Hello Bill Alameen wa salatu wa who was salam ala Nabi Hill Karim, Allah He of Posada to automatise leam rubbish Ronnie Sadi acidity Emery Wagner Nakata melissani of Coco Lee, my brothers and my sisters a cinema Alikum warahmatu Allahi wa barakato i First off, I need to apologize for being 10 to 11 minutes late, completely out of my hands. There's just an emergency that came up over here that I had to attend to. And
I'm the light is what it is. I know I feel really bad because I posted online, on Instagram, Facebook, and let everyone know that we'd start at eight o'clock in sha Allah and actually posted saying asking a question What do you recite before you go to bed at night in order to protect yourself? Right and then we're gonna look at some of these things from the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam so I know that I said I'd be live at eight o'clock for those of you that have been waiting and you know, put up with the delay forgive me but like I said, something came up in emergency that I needed to attend to, and
I'm the light is what it is. So we're going to start in sha Allah to Allah. Before we get into things to say we're going to look at a continuation of what we do prior to getting into bed. Okay, so we learned a few things last week like making room before going to sleep and closing our doors and turning off the lights or more specifically candles or lamps that we might have within our homes. But today we're gonna start with dusting off our bed, right dusting off our bed before laying down in it. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam as we seen a hadith of aborted or the Allahu Allah and he says the prophets all along it he was sending them said
when one of you goes to bed, he should dust off his bed with his inner extremity with the inner extremity of his lower garment and I'll explain this to you inshallah. Tada. So he says so long, it was something when one of you goes to bed, he should dust off his bedding with the inner extremity of his lower garment. For he does not know what has come on to it since he left. What does this mean? Okay, what does this mean? Well, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam of course encourages us here to clean off our bed to dust off or to brush away the bedding or our bed before we get into it at night. Of course, there may be something that is there, right? There may be some some sort of
insect, right? It happens especially here in Canada, in this part of Canada where you know, in the summer months, you have the centipedes right, and that might get into your bed, right and you pull the sheets open up. You see the centipede go away, right? It's Halla. super dangerous, not dangerous but scary. I know when we were living abroad, I remember one night there was a gecko, right these geckos little lizards that are probably about three or four inches long, and they get into your, you know, into your home and sometimes they go into your bed, and one night there was one in my wife's pillowcase, right inside the pillowcase, and it was moving around in there Subhan Allah. So the
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam encourages that we dust away or brush away our bedding, because you don't know what may have come there from the time that you were previously in bed. But in this hadith, the Prophet sallallahu I need to send the mentions to dust away your bed with the lower or the inner lower garment that you wear. Now remember, they used to wear an easel, right? They used to wear this thing that wrap around, you kind of like a towel, like a really long towel, okay, wrapped around you. And on the right side of it usually would hang off right it would hang on the right side. So the profits along with any of this and then use that piece of of ease of cloth. Kind of
like using you know, a sister's wearing an eye by right you can just take the edge of it and blow it or brush it along your bed and basically clean it off. Remember the bedding of the profits along it was someone was down on the ground, shout out to Yolanda and her she would be sleeping there on the ground. And the Prophet salallahu it was someone would move her legs over right would bend her legs at the knees. Right so that he had placed to pray. And then when he was done, she would straighten her legs out and continue to sleep.
And so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to sleep on bedding that was on the ground. And so therefore there could be a scorpion. There could be a gecko or a lizard, there could be spiders, it could be a snake, it could be anything in the desert that just easily crawls into the bed of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam so as a sunnah, we are encouraged to you know, brush away or to wipe away our bedding before we get into it. You know, you can pull off your comforter and just, you know, pass your hand over it three times. We see it
another Hadith the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says the same thing, but he says, When you send Mila for in the hula and so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says, dust away your bedding, but also to say the name of Allah to mention the name of Allah subhanho wa taala. In another narration, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam mentions
to do that three times, right to to brush away, what could be there three times. In another narration, he mentions the same thing as well, but he says either Calm, calm, or unfair Rashi if you get up out of bed and you go, let's say to use the bathroom, and then you come back to your bed, right, so it's not necessarily once at the beginning of the night, that every time he would get into his bed now remember again, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam his bedding was on the ground. And so a scorpion could easily make its way into the bed, right or the bedding, or a spider or a snake or a gecko or a lizard anything right? That lives in the desert. And so the Sunnah of the
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was anytime he got out of bed and came back to bed, he would brush it away three times. So we see a few things here. First of all, the importance and the benefit of brushing away or sweeping away wiping away the top of our bedding before we get into it.
