			and sisters today we continue along with our series on the names of Allah subhanho wa Taala for
today's Juma lecture and as we mentioned last week, and you know, every time that we do this online
in this sort of format, you know, this is not a jamario hookah rather This is a lecture for the Juma

come to the masjid, but to also make sure that you are going to pray your vote of prayer with your
family at home or with whoever it is that you are around.

name of Allah Allah haleem al haleem and there's an interesting you know, reason why I gave in to

verse number 51 of surah two

someone who's in need, or to be forgiving or understanding of that person's situation when they are
in need. That is better for us than giving them stuck on being like here, take my money, I don't

your family did this and that for you and look at where you are today. So controlling our tongues
		

			are is absolutely important or controlling our tongue right? Each one of us has one is absolutely
important, absolutely important and better and more preferred by Allah Subhana which added to say
something nice than it is to give that sadaqa and then Allah Subhana with Allah says, will love of
onion halleen Allah subhanho wa Taala is honey, he is far more wealthy and more abundant and more
able and more capable. And we'll learn that name very soon. inshallah Tada, Helene, what is
happening? So we said that Allah Subhana, Allah is Allah haleem. And that's our name of Allah that
we are learning for today in sha Allah. And so and haleem is the one who does not rush to punish
		

			someone, or to you know, give them what they deserve of what they're doing,
		

			upon creating a sin. So and haleem is the one who does not rush to punish his creation,
		

			for the sins that they are committing, or have committed in the past, and hallym he doesn't rush
into it. So Allah Subhana Allah is the one who takes his time well understands people and their
situation and what they're going through a loss of hanaway to Allah created us so he knows us better
than we know our own selves, right? Allah knows us better than we know our own selves. And haleem
doesn't rush into punishing us. So when we commit a sin, or we do something wrong, or we say
something that is displeasing to Allah subhana wa to Allah, he doesn't rush into punishing us. And
helping him is also patient in waiting for a positive change to come from us. So haleem is patient
		

			and waits for us to bring something nice to present. So you commit a sin, but you follow it up with
Toba or you follow it up with is still fall. Right? So Allah waits for that to come around. Or, you
know, you were giving us sadaqa, for example, and you said something wrong, and then you turn around
and realize you know what, this is wrong, you go and apologize to the person and you say something
nice to them. And Helene is waiting for us to do that. And Helene, this ties in very closely to what
we learned last week, Allah Subhana Allah is a shocker, he gives us even more than what we present
to him. Right? So we said we do one good deed, and Allah Subhana, Allah multiplies it by 10. Or by,
		

			you know, even up to 700 times and even more, if you will. And so I'll haleem is the one who will
wait to bring about goodness to us when we follow up with goodness, right. And so and Helene is not
only the one who does not rush to punish the creation when they commit sins. And haleem is also the
one who is patient in waiting for a positive change. And haleem continues to provide, even for those
who disobey Him, He continues to provide even for those who disobey Him.
		

			Look at this
		

			beautiful statement sapan Allah, Allah subhanho, wa, taala and haleem, right with all that people
say about him. And an example of that is given by the prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam where he
says, none, none is more patient than when you think of yourself and you think of patience. Think of
what you've gone through in life. Think of the things that you've said, the things that you've done,
the places you've gone, and then the hardship that you've experienced afterwards, or throughout
that, right. Think of the hardship that came to you at a time when you needed money, but you didn't
have it, or you needed family and support, but you didn't have it, or you needed someone to talk to.
		

			But there was no one there. Think of the time that you were all alone, and you wish to have a friend
or a companion. Think of the time when you lost a family member and you wish to simply see them one
more time. Think of the time when you know, you open the fridge and you saw that there was nothing
that you could provide for your family and your bank account was empty and there was nothing there
for you. And Helene was there and able to give to you and provide for you and continue a loss of
habitat as we saw, you know, he is, you know, funny and he is all forgiving. And not only that he's
a close up he provides and so on and so forth. But think of the hardship and the times that you've
		

			gone through and how we
		

			lost patience throughout those difficult times, while the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam says,
none is more patient than Allah.
		

