Look At The Quran As A Book Of
Guidance, As A Book Of Knowledge, As A
Book Of Mercy, Your Mindset And When You
Benefit From The Quran And The Lessons That
You Will Derive Will Be Far Greater And
Better.
It Will Be More Impactful For You In
Your Life Than If You Simply Look At
The Book As An Ancient Manuscript Or Text
Because Unfortunately, I Think Many Muslims Today And
This Is One Of The Reasons Why We
Have Become Somewhat Distance From The Quran Is
That We Treat The Book Like An Ancient
Manuscript And It Is No Doubt Something Which
Has Was Revealed Over 1400 Years Ago, But
Its Lessons And Its Verses And Its Stories

Mercy, A Book That You Can Learn From
And Benefit From A Book That Will Show
You The Path To Allah Azzawajal And The
Means Or The Way To Salvation This Life
And The Next Then You Will Take From
It That Which Will Give You Success And
Happiness In This Life And The Next.
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Continues In Verse 53
What Are They Waiting For But The Fulfillment
Of Its Prophecy?
On The Day It Is Fulfilled Those Who
Are Ignored It Will Say Our Lord'S Messenger
Spoke The Truth.
Is There Anyone To Deceive For Us Now
Or Can We Be Sent Back To Behave
Differently From The Way That We Behaved Before?
They Will Really Have Squandered Their Souls And
All That They Invented Will Have Deserted Them.
Allah Azzawajal Is Saying What Are They Waiting
For Except The Fulfillment Of The Prophecy That
They'Ve Been Given Because They Would Say
That We'Re Happy To Wait For Allah'S
Punishment To Come.
We'Re Happy To Wait For Death To
Come.
We'Re Happy To See What'S Going To
Take Place Afterwards.
We'Re Happy To Take That Risk And
Chance And That Is What Allah Azzawajal Is
Saying Is That What You'Re Waiting For
For Allah'S Prophecy To Come Upon You Whether
It Is The Prophecy Of Your Own Death
Or The Prophecy Of Yawm Al-Qiyamah, The
Day Of Judgment And What Will Take Place
In The Hereafter.
On That Day That Does Take Place Those
Who Are Ignored Those Warnings From Before Will
Say No Doubt The Prophets And Messengers That
Came To Us They Came With The Truth.
On That Day They Will Recognize It And
They Will Realize It And They Will Acknowledge
It.
But As We Mentioned Numerous Times Now Before
That Allah Azzawajal Tells Us In The Quran
That By Then It Is Too Late To
Recognize Something By That Time Will Be Too
Late At The Time Of Death On Yawm
Al-Qiyamah As They Stand Before Allah To
Be Judged.
It Will Be Too Late To Acknowledge To
Believe To Hope On That Day.
So What Are You Waiting For?
If You Think That That Is The Chance
Of What Is Going To Happen Then Why
Not Just Believe Now And Be On The
Safe Side?
But No, They Will Reject And They Will
Deny And They Will Turn Away And They
Will Ignore And Then When It Takes Place
Then They Will Acknowledge The Truthfulness Of The
Messages That Were Brought To Them, The Warnings
That They Were Given.
So On That Day, They Will Look For
Intercessors.
Who Can They Go To?
Who Can Intercede On Their Behalf?
Which Family Member, Which Friend, Which Prophet, Which
Messenger, Which Angel Who Can Come And Help
Them On Yawm Al-Qiyamah But On That
Day Won'T Benefit Them Because No One Can
Intercede On Yawm Al-Qiyamah Except If Allah
Allows Them To Do So And Allah Has
Told Us In The Quran Already That There
Can Be And Will Be No Intercession For
The Disbelievers.
And So Allah Azzawajal Says That They Will
Look For Intercessors ...
Or They Will Seek Some Type Of Return
To The Dunya So That They May Do
Actions Other Than The Ones That They Perform,
Give Them Another Chance Or Allah Allows To
Go Back Again, Give Us Another Act And
Allah Azzawajal Gave To Them Already So Many
Chances.
Every Day That They Lived In The Dunya,
Every Day That They Woke Up And They
Lived In This Life Was Another Chance.
