this is the month of the Quran, the month of Ramadan. So, we're

gonna look at a very very important verse of the Quran today

and try to understand what Allah subhanaw taala is telling us about

this.

invented? This is how we make our science clear. So perhaps they

will return to the right path.

This is talking about a historical event that every one of us

experienced. But I don't know if anybody remembers it. So I'll jog

your memory, just in case you do remember it? So because I'm

looking for a person who remembers this? I haven't found one yet. But

I'm sure there must be somebody who remembers it. What happened is

that when ALLAH SubhanA wa Tada

before He created all of humanity, created other mighty Salaam.

There's multiple versions Hadith that explained this, that he

rubbed the back of Adam it salaam, and from it extracted every single

person that was supposed to come into this world until the day of

judgment. So including us. Now, we don't know how many millions of

years after otherwise Salaam and how many more people, but every

single one of us was initially created in a very, very small

miniature minute forms.

Then Allah subhanho wa Taala said,

Am I not your Lord?

So he manifested Himself to us. And then he said, Am I not your

Lord?

Everybody said, everybody was pure them. There was no there was no

adulteration, no corruption, no distraction.

They all said,

Of course you are. You can't be anything else. We testify.

Does anybody remember this?

When Allah manifested Himself and asked, untie your Lord

So this is something Allah subhanaw taala mentioned. Now, why

does he mention this is the question, what's the point of us

knowing this? The point of us knowing this, is that when Allah

is our Creator, when he created everybody, and everybody was pure

and not changed, and not adulterated and not spoiled, then

they won't deny Allah. Anybody who's on the fitrah will not deny

Allah. However, we made to forget this, because if we remember this,

nobody would deny Allah.

So we're made to forget this. However, in the Hereafter, it's

going to become very clear in our mind that this happened, we will

be remembering it. But then we'll also be remembering what happened

in this world as to how we acted in this world. Right? So now, if

we acted

correctly, in accordance to worshiping Allah and obeying Him,

then we're going to be very, very happy. There's going to be a lot

of happiness, because we remember this. We call this a covenant. We

remember this agreement. And then we also remember what our dunya we

lifeforce. However, if we find that our life was against what we

had said that Oh Allah, You are our Lord, then it's going to be a

lot of misery, misery. May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us fortune

and so either in the hereafter that's why we have words for this

God a fella. Fella means a success after which there is no failure.

Also sad that

Now, Allah then explains in this verse, why he took this covenant,

reminds us through the Quran, through the prophets, that you are

you accepted Allah, you call him your Lord. So now your actions

better be like that. Alhamdulillah when we are sitting in a masjid

and saying this, so that's great, that we obviously believe in Allah

and that's why we say this and may Allah witness Allah is a witness

to this anyway. And on the Day of Judgment Insha Allah, this session

will be used for us we ask Allah subhanaw taala to accept this

session, except our sitting here and accept this for this when when

we are challenged by this. So Allah says Allah cautions You have

no right to say now on Judgement Day, we didn't know about this. We

know about Allah. Because there could be some people who say that,

Oh, we don't know about Allah.

Because we're reminding you. Also, you cannot say it was our

forefathers, they started this whole trend of associating

partners, even though they were doing shit. They were doing bad.

We just followed them. What else are we going to know?

They did something we just follow them, we usually follow our

parents anyway. Except in the modern world, very difficult to

find a child and father thinking in the same way, right? It's a new

world we're living in mashallah individualism, but usually, if the

father was a cobbler, or a tailor, or a

builder, then the children would do the same thing for hundreds of

years and then they would get a name from that as well. You know,

however, now everybody's different. Nobody wants to carry

on the parents business unless it's a very easy business. Then

it's okay just sit and take the money and boss people around but

if it's a complicated business, no they want to do their own business

Subhan Allah Allah Tala make it easy. So don't say this, that Oh,

we found our forefathers doing this. And we as their descendants

were just following in their footsteps. Are you going to

destroy us because of the falsehood they invented?

This is how we make our science clear. Allah says so perhaps you

will return to the right path because we're not

We're here to condemn you. Allah is saying we want you to be on the

right path. We're giving you every opportunity and every excuse and

every reminder and every advice and every chance to be on the

right path. May Allah subhanho wa Taala grant us to feel may Allah

subhanaw taala accept from us. And may Allah bless this month of

Ramadan, while he read that one annual hamdu Lillahi Rabbil

aalameen. The point of a lecture is to encourage people to act to

get further an inspiration and encouragement, persuasion. The

next step is to actually start learning seriously to read books

to take on a subject of Islam and to understand all the subjects of

Islam at least at the basic level, so that we can become more aware
