what you want to do, because you know that Allah does not want you to do it. This is what sacrifice
means. And if you look at the Prophet Ibrahim alayhi salam, he sacrificed everything that Allah
		

			wanted him to sacrifice. He gave up his parents because his parents forced him to worship idols. He
left his people because they were persecuting him for the Kadima. He gave up everything he left how
Jordan is smart in those whom he loved his only child, he left them in Makkah, and he put his trust
in Allah azza wa jal, and then when Allah subhana wa tada asked him to sacrifice his only son, he
was willing to do that. And Allah subhana wa tada said, No, it was just a test. And so he
substituted an actual sacrificial animal. The symbolism of the old here today, the symbolism of the
sacrifice is our commitment to Allah that we will sacrifice what is precious our love for you, we
		

			will give up what we want to do, because we know you don't want to do it. This is what the concept
of sacrifice means. We will do that which Allah loves, even if we don't want to do it, we're gonna
force ourselves to do it. And we will give up that which we love. If we know that Allah does not
love it, dear Muslims, the Prophet Ibrahim alayhis salam was asked a long list of sacrifices me and
you could not do them but Allah is asking us very trivial sacrifice in our 24 hours spend 10 minutes
praying the five Salawat that's all in the all the income that you earn, give 2.5% of your savings
in zecca in the entire year, just the month of Ramadan only during the daylight hours, give up
		

			eating and drinking in your entire lifetime. If you can afford and if you have physical capability,
then go for Hajj for the pilgrimage, this is the sacrifice that's it. And if we're able to do this
bare minimal sacrifice, then what is the return? What will be the return on investment? What will

			reminding myself in all of you that here we are asking to sacrifice very trivial things. But there
are Muslims, our own brothers and sisters across the globe. There are being forced to sacrifice much
more than what me and you are being asked to sacrifice. There are people that are being persecuted
for the galima there are people that are being forced to not be Muslim to not pray. There are people
that have fled for their lives because of civil war because of strife. the very least that we can do
dear Muslims, when Allah has blessed us with safety and security when Allah subhanho wa Taala has
given us all of this the very least that we can do is to show gratitude to Allah subhana wa tada by
		

			doing what Allah subhana wa tada has commanded us to do. Dear Muslims know that Allah Subhana huzzah
Allah has asked of you very little. And when you do that, in return, you shall get this world and
the next Allahumma inni dine for Aminu Allah we ask that you do not leave any sin of ours today,
except that you have overlooked them and any sick amongst us today except that you have cured them
and any diseased except that you have forgiven them and any debt Oh Allah etc. As you allow us to
repay them and I will law Do not leave for us any anxiety or stress or grief except that you have
healed it and cured. Oh Allah we ask you to live from us this plague and this disease and Allah
		

			bless us with a life of comfort and ease. You are the way you are And the disease of Allah of this
dunya we ask you the best and on the Day of Judgment we asked that we pass the test and in the AF
