As salam o Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
		

			Inshallah continuing with our series titled illuminated where we look at many of the ions in the
Quran in which Allah subhanaw taala tells us about the concept of a *, light illumination. Today
inshallah we're going to be looking at Southern number 57 Surah Al Hadid is number 19.
		

			In this ayah, Allah subhanaw taala introduces us to a couple of very important characteristics of
the people that will receive that light in that illumination from Allah subhanaw taala.
		

			A couple of very important characteristics
		

			that if you will, help a person unlock the light.
		

			So Allah subhanaw taala says, well, Adina Amanullah, you are Rosalie he, that those people who
believe in Allah, and they believe in the messengers of Allah, Allah eager whom those people they
are not right off the bat here very quickly. And again, I always kind of mentioned this I, I try my
best not to kind of go into the weeds as I call it.
		

			But I wanted to just highlight it because I think that it is,
		

			you know, worth taking a note of like a home. Right? There's a level of emphasis here. Allah is
emphasizing those people they are. So there's a lot of emphasis, the Allah is telling you take note
of these people. Remember these people know these people.
		

			And the goal is to be amongst these people. So what does Allah say? Who Musa de una? They are the
people whom Allah describes, with the attribute of acidic.
		

			Now the word Cydia because of it being a common name in Muslim culture. And then obviously, the
title of Bucha acidic Radi Allahu anhu, right? It's a word that we're somewhat familiar with. But
what does this word actually mean?
		

			Well, the root of this word has to do with truth.
		

			And so at some level, the etymology of the word it means that there's an honesty, there's a
truthfulness, there's an integrity, and a transparency with this person. This is someone who is
honest, this is someone who is as they call it, an open book. This is someone who has integrity.
This is somebody who is trustworthy.
		

			But it goes deeper than that. Because SIDBI it means not only is this person honest, and has
integrity, and it's transparent, and it's trustworthy. But it also means that this person confirms
the honesty
		

			and in a way demands honesty. So not only is this person honest, but they also demand honesty, they
command honesty
		

			that they are so honest with you that you have no choice but to be honest with them.
		

			And that's why part a possible translation or a part of the translation of this word acidic in the
English language is loyalty.
		

			Loyalty.
		

			A Sadiq is someone who is loyal.
		

			Right? The old Arabic proverb says that a seal a Sadiq, Omen, Sadhak, lamb and suck.
		

			All right, which basically means a true loyal friend, is someone that will tell you the truth, not
someone that will just tell you that you're right.
		

			Not a Yes, man. Not somebody will just tell you what you want to hear. But somebody that will tell
you like it is, that's a real true friend. All right. And Allah in the Quran tells us about Sadiq
that the Prophet Ibrahim was good Phil Kitab Ibrahim, you know who Ghana Siddiq and
		

			that Abraham was a loyal friend of God. Ibrahim was a loyal friend of God. So Allah describes the
greatest of the prophets, like Ibrahim alayhi salam as being Siddiq being loyal.
		

			And when we talk about this attribute, this quality of loyalty,
		

			there's a story that really captures the essence of it.
		

			And it's the reference that I made earlier. And that is the story of Abu Bakr, Radi Allahu Allah. So
what is the story of
		

			of Abu Bakr. The story of Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Anhu is, of course we know he was one of the first
people to believe in the prophets, Allah VSAM. He never left the sight of the prophets, Allah. He
said, he always stood by the prophets, Allah He, He defended the prophets, Allah the term, he
sacrificed everything he owned. For the prophets, Allah the term and even on multiple occasions, was
pretty much willing to step up to sacrificing his own life for the prophets, Allah, the sinner.
		

			But there's a particular moment that is kind of captured in history that is very powerful. What is
that moment, the night of Ely, Straubel mirage? The journey by night from Mecca to Jerusalem, and
then the ascension above the heavens, the night of the soul with mirage. When the prophets Allah the
salam took the most miraculous journey. He went on the most miraculous journey that any human being
has ever experienced.
		

			When he came back before Fajr time,
		

			and then he went out to tell the people, unfortunately, but it was the plan of Allah and everything
worked out. They're one of the first people that he ran into outside was Abuja.
		

			And Abuja said, Whoa, easy. You seem excited what's going on?
		

			And he said that you won't believe what happened with me.
		

			Oh, please tell me
		

			Abuja and raise trouble. So the process he tells him and he goes, Oh, he says, You should tell
everybody because right that's what I was thinking the process. Of course, I want to tell everyone,
so he goes, let me go and gather people for you.
		

			And the process is not naive. He understands that Bucha has trouble but the process of understands
what I have will overpower whatever he plans. Right? Well, my cut Oh my God, Allah will allow
healing, not kidding. He can plan whatever he wants, but God's plan will come to fruition. God is
almighty and supreme. So the process is sure go round up. The folks round up the people. Abuja has
his industry just corralling people into the huddle.
		

			And as the crowd gathers there, Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Allah news is walking into the Masjid. He sees
him Regina, and he's like, This isn't good. So he abou Dante's Abu Bakar and says, Hey, Rebecca,
		

			did you hear what your buddy's saying?
		

