			bla Smilla Rahmanir Rahim Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil Alameen wa Salatu was Salam ala Rasulillah Karim
while early he was of behavior to maintain a Salam alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. My dear
brothers and sisters, our beloved Nabi sallallahu alayhi wa sallam faced a great many trials from
his people.
		

			And he mentioned that it is known that the Quraysh that they fought against the Prophet sallallahu
alayhi wa sallam in two different ways. The first way they did this was from the psychological
approach, in that they were tried to mock Islam, they were tried to influence the Muslims, by
mocking and making fun of Islam and trying to discredit the integrity and the personality of the
Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu, alayhi wasallam tried to drive people away from Islam, not because of
any clear proof, or any logical approach, because they just stated that we are not prepared to leave
the way of our forefathers, we are not prepared to leave what we inherited from our mothers and our
		

			fathers, which is a big mistake and an individual, because that means that they are prepared to
reject the truth, if they find it, they just want to hold on to what they deemed to be, not whether
it's the truth or not, but this is what we were handed. So therefore, this is what we will continue
with. And then of course, number of other reasons that the Quraysh they didn't want to change their
deen and that they were many of you like worldly orientated in that during the different seasons in
the year that people would make the pilgrimage to Makkah, and they were aware of the pilgrimage.
This was something known to them, and something that they did inherit from Ibrahim alayhi salatu
		

			salam. So as the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam faced this great trial of the Quran, trying to
assassinate His character, His integrity, and everything that he was known for. The Prophet
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam continued with his message, and continued with the objective and the
goal that Allah subhanaw taala given to him and directed him to the other approach that the Quraysh
that they did, and this gradually increased over the years in the Mactan period. And it should be
known here that the Macan period by II meaning that from the time that the Prophet sallallahu alayhi
wasallam, began receiving revelation until he actually made the Hijra to El Medina is about 13
		

			years. So in this era in the life of Rasulullah sallallahu ala Selim, we have two different eras or
two different times we have the Macan period, which is 13 years, and we have the Madani period,
which is about 10 years.
		

			So during the time that the Prophet sallallahu ala Selim resided and lived in Makkah, calling people
to Islam and the people to the polytheists, of continuing to fight against the messenger sallallahu
alayhi wa sallam, the gradually you find that to the physical abuse and oppression and injustice
towards the Prophet sallallahu wasallam and the Muslims increased, increased, increased, it became
more and more to after five years after the revelation started some of the Muslims, it was very
difficult for them to continue with their families. So some of them made a hedgerow they left
Makkah, and they went all the way to to Habesha Abyssinia, and they remained there for a number of
		

			years. Then we find that the Quran began to physically attack the Prophet sal Allahu Allahu alayhi
wa sallam. Now this physical attack wasn't to the extent that they were trying to take his life, but
just to put pressure on him and to harm him and try to,
		

			to mock him and to humiliate him or you have the builder and a couple of occasions you find that
when the Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam at nighttime will go to the cabin to pray to Allah
subhanaw taala the Qureshi came out Abuja Hill and other individuals they came out and they they
said, Who amongst themselves would take the insides of a camel which had been slaughtered earlier
that day, and who will throw the insides of the camel on the back of the messenger SallAllahu early
he was a limb while He was praying. And we know that one of them he, he was the youngest of them,
that he took the insides of the camel, and he placed them on top of the messenger sallallahu alayhi
		

			wa sallam. These were rotting and smelling and filthy things and very heavy to the extent that the
prophet Elisha was almost unable to move in sujood and we know that faulty model the Allahu Taala on
her, she saw her father in this position, and she came over to help her father Rasulullah sallallahu
alayhi wa sallam, a young girl like Fatima they beat the daughter of the Messenger SallAllahu ism
came to the aid of the messenger sallallahu alayhi wasallam. So this is how the Quraysh began to
become braver, if you like, in howling, trying to find how they can harm and cause a great amount of
mischief towards the Prophet Sall Allahu Allahu alayhi wa sallam. This also extended beyond the
		

			messenger Salallahu Alaihe Salam there was an occasion when they attacked Abu Bakr, Radi Allahu
Allah
		

			And who and that they held Abu Bakr down. And then one of them he had his shoe which is made from
leather and began to hit the face of Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Anhu to him until his face was covered in
blood, and that you almost could not recognize a bucket as to dip into the Allahu Anhu Abubaker the
only passed out and he was taken to his home and remained in this almost unconscious state for a
number of days. When Abu Bakr Radi Allahu Anhu when he woke up, what was the first thing that he
said, is the messenger of allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam okay? And he accepted the statements of
those who around him saying that, yes, Muhammad Sallallahu Ellison was fine. He was taken from his
		

			bed, he insisted that he be carried from his bed
		

			and taken to the house of the messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, so that he could see with his
own eyes, that the messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was actually okay. Subhanallah
		

