How beautiful is this month of Ramadan?

A month which Rasulullah Sallahu Alaihi Wasallam calls

a

month which is great

and brings with it barakah, blessings from

Allah There are many descriptions

for the month of Ramadan,

and obviously the greatest is a description of

Allah

where he mentions

that the month of Ramadan

is the month in which he revealed the

book, Al Quran.

And so this month

of Ramadan is a month of fasting. It's

a month of

intensifying

our relationship

with

the book of Allahu

A poet beautifully

describes

the month of Ramadan

when he says,

That the month of Ramadan comes as a

cultivation

land

for the slave of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

To purify

the heart from all the mak, the dirt,

everything

that has gone wrong with it throughout the

year. Have you not seen during the Israa

and the Mi'raj

that Jibril

washes the heart of Rasulillah

So this month of Ramadan comes as that

cleanser, that purifier,

that big cleanse

for our heart which is so needed.

He continues and he says,

so give Ramadan

its rights

in your speech

and in your actions.

There are no bitter actions

after fasting the days of the month of

Ramadan

then praying the tarawih prayer

during this month.

And so the prophet

says

that whoever stands and prays

during

the month of Ramadan at night,

Allah

forgives his previous

sins.

May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala forgive our sins.

May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala

grant us to use this month as the

cultivation land for good, for what it was

sent for.

This Ramadan,