Every Time They Heard The Message Of Islam,
It Was A Chance.
Every Time They Came Across The Quran With
The Name Of The Prophet Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam,
That Was A Chance.
Every Time They Experienced Something From The Signs
Of Allah, It Was A Chance And It
Didn'T Make Them Change, Didn'T Help Them.
So Why Then If They Return Do They
Think That It Will Be Any Different And
Allah Azzawajal Tells Us, We Mentioned Also In
The Quran That Those People If They Came
Then The Corruption Of Their Heart Would Make
Them Once Again Be Deluded By The Dunya
And The Whispers And The Traps Of Iblis
And Shaitan And They Would Go Back To
Their Ways Just As They Did Before Because
If There Was A Semblance Of Sincerity And
Purity In Their Hearts Then Allah Azzawajal Would
Give Them The Guidance.
They Would Have Accepted It The First Time.

But They Have Squandered Their Souls And All
That They Invented Will Have Deserted Them, All
The Gods That They Claimed Besides Allah Azzawajal
That They Said Would Help Them, That Would
Come To Their Aid, That Would Give To
Them Success And Salvation.
All Of Them Would Have Deserted Them And
Nothing Will Come To Their Aid, No Intercessors
On That Day, No Hope, No Type Of
Contentment Or Any Type Of Reward Will Come
Their Way On The Day Of Qiyamah.
Allah Azzawajal Continues In Verse Number 54 ...

Your Lord Is Allah Who Created The Heavens
And The Earth In Six Days, That Established
Himself A Rose Ascended Above The Throne Subhanahu
Wa'Ta'Ala.
He Makes The Night Cover The Day In
Swift Pursuit.
He Created The Sun, The Moon And The
Stars To Be Subservient To His Command.
All Creation And Command Belong To Him.
Exalted Be Allah, Lord Of All That Exists.
Allah Azzawajal After Mentioning These Few Verses Now
That We Mentioned At The Beginning Of Today'S
Episode And In The Last Episode As Well,
That Those People Who Denied Allah, The People
Of The Fire What They Will Do And
What They Will Experience Of What They Will
Go Through, Allah Azzawajal Now Comes Back To
This Issue Of Tawheed, The Whole Reason That
They Are In The Situation That They Are
In, That They Will Find The Situation That
They Will Be In On The Day Of
Qiyamah Is Because They Rejected This One Principle
And That Is The Principle Of Tawheed Of
Worshipping Allah Azzawajal Alone, Belief In Allah, Worship
Of Allah Alone, Living Your Life In Accordance
To Allah'S Laws.
And So Allah Azzawajal Says That Your Lord
Is Allah.
He Is The One Who Created The Heavens
And The Earth In Six Days And Everything
Else As We Know And As Is Mentioned
In A Number Of A Hadith Of The
Prophet Salallahu Alaihe Wasalam That He Created The
Heavens And The Earth In Six Days Subhanahu
Wa'Ta'Ala As Is Also The Belief Of
Other Religions Such As The Christians Who Believe
The Same Thing But The Difference Being That
We Don'T Believe That Allah Then Rested On
The Seventh Day That He Was Too Tired,
That He Had To Rest Or Take A
Break On Yawm Al-Qiyamah Because Allah Azzawajal
Is Free From All Imperfections Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala
And Weaknesses And Allah Has No Need To
Rest Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala, No Need Or Nothing
Overcomes Him Or Tires Him Out As Allah
Mentions In Ayatul Kursi No Fatigue, No Slumber,
No Sleep Overcomes Him Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala And
Then He Ascended Above The Throne In The
Manner Which Befits His Majesty Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala,
Allah Azzawajal Does As He Pleases And Allah
Azzawajal Goes As He Pleases Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala
And No One Can Object Or Oppose The
Commands Of Allah Azzawajal Or His Will Or
His Actions Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Yuqsh Al-Layl
Al-Nahar And Allah Azzawajal Decrees That The
Night Should Cover The Day In Swift Pursuit
And Likewise Therefore The Day Covering The Night,
The Night Covers The Day And That Is
Something Which Allah Azzawajal After He Created The
Heavens And Earth Determined The Universal Laws.
