Smilla comes with a little bit I mean Allahumma Salli wa Sallim wa
Barik and as a union Mohammed Abdullah, even other methodic and
her shimmy Akashi at the *.
While he was Harvey was where he was already at home and we had to
he was telling me sooner to hear whatever who the team
thought of and I'm hydrated by law low How can I hurry her lazy one
Illa Hurlock from Ahmedabad.
So humbler,
we are beginning, I believe our 27th or 28th
or 29th session, reading from first Hello, Bernie, wonderful you
to our many, the sublime revelation and the divine
outpourings of a sheer assayed of Hassani and Hussaini, marking Dean
after the father Julian Well, the Allahu Anhu.
And
may Allah subhanaw taala. For what he has left behind May Allah put
it in his Musa and it hasn't yet put him in his scale of good
deeds.
You know, that's true, nursing home and alive at home plenty to
recover from a loss of the other and the sure and certain opening
is by what people leave behind.
And what the show has done, he has made this sort of Nigeria,
he has made this continuous saga this
recurring and continuous
charity so charity can be in the way of funds of resources. And it
can also be in the way of resources that are spiritual
intellectual in nature.
The prophets are some of them said some whoever makes them understand
somewhat and Hassan, Hassan and Hustler for level
agile, agile coulomb and I'm gonna be here. Also, as someone who
Institute's a good sunnah or revives a good sunnah, then they
will have the edge or they have the reward of all those people who
are doing it.
Not taking away from their agile also, they also have that. So can
you imagine all of those people in the ensuing 900 years or so we've
benefited, including us from the work of Chicago clergy nanny, and
his work is not just in the books that he loved the books that he
wrote, like if a Taliban like Syria, Assad like Lavinia amongst
others, he actually was not as prolific writer generally speaking
as other writers like mental suity or remember shot ani or
was okay, I'm sorry.
stuff and luckily CDT how many of us any all of these people left
behind much more written work and even this that we're reading here,
something that was recorded him saying that's something he
actually wrote with his, with his own pen, but what he left behind
was rejected. Right, and when we say the word rejection, we don't
just mean men, we mean people who have
the attributes of radula right, the attributes of chivalry, and
that applies both to men and both to women.
So, you know, originally called hormonal and he said, they said
the core region. So, males are not been having given interest in this
manner with women, but Regehr In other words, someone who has the
attributes of being a version of Moodle are right and the first
kind of
vendor, the first
line of being a man in that sense is understanding the
responsibility and that life is about
bigger than yourself, and you what you like and what satiate your
appetite and what makes you feel good and so forth. So, in the
terminology of Teskey and the terminology of
the skeleton absent spiritual purification of the soul off,
you know, they have some of these HECM these wisdoms that are Saluki
as we mentioned in a previous session. So sometimes the
aphorisms can are towards solutions towards you know,
wayfaring correcting behavior and sometimes or about how thoughts
sometimes do about spiritual realizations and much more
behooves us to spend our time
to think about the Sulak to think about the behavior because this is
the more practical thing and also to to improve on
ourselves. And so one of them that you see in some of the books of
HECO not just ignore thought, but others.
You know, don't spend time with the immature people. Right? And
here they mean spiritually immature, because the rub off on
you in a negative way. So the spiritually immature person,
basically the definition is that person who's only thinking about
their own needs,
and what makes them happy. And they don't have this idea that
there's something bigger than themselves, and that they have
responsibilities and that, you know, bringing happiness to other
people, something called jumper and Carter. Right, which is, you
know, we saw this word jumper, right?
Chef uses sometimes and Jebi rune, they've cast, you know, Chef,
Martha, and after
a lot how he translated as the bone setters. So people are
broken. Right, and so
you don't want to add to someone's brokenness. You don't want to take
advantage of their brokenness, you don't want to
put them in a worse situation after they've had interaction with
you then then when they began, so, the one who believes in the
concept and practices the concept of general Harter, right, which is
to reset the bone as it were reset the brokenness of people, first
and foremost, they can empathize. And then they think about the
rights of others before they think about the rights of themselves.
And that means also you make an allotment and a consideration that
people are imperfect.