			You said, first of all,
		

			right. I don't trust you
		

			at all. So first, tell me what you're talking about and speak speak plainly and clearly.
		

			So he says Mohamed Salah Lisa says he went by night from Makkah to Jerusalem in the center above the
heavens and then got back.
		

			So we're working with the Allahu Taala and who says that? If he did indeed say this, then I have no
doubts about it. So Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Taala under recognizing that Abuja is going to start
stirred some trouble. He comes in
		

			and he sits down right by the process of mud right in front of him right here.
		

			And the prophet is a lot he starts to tell the story.
		

			And he tells him about undestroyed, miraj
		

			and every single thing the prophets Allahu alayhi wa sallam mentions
		

			Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Taala and who says so duct?

speak the truth.
		

			You speak the truth. Every detail the processor mentions he comments at the end of every detail, so

that ever walked the face of the earth. So Allah subhanaw taala says, loyal, believe, but be loyal,

			and there'll be him and then Shahadat can mean witnesses or martyrs, witnesses meaning believers, as
the Quran tells us, believers will be witnesses to the truth of the message of Islam, that the
prophets in the messengers of the past there people will come and try to lie on the Day of Judgment.
They'll say no, no, we didn't get any message and those prophets like no highlight your Salah. He
will say I gave them the message.
		

			gala and they'll be like No, no, we don't know what he's talking about. We didn't get any message.

			and then the ummah of the prophets, Allah the sun will be brought.

			And those people will be like, who are y'all?
		

			How can you testify that he tells the truth? You weren't there? Yeah, we weren't there. But we
received the revelation of the Quran and the Quran told the story of your inner or sunnah new Han

			and this also means martyrs. Martyrs meaning Shaheed right? Shaheed typically we understand there is
somebody who lose their life in the way of Allah. And there's a hadith of the prophets of salaam
where he told the Sahaba mother or do not show her that a fecal Who do you think are the marchers
amongst you? Hollow Al Maktoum, people that are killed in combat people that are killed in line of
duty people that are killed in the battlefield.
		

			The prophets Allah the sermon said, in the shahada Almighty then luckily Iran.
		

			Oh, then there's barely going to be any martyrs in my Oma. The Prophet Hassan said through my dakara
Anil Nakula Shahidan. He said Yes, the one who dies in the battlefield is a Shahid is a martyr.

			But somebody who dies of an incurable disease, somebody who dies of organ failure will also get the
reward of a shaheed. Well, Madrona Shahidan, somebody who dies of a plague or an epidemic, a
pandemic will also count amongst the Shuhada amongst the Shahed and we'll get that reward. And

Somebody who dies defending his family in his home is Shaheed the prophets Allah he's a woman that
dies giving birth to a child or from complications due to carrying the child is a Shahida. Right
gets the reward of a shaheed. So, Allah subhanaw taala is saying that those that are that make the
		

			ultimate sacrifice those who make a huge sacrifice for Allah, they will also be honored by their
Lord, how will they be honored? These believers, these loyal people, the people who make sacrifices
for Allah, right, so loyalty and sacrifice, I told you Allah in this verse is telling us two
qualities, two characteristics that are the key to unlocking the light. What are those two
qualities, loyalty and sacrifice?
		

			Can you be loyal? And are you willing to sacrifice?
		

			If you are Lahoma, Judo home one room,
		

			then Allah has your reward, reserved and set aside for you. And Allah has kept a light for you in
this life, and in the life of the hereafter on the Day of Judgment, that light that we talked about
a few sessions ago, where you're racing through the stages of the Day of Judgment, and you're being
guided by a light.
		

			But there is an opposite to this. Right? Those who have no loyalty to Allah, those who are not
willing to give anything to Hola, well, Latina Cafaro we're kids that will be a Latina, those who

that will end up in the blazing fire of *. May Allah subhanaw taala protect us all. The Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam in a beautiful Hadith narrated by Musa Adel hoody, but the Allahu Taala

about what we're talking about. We're talking about people who are in paradise, meaning everything
		

			you've ever read in the Quran, everything you've ever heard about paradise, they are living it up.
They are enjoying paradise. While they're they're enjoying paradise. You're gonna notice one day
		

			something way
		

			Far above them

			Like we see stars, glimmering in the sky in the night sky. They'll see these glimmers of LIGHT,
		

			shining light, and it will be people of a higher status in paradise, sitting in their balconies

also people of paradise generosity people and they're gonna see this.
		

			And there's companions as Fallujah Rasul Allah,
		

			who would be that far above people of paradise. And he says, they asked him to come and ask you to

And the prophets Allah said Bala, no, no friend.
		

			Those are not just the prophets. Well, leadin fcbd I swear by the one who holds my life in his

			They believed in Allah, and they were loyal.
		

			Those are those people.
		

			That to other people of paradise, they will look like stars in the sky.
		

			May Allah subhanaw taala make us amongst them.
		

			May Allah subhanaw taala give us all the ability to practice everything we've said and heard Subhan