He Determined The Way That Things Will Take
Place.
He Determined Night And Day, The Sun And
The Moon, The Stars, The Oceans One Of
These Things That We Today Called The Physical
Laws And The Universal Laws That We Use
In Order To Understand The Dunya And Everything
That Takes Place In It.
Those Are The Laws That Allah Azzawajal Established.
And He Created The Sun And The Moon
And The Stars And All Are Subservient To
His Command, Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
They Do As He Pleases Jalla Fi'Ula
And They Do As Allah Azzawajal Commands Subhanahu
Wa'Ta'Ala And That Is Why Allah Azzawajal
Has Made Each One Of Them Also Parts
Of This Religion.
We Use The Sun To Understand The Times
Of Salah, We Use The Sun To Understand
Where The Qibla Is, We Use The Moon
To Understand The Coming And The Going Of
The Lunar Months, Ramadan And Laylatul Qadar And
Dhul-Hijjah And All Of The Months We
Use Them To Understand Our Worship.
We Use The Stars As A Means Of
Navigation, As A Beautification Of The Heavens As
Allah Azzawajal Tells Us That They Are Shot
At The Devils When They Come To Steal
The News Of The Heavens.
These Are Things That We Use In Our
Religion.
All Of Them Are Subservient To The Command
Of Allah Azzawajal.
These Are The Greatest Things That We Can
See With The Naked Visible Eye.
You See The Sun, You See The Moon,
You See The Stars Every Single Day.
The Planets Other Things That Exist, They'Re
Not Visible To The Naked Eye Each And
Every Single Day.
These Are Things That You See All Around
You, All Of Them From The Great Creations
Of Allah Azzawajal, All Of Them Subservient To
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
So The Earth With Everything That It Contains
And All Of Its Amazing Creations.
It Is Still Small And Significant When We
Compare It To The Sun And It Is
Insignificant When We Compare It To The Rest
Of The Universe And That Is The Power
Of Allah Azzawajal And That Is Why He
Alone Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Is Worthy Of Worship
Jalla Fi Ulaa, All Creation And Command Belongs
To Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
He Is The One Who Created Everything, That
Which Is In The Upper Realms Or That
Which Is In The Lower Realms, That Which
Allah Azzawajal Does, All Of It Is His
Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala, His Creation And Al-Amr,
All Commands Are His Commands Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala,
Whether They Are The Commands Of The Universal
Laws Or The Commands Of The Sharia Laws,
The Universal Laws Of Those Things Which No
One Can Escape And The Sharia Laws Of
Those Things Which Are Beloved To Allah, That
Allah Is Pleased With, That He Encourages People
To Accept And To Live Their Lives In
Accordance To But Allah Azzawajal Does Not Forced
Upon Anyone, Tabarakallahu Rabbul Alameen, So Exalted Be
Allah, Lord Of All That Exists, We Praise
Him And We And We Exalt Him Subhanahu
Wa'Ta'Ala And We Magnify His Majesty Jalla
Fi Ulaa And We Declare That He Is
Free Of All Imperfections And Weaknesses Subhanahu Wa'Ta
'Ala, Blessed Is Allah Azzawajal Lord Of All
That Exists.
Allah Azzawajal Then Says So If You Know
That This Is Your Lord And These Are
His Powers And His Ability Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala
And His Creations Then You Should Worship Him
Alone As Allah Then Mentioned In Verse Number
55 So Call Upon Your Lord Humbly And
Privately.
He Does Not Like Those Who Transgress His
Bounds.
So If This Is Your Lord, He'S The
One Who Created Everything, Who Provides For Everything,
Who Sustains Everything, Who Has Power And Ability
Over Everything.
He Is The One Who Commands As He
Pleases And His Judgment Is Final Subhanahu Wa'Ta
'Ala.
If This Is Your Lord And You See
His Signs All Around You Manifesting Everything Around
You Then Why Would You Not Worship Him?
