the drink of the people of hellfire following the discussion
last time in the last session we had about the food of the people
of hellfire. So with food comes drink. So that's why we move on to
drink of the people of hellfire. And thereafter that we have a
section on how different people from earlier times especially how

on? No, everything goes on at home like you know we do what we need
to do. I mean, there could be children listening that's why I'm
not going into graphics, but we do. It's always available. So what
is it but primarily I think it's to do with what they watch, which
cannot be done at home. Because It's haram. So then they find
that's why one beautiful dua for this that people who are

fasting so this is the third time he was fasting. Now finally the

going on? So he says, Just three days. I've been fasting for three
days. I've been fasting for three days, but every day that my Iftar

So the next day when it's Iftar time is the same thing. He says,
just remove it. So then they said to him, yeah, bercerita helico.

very weak. Third day, he starts fasting again. And his son comes

There's numerous stories like this I mean, how many do we want to
mention saying that I thought a salami again, he had a similar
kind of situation until he became very weak. So then Solihull
morally says I said to him, you've really really caused yourself so
much harm and I'm going to make something for you now. I'm going
to prepare something you and I don't want you because I'm giving
you is hospitality. You're not allowed to reject my hospitality
you're not allowed to deny it you're not allowed to refuse it
says okay, fine. I agree. So I went and bought some so weak mean
edge worthy my widget to was some that was some none. So when bought
some of this barley mixture, the best that I could find like the
best quality one, and I bought some ghee, this clarified butter,
and I made this kind of drink from him from there. I mixed it all
together. And I think no, he made it like into a paste halwa type.
And then I sent it with my son to him along with a
a container of water. And I said to my son, make sure you stay with
him until he drinks it. So finally my son came back and he said, Yes,
he drank it.
I want to do this for a few days. So the
Second day, I did the same thing. And I told my son again to do the
same thing. This time my son came back, and he hadn't drank it. He
said he didn't drink it. So berated him quite a bit. And he
said, subhanAllah
I know then he said, I went to him myself.
Up a tsunami, I went to a thought of * myself instead of my
son. And I said, you read refused my, you know, my hospitality. And
this is actually something that's supposed to be benefiting you,
it's supposed to assist you for your prayer. So he gave me this
excuse that it's gonna, if you get so weak, and I'm gonna be able to
pray, and you're not going to be able to remember Allah subhanaw
taala. So then when he saw that I was angry with him, I was upset
with him. He said, Yeah, about aebischer.
Please don't let this make you feel bad. I did drink it the first
day you sent it. But on the second day, I felt like I should drink
it. But I wasn't able to. Because every time I tried to drink it,
this verse comes in my mind of Surat Ibrahim, verse 17. The
general what I acquired, you see who were T Hill Mo, to me and
Colima? Can, Omar, whoever you mean you to me? What are you here,
other one will leave, they're going to try to drink it. But the
death is going to be coming to them from all sides, but they're
still not going to die. You know, that verse I mentioned.
La ilaha illAllah. So his friend slowly began to cry. And then he
said to him, You know what? You're somewhere else. And I'm somewhere
else like I he was trying to understand where he's coming from,
like, you know, if somebody, sometimes somebody does some, into
some kind of diet, they take on a job or something like I just can't
understand I know this guy. How is he doing that? Why is he doing
that? They can't understand the reasoning for that. So he's saying
Arani, fewer than one to hear her. I see myself in one valley and you
in another valley? Like I just can't understand you.
So again, this wasn't happening to everybody. But this was happening.
Some people if this can happen at least once to us, maybe it's a
good thing you'll give us that
fear that we need. It looks like this author has sold me this, so
many people have had this experience with him. And he's
giving the same response to everybody. There's another one,
which is from Abdullah, Minnesota. He says that I once invited Robert
L. Casey, to my house one evening come
to my house to eat. So he came to me. At Soho time, maybe this was
Ramadan. Maybe this was some sir who doubt him that he was I gave
him some food. He took a bit of it. And I said Have some more. I
don't think you're satiated. You've not had enough. He just had
like a bit a few muscles.
And he shrieked, caused me to be frightened, says kafer ashba, Yama

how can I be satisfied with food mashallah we eat to satisfaction

we eat to satisfaction and even more you go to a restaurant and
the amount that people order, right. And the excess. And
generally, a lot of the time they waste things a lot of the time,
okay, you can take maybe some kind of half decent eaten dishes, half
left, that looks decent, but otherwise, a lot of it is, for
example, in some restaurants, they give you salad with everything.
But they don't eat that salad like Turks, they give you said
Lebanese, they give you salad bits of salad with everything. Now how
much salad or you can eat? Why don't you just tell them stop the
salad.
People aren't willing to improvise like that they're not willing to
plan they know they've been to a restaurant. So many times they
know that salad is going to be wasted or they don't eat tomatoes,
or tomatoes. Right? But they won't say no.
So almost like
let them bring it up paid for this.
That's why I don't eat out much. But when I do go, I try to be very
careful because I don't want the food to be wasted. Right. So
especially if you've got experience with a place you should
tell it look, this is how I want it charged me the full amount.
This is how I don't want to waste any money. Because they just do it
like standard, they just add all of these flourishes. And these
this is all embellishment for them. It's food.
It's what gets wasted otherwise.
And there's people who would give you an arm and a leg for this, you
know, in some countries, and we waste so much and the statistics
show that anyway and we're part of it. We're part of this waste.
So he's saying that how can I be satisfied in these days of the
world when this tree of the comb which we discussed last time is
constantly in front of me. It's the food of the
sinners. So then I just said
it's like you know, you're trying to get somebody to eat and you've
made this whole biryani but the guys on a carb free diet is not
going to eat is like Okay, fine. You know, our people will still
try to feed you like know your diet. You know, forget your diet
today. They'll give you
All sorts of excuses. You're not on a diet right now. Right? But
finally he says, I just lifted it up. So almost like embarrassed.