That it is encouraged. Okay, Mr hat.
Also, we see that we should do that three times. In addition to that, that we mentioned the name of Allah Bismillah before getting into the bedding, and also this should be something that is done when we stand up and just get out of bed and go do something and then come back and return to bed. Okay, so those are the things that we should do with regards to dusting off or wiping away our bedding before going to sleep. The next thing we look at is a no more no Schickel, amen, that when we sleep, it is from the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam to sleep on our right side, and to place our the palm of our right hand on our cheek or to place our right hand on our cheek. Okay, so
that was the way the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam would sleep with his right hand under his cheek. Right.
And
he didn't have a pillow as soft as the pillow that you have. He didn't have a mattress as soft as the mattress that you have. Or I have. He didn't have a beautiful comforter, a Down Comforter filled with feathers, as comfortable as the one that we have nowadays. Right. So along with it, he was selling them. And so laying on the ground, sleeping, you need something to prop your head up. Now he had something there. He had something folded like a piece of cloth to keep his head upright, but he would place his hand underneath it. And if any of you have ever slept on the ground, you'll notice that you probably will do that. Right. The problem is that we sleep in these beautiful beds and we
have the worst ways of sleeping. Some people sleep like this when people sleep like that. Some people right sleep on their stomachs which is actually not permissible for us to be doing right to sleep on our stomach. But let's look at what we're looking at for now in sha Allah Allah, which is the Hadith of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam were brought in as he brought the lava and says, the Messenger of Allah or the prophets, Prophet of allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said,
when one of you goes to lay down in your bed,
perform your review, as we saw in the Hadith that we took last week. From Mr. Jia Allah shekel, amen. Then lay down on your right side. So the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam advises us to have your lover and home to lay down on their right side, within nome, lol, Jen and Amen forward. So there are some benefits to sleeping on the right side. And also, there's another Hadith that we didn't take. But I should have mentioned similar to what we just finished mentioning, but also the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says, what year there will Tatar Hadi to place your hand underneath your cheek. Okay, lay on your right side and place your hand underneath your cheek. Okay.
Or on your cheek.
So what are some of the benefits of sleeping on our right side? Well, we first of all don't need benefits. You know, this is always something in our deen that people bring up they're like, why do we stand up in prayer? Why do we make such that the way do we do why do we bow down in record the way that we do? Why is it that I need to, you know, take sips when I drink water and I can't just go put all that why why? Why do I have to like as human beings we always look for the scientific reason behind certain things. But really we don't need to do that. Because first of all, if Allah Subhana Allah tells us something or the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam showed us how to do
Something that in itself is sufficient for us to do it. Why? Because Allah Subhana Allah says yeah you Alladhina Ermanno earthly or La Jolla Rasulullah what will remain? And Allah subhanho wa Taala also says in the Quran In Kuntum to hipbone Allah for your own in your bit como en la right if you claim that you love Allah subhana wa Adana, follow the messenger of Allah. So Allah Allahu wa sallam, and Allah will love you. And so we do the things that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam did in submission to Allah subhanho wa taala. But there of course, are benefits to certain things like doctors will say, and this is where we, you know, we look at it as you know, the benefit
of sleeping on the right side is that our heart hangs and there's there's less pressure that's put on the heart, right, there's less pressure that's put on the heart, and doctors will tell you this, this is just something extra from the benefits of sleeping on the right side. Also, scholars say that it's easier to get up from sleep when we're sleeping on our side, and a person can turn from the right side to their left side and sleep on their sides. That's what's encouraged. A person could also sleep on their back, but it is best to sleep on the right side then on the left side and then on the back if needed, but not to sleep on the stomach. Alright, so now let's get into the topic
that I posted about that we're going to be learning for tonight Inshallah, to Allah. Good to shake him you know, what do we recite when we go to bed? Okay, what should we recite when we go to that?
First of all, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would recite from the Quran before going to bed at night. Okay, and he never would go to sleep had diarrhea kala Shea Amin Al Quran until he would recite something from the Quran before going to bed at night. Now, there are certain things that we saw as a trend in the life of the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam that he would recite on a regular basis. Like he made it a habit he made it part of his daily schedule and routine to recite certain things before going to bed at night. And that's because these elements of the Quran are these aspects of the Quran or parts or verses of the Quran have some sort of benefit to us as
human beings right in our deen benefit to us spiritually benefit to us mentally benefit to us you know emotionally and so on and so forth
so from the the the parts of the Quran that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would recite at night.