Why Wouldn'T You Acknowledge Him And There Is
Not A Power Or There Is Not A
Position Rather Of Weakness Or Futility Or It
Is Not A Position That You Should Be
Ashamed Of, That You Should Feel Humble Or
That You Should Feel Degraded By But Rather
It Is A Position Of Honor For Those
Who Do So Because If You Degrade Yourself
In Front Of Others, Other Humans, Other People
That Is Degrading But People Do It All
The Time Because They Need A Job Because
They Need Money Because They Need Favors.
You Have To Chase People.
You Have To Run After Them.
You Have To Ask Them Because That'S Just
The Way Human Life Is, It'S Just The
Way The Dunya Is That You Have To
Go And Do Those Things.
But Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Is Telling Us
Now That Allah Azzawajal Is The One Who
Is Deserving Of That And Allah Azzawajal When
You Do It To Him, He Honors You
And He Gives To You And He Shows
You His Mercy.
So When You Turn To Allah Azzawajal And
You Show Him That Level Of Impoverishment Or
Need Or Poverty, That Level Of Humility And
Humbleness Before Him Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala And Piety,
Allah Azzawajal Honors You And Raises You Because
That Is A Position Of Honor That You
Are In When You Turn To Allah Azzawajal
As Opposed To When You Do It To
Other Humans Because That Is Degrading And That
Is Humiliating And That Is Something Which Other
People May Then Look Upon You And Make
Fun Of You And Mock You For But
It'S Not Equal The Two Things.
So When We Say That We Are The
Slaves Of Allah Because Some People Don'T Like
That Word That We Call Ourselves The Slaves
Of Allah, Use The Word Servant, Use The
Word Creation, Use Something Else Because The Word
Slaves And It Is It Does Have Certain
Connotations No Doubt Because Of What Has Happened
Throughout The Course Of History And Especially With
Certain People And Certain Communities And Nations, No
Doubt It Has Its Connotations, But We Have
To Also Be Able To Distinguish Between That
Type Of Slavery, Which Was Evil In The
Way That It Was Practiced By Those People
Who Didn'T Do It In In Accordance To
The Commands Of Allah Azzawajal And When Allah
Azzawajal Is Legislated As Full Of Oppression And
Harm And Evil Or And The Slavery That
We Speak About Which Is A Slavery Of
Servitude.
It Is A Slavery Of Submission To The
One That Controls Everything In The Heavens And
The Earth And That Is Something Which Is
Honorable And That Is Something That The Muslim
Should Be Proud Of And It'S Not Necessarily
About The Term But About The Concept That
We Should Understand And So We Are The
Slaves Of Allah Azzawajal And That Is Something
Which A Person Should Be Proud To Call
Themselves To Call Upon Your Lord Humbly And
Privately, Quietly, Privately And Openly And Privately And
Humbly Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala For Allah Azzawajal Loves
That Which Is Closer To Sincerity Because When
You Do It Out Of Humbleness, Out Of
Need, Out Of Poverty And You Do It
Privately It Is More Likely That You'Re
Going To Show Sincerity.
So Allah Azzawajal Says Call Upon Him, Invoke
Him, Supplicate To Him Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala And
The Dua That Is Mentioned Here Is A
General Meaning Of Ibadah Because The Dua Is
Of Two Types, The Dua Of Mas'ala
Which Is When You Raise Your Hands And
You Ask Allah In Dua Which Is Most
Of Which Is What You Would What Most
People Think Of Or What Is Well First
Comes To Your Mind When The Word Dua
Is Mentioned, But There Is A More General
Meaning Of Dua Which Is The Dua Of
Ibadah As The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihe Wasallam All
Of A Dua Is Ibadah It Is Worship.
What Does That Mean?
Every Act Of Worship That You Perform Is
A Form Of Dua Because What You Are
Doing As You Pray, Read Quran, Make Dhikr,
Give Charity, Be Good To Your Parents, Inherently
What You'Re Asking For Through That Act
Of Worship Is Allah'S Mercy And His Reward
And His Forgiveness And Safety From His Punishment,
Even Though You May Not Utter The Words,
But That Is The Meaning Of The Act
Of Worship.
