A man,
Usually The
Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah.
We
thank Allah subhana wa Taala for everything
Allah subhanaw granted
us, and
we also thank the almighty Subhana wa Taala
for that they didn't give us
for some reason or the other. Allah subhana wa Taala always
teach me what the topic they speak about. I
remember the last I spoke about barakah.
And I had Baraka in my time. My watch was wrong
today. This topic inshallah is that of all a man
and Muhammad, sallAllahu, alayhi wa ali wasallam.
He was known as
the
truthful and the trustworthy.
He was known as a person who fulfilled this Amana.
He was someone who was known as someone who fulfilled his trust.
Allah subhanaw wa Taala
make mention the Holy Quran where Allah subhana wa Taala says
in
we have presented this Amana
to
the heavens and the Earth,
while jibal and
to the mountains.
For abena,
they refused.
They have refused to carry this Amana,
distrust
and subbahan Allah
on my way to madrasa or to the majli,
I told myself,
I can't be late today because I'm speaking about Amana. I'm
just set an example.
But for some reason, Allah always test me with the topic that I
speak about,
and then I realize,
I realize that how great the stars of amanah is
if the mountains refused,
if the skies refused,
if The Earth refused
to carry this Amana Allah, says, bahamasan.
Insan took it upon himself to carry the Samana
Subhanallah
in Nahu, the lumen yahullah,
Allah says Insan.
Is very oppressive.
Insan is very ungrateful.
So Allah says, The heavens the earth
and the mountains refuse to kill this Amana.
And on my way here, subbahala told I told myself, subhanAllah, what a
great
thing amanah is.
I believe all of us
finds it difficult to fulfill our Amana, our trust.
And for this reason, there can only be one sadhul Ameen.
There can only be one sided. Qul Amin, and that is Muhammad,
sallAllahu, alaihi wala Ali wasallam.
He was truthful and trustworthy. He fulfilled his promises. He
fulfilled his task to others. He advocated it, he called towards
it, and he lived his life according to this. He
the Quraysh,
with all the hate they had for Muhammad, sallAllahu wa sallam,
and for all the animosity they had for Rasulullah wa alai wa sallam,
they understood
that you were sadaq Ameen,
they would still entrust the goods with him, Salawa Ali wa ala wa
salam, because they understood he was Saad Qul Amin,
and that's why Allah subhana wa Taala gave this
task
of Muhammad being the NABI
of Allah, Subhanahu wa because Allah knew he was truthful. Allah
knew he was trustworthy.
How do you feel
about taking the deen from someone he can't trust?
Ya? Allah shows us that the Quraysh
the enemies of Rasulullah, enemies. They entrusted the good
with Rasulullah wa alai wa sallam.
Once Rasulullah walay wa sallam stood on a yield
and he said, Oh, Quraysh,
if I had to tell you Yes, army behind this mountain, will you
believe
yes? Yes, most definitely believe you yourself, because you never
smoke a lie. You're always trustworthy.
Now I am telling you that I am the messenger of Allah, and you must
obey me, and they refused,
not based on his Amana, on his on his personal life, based on they
believe what the forefathers believed.
So Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam. He was sadaqul Amin
at the conquest of Makkah.
One of the first things Rasulullah Sallam did
after taking the idols out of the Kaaba
and after,
you know, making two akaats in the masjid in
imaqa,
He then gave the keys.
He gave the keys to abi talaha. He
gave the keys to ibn Abi to to Ibn attalha,
Uthman ibn Abi talaha, Uthman Ibn Atal Ha he gave the keys. He took
the keys to Uthman Ibn talaha, and he gave the keys to Abbas ibn Abi
Talib. Another narration says he gave the keys to Ali ibn Abi
Talib,
understand that this keys belong to the rightful owners,
and this is when Allah revealed this verse.
Allah says in Allah
and to Abdul amanah ILA, Ila ahiha
Allah, have commanded you, oh Rasulullah,
to fulfill the right of the of the one who's in charge of it.
Support. Took the keys from from Uthman Ibn talaha And he gave the
keys to who, to Ali Ibn Abu Talib and other narration says Abu
Asmaa stood that this Amana, this trust of this key, belong to the
rightful owner.
How many times we find ourselves, my brothers in Islam,
that we break our trust and our promises.
Rasulullah Sallam says
one of the signs of a hypocrite is
that he breaks his promise.
And it breaks his trust.
The Prophet says, either had that
one of the signs, not that the brother or someone, is a munafi,
please. Lot
of people say, you know this person, you can't see someone's
one of the signs of a hypocrite is either had data
when he speaks, he lies,
and if
he's
entrusted with something, he breaks the trust,
WA Ida, WA Ada akhilafa.
And when he makes a promise, he goes against his promise.
There are many people Subhanallah
that understand this, Amana,
whether you
a boss of
a company,
or whether you are a worker,
you are mean, you are entrusted.
