still manages to
fumble through it, not even fumble, it takes
a certain amount of finesse to get through
Ramadan and not be forgiven,
then know that truly that person has been
cursed. There are certain people, Allah ta'ala, their
fortune gives them something in their fortune high,
and someone in in their fortune something someone
is given something low, and something very,
very horrible. Right? To be shaitan, it's not
good it's not good fortune.
It's not good. Allah
for that for that shaitan. Obviously, we're pleased
with whatever Allah decides.
But for him, it's not good. Nobody would
want to be that that shaitan. Right? This
is what this is a of the people
who are cursed by
Allah That they managed to fumble and bumble
through Ramadan without fasting,
without
praying,
without praying tarawee, without giving an access of
sadaqah,
without making dua, without reading Quran, without whatever
they they manage to, like, miss every single
opportunity,
that person truly is one cursed by Allah
It's not easy. It's difficult. A person has
to be consciously trying to miss out on
the forgiveness of Allah for them to be
in that maqam.
This is something very important to understand.
Okay? There is saying Abu Bakr, alayahu, who
is a hadith that the messenger of Allah
sallallahu alaihi wa sallam described the different gates
of Jannah.
The gate of Jannah that the people of
the prayer will enter through. The gate of
Jannah that the angel will call people of
the prayer to come and enter paradise through.
The gate of fasting that the angels will
call the
people of fasting to enter to paradise too.
The gates of that,
that the angels will call the people
of charity to enter paradise
through.
Abu
Bakr
Look at him. Right? The out strippers, the
ones who come in 1st place, are the
ones who come in 1st place. Those are
the ones who Allah brings close to them.
Right? What did he ask as a question?
Look at the how high is him and
his spiritual courage was, and his spiritual ambition
was. What did he say? He said, You
Rasool Allah, is there anyone who's gonna be
called by more than one gate?
And then Nabi saw something, what did he
say? He
says, You Abu Bakr. Yes. There will be
people called by more than 1 gate. Some
people will be called by all of the
gates, and it's my hope that you'll be
one of them.
Right?
Try to be the one who's called from
all gates. Try to be the one who
hits every one of the prizes, finds every
one of the Easter egg hunt. You understand
what I'm saying? Obviously, we don't compare Ramadan
to an Easter egg hunt, but you understand
what I'm saying. Try to be the one
who bags every single one of the prizes
if you can.
And fear that you're gonna be one of
those, and I'm gonna be one of those
who misses all of them, who misses all
of them. What is it? It's a maqam
of Allah, Ta'ala, is cursed. A person shouldn't
have an irrational fear, but the fear should
be what? It should drive you that, listen,
we need to not be slacking off, you
know, we need to not be, laissez faire
about this this thing. This is an opportunity
that's coming.
We need to be we need to hedge
our bets. We need to put some time
into our salat, some time into our,
siam, into our fasting, some time into our
energy and money into our sadaqa.
Right? Is not only just money, by the
way. It's also your volunteer time. It's also
the way your behavior with other people. It's
a number of things. Some effort into all
of these different categories,
so that if one of them doesn't work
work out for us, if we botch one
of them, this happens. Is who here in
the Masjid every time everything that they do,
they do it right the first time? If
it's one of you,
I need to sit and take some lessons
for you. The rest of us, the normal
ones amongst us, we botch things from time
to time. So hedge your bets a little
bit, you know? Try to try try to
try to get a little bit of everything,
so that you don't become one of those
who leaves with none of anything.
Right? Why? Because the one who leaves with
none of anything, the one who gets to
Ramadan without being forgiven,
what did the Messenger of Allah salallahu alaihi
wa sallam what was he commanded to say
to? He commanded to say to this person
being
cursed. The second the second thing that the
angel Jibril
mentioned. What did he mention? He said,
the one and the one who grows up,
and reaches either both of his parents or
even one of his parents while they're still
alive, and they're not able to do anything
for them, any khidma for them, any service
for them,
that person who's not able to do anything
by which they'll be forgiven, that person is
truly cursed to say, Amin, and the prophet
said, Amin.
Now with your family and your parents, it's
obviously very tricky, and it's frustrated. Sometimes you
do everything that you can do. If somebody
here has their parents that are pleased with
them, this is a This
is such
a such a blessing that there's no no
we cannot measure it or compare it to
another blessing. So, big du'a for us as
well. There are many people who what? They
will serve their parents as best as they
can, their parents still won't be happy with
them. Don't worry about that. Do the best
that you can. Even if your parents don't
appreciate it, Allah appreciates it. It's not going
into a black hole, your and your money,
and your time that you spend for them,
your love you spend with them. It's not
going to a black hole, it's going somewhere
good. Don't fight with them, don't try to
educate them about how to be a good
person, or how to follow the deen. They
don't care what your opinion is usually. Right?