We Don'T Pray Except For Allah'S Forgiveness And
His Mercy And To Be Protected From His
Punishment.
You Don'T Read Quran Except For Those Things.
You Don'T Be Good To Your Parents Except
For Those Things.
You Don'T Show Good Character And Display Except
For Those Things.
So All Of That Is An Act Of
Dua In That Sense And So Allah Azzawajal
Says Do So And The Best Of Those
Who Do So Are Those Who Do So
With The Highest Levels Of Sincerity And That
Means That You Have To Show Humility And
Humbleness Before Allah And It Means That You
Try To Keep Your Actions Private As Much
As You Can Unless The Sharia Tells You
To Do It Publicly Like The Tawaf And
Like The Salah And Congregation Unlike Certain Other
Actions Or There Is A Benefit In Doing
It Openly For Example In Sometimes Giving Charity
Openly That Can Encourage Others And So On.
Allah Azzawajal Says In Verse 56 Do
Not Corrupt The Earth After It Has Been
Set White And Call Upon Him Fearing And
Hoping The Mercy Of Allah Is Close To
Those Who Do Good.
So Allah Azzawajal After Telling Us To Call
Upon Him In Worship With Sincerity, Allah Then
Tells Us Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala To Stay Away
From That Which Causes Corruption And Evil Upon
The Earth.
Don'T Do The Haram, Stay Away From That
Which Allah Azzawajal Has Forbidden, Stay Away From
That Which Is Displeasing To Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta
'Ala.
So If You Truly Believe In Allah And
Worship Him Those Are The Two Components Of
The Religion To Worship Allah Which Means To
Do What Allah Has Obligated Upon You And
To Do What Allah Has Registrated For You
And To Stay Away From The Haram In
That Which Allah Azzawajal Has Prohibited.
...And Call Upon Him In With Hope And
With Fear, Hoping For Allah'S Reward, Hoping For
Allah'S Blessings.
But At The Same Time Fearing His Punishment,
Hoping That Allah Will Accept Your Deeds But
Fearing That He May Reject Them Because None
Of Us Have The Guarantee That Allah Will
Accept Our Deeds.
We Can Perform The Deeds.
I Can Pray, I Can Read Quran, I
Can Give These Lectures.
Will They Be Accepted By Allah?
That Is Our Hope.
That Is Our Dua, That Is What We
Endeavor To Find And To Achieve, But We
Don'T Have A Guarantee.
Only Allah Knows, Allah Could Reject Everything That
We Do And That Is Why The Muslims
Always Between These Two States Of Hope And
Fear And They Always From Those People Return
To Allah Azzawajal.
And So Therefore These Are From The Etiquettes
Of Dua, Etiquettes Of Asking Of Allah And
Worshipping Allah, Sincerity, Trying To Keep Them Private
As Much As You Can, Not To Boast,
Not To Show Off, Not To Be Arrogant,
To Have The Sense Of Hope And Fear,
Divine Hope And Fear In Allah Azzawajal, To
Do It To The Best Of Your Ability,
To Stay Away From Harming Others, Inna Rahmatallahi
Qareebun Minal Muhsineen For Allah'S Mercy Is Close
To Those Who Do Good.
In Verse 57 Allah Azzawajal Then Gives To
Us An Example Of This, Which Is A
Physical Example But Also An Example That We
Can Understand In The Spiritual Sense.
It Is Allah Who Sends The Winds Bearing
Good News Of His Coming Grace And When
They Have Gathered Up The Heavy Clouds, We
Drive Them Into A Dead Land Where We
Cause Rain To Fall, Bringing Out All Kinds
Of Crops, Just As We Shall Bring Out
The Dead.
Will You Not Then Reflect?
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala After Mentioning All Of
This, He Speaks Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala, He Speaks
About His Mercy, Speaks About His Powers And
His Ability Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
It Is Allah Azzawajal Who Sends The Wind
And The Coming Of The Wind Especially In
Those Communities That Know How To Read The
Weather.
They Can Read The Clouds And The Wind
And The General Atmosphere That They Live In.