It's an Amana. Your job is an Amana.
As a leader, the Prophet says, As a leader, it's a Manna upon you.
So be careful of how you treat the Amana.
Be careful how you treat other people,
in terms of interactions with people. It's in Amana. And
this is not me saying this, as Rasulullah sallallahu, alayhi wa
alai wa sallam says,
our children
is an Amana and a blessing of Allah, subhana wa taala,
Allah says in the Holy Quran
Al Man while Bannon the dwell,
while Bannon and children.
Zulu hayatid, dunya
is the beautification of this dunya.
It beautifies the dunya.
Life. Dunya without children, your life is incomplete.
Dunya without wealth, your life is incomplete.
A person can have all the wealth in the world, but if you don't
have children, his life is incomplete.
A person can have all the children in the dunya, if you don't have
wealth to look after his children. His life is incomplete. You will
have to go work.
So Allah says, the things that beautifies This dunya
is our children and our wealth.
In another verse, Allah says,
latul Hiku, amwala, Kum wala, Allahu, Qum, Allah,
another verse, Allah says, In Abu Asmaa, Allahu, fitna,
Allah says, Don't let your children and your wealth take you
away from the remembrance of Allah. Subhanaw wa taala.
Allah says, your children and your wealth is a test. We will test you
with it, with it,
and you'll be asked on the day of qiyama regarding your children and
your wealth. That means it's an Amana.
If you're asked regarding certain things in this dunya is in amanah,
the trust so Allah entrusted us with our children
and our wealth that we have
not our wealth,
not our wealth.
Allah says, wa minma, Raza, kanahu, UniFi Kun
and from that which we Allah gives you, you spend it in the part of
Allah, not your wealth.
So Allah says, if you spend what I give you, you give someone else, I
double the amount, not your wealth. I'm I'm giving you what I
give you. If you spend someone else, I increase your wealth,
not our wealth, and
they spend that which we give them.
So our children also send a mana to us.
So it's very important.
There is a a poem that reads as Allah Kanak alaha, Hajar,
knowledge in a young child is like an engravement on a rock.
Man lamb tapun, Lahu bedayatun, muharika, Lam takun, lahun ni
hayatun, mushriko, A.
If that person don't have a bright future ahead of him, the child,
he won't have a bright end towards end of his life.
So what it means, if you teach as parents a man, it's our
responsibility. Imam, knowing what Rahima Allah says is the
responsibility of the Father to teach the child.
Imam shapi, Raha, ima, Allah and others says is the responsibility
of the mother as well if the father cannot
so it's our responsibility as men and as women
to teach our children. Teach them what the proper Islamic education?
Imma, say it again. You get many Islamic educations out there. You
know, people claim that it's teaching Islamic educations, but
the proper Islamic educations, I hope you guys know I can see if I
want to speak about the member, about all these things, but the
proper teacher chosen the proper Islamic educations. Teach your
children that what Allah requires from us. Don't go to the gray area
and say, but maybe there is a way out. No.
So we teach our children you are a Muslim first,
Allah says, Read in the Name of your Lord who created you. Then
another says
Iqra bucharam,
alaihi, Allah Alam, the first ikra ulama explains is that Islamic
education is important. The first revelation to Muhammad salsa was
Oh Muhammad Sallallahu wasallam read
read about, what about Allah, read about the Quran, read about
Islamic education. The second iqrabu kaladi akra means that
learn the secular education. So both goes hand in hand.
But teach our children that you are a Muslim, first Muslim,
lawyer, Muslim, doctor, Muslim, whatever. You become Muslim,
engineer. Because many of times I find myself speaking to people
Allah and the Bible is like, hi ha all the time, but I see his name,
Ibrahim, Musa. You don't want you don't say Masha Allah or salaamu
alaykum. You know, he refused to kill. And this is important for
parents to teach our children this. It's an Amana. But generally
we find,
as parents,
we have two types of children,
the one child Masha Allah, who's a brilliant child,
and that child, we generally send him to learn, to go to college,
then we find other the other one, the two week you go to madrasa,
Sheik was it with you. It's fine.
Mashallah, it's good.
But towards the end of the life the parent will understand,
towards the end of the parent's life, they will understand,
understand what that that child, they have given the to become a
lawyer or a doctor or whatever. I'm saying, again, nothing wrong
with becoming a lawyer, doctor, whatever. But first Islam, I am a
Muslim. First,
I am a Muslim first. Towards the end of the life, we find this all
over the world
that that son or the daughter can't make it to the tanahasah of
their own parents.
Why? Because they overseas.
Wait. They're going to come. Inshallah, we wait afterwards,
cancel, cancel everything. But you knew what the Janaza, they can't
make it at the Janaza of their own parents.
Can make dua for the parents, maybe, if they had some education
at the beginning, if not.
But that child, the great Islamic education, will make it his duty
to be the spirits.