			So Allah is patient, none is more patient than a law, against the harmful sayings of people who he
hears saying things about him like, he has children, or ascribing children to him. So Allah hears
it, he knows that people are saying, you know, so and so person is the Son of God. And you know, the
angels are the children of God are the daughters of God. When he has a villa We ask Allah Subhana
Allah to protect us and guide every single one of us to what is true and what is right. But Allah,
here's what the people say about him. But he is the most patient in what they say and how they say
it yet, and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam continues to say, yet he gives them health and
		

			provision that is, he gives them health, so they disobey Allah subhanho wa Taala, but he still gives
to them, right? He gives to them, their provisions, their wealth, their health, their family,
everything that they need in this life, and haleem gives to them Allah azza wa jal gives to them.
Why because his patient in waiting for goodness to come from them, even though they are still
cursing him, even though they are still disobeying him even though they are still committing show
can doing so many different things that Allah Subhana Allah is displeased with. They are his
creation and he fulfills his end of the responsibility, right? So he gives to his creation and will
		

			continue to give to his creation. And Allah subhanho wa Taala even when he talks about punishment,
he mentions in the various different places in the Quran, if you look through it, where Allah
mentions punishment, he also mentions that those who committed the sins or did wrong if they repent
and seek forgiveness, he will forgive
		

			Allah Subhana Allah, He will forgive, even when he mentioned his punishment to those who disobeyed
him.
		

			He remains and this is the this is the the aspect of a lot being an haleem that he reminds his
creation if you simply seek forgiveness, and repent from what you've done, then, and haleem forgives
and pardons. And not only that, Allah subhana wa tada after all that people say and do and
disobeying him. He still forgives as we just learned, and a law and haleem still protect even though
people are committing show even though people are lying about him, even though people are disobeying
him even though the leavers are committing sins not don't just think of the non believers, right
think of the believers even though believers are committing sins. Even though we are disobeying a
		

			law we may be late with our prayers we may be forgetful of our prayers, right or not mindful of it.
We are too busy sometimes too busy for prayer too busy for a law right? But so kind of low when we
think of it. Even though as a believer we might miss out on doing the things that are a compulsory
action to for us to fulfill within our Deen and haleem still will protect us
		

			and the haleem
		

			will continue to invite to paradise whether believer or non believer and heading continues to invite
us to paradise continues to you know invite those who commit sin or those whether they are believers
or non believers, who are committing sin from the small sins to the greatest sins, he continues to
invite towards paradise. And Helene accepts repentance of those who commit the sin. So you commit
the sin. Remember, we said and Helene doesn't rush to punish. He waits and he's patient to see what
is this believer going to do? Are they going to follow it up with repentance? Are they going to seek
forgiveness? Are they going to give some sadaqa? Are they going to replace the sin with something
		

			that's good? But Allah haleem accepts that repentance and haleem remove the sins that we've
committed. Not only does he remove them, he changes them. You bet the SAE

he removes them as sins, He changes them into good deeds and banks them in our book of good deeds.
And haleem is also the one who is generous to all of the creation, whether believer or non believer.
You notice that as believers we have the things that we have and enjoy of this
		

			World hamdulillah you'll notice as non believers they have the things that they have and enjoy of
this world and hamdulillah.
		

			But the real question there is, are we believing simply for this world are we believing for the
Hereafter, those who fall short, those who are forgetful, those who reject they live solely and
mainly purposely for this life. As believers, we know that there's this life, and we're patient with
it, and we move on, in the hereafter. So and haleem, as we saw, you know, multiple examples. And I
want to in sha Allah to Allah end with this one example.
		