The first thing that we'll look at is the recitation of AYATUL kursi AYATUL kursi. What is that? Arango? bIllahi min ash shaytani R rajim Bismillah handwash man you're blocking him.
Allah hula Illa Illa who are you? Are you who sina tuwana No logo Murphy summer where do you feel?
The lady yes February Debu Ellerbee is ni LM Urbina ad him well coil Fairholme Mala Yoshi poner Vichy Minar in me, he
was cool to see you over Santa t. Well,
while I do have room, well, early, you will allow the AYATUL kursi right. We all know this. Every single one of us was taught to recite this and to memorize this when we were young. Right? So here's a Hadith of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is actually a hadith of agora or the Allahu, and where he was given the task of looking after the sadaqa to fetter during the month of Ramadan.
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam placed him in charge of looking after that Southern cattle feeder. And so at night, there was someone who came and started to take handfuls of the SOHCAHTOA, feta, right, the sadhaka that was there, and wherever the Allahu and went to him and said, What are you doing? And he said, You know, I have family and my children and their needs and so on. And so I worry about the Allahu, and instead of capturing him, right, he did actually capture him and he said, I'm going to report you to the Messenger of Allah in the morning. So that men started to give some excuses to Abu Huraira out of the lava and, and he felt sorry for him and his family. So he
said, Okay, take what you need and leave. So he let him go. In the morning the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam asked for whatever the Allahu and what happened to your prisoner right the person that you captured last night, and what a lot of the alloga and explained to him what happened. The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam told them he will come back. So abora Rhodiola and stood on guard waiting at night for this person to come back.
Lo and behold, he returns right and he starts to take from the Southern colonies again. He's taking
stuff. And wherever the Allahu comes and says, That's it. Now you're taking a second time you I let you, you know, leave last night now I'm going to capture you. And I'm keeping you until the morning where I will report you to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and he started to give excuses to him once again. Oh, you know, my family, my children, I need this wells. You know, I need to feed them. They have, they're hungry, they have nothing. I've got a lot of yellow and felt really sad and sorry for this person. And so he lets him go once again.
In the morning, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam asks, what are the Aloma and what happened to your prisoner? Right to the person you took captive last night? He says, Well, you know, this is what happened. And you know, he made this excuse, and he said his family and so I felt sorry for him and let him go. Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam tells him he's gonna come back, comes back. So the third night, whatever the lower end is on guard, he knows if the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that this person is going to come back, he's going to come back. And so he's on guard, and he's waiting. And he's watching and lo and behold, he comes back on again, right? And then we
see some kind of law, or whatever, the longer and he's like, that's it is the third time you're not taking advantage of me now. You know, this is something that you've done, and you did it twice already. And this is a third time you come back and you're trying to take from the southern quarter fiddled without, you know, any, any without being given permission. And so I'm going to keep you captive and report you to the Prophet sallallahu I need to send them in the morning. So he starts to plead with him. And then he tells about Rhodiola and he says, Shall I tell you about something that if you do it, it will benefit you? Right? If you do it, it will benefit you.
And
Abu Huraira rotti along and
he he says yeah, sure what is it? He says if you recite AYATUL kursi right, if you recite AYATUL kursi
your you will be protected. Right ALLAH SubhanA wa adatto put an angel there and put you in and put that angel in charge and protect you from the night until the morning comes right so you will be protected all night long. If you recite AYATUL kursi at night, until the morning, no shaitan will come and harm you. And Allah subhana wa Tallo put an angel there to protect you until the morning.
Okay, next morning Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam asks everywhere on your logger and what happened to the men that you took captive.
He says, you know, he told me something interesting. He says I'll tell you something that will benefit you. And he told me he says if I were say I had to of course the at night, Allah will put an angel there to protect me and will not allow any shape on to harm you until the morning until Allah subhanaw taala brings the morning. So the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam says
he was telling the truth, even though he's a liar.
He was telling the truth, even though he's a liar.
He says, Do you know who that was? That was coming to you for the last three nights. Oh, Abu Huraira our era raviolo and he says, I don't know. No, I don't know. Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that cache thought that was shaped by
he's a liar. But he was telling you the truth. That if you do recite as a courtesy at night, Allah subhanaw taala put an angel there to protect you and you will not be harmed until the morning Allahu Akbar. Allahu Akbar. If we only did this, if we only did this, you know how many people come and ask me this question all the time. All the time people come in they ask this question. What can we recite at night? Is there something that we can say that will protect us? You know, we're worried about evil I worried about gin, we're worried about this. We're worried about that per se. It's of course the ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada will protect us until the morning, nothing can harm us throughout
the entire night. Allahu Akbar and who taught about error of Yahoo and this shaitan who is who's a liar, but he was telling the truth to him.