Sometimes we've been, we've been culturally conditioned to only
think about this job in hardware, or this, you know, bone setting of
people's brokenness, if we think they deserve it, right. If we hold
them in such an esteem, like something about them is innocent,
and something about them is,
you know, invokes our sympathy or empathy. Then at that point, we
think, okay, I can be sympathetic or empathetic with that person and
feel bad for them. But if I see them as a villain, or if I see
that, you know, they have broken others, for example, then they're
not deserving of my general content. They're not deserving of
me to kind of make allowance
for their feelings. And that's not the prophetic methodology. That's
not the message of the Prophet commissar Center. He practiced
Jabra hearts and believe it or not, even with his enemies, even
with those who opposed him, physically and militarily and
martially on the battlefield. And the biggest example of that, or
one of the examples of that is a little Sophia and Anahata, who was
also his father in law, he had married his daughter named Mona,
but also he gave him a Quran. And this was one of the kind of the
principles of the promisor I sent them and then took him hula can
email tell me that you give a Quran that you can treat with
kindness, people, those who see them as their leader, right, or
the kingdom of their home, someone that they held in high esteem. So
that's not an inroad to Dawa by
maligning and chopping down
that which other people or cultures and so forth, hold to be
sacred or hold to be esteemed
in on the court, and there's a kinetic conjunction about that to
you know, do not reviled or not curse, the
the sacred symbols are what the other people do, even if they're
idolaters, less they person reviled Allah spout that and in
the Hadith of the Prophet SAW Selim, Prophesy centum, who
rebuked told the Sahaba do not curse your parents, and the Sahaba
were confused, who curses their parents, we even do that in Jackie
Lea, before we were Muslim, we held our parents in high esteem
while we do that instead.
And he said that while some of you may curse the parents of others,
and in return, they will coerce your parents. And so you were kind
of a sub you were a cause to why that happened.
So do not be a sub Do not be a fitna,
right. Don't make us a fitness they didn't
have to Don't make us a fitness and
we don't want to be a fitness trial and a test, by our behavior
by our mannerisms, for those who believe and also for those who do
not believe because those who believe
they will see if we have put ourselves that we are seen as
representative, whether that's deserving or not deserving of
Islam, then they're going to equate our manner our behavior,
our ethics, with Islam, and so if they're offended by it, then
they're going to be offended by the deen of Islam when Islam men
who very right on steroids have to do with that it's there today even
is there
A lack of proper.
Today you have taking Islam and Islamic teachings and inviting
them that's causing this.
And by the same token,
those who
practice Islam properly and have the proper idea of an advocate,
then they might say, oh, that's something I might be interested
in.
Unfortunately, have, you know, I just read the other day, like I
say which country but 100,000 people Muslims went up to a
funeral, despite the social distancing rules, and despite all
of the things that have been said about the danger of it, and of the
automat will make this proclamation. But somehow they
thought that was the proper thing to do that was there today or
someone who is looking at that will say, Well, this religion
seems backwards. Because we have on one hand,
the idea that we should not bring harm to others, and yet these
people congregating in that way, for a funeral brings harm to
themselves and to those that they go back to in their home, so maybe
other people or maybe immunocompromised people, and then
they bring it they they spread the harm. So,
you know, our our deen is not offensive, it should never be
offensive, it should never be
you know, practice in a way that pushes people away rather than
than brings them in, it's supposed to be inviting or in a severe
obika will be Hekmati. One more way that will hasna which will be
led to here acid three Maximos, three methods will hokhmah by
wisdom, and this is where the people who
you know, are, you know, ready to hear the message are interested in
hearing the message. So, that which will bring them as an
hikmah. Right. So, hikma can also mean some, that also means
practice, that also means, things that are wise, wasn't always that
it has no, right and the good admonition, and this is for
someone who's kind of, you know, on the fence, I'm not really sure,
I've heard some bad things about Islam. You know, maybe I've
written a few, quote unquote Islamophobic comments on Facebook.
So that one needs a mole is a symbol is that it has an Solmar
that means an admonition but a good admonition, which I didn't
want to be led to here. So then you have people who are have prop
themselves up, to try to disparage Islam,
to try to misrepresent it, and to try to make people fear it. How do
you deal with those people? People just didn't want to let you hear
us? And so do that. Yes. So dispel their misconceptions and address
those superhet are those ambiguous and misconceptions that they
brought about a standard right true? Well, that can be let you
hear us and but by that which is good, that which is better, right?