			The example that the profits on the long run either usnm gives of the mother, the example, that the
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam gives of the mother, when the mother is running around, right,
the mother is running around, looking for her child. Remember, this was at the time of the Sahaba of
the love and home, when you know, people were taken as prisoners of war. And there was a mother who
was separated from her child, and she was looking for her child and she could not find her child.
And so the prophets on a long line, he was send them Caesar running around in the crowd, and she's
looking for her baby. And this baby is still feeding from her. And she's looking and looking and
		

			looking, where's this baby. And eventually she finds her baby and she starts to feed her baby, and
she's showing love to her child. You know, she's caring for her child. And the Prophet sallallahu
alayhi wasallam points out this mother to the Sahaba of the Allahu anhu. Look at the love of this
mother. Look at how much she cares for her child. Do you think that this that this mother would ever
take this child and throw her child into a fire? You think of it in your own homes, how many of us
have children, we get really sad, we get really upset, we get really hurt, we become depressed we
have anxiety, when we see our child fall down and scrape their knee or break a finger or break a
		

			bone in their arm or their leg, we you know, get really really upset or really disappointed, we feel
extremely low when the pain that our children suffer from is increased more and more and what could
be more than burning? Right? What could be more than burning in the fire taking this baby and
throwing it in the fire. Now this is an example that the prophets on a long ladder us send them is
giving to the Sahaba of the Allahu I know, what do you think of this mother who loves this child so
much? Imagine you're at home, blah, blah, blah, we ask a lot to protect every single one of us. But
I know I've seen cases of this many times of community members who you know, their child got burnt
		

			at home because of food on the stove or something happens. And it really makes life very difficult
for months, sometimes four years for the family. You know, they have to go through this hardship and
extreme difficulty. And what do we see in the end?
		

			We see that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam
		

			when he asks the Sahaba of the alumni to think that this mother would ever take her child and throw
it in the fire? Absolutely not. It's It's It's kind of like, you know, a question that the answer is
already there. No, no way. Absolutely not. That's obvious. And then the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam indicates to the Sahaba of the lover through this question, and follows it up by saying a
law. And we know a law is a haleem. Right? is even more loving to his creation than this mother to
the child.
		

			So do you think a law and help him once his creation us human beings to end up in the fire to end up
being hurt? being burnt? being you know, put through hardship and difficulty not only in jahannam?
But what about the time of the buzzer? What about the difficulties of this life for disobeying Allah
subhanho wa Taala, Hannah, all of these things we need to think of my brothers and sisters, and
honey doesn't want hardship for us. And he will be patient and go the distance to do more and more
and more. Just like the mother who sees the child or the father, but usually the mother who sees the
child, you know, disobeying them and going through hardship in life and following through with what
		

			their friends are doing that may be wrong and displeasing to Allah, the mother will still find that
soft spot within them and say, one day you're going to realize come Let me make you dinner. One day
you're going to realize our door at home is always open. One day you're going to realize what is it
that you need Let me help you in life and the mother will continue to give and the father will
continue to give and as parents they will continue to look after their child. But Allah Subhana
Allah has no children.
		

			Allah is looking after his creation
		

			who he loves more than the mother he created for her child who he created as well.
		

			See, we think as the mother loving the child because the child came from the mother, but who did the
mother, you know who created the mother and who created the child a lot. So his love for the two of
them is even more than their love for each other. My brothers and sisters and haleem is waiting for
us to call out and ask for forgiveness. And Helene is waiting for us to give those setup got give

			will change our sins into good deeds. When we follow through with seeking forgiveness. The Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in a day in a day, he would ask Allah for forgiveness over 100 times.
How many times do we ask Allah for forgiveness? How many times do we go for a walk? And every step
that we take, we say I still feel a lot. I still feel a lot. So federal law, I still feel a lot. I
still feel a lot. Imagine if we were walking to the masjid and we were doing so far. Right? Imagine
if we were, you know, still, you know, thinking of a loss of handler to handle while we were
working, or while we were driving by doing is still thought think of the amount of good deeds that
		

			we would bank. Think of the amount of good deeds that we would bank. You know, some of you are

gentle upon others? Shouldn't we be thankful to Allah subhanho wa Taala for teaching us this lesson
of how to not to rush to punish our child sometimes, right? How to not rush to punish our child, but
rather maybe stop and just talk to them. Right? Instead of yelling at them, maybe just speaking to
		