How to Lie Okay, let's move on that was I atone kursi Okay, the next thing that we look at is going to Sula till his loss. Well more on with attain, one never to be Hema, right.
The recitation of Surah two Nicholas, who Allah ahead of love of Samadhi limini to LMU led one Aamir Khan level cufon one head and
more with the thing the two sources that we use to seek refuge in Allah subhanaw taala and seek protection from Allah Subhana Allah from shaitaan what are they? The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would recite these three sources the last three sources of the Quran.
Then he would blow into his hands three times.
And he would wipe over him starting from his head and his face, coming down, wiping over whatever parts of the body he could wipe over all the way down his legs, his feet up, you know his back and up to the top once again, this is what the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam would do. After reciting these three sutras.
Taboo meaning he shatta robiola Allahu Ana
Atisha the Mother of the Believers out of the Allahu Anhu she says cannon the BS on Allahu Allahu wa Sanlam the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, when he would come to bed at night when he would go to sleep at night and you know lay down upon his flesh every single light night Kulu laid it in he would put his hands together right and blow upon them
from the recitation of
she says school who Allah Who ahead work will route will be a bill falak work will route will be openness so mamsa be Hema Mr. Farm ingested and then he would wipe over his body what he was able to wipe over em that be Hema Allah ROTC and he would start from his head. Well, what he and then his face, and whatever else from his body, he was able to wipe over three times.
Simple advice from the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam.
Okay,
move on.
In fact, on this point with regards to the last three soldiers of the Quran, and blowing in our hands and wiping it over us, In another Hadith of the shuttle, the longer and she says that when the messenger of allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam became ill when he was sick, when he was not feeling well, he would recite the more I will attend the last two Surahs of the Quran and blow into his hands and wipe them over his body. Okay, Phantom mush taka. So when he complained more when when his illness intensified, right, or became more aggravated, just before he passed away. She says that she would recite and blow into his hand, his hands and then take his hand and wipe it over his body, she
would take his hand and wipe it over his body, right? Why? She says, I used to recite over him and rub with his hand, in hopes that it was more bless it. She would use his hand blow into his hand and wipe over his body with his hand. Right, she would move his hand over his body, because she said that I hoped that it was more blessing to him. Why? Because he is to do that. And he is the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, she says, I used to recite for him in and blow into his hand and then wipe his hand over his body. So this was something the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam did when he was not well also, okay, it's not just before going to bed at night. It's something that we can
do if you're not feeling good. You recite without with a bit of Bill Farah cola with a bit of bitterness and you can recite sort of the loss as well. And blow into your hands right three times and then wipe it over you especially where you are not feeling well. And this is what we do when we go visit someone who is sick also right as a chaplain in the hospital. This is what I do. Now with COVID You know, you're limited, you're not able to do certain things. We're all wearing masks and stuff like that. But we still can carry out some of these things. So for example,
reciting these things while placing your hand the prophets along with someone will just say sudo to Fatiha. You know, if someone had a headache or he had a headache and put his hand over his head, his right hand and recite Surah Fatiha, or say to corsi reciting Surah to a class. So autofac Kala Surah to NAS, you know, recite those parts of the Quran and also blow into your hands and wait
over that person is something that you can do also, okay, if you're visiting someone who's sick and unable to do this for themselves, okay, then you can do it to them. But it's also of course, encouraged that they do it to themselves. A lot of the time when I go visit someone in the hospital, they're not able to do these things for themselves. And so we recite some Quran for them and blow upon them, as we see in the son of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Now, of course, if you're a men going to visit a woman in the hospital, a Muslim sister who was a patient, of course, you're not going to wipe your hands over her because you're not in the home for her, you can't do
that. Okay, you can't place your hand on her somewhere where the illnesses let's say on her head, or, you know, maybe something wrong with her heart. So you put your hand on her chest or on her knee, you can't do that. And so what you do is you simply recite the ayat of the Quran, okay, this is just of you know, something a fat eat of benefit to you that I'm sharing with you. In addition to what we're covering, we looked at the Hadith of the Prophet sallallahu I need to send him a shout out the Allahu Anhu would do this to the prophets and along with some of them, but if you're not Muhammad on to the person and you can't touch them, so you recite from the Quran and then you can
blow upon them,
blow upon them wherever it is hurting or where wherever the illness is, okay? While of course there is completely covered from you. The next thing that we look at insha Allah to Allah is that Surah two para tool. So what are two casiotone Barah tahmina schicke with the recitation of Surah to casiotone.