There Are Certain Types Of Breezes And Winds
That People Understand That This Wind Is One
That Is Likely By Allah'S Permission To Bring
Rain.
And So Allah Azzawajal Sends It As A
Precursor As A Good Sign As The Good
Tiding For The Coming Of Rain By The
Permission Of Allah Azzawajal And People When They
See Or They Experience Or They Feel That
Wind, They Become Happy And They Rejoice Because
They Know That Inshallah Soon They Will Come
With It Rain And It Brings What Has
Been Gathered Of The Heavy Clouds.
And We Drive It To The Barren Dead
Land, The Land That Is In Need Of
Real Rain, Its People, Its Crops, Its Animals,
Its Livestock Are In Need Of Rain.
And Then The Rain Descends Upon The Land
Bringing It Back To Life By Allah'S Permission,
By His Grace And His Blessings And His
Mercy Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala.
And We Will Bring From It All Types
Of Crops.
Just Like That, We Will Bring Out The
Dead As And Will You Not Then Reflect
Because The Crops Start From That Seed That
Is In The Ground And Allah Azzawajal Commands
A Way For It To Come Out And
It Comes Out And Likewise When Every Person
Dies, They Are Buried In The Ground Or
They Are Decomposed Of In One Way Or
Another And As The Prophet Told Us Salallahu
Alaihe Wasalam That The Earth Eats Every Single
Thing Of The Human Body Except For The
Very Smallest End Of The Spine That Is
Preserved, That Smallest Part Of The Bone And
That Isn'T Eaten Up.
It Is Like That Seed That Remains In
The Ground And When Allah Azzawajal Commands That
The Trumpet Is Blown And The People Should
Be Resurrected.
They Too Will Sprout Up From The Ground
Just As The Seed Does.
If Allah Has The Ability For The Seed
To Grow From The Ground And Only Allah
Knows How That Works And We Understand Now
The Roots Of That But Even Then Allah
Azzawajal Is The One Who Allows To Do
That With The Coming Of The Rain Then
Surely Allah Azzawajal Has The Ability For The
People To Be Resurrected On Yawm Al-Qiyamah
And To Stand Before Their Lord Subhanahu Wa'Ta
'Ala.
And In The Final Verse That We Will
Take Today Verse 58 Allah Azzawajal Then Says
Finishing Off This Particular Example.
Vegetation Comes Out Of Good Land In Abundance
By The Will Of Its Lord, But Out
Of Bad Land Only Scantily.
We Explain Our Revelations In Various Ways To
Those Who Give Thanks.
Allah Subhanahu Wa'Ta'Ala Then Speaks About The
Land And The Different Types Of Land That
Even When Rain Falls Upon It Not All
The Land Is The Same, Not All The
Crops That Come Out Of The Land Are
The Same.
Some Are Extremely Fertile And They Give A
Good Crop And A Good Harvest And Other
Lands Don'T Give Or Very Little Comes Out
From It Even With Heavy Rain, Very Little
Goes From It And It Is Very Infertile.
Likewise The People Are The Same.
There Are People Who Benefit From The Signs
Of Allah And The Revelation Of Allah Which
Is The Spiritual Rain That Allah Sends And
They Take It And They Benefit From It
And They Are Like The Lush Field And
Farm That Gives Us So Much In Terms
Of Its Crops And Its Vegetation And Its
Fruits And Then There Are Those People Who
Despite All Of The Rain And Revelation Come
To Them.
They Are Scantily Giving Anything Back Or Sometimes
Nothing They Are Dead And They Are Barren
And So Allah Azzawajal Says That This Is
How We Explain Our Revelations For Those Who
Give Thanks.
These Are Signs From Allah Azzawajal And These
Are Examples Of The Way That The Hearts
Also Take Revelation, Understand It And Use It
And Benefit From It And How Other Hearts
Do Not Take From It And Don'T Benefit
From It And Rather They Reject It Just
As The Rain Helps Some Of The Land
And It Doesn'T Help Other Parts Of The
Land And Allah Azzawajal Knows Best And With
That We Come To The End Of Today'S