And we find this in the Quran mentioned at least in two verses
it fabulosity here, Assam, right repel with that which is better.
So don't Repel evil with evil, Repel evil with good, don't repel
offense with in provoking a greater offense right and
provocation but repel it with that which is good.
So let's go to sigma shape.
And he begins by saying, and this is the 30th measureless.
A little bit on who
you are to burly men are terrified the lady has been here I mean, he
will often cooler in a while and if so who is better who hold the

Allah the bill I'll be we'll call it L Mottershead up to dunya mini
it was their Hebrew and what are happening for feasibility you read
you haven't Calvi?
Zero Zulu for dunya Kulu Brahim fissara Zulu top ilevel highlight
of our hero whom were born
in Tophet, Nordea totally via him in Cassata, who yet to whom, and
that's when fusuma was the Hala shadow.
So let's look at that. First paragraph was talking about Zuid
and we've heard about this before.
He said, the law I know how blessed it is, he acknowledges
Allah azza wa jal has
source of his blessings, attributing everything to him and
discounting his own self, his worldly means and his own power
and strength. The intelligent person is one who does not change
any deed against Allah Spano Tata, and never demands repayment from
him under any circumstances will come to you.
You worship Allah azza wa jal without knowledge, you practice
abstinence without knowledge, and you accept this world without
knowledge. This is a barrier within a barrier, Jonnie ajF hijab
and abomination within an abomination Lachlan mark three
months. This is a you do not distinguish good from evil, you do
not differentiate between what counts in your favor and what
counts against you. You cannot tell your friend from your enemy.
This is all due to your ignorance of the decree or the dogma of
Allah, and your failure to serve the sheiks the shakes of practical
actions you can AMA and the checks of knowledge, you can end me will
guide you to the lord of truth, first the word and then the deed.
Thus you will attain to the lord of truth and how no one can
succeed in this without knowledge, abstinence from this world,
turning away from it with the heart and called, and the outer
vessel or a column, or bodies for a Joetta
the aesthetic and what is a hit, expels this world from his hands.
While the abstainer does it, who knows the real meaning of his
abstinence? I love to have good feasibility. He's the one who is
truly actualized. So it
immense renunciation in their heart
expels it from their heart,
or from his heart, they have abstained from this world with
their hearts. So abstinence has become second nature for them. It
has blended with their outer and inner beings, their firing this
area of their natures has been extinguished. their passions of
way have been broken. Their lower selves or new foods have been
tamed and their greediness or shut off, has been transformed.
So here are the main theme we see in the beginning, that he talks
about
certain mannerisms and certain states of the heart, or let's call
them men as it is. So look.
What I mean by Minassian is snooker, they are the McCombs of
salute. That means generally, when people start off, they begin with
an awakening with Ayatollah as enamel on Saudi and how do we set
and they become the woke as it were to wait a minute, I gotta
change my life.
This path, and I'm now it's not leading me to where I want to go,
I am still locked, still kind of thinking about the same things and
interested in the same things and running after the same passion to
things that don't really improve my chances and FNR I need to
change something. So this is called the aquifer. Then when
they're they they're awake and that sense, then they realize I
need to make Toba, I need to rectify I need to go back on the
path on the last panel time. And then they do the three kind of
essential attributes of October, one that focuses on
the heart, one on the tongue and one of the jokes.
Right. So they say that one of the can one of the essentials of
Dilbert is another right is to have remorse. And remorse is a
state of the art. And they also say an act is all right to seek
forgiveness from Allah subhanaw taala. And forgive us for those
who have wronged has there been dissent? Right, so to say stop for
a lot, or Sam acne, I made a mistake. That's with the tongue.
And then the third component of toga with the jewel era
is a lot in Milan. And they say, the flamming stop doing that sin.