A you have to look for one or more Dumela terrible don't want to be doing
everybody when
you don't
want to be doing don't want me or good luck on Dino Komal yesterday in
that heart. No, it wasn't. So here the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam mentions
for what even Nofal abhi says an OB Assam Allahu alayhi wa sallam McCall, lino for the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said to Nofal
EClub kuliah you healthcare FuRON simanim Allah hottie Matea for in barato Mina shirk, he says sallallahu alayhi wa sallam recite Alia your health care if you don't then go to sleep once you've finished or completed the recitation of the surah for verily it is it acts to keep us away from shirk. Right? It's like basically
separating our belief from those who disbelieve in Allah subhanaw taala you believe in what you believe in I believe in I believe in what you worship is not what I worship. What I worship is not what you worship. And you have your own deen and I have my own Deen Subhan Allah. Right. But I don't mean to shirk, to keep us away from shift a reminder and also a statement a phrase that affirms our belief in Allah subhanahu wa terhadap The next thing that we can recite at night, there are two surah to Tabarak what Alif Lam Meem 10 zeal as such the so the recitation of Alif Lam in such the order and Tabarka lady via deal Mark once all right, is that okay? WA Tabata can lead you via demark and Tabata can lead tibia to heel mark so recite Surah two before going to bed at night, what is the benefit of reciting Surah to Moloch? At night? What are the Allahu Allah and tells us of the Hadith of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam where he said Surah two mineral Cora en Seles una a
dish to leave Sahibi her head yo refer Hola, taba raka lady bat Hill Moloch the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says in this hadith about a lot of the Allahu and there's a surah in the Quran that has 3830 verses. They will intercede for the one who recites them
had your formula until they are forgiven. Right? So this surah will intercede for us on the Day of Judgment until we are forgiven of our sins. Now we recite them every cent we recite it every single day in hopes that the sins we committed through that day, this sorta will intercede for us on the Day of Judgment that every single day at the end of the day, so and so person recited
sudo to Malik so forgive them they recite is one of the most so forgive them they resided so forgive them they were cited so forgive them had the Prophet sallallahu Sallam says you'll ferula until that person is completely forgiven.
And then he says it is taba. Keleti Via de la Moloch.
It is Surah to look so recite it every single day. Okay, can you recite it in the Orisha prayer? Well don't make it a habit of reciting that in their Isha prayer every single day. Right because the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam did not recite the same sort of every single day in the prayer. But if you can recite it after the prayer, especially as you're laying down remember these are things that we recite as we are laying down, ready to sleep and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would recite them after getting into bed and laying down to go to sleep. All right, the last thing that we will learn with regards to what we can recite at night before going to bed is paid to

And another says it's sufficient for that person to be protected from shaitan. And he also says it's sufficient for that person for their their mistakes that they've made. And he also says, Mr. Manolito, hola. He says that it's sufficient for them in all of what was mentioned in all of what he just finished saying, right, that it takes the place of gamelan, and it takes a place of protection for shaitan and our mistakes that we've done, it's it's all of that right, basically, if the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam says that it's sufficient

right. And so we are encouraged to do this. In the some of the prophets all along. It was kind of To recap the things that we can recite before going to bed at night. First of all, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would not go to bed at night without reciting something of the Quran. And what we see him reciting regularly was
Surah Al corsi Allah Allah Allah Allah will hydrocodone right? So little if last call lower had a lot of solid let me let me let me go local one I had a call I was a bit a bit flat. And of course within Fatiha sauna, two fatty has what percent of Fatiha why? Because it is cure is a cure for all illness, right? A cure for everything, even the illness of the heart. And so we recite it seeking cure from the West, the West was out of shape on the whispers of shaitan that we have within us. These are the things that we can recite before we go to bed at night. Next week, inshallah Tada we'll look at the things that we can recite. From the idea Yeah, from the eyes of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Okay, we'll open it up for some questions shot along with that. Now, of course I recited a lot of these very fast for the sake of example here within the class,
however, it is encouraged that we recite nicely and slowly What are Denio global net total Tila recite from the Quran slowly, right basically, and in fact, if you want to perfect your recitation of the Quran, you do not recite fast. This is a mistake that many students make when they are learning when they're memorizing the Quran. they memorize very fast, right? I've been swimming in a metal beam. Let me know when it could have been a woman. It could even go to me what was the Nina phenomena 100 meters anyway Patos Mirena matado now I can miss a year.