where somewhere else, we can't even understand what you're doing.
You know, like you invite something and they don't eat video
and he's like, what's wrong with you? Why don't you biani? Like,

don't like too much meat.
Right? And they're like, Hey, are you crazy? Like, you know, this is
good meat, you know, like, have some more so like, I've had
enough. I went to a barbecue the other day, I had one piece of
chicken. I had one chop, I had one small other piece of meat. And I
had
I think it was half a burger and I just couldn't eat anymore. Like
that's as much meat as I can eat. What am I going to do about that?
So
people think that when they go to a bar, you must eat, eat, eat
meat, like stuff yourself with it. And then the only meat that you
you're actually allowed to stuff yourself with is qurbani meat

on the Sunnah. The on the day of evil of her which is coming up on
the day of Eid, when they would do the quarter Barney that would here
he would actually not eat any bread with it. It just eat the
meat on that day. But he was not a beat eater. But on this day,

semblance of consciousness, we have to have some kind of idea of
precaution. Just because Allah has given us money to buy what we want
doesn't mean we do that by what you want, but at least don't waste
at least eating proportion. You know, at least have some kind of
concern for the hereafter when you're eating Enjoy your meal, but
at least have some concern. See why even Abdullah Qure says once
we with Omar Ibni dyrham Omar ignore dyrham It was a coastal
area. And he would only eat from night tonight. So we came, brought
some foods. And as he was about to eat so whole time when he heard
one of the people doing the hedge Jude somewhere, right? He was
reciting this and how often do you think we're going to be exposed to
somebody doing the hedge at a beach
what's the possibility? Mashallah. And he was reading in Nisha

so he ate something.
Allahu Akbar just a few more stories. Before we end this famous
Stubby. There were two ways that he could come home from the
Masjid. Right. There was one of the ways one of the routes took
him past the mountains. Maybe that's the way he could get a view
of the mountains.
When he was returning when He would return from McGriff Salaat
if he took that mountainous path, he would come and not eat. So why
not? Why don't you when you come through that path? Why don't you
eat?
He said you know when I see those peaks, they're very gloomy at
night. You know when it's dusky? When it's about to sun is about to
set these peaks the mountain peaks the mountain tops, they seem girly

He remembers that from the look of the mountains, and that sun

of the hereafter.

do Iftar these are all Iftar these people generally fasting anyway,
when it was brought close to him, he started crying. He said, Why

the desires of the people of hellfire. Allah says in the Quran,
about the people of hellfire he quotes them they'll say a fee to
Allah in minima. Omarosa Comala the people of hellfire will say to
the people of paradise, pour over some water or anything of that
which Allah has provided you. So all of these things that you have
put some of that over us
and then there'll be responded to the response will be in Allah ha

it unlawful for the disbelievers.
Even a person like Abdul Medicube number one, who's one of the above
omae colleagues, once he drank very nice and cold, cool water.
And he just started crying. He said, what's made you cry Ameerul

drink. They won't be given anything to drink.

they will try to ingest but they won't be able to ingest it. That's
what I remember. And I feel like this. Then there's another one
from Ibrahim and Nephi. He says that every time I read this verse
in Surah, two sub verse 54, except that I just remember, it just Rick
recalls for me being refused water. Because this is what's
going to happen in the Hellfire for the disbelievers where he'll
obey in the home. Rabina is the whole sort of sub, there'll be a
barrier, an obstacle placed between them and what they would
want what they would desire. So he says that's what I feel like.
Once Mohammed Abu Musab Allah with the devotee, he asked for some
water, but then
they just have a berada berada is something that they would use to
call the water maybe it was some kind of around pulley kind of
thing with ice around it to cool the water. When he heard that
sound, was making some kind of strange rumbling sound or whatever
it is. grindings I don't know what it was. he shrieked, he said,
mean Aner look affinity berada where you're going to find a
fridge in our turns where you're going to find a fridge in
hellfire. And then it reminded him what he yesterday through UVA to
be in Cal mon when they will seek something like this to drink they
will be given this hot boiling water this plus stuff to drink.
Now, I would say that this does not mean that you need to stop
having a cool drink or that you can enjoy a nice Mojito. It's just
that when you do enjoy one, remember this that enjoy the
mojito thank Allah subhanaw taala has given us this cool, cooled,
cooling drink, to drink because it's an atom of Allah. It's not
haram, it's absolutely halal.
It's available to drink. Allah has given it to us we are allowed to
drink it. But just remember by that, that we will do sugar to
Allah subhanho wa Taala for Allah giving us this. And in sha Allah,
we can also thank Allah and thus, avoid doing wrongs so that we
don't end up in hellfire. So it's supposed to be like a prevention
from sin for us preventer of sin from us, and also thankfulness
that Allah subhanaw taala has given because any good that Allah
has given us in the world and we thank Allah for it, we fulfill
this right, then inshallah it will not be a burden for us. That would
be the way that that would be one of the ways that we can deal with
this insha Allah
that ends our doors for today. The next time it finally moves on to
the clothing of the people of hellfire, do they have clothing,
what kind of clothing and what kind of a punishment is included
in the clothing that will be discussed in sha Allah next time.