So you know, you're showing restraint from whatever that
you're doing. And also, if you have to make amends by returning
things to the rightful owners, or by going, you know,
you know, alleviating people's sadness because of what you did to
them, then that also is with the links. And then after they do
that, when they realize it's a constant MACOM, it's a state, it's
not like a one time thing, and then you're done with it, then
there are things that will help them in this path towards the last
final data with what we would call them Mohamed Mohamed is to look,
so one of them would be so good, or one of them would be renouncing
that of the world which you do not need it. But what it really means,
as you said here,
and what happened presumably, is a large Hobbit dunya marathon, so as
to take out the love of the dunya from your heart, even though you
may possess it. So for the those who are we, in the beginning of
their path, they may do so by doing things, giving away things
and staying away from things of the dunya so that they get it out
of their hand and then hopefully at least
Use their heart. But then Wilsonian when lutein will come,
you know, and and so forth. Those who are closer and more advanced
on the path, they can possess dunya, even in their hands, like
many of the great Sahaba of Muhammad did not often did, he
will give it away and then come back to him. Even as much as he
had before, he only had the room to heat a woman to sit the floor,
he is from C. diff. And so don't you for him wasn't about what he
wanted, it was about the mission of the Prophet Salah assembler. So
for that, Allah subhanaw taala, you know, he will need it also the
nurse will give necessities people and victory to them so that you
could have less room, the Dean so that the Dean itself will find
NASA will find victory, you'll find eight. And he will choose the
people by which to do that. And what Kristin did was one of them.
So Allah's father made him a person of means, because that was
his mclubbe. And he made a documentary, now a person of means
and he may tell her person of means and he made many of us our
people have means so that they would, they would give this Nosara
to the mission of our province, our center. And so
HarperCollins already, get it out of your heart. And if you possess
it, then you know, don't have it, enter your heart, don't let it
lead you around, as the shift says many, many times where I see Alpha
rock, right, bring solar bring happiness to those people who have
less, that's, you know, that's the MACOM of being a person of means
that you see that you're really a recipient, and that you can
receive many, many gifts from a lot be a crotch of the dunya by
taking the love of dunya out of your heart, and then the dunya
that you actually have, give some of it, not all of it, give some of
it to
the people who are neither or have means. And so the the one who was
in this MACOM becomes happy when people come to them and meet, you
know, when people send you send people to you, because they have a
need, you know, whether it's a financial need, or whether it's an
emotional need, or it's a spiritual need, whether it's just,
they need to be heard, or as we say in our language, they need to
be validated.
Whatever needs it might be, don't become upset about that don't say
why me Why is this person come to me because the other person or
last run without a foot, this shadow this meaning in their
heart. And he said go to this person, which could be you. And so
Allah Allah has selected you, you are matar or Allah selected you
because a lot of our engineers have them are calm, never we,
right? That's the McCollum of the prophets, I send them. And I only
hire engineers, as I mentioned about him initially, in the look
of the description of the promissory settlement can help the
house engineers people come in with their needs. So we can help
the dual Hajer with hygiene what Howard, which I think is the
language, he would serve and fulfill the need of a person where
they had one or two or three, or many, or however they may be the
woman who would come to him and she said, you know, tried
sheepishly walk between the major companions and she's a, maybe a
slender woman, an older woman, and she says, You know, I have a need,
I need to talk to you. And I promised I said I'm turns to her
and said, we can go anywhere if you show Arlen Medina, tell me
what you need. And we'll do it because you understand that you
were shy amongst all the men around her this was our profit
center. And so, one should feel in Sheriff right one should feel an
expansion of the chest and taken as in he shot as a sign from Allah
subhanaw taala when he says be incense people in need to.
So he talks about the habit resort they have stained from this world
with their hearts, right first. So the absence has become second
nature for them. So rather than jump to take, right and jump to,
in engage with something, they don't do that before they figure
out well, what number one, remember how we talked about the
gates? Is this like this is the Sharia allow this, and they'll do
this maybe even on a subconscious level, not necessarily that they
have to go back to their notes and say, oh, wait a minute, the Sheikh
said that I have to take you through few gates, the gates of
Juilliard and the gates of my heart. No, it becomes in Sharla,
eventually second nature. And so, you know, they they pause before
they do that. And sometimes Allah subhanaw taala even gives them a
shot, you know, some of the big idea, they would say how like an
army shot on talks about this. If I was invited to Azima invited to
a party where food is being served, whether it's a wedding
party or any other type of party, and
the food that's being served is not 100% halal, not like Halal
slaughter, but the income of the person. There's some short,
something ambiguous about it or something that's not highlighted
in my help. Or as the shift says, I've had no luck, the pure
highlight then
You know my I would not be able to reach my hand he said my finger
would shake before I reach the front. And that was in the shadow
to me from Allah subhanaw taala signal that don't eat from that.