You do not perfect your Tajweed your Muhammad age by reciting fast you perfect it by reciting slowly.
Okay, and so recite slowly and focus on your recitation and learn your recitation as well. Start small and then slowly add things in sha Allah Who Tao
Okay, I see a question here
if someone was to recite that okay what can we say sorry there's another question.
Any call center after that account is on course he was also mentioned in the hotbar today about Allah's Name and attributes may you one day do a deep analysis of the verse inshallah Tada shallow tad Okay, shallow one day we'll do a deeper analysis five and corsi. Can we recite nichette? Pray we answer that. Another question. If one was to recite them earlier, for example, sort of turmoil or sort of a sedge, the Will it still be valid or do we have to recite them and go to bed right after article off? I mean, we are alive Zika fatal life the halligan

I don't know what's going on with the lighting a jeep? Like Instagram. There we go some weird
Alright, right. I don't know. I'm the law. Okay. So the question is, can we recite the sutras a little bit before we go to bed? Yes. If you want to recite them in the evening, right a little bit before you go to bed hamdulillah that's fine. Then recite the shorter ones just before you go to bed. Okay, recite, recite the shorter ones just before you go to bed. Remember the prophets all along? It was someone gave that advice in recitation of sola to Kathy everyone read it, then go to sleep, right? When you've completed it, go to sleep. And remember, he would recite the shorter ones go into a lower head go out with a bit of luck when I was a bit of a nurse and then blow into his
hands and wipe them over his body and then go to sleep. Right? So try to do those shorter ones just before you go to sleep. Okay? Sure if our speed is not as fast have the lie. No, sorry. I'll you better take
out if I hope you're doing good in sha Allah, Allah to Allah to be authentic. It was 31 seconds. Oh, it was 31 seconds.
Is that including the Bismillah Hamdulillah. You know, my seconds or my seconds are more authentic because the real seconds yours are digital. Digital ones are shady.
Hamdulillah. The meaning is amazing to Allah Akbar of last two is very, very true. Read through the meaning of the last two ayat of surah Al Baqarah. And you will be surprised, right? You'll be surprised hamdulillah Rathmann or Atacama CENOMAR. How to live over a cat. I think that's all the questions that we have here. How do you hold your breath for a very long time you practice? Okay, you practice. I remember learning something interesting about quality Abdelbaset, rocking the law. Back in the day, when he was alive, he sometimes would go in the water, he would go in a swimming pool, right? Sit in the swimming pool, have the water come up to his shoulders, right, he would sit
in the swimming pool. Because of the pressure of the water, it puts that pressure on your lungs. And you have to basically it's like doing exercise lung exercises. So he would sit in the water and say, and then at times I heard, I don't know if this is authentic, if this is authentic or not. But he used to go under the water and recite under the water because it is more pressure. The lower you go, the more pressure there is. But he would basically just sit in the water. So those of you who have ever gone to a swimming pool, there's two things that I ever wanted that I would encourage you to do. First of all, to practice your recitation in the water, man, why this thing is so read, but it's
so annoying. It's like irritating me. I'm sure it's irritating. You look worse, they're too long. Right? So go in the water and recite because it helps you to strengthen your lungs, but also
the echo in a swimming pool. The sound waves bouncing off the surface of the water is such a beautiful place to practice your recitation of the Quran in a swimming pool, right? Because the sound bounces off the surface of the water. Right? It's like it's like a mirror. It just reflects it bounces off. So Subhanallah when you recite in a swimming pool, you can hear yourself really clearly and echoes as well because usually it's a bigger room. So try doing that and you'll be surprised okay, I don't think I can even open my mouth underwater. Is it possible? Yes, you can. You need to take some swimming lessons Charlo Dad? What is recommended for sleep paralysis? Start with these
schools. First of all, see a doctor. First of all see a doctor right?
Secondly, recite the source of the Quran. Okay before going to bed at night. And sha Allah Allah Henry data will help you in whatever hardship difficulty you're going through. Yeah, I don't know why the cameras like that today. I'm on Stan. I lost
