Abu Taymiyyah – Common Mistakes Part 5 Starting the Salat Sitting Down on a Plane or Train

Assalamu alaikum, my brothers and my sisters. We're

going to demonstrate now

how to pray on the plane. So here,

Adam is sitting in front of me. Let's

just try and imagine that this is an

actual real seat on a plane, and this

is how we normally sit. Right? Okay? So

when starting the prayer, I have to start

in the standing position, and I can't start

just Allahu Akbar like that. No. I gotta

stand up because I mentioned earlier that one

has to be

and I can definitely stand up on the

plane once obviously I'm allowed to walk around.

Okay? Not when, you know, it's it's setting

Allahu Akbar.

As soon as I'm done with my fatiha

and I read whatever I need to read,

and I need to do the ruku now.

Right? And I can't do the ruku like

that, so I sit back down.

Okay? I sit back down, I do the

report, and then I do the sujood,

and I complete my salah like that. And

the probability is he

has to come with that which he's able

to do. If he can't do the rest,

then

it he's pardon for it. But I can