And this is what I lost my father's for his friends, those
were his only if they have sit,
if they have
sincerity towards the last panel
he goes on to say just read the English
interest of time, oh young man, this absence Zoom is not a skill
you can practice it is not a thing you can take in your hand and
throw it is rather a series of steps. The first of which is to
look at this world in the face. So that you see in it the form it
assumed for the prophets and MDs and messengers also, who have
preceded you, and which it is viewed by the saints in the Iliad
and the dad who are a type of God as we mentioned before, who are
not lacking in any error. In other words, they're always here don't
say oh, that was 200 years ago or 1000 years ago, there's no more I
would have not lost promise that students will have the DNA they
always say that this Dean is preserved and will be given aid
and victory and whenever manifestation Allah desires and
Wales and amongst that will be the people who embody this Deen in the
best sense and those are the LDF Abdel Siddhi lien. Solder Hainan
so for
your view of it will only be correct. The dunya Yanni. If you
follow the words and deeds of your predecessors, if you follow them,
you will see what they saw. If you were in the footsteps of the
people of the Lord and Allah, in Word indeed, in private and public
in knowledge and in practice, in forming content, you must fast as
they kept the fastest prayers, they performed the prayer tickets
they took and let go, not go as they let go and love them. Then
Allah subhanaw taala will grant you a light by which you can see
yourself and others.
Nor on time should be right, this is mentioned in the Quran. You
want to be able to go out into the world and you want to engage with
the world. We're not here to hide, neither in the mosque or in the
cave, or in our house. But we're here to engage. But we want to
engage the world with light, and with truth and with sincerity and
with compassion and with mercy and with love. Not with darkness, not
with anger, that with enmity not with hatred. But we're engaged the
world in those matters. So any isolation or Oslo or RT care for
any of those means that are prescribed sometimes periodically,
in Didim. They are so you don't do any harm to others. And so that
you can, in sha Allah elevate your spiritual state to a point where
now you can engage them by loving them, being compassionate for
them, not by judging them. And by spreading enmity and rancor and
hatred amongst them. Because if that's where you're at, then
you're better off not engaging with them, you're better off
staying in your house, you better off committing yourself to a
program of spiritual purification and thicker.
And I'm fasting as he's saying here, until you're ready to do
that. But if you if you greeting the world with anger and hatred,
and if you see everything as dark and black and
you know all of these things that are wrong and it just, you know,
you have this sense of, you know, consistent or everyday outrage and
everything and you're just waiting for the next thing to be outraged
at. Fix yourself first. That's not how the province are signatory to
the world. That's not how we dealt with what he saw, even in his
time, which were very despicable things. You got to see people
making the offer on the kava, with no closer, you got to see 360
Idols situated around the Kaaba, you have to see the inequalities
and the tyranny of his own tribe and his own family members over
the downtrodden, disenfranchised, disenfranchised in his own
society. So don't think that he didn't see all of those things.
And he wasn't aware of them. He was completely aware of them. He
knew what was going on. But he was looking at the bigger picture. He
was looking at this as a whole society that's going to be
transformed, not just to seek thought, not just to seek
vengeance for every single isolated instance of injustice.
But he said that these people from their progeny will be those who
will worship Allah subhanaw taala. And it was, as he said, and from
that time until now, the whole Arabian Peninsula, all of its
native inhabitants have been so this is this was the hope and it
was the promise of our province, our sentiment it came to be
because of his sit because of his sincerity. So if we also embody
some of that sincerity, in our dealings with people, that Allah
will send people to you, right? And so you'll hilker Right, he
will, he will make you manifest and he'll bring you out when the
time is ready.
You know, don't seek to bring yourself out. Right? You're if
you're the you know, the caterpillar is what turns into a
butterfly. So if you're still the
Have the caterpillar in his cocoon, and you're not quite ready
to come out yet. And you bust out of your cocoon. And you still a
caterpillar, you're not a butterfly yet, you're going to
fall to the ground where, you know, other animals will see you.
And they're like, Oh, look at that one. Right for the pickings,
right? So the mouse and the,
and the other birds and the frogs or whatever, things that he
caterpillars, you know, maybe the little three year old, Amy, two
might see you and pick you off and kind of scrunch you around.