			them nicely, getting down on a knee or sitting at their level and discussing things with them. And I
know it's difficult. I'm a father as well. I'm a parent also, I know how difficult it is at times,
we just lose it. But we need to catch ourselves in the moment and try to control ourselves and
regain that ability to turn to a loss of Hannah, Hannah and Helene in a way that he would turn to us
being more understanding being more you know, pleasant with others. And I want to I want to end with
a simple example. The example of Prophet Musa Allah who sent him when Allah subhanho wa Taala tells
him go and say hula hoop Colin Lena La La who yet Cara Oh.
		

			Musa alayhis salam is told to go to fit our own fit around. Allah is saying that maybe fit around
himself out of all of the bad that he's done in his life and of all of the bad that he was still
continuing to do. A lot uses this example to show us go to fit our own Moosa and speak nicely and
kindly to him. For me, he will remember that he is not what he thinks he is, he is a creation of
Allah, and he will submit to Allah. And he may be he will feel that, that that consciousness and
that fear of Allah subhanho wa Taala within We ask Allah Subhana Allah to Allah to grant us a deeper
understanding of this Deen and to make this from amongst those who submit to Allah as
		

			Well, my brothers and sisters, please, as I mentioned, don't forget your Masjid. Don't forget, you
know, your local Masjid. Don't forget to donate for the sake of Allah Subhana Allah to Allah to help
to maintain, you know, the services that we have ongoing still people are asking, why is the mustard
completely closed, we are still offering our services. And we the management and the staff are still
maintaining the prayers. In fact, you know, some of the brothers are there, you know, the management
and management is made up of brothers and sisters as well. So, you know, they're there to fulfill
the Friday Juma prayer in the masjid, of course, not going over 10 people, and somehow to let you
		

			know, just to just to show you, just to give you an example of how this is being looked after
properly, you know, last week, they decided to go ahead and do the congregation and I told them, I
said, Listen, please, excuse me, I'm going to be live streaming. But go ahead, you know, and, you
know, shift for the other shift with a friend, whoever else is able to lead the Juma prayer, you
know, for the 10 people that are there, or the nine people in front of them, then Alhamdulillah when
I finished a live stream, I actually went out into my car and went home. And so we're all in this
together. And I know that you're saying Yeah, but you get to print the most Yes, I know, I
		

			understand. And, and Hamdulillah, Allah Subhana Allah has blessed every single one of us with an
ability to do something for the sake of Allah, you have a gift, you have a gift, and you have a
gift. Every single one of us has something from a loss of hand with Allah that we can give back. And
even if it is, even if it is spending a minute into asking Allah Allah, allow me to return to the
masjid. I didn't use to come five times a day. I didn't even use to come once a day I didn't use to
come more than once a week maybe only for Juma but when the masjid reopened, I will be there yet
Allah Please grant me the ability to do so. And we ask our boss hanaway to annotate etc every single

Subhana which Allah to grant us blessings and mercy and we ask Allah Subhana Allah to Allah to grant
health to all those that are sick and forgiveness for every single ounce or element or even Adam of
hardship that we feel in our lives. We ask Allah subhanho wa Taala to make that a means of our
forgiveness. I mean, we ask Allah Subhana Allah to grant us the highest level of Paradise a dose of
		

			Allah, we ask Allah subhana wa Taala to make us from amongst those that show a beautiful example of
his Deen and the Sunnah of Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, we ask Allah Subhana Allah to Allah
to reunite every single one of us once again in the masjid, we ask Allah subhanho wa Taala or a lot
please open the doors of the massage at once again. Yeah, a lot please open the doors of the massage
at once again, yeah, Allah please open the doors of the massage. And once again, allow us to see our
brothers and sisters that we used to see regularly allow us to interact with each other for the sake

out to someone that we know from the community that we used to see maybe only once a week or even
once a year. We ask Allah Subhana Allah to make it easy for us to reach out to one another grant is

but to ask to ask each other how we're doing and to seek forgiveness from one another. My brothers