			Hey, you find an example of how the companions that are the Allahu Taala and how much they loved the
messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and that the well being and the life of the messenger
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was something more beloved to even their own lives and their own well
being that Abu Bakr Radi Allahu anhu, even though he had gone through this great trial, and he was
unconscious for a number of days, soon as he woke up, the first thing that he that was on his mind,
was the well being of the messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, this harm extended beyond, as we
mentioned, the Prophet sallallahu added him to Abu Bakr, and we know other well known companions,
		

			like you on one particular family, which was the family of Yasser or the Allahu Akbar. These were
three individuals who had left al Yemen, and they had no support in Makkah. And they were actually
servants for the people who were slaves in in Makkah, and they embraced Islam. And there was a mod
of new yahsat and his father yourself and
		

			the mother of a modern New Yasser Samia Radi Allahu taala, and who journey and that these three
individuals were punished to an extent that many of us cannot imagine. And the first Shahid and
Islam the first martyr in Islam was familiar about the Allahu Taala that the Koresh would punish her
and bring her out into the open into the desert, they would tie her down and they stabbed her, and
they would persecute her and punish her, just because she said Illa Illa but there is no one worthy
of worship except Allah, Muhammad Rasool Allah, and that the messenger or Muhammad is the Messenger
of Allah, because of this Subhanallah they took her life out of the Allahu taala. So she is the
		

			first martyr in Al Islam. Also the father of a murderer, Yasir Yasir realized him that he also he
died due to the torture and the ill treatment that he received from the Quraysh and mabuya. Set.
When he saw his own parents killed in front of him. He meant he went to the messenger Salallahu
sallallahu alayhi wasallam because he himself was held down and punished and told to disbelieve and
reject Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasallam otherwise they would take his life. So they threatened
his life. If he didn't reject the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he said some words
to the effect that maybe was not to believe in the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and
		

			the Kurdish they were happy with this. Whether he meant it or not, was not important. But he said it
immediately. He went to the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he went there crying, and
he was very sad about what had happened. He said, O Messenger of Allah, that they forced me to say
something. And I of course, I don't mean that the Prophet salallahu Alaihe Salam said, how do you
find your heart? How do you find even though you made that statement, how do you find your iman How
was your heart and He of course made the statement that mi My heart is full of Iman and love for
you? Oh messenger sallallahu alayhi salam, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said that you do
		

			not need to worry, your Eman is there you believe in Allah subhanaw taala you believe in you believe
in me is unshakable. And even Allah subhanaw taala revealed is saying this that even those people
who are forced to do things, however their hearts are tranquil, that they are settled with a man
that there was nothing upon them. So this is the type of punishment that they would they would go
through. And one of the most famous stories or incidents during the Macan period is the story of
Villa Lipner Raba Radi Allahu anhu, who was an Abyssinian slavery in Makkah, who was taken out into
the desert and punished in ways that are unimaginable, tied down into the heat and rot rocks placed
		

			upon him. They were placed on his chest, they were placed on his neck, but even through all of that,
he would come up by saying, I had done I had, that there is only one there is only one and this
physical punishment that the most
		

			dilemmas that they faced and other companions like barbed wire rot. Radi Allahu Anhu. The physical
punishment that they went through no doubt, was a great trial for all of them. But this Subhanallah
was only only led to them, strengthening the immune strengthening their resolve and attachment to
Allah subhanaw taala and the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. So when we remember the
Companions Radi Allahu Anhu.
		

			When we remember what they went through, to establish this beautiful religion of Islam, we always
remember them in the very best way. We remember the trials and the tribulations. And we always when
we mentioned the names we see are the Allahu Anhu. May Allah subhanaw taala be pleased with them.
Because Allah Allah, Allah, Allah tells us in the Quran, Lakota of the Allah, that Allah subhanaw
taala Radi Allahu Anhu and that Allah subhanaw taala is pleased with them. Allah, Allah, Allah,
Allah, the Creator of the heavens, and the earth is pleased with them all, and that they are pleased
with Allah subhanaw taala.
		

			It is very important, my dear brothers and sisters to remember the trials of the early generations
of the Muslims, that even though they went through great trials and tests, whether it was the
psychological warfare that they were facing the Battle of the hearts and minds, they also faced
great trials concerning their children, and their wealth and their property. They went through all
of this, for the sake of Allah subhanaw taala. For many of us, we will go through trials, similarly,
possibly not to that extent, but we will be tested. And we know that Allah subhanaw taala tells us
right at the beginning of Surah, to the ankle boot, the spider, do the people think that they will
		

			be left to say we believe in Allah subhanaw taala and that they will not be tested? Is it sufficient
for you to say Amen, no, we believe and that there comes no test to you. Indeed, Allah subhanaw
taala tested the nations who came before you, so that not that Allah subhanaw taala knows because
Allah Allah Allah already knows, so that we amongst ourselves are aware, whether we follow the
truth, whether I am firm and just adhering to the guidance of Allah subhanaw taala or not, I ask
Allah, Allah Allah to allow us to remain steadfast upon the deen of Allah subhanaw taala and to
protect us from trials Allahumma Amin botica lofi come was Salam alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