That child will hit Quran for experience. That child will make
dua for his parents. That child will be the cause of his parents
Allah's in the FBI man. Allah will show his parents the reward you
know every time, every day he knows, just getting reward and
appearance, will ask, and the mother and the father will ask,
Oh, Allah, where does this reward comes from?
Allah will say, Is your child in the dunya? Make it dua for you. It
benefits you the year after the best investment he can do not the
investing in this dunya. Invest in the akhira. I always say, Make dua
for the dunya. Allah will give the dunya to you. Work towards the
akhira, but we stop it around.
We made to offer the Jannah, Jannah Allah made to Allah, make
me a good Muslim. Allah, give me Jannah. But we can't work towards
Jannah. We work towards the dunya.
It's important for us as parents to
carry out this Amana which Allah have given us our children,
is the caterpillar. Children is the greatest one looking so amanas
and verse wise, this goes to the parents as well. When the children
as well, when the children, when the parents reach the age, the old
age, it becomes now the duty the Amana
of the son or the daughter to look after the father or the mother.
But now we have, you know, we argue, who's going to look, who's
not going to look, but
the parents, it was there for you,
the parents who cared for you.
You don't care about them. When Allah says, at the time of old
age,
that is the time we should look after our parents,
at times, we find
brothers and his brothers and sisters making it difficult for
others to to fulfill this amanah,
you know, somebody will say, No, it's okay. I'll do it. You can't
do it. It's fine. But if it was placed in your trust or you need
to do the certain duty, it's an Amana upon you. You must fulfill
it,
because on day of qiyama, Allah will ask you regarding the
England,
Allah will ask us regarding our everyday, how we lived our life on
this dunya, and how we took this Amana. Amana isn't something
small.
If the skies refused and the earth refused and the mountains refused
to carry this Amana. What a great things the Amana is.
It reminds me now of a story of a Sahabi, of a of a person in a time
Rasulullah, sallAllahu, alayhi wa sallam,
he would laugh.
He would laugh, and all of a sudden he would cry.
He would laugh, and all of a sudden he would just cry.
And then Sahaba RAM said, ya Rasul Allah, we find this person
strange.
Perhaps you should read upon him, or made to offer him or something,
speak to him.
He is happy, and all of a sudden he would cry, as long as he would
faint. Even
now, Muhammad called this man and asked him, What is the problem?
What is the matter? Is ya Rasul Allah,
I would I would have told nobody about this.
I'll keep this for myself because you asked, ya rasulallah,
I'm now going to tell you why I'm crying.
Ya rasulallah,
I aint a daughter,
and I love this so much. Ya Rasulullah.
She was beloved to to me, Ya Rasulullah,
but Ya Rasulullah, as you know, the Komiya came to me,
the tribalism came to me
that she would one day disgrace me. She's been disgraced to me,
and I feared this Ya Rasulullah
that she would bring disgrace to me. This is how they taught this.
How they were thinking the back in the day, back in the days
I feared Yasuda bring shame to me. Ya rasulallah
And I told the mother to comb her hair, make a beautiful and tealah,
your father is taking you out.
The mother combed the hair. She beautified the daughter.
The mother with tears in her eyes, tears flowing from the mother's
eyes.
The daughter looked up to the mother and says, Mother, what's
wrong? Said, No, it's nothing. Just allowed to say, she's allowed
to say, otherwise, we'll be beaten.
The mother understood something is going on here.
And oh, Rasulullah, this person says, I took my daughter and
I took her to a well,
no, no before that, so she looked up to the mother, and she called
the Father. The the mother called the father and told the father in
his ear, lad to the year old, a man,
la to the year old, a man,
don't break the trust.
Don't lose the trust on the husband. You.
And he says, Ya Rasulullah. Took her to the well, and I looked at
it,
and I look at my daughter, and I look at the well. I looked at my
daughter,
and it was deep, Ya Rasulullah with rocks, sharp rock, rocks at
the end.
And I took my daughter, Ya Rasulullah, couldn't anymore. I
couldn't anymore. I thought of myself. I took my daughter like
this, yes, and I threw her down the well, am I? And I heard this
tiny voice saying, yeah. Abi,
yeah. Abi,
oh, my father. La to the don't lose the task. My Father, don't
lose the
trust. My Father, don't lose the trust. This brought tears to the
eyes of Rasulullah,
the Prophet, said,
If I had to punish anyone in this dunya, if I had that, you know, if
I could, I would start with you.
And here the word is used again. Our children is going to speak
longer, but I don't want to speak any longer, they told me already
the time just
come to the front Inshallah, if you just come to the front of
these people and come to the back, Come in the back Inshallah, Just
make space inshallah. Allah.
Oh,
I
ah
Muhammad Rasul,
ah
hayas, swallow.
Hayana Swallow.
Ah
hayala.
Hayafa, La Allah,
