Yaser Birjas – Remaining Patient For Allahs Sake
AI: Summary ©
The actions of Allah Subhan graduation are praised as a true believer and the only one who gives life and what he owns. The decree, a measure of his actions, is not based on personal behavior but rather on actions taken. The importance of patient patience and faith in rewarding actions is emphasized, along with a medical doctor's response and the difficulty of accessing healthcare. The conversation ends with a call to demand safe return home and restore peace and liability to loved ones.

Just a reminder, Insha Allah Ta'ala, starting tomorrow.
Fajr will be at 5:30,
and will be at 10 PM.
Once again, starting tomorrow,
Sunday,
Fajr will be at 5:30
AM, and will be at 10 PM.
Fine.
Because of the camera. It's okay. Ready?
May Allah
preserve and protect those who are dearest to
But what is the reward if Allah
choose to test somebody
by taking away from them
those whom they love the most? Let's see
what the prophet said in this hadith In
hadith Qulasi, what Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is
offering
you. Hadith number 32.
Which means these are from Allah
but not Quran. Has a very special
category for it. That's a different subject,
we discussed many times before.
But Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala exalted, he says.
The messenger of Allah, salallahu alayhi wa samsayhi
wa sallam, say, Allah is the exalted says,
I have no reward
other than Jannah for a believing slave of
mine who remains patient for my sake when
I take away his beloved one from amongst
the inhabitants of this world.
So what does that mean? Let's go over
the words again.
So Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala is praising this
person
of being a true believer.
My believing servant, my believing slave.
So Allah
is giving that testimony on behalf of this
individual
that he is he is is a believing
person. Does that apply also to the to
the woman?
Of course.
It applies also to the female. So as
in this case will be Emma, and then
When Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, he chooses to
take away
from this from the dunya,
to take away those whom he love the
most. So
So these are the actions of Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala. That he is the one who
gives life and he's the one who does
what? Takes
it back.
He said,
which means in a way that look, it's
it's mine.
It is mine anyway.
And that gives the believing person
a moment of of peace and solace knowing
that
look. In Allah
he acts in his kingdom and he acts
in what he owns, in the way he
wills.
You have no objection to it.
We all belong. That's why when someone does,
what do we say?
We all belong to Allah and to him
our return shall be.
So you always you already admit
that everything belongs to Allah and shall go
back again to him subhanahu
wa ta'ala. So that gives a person a
peace.
Meaning what's the meaning of over here?
Comes from the old
That's why one of the the description of
the prophet
was
Al Mustafa means they chosen 1.
So when you say that
means what?
Those dearest to you that you have chosen
in your life to be dearest to your
heart.
Who could that person be? I mean, for
people, they are different.
For some, it's a child,
could be their son, their daughter, could be
their grandchild, could be the spouse, could be
the parents, could be a friend that you
like the most, Like whoever you have chosen
to be your sufah, your dearest into your
heart.
So Allah
chooses to test this person by taking away
this individual.
Now
when someone dies,
is that good or bad or not?
That a test question. Right? Yes.
Like for some say when someone does,
Those tyrants and
those evil ones and so on. But in
essence, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala when he spoke
about death and the Quran, what did he
say?
And he been afflicted by the calamity of
death.
So it's moseba. Death in general is moseba.
Now is it so when it's a moseba,
do we consider this to be good or
bad?
Obviously, it's it's considered bad, generally speaking. And
Allah says,
we shall try you with evil
and with khair, with good.
Now
evil and good, that's in regards to what?
And that's what discussed in the tarsil class
on Wednesdays.
Not in the,
in the takdir of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
and decree of Allah because
all Allah's decree is considered what? Good.
But it's evil in relation to me as
a human being.
Like if Allah test test somebody by blocking,
let's say, a business deal for them or
going through accidents or maybe illness.
So in my in my,
eyes, in my experience, that's bad.
But if you look at it from the
Allah
overall decree,
all Allah's decree is good. There will always
be good coming out of it. No doubt
about it.
So that's why we say and
evil is not attributed to my Lord. We
attribute this only to our our end, from
our self. So here when the prophet, salallahu
alayhi, said that Allah would say,
I've taken away his his, his beloved. To
me, that's bad, But to Allah,
there's always good that comes out of it.
So he says then, what is this person
gonna do?
Means
what? Means delegated their affair and this matter
to Allah in hope of the reward. That's
the
That's what the prophet says in the Quran
in the in the hadith.
If someone fast or does, tahajjud at night
of Ramadan,
out of faith
means hoping for the reward. So here, if
someone
exercises patience in a moment of difficulty like
this one and only seeks takes reward from
Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
I have no reward for this person but
paradise.
What does that mean?
When it comes to, again, dealing with Allah
and actions
that we deal with Allah, azza wa jal,
it's not mathematical.
It's not like you do one good deed,
you get something, you know,
equivalent to it. No. Allah is the most
generous is the most generous.
And patience
in a moment
that anyone can lose it
and and show rationality, but they exercise patience
in that moment. Allah
is willing to give you for that moment
the whole jannah, just be in jannah for
that.
So the last the most generous.
And we mentioned that before that when it
comes to patience,
how much reward Allah has given, He didn't
mention. He says,
those who persevere in patient in patients, they
shall receive the reward of Allah
without measure
because there's no price tag
on being patient. May Allah
protect our loved ones in our life
and protect them for us in the.
Correct us and ask Allah
to give us the ability to exercise patience
and to have that dudah and contain in
our hearts and be grateful to all Allah
actions. We ask Allah
for us to be in general. And as
we are doing this right now, I just
wanna bring to attention
one of our, brothers in our community,
one of our medical doctors, doctor Mahmoud Sabha.
He is,
he lives here. His family is here as
well too. And he volunteered with a group
of doctor that went recently and came back
and we have, alhamdulillah,
that paneled with them. At the time, he
was not there because he was actually in
in Florida. But he's back in,
in Gaza since, May 1st.
And, as the situation is getting worse and
worse, unfortunately, and the occupation forces
is now blocking and taking the only passage
or safe passage
for anybody there through Egypt. They're blocking it
right now.
There are him and around another 20, US
doctors, American doctors are trapped there. And, unfortunately,
occupation forces are denying them,
safe exit.
So, they're asking you to appeal to, of
course, to your congressmen,
to your politicians, and go as far as
the president
ask, for their,
safe return and safe passage out of Aragaza,
out of Rafah. There's a video that it's,
it's online. Some of you might have seen
it when he's speaking in the hospital saying,
look, situation is so dire right now that
even staffs and hospitals, they're no longer,
able to come anymore.
Like, just to that level, unfortunately, there's so
much shortage in terms of the manpower. They're
all volunteers.
Even the locals over there, many of them
are just volunteering their time. And now it's
getting so difficult, so hard on them to
that level. So may Allah protect our people
in gazarab alamin.
We ask Allah for their protection. We ask
Allah subhanahu to keep them safe. We ask
Allah, azza wajal, to remove that trial of.
We ask Allah to give them victory against
the oppressors, and we ask
Allah to deliver them victorious
to give them peace and tranquility in their
lives. We ask Allah to restore peace and
tranquility in their lives
We ask Allah to shield them from any
harm that might come their way and to
bring our brother doctor Mahmoud and the others
safely home,
We ask Allah
for their patience and for their dedication to
this