Usually, they don't care. They say, Imam Abu
Hanifa.
Imam Abu Hanifa. Right? The Sahib al Mila
Al Hanafiya, the patron of the Mila of
Sayidna Ibrahim alaihisatu as salam. The one that
the ulama, gave him the of al imam
al a'von.
His own mother wouldn't
listen to his opinions on fiqh. In fact,
she would send him to the other alamaqouf,
I say, what
is his opinion on this issue?
So he would go to people, and he
would say he would say, he'd say, what's
your opinion on such and such issue? This
is Sheikh, you're like the, like you're the
imam of the entire milah, you're you're the
you're the most learned faqih in all of
Kufa. What are we gonna say in front
of you? He's like, Listen man, my mom
told me to ask you, so just, you
know, don't bust my chops. Give me the
What what whatever your answer is, I'm taking
it, but I'm not here for like, you
know, a debate.
He says, Well, I don't know. I don't
know the answer to that question. Why don't
you tell me what the answer is, and
then I'll tell you tell it to you,
and then you can go tell your mom
that he said such and such thing. Right?
That's the way the dunya works sometimes. Right?
So don't give up hope just because your
parents are not like super,
you know, pleased with you because you never,
you know,
the one who doesn't become a doctor because
you never become a doctor, the one who
doesn't become a sheikh because you never became
a sheikh because the one who's not a
haf is because you never become a haf
is the haf is doctor sheikh because you
didn't do the other thing. Don't worry about
those things. Allah is the one who you
do it for, and Allah is the one
who rewards you. He'll see what you do,
and he'll see what you don't do. He's
the one who rewards for it. But if
anyone can go through and manage to avoid
doing anything for their parents whatsoever,
and their parents die in such a state,
and that person isn't forgiven. Your parents are
just a vehicle, it's like something you look
behind your parents, you'll find jannah. Right? If
you're able to avoid them in such a
way that you don't get jannah because of
your inability to have served them, then Einul
Jibril alaihis salam said to the Prophet
commanded him that that, These people are cursed,
you say, Amin, and the Prophet
The one who was sent as a mercy
to the world was forced to say, Amin,
to testify to how cursed such a person
is.
And the last, and not the least, perhaps,
the most important of the 3. The Nabi
said to him by Sayyidina Jibril, that whoever
and whoever your name, your Mubarak name, your
Mubarak name, your Mubarak name is mentioned in
front of that person. And that person doesn't
say the salat and salam after your name
because of which they're not forgiven their sins,
they're not shown the fadhu and the mercy
of Allah
And say that,
that whoever say say to the people, Yeah,
Muhammad, if you if you love Allah, then
follow me, so that Allah may love you,
and forgive your sins, and Allah
is forgiving and merciful.
Right? The one who your Mubarak name
is mentioned in front of him, and he
cannot say the benediction of
the benediction of peace and blessings upon your
Mubarak and blessed name. Afterward,
that person who can get through their life
without saying
after the mention of your name, because of
which they're not forgiven, truly such a person
is cursed. And the prophet
Prophet is commanded to say, Amin by the
angel Jibril
And he said, Amin.
And this is the this is
the the the the diagram, the map of
Allah's creation. That for your intents and purposes,
and my intents and purposes, it's a treasure
hunt behind every single thing is the blessings
of Allah, the rahma of Allah. Behind every
single thing is the blessings of Allah and
the mercy of Allah to Allah, the forgiveness
of Allah to Allah, the acceptance of Tawba
from the slaves. The only thing that we're
short is people to look for it. The
only thing we're short is people to look
for it, to look to it, to have
hope in it, to have the Himma, to
be courageous enough, to have the courage to
say Allah. I I I regret my sins.
I regret my sins. Whatever I enjoyed from
it, even that I don't enjoy it anymore.
Whatever bad came from it, I regret it.
And whatever good you have prepared for me
as long as you've given me life, as
long as you put breath in my lungs,
I I will look for your mercy. I
will ask for your mercy, and I have
hope. I have and good hope that I'll
receive it. Allah
give all of us so much tafib, we're
small, we're small creations, we're less than the
microbe and the quark and the whatever Allah
is in his knowledge, that's that's even smaller
than that, we're less than all of those
things, and our Lord is great. He's greater
than everything put together, and he wrote for
himself as a law over himself
that his mercy will outstrip his wrath, and
we're the ones looking for his mercy. May
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala make us not amongst
those who are cursed but amongst those who
are forgiven.