Right, because you saw the hula, by yourself, you sought to be
manifest. But if you let the process run its course, right and
the cocoon, let it run in sports where it's hidden, right, and it's
blended in with the color of the trees. And it's safe. I no one's
thinking about it, because it doesn't look like anything yet.
There's whole, like hormones, it's not known, it's obscure, but once
has any value any. But let it take its course let it ripen, let the
time come. And then when it comes out, then it's ready to be the
butterfly. And the butterfly dries everybody's attention.
That it has all these different colors. And you know, people have
made museums about butterflies, right, and I have these
rooms where I've been in one. That's why I'm saying that we're
all have butterflies all over the place. And then they're so
valuable that when you when you before you leave this butterfly
room, they make sure that there's no butterflies on you, because
they don't want to in the butterflies leaving with you as
you go out. So they check all your clothes and so forth before you go
out. That's the butterfly. So don't seek Rahu on your own
account. But Allah subhanho Andretti, you'll hear a lot more
federal, will give you that time and he will make you available in
a manner in a means that is ready for you and ready for the people.
This was a case of Chicago prodigy lending, right? It was a while
before, you know he was commanding audiences of 20,000 or 30,000, or
80,000. Or maybe he started teaching out of the school of his
own teacher, and Masumi. And then the chef, his teacher left it to
him. And then they had to keep expanding the size of it and
taking surrounding buildings because more and more people
coming to the three Majelis that he was doing every day. And he did
this for decades. We're just looking at a subset of them a
couple of years that were done, but he was doing this for many,
many years
in Baghdad, and people would come from all over the place just to
hear him speak. And many, many people make Toba with him. And
they said many of the Christians and Jews of Baghdad, Iraq, also
came to Islam because of psychopathology. And as you can
see his words, they're powerful, and they're penetrative, but not
as powerful and penetrative if we were to hear directly from him.
And this is one of the concepts also that he kind of, I don't know
if he was the first to do it, but it's something that's certainly
part of his men hedge his way, this idea of 13 and 13 means
hearing it from the right person. So it's not just about hearing it.
This is what people miss, when they go directly to books and they
say, Okay, I had a request yesterday and someone said,
there's this
new Muslim somewhere, and they, you know, they want certain books
and they want websites where all the pertinent books are so they
can read them and so forth. And I said, Well, how much do they know
about anything before they can jump to books and just read from
books? And they said, not much there Nilsen but this Waterboxx
No, they need the people who embody the books right they need
to hear it from the people who are living breathing examples of the
books not just the books and you know learn about the use to say in
your in
your husband sitting on a seminar suit to further that knowledge is
taken from the pseudo of the hearts and not just from the lines
of the books. Right the lines of the boxes of Rock says squad is
the soul of
bucket in Marathi. How as Fatima fattier so the lines of the books
are the keys to knowledge, but the sources of knowledge are sudo and
on a map right are the hearts of the automat?
Ben Hey, Ben, Hey Adam bayonet
afobe net for social they are the clear ASP net in the hearts of
those who embody the sunnah of our Prophet saw us and
so going back to text, he's giving us a min hedge right? Of how to go
about doing this soon. So he said, keep the fastest dated praise they
perform the prayer take as they took and let go and as they let go
and love them. Then Allah will grant you a light by which you can
see yourself and others. It will show your own faults and the
faults of your fellow creatures so you will abstain from your own
self
And from creatures altogether, then when you have truly reached
this stage, the lights of newness will come to your heart. So after
a period on the farm of zoo hood, than the last month, it may open
up for you this McCollum effect of opening,
you will come to be a believer and woman who was fully moved in and
convinced of certainty. And if I am aware, to see things according
to their outer forms, their sewer and their inner contents or their
morality, you will see this world as it was seen by the detached
abstainers who have gone before you.
And then it gives a parable of what it looks like you'll see in
the form of misshapen old hag ugly to look at for such as its
character in the sight of these people. They're doing it and so
you see this sometimes I'd use Yanni, like a very old woman or a
very as used word old hag. So two kings. To them, look, the ones who
love the dunya he means she appears like a bride decked out in
the finest fashion, but to the people of the Lord and he lashes
the mean, and Volkow rich dunya, right. It's, it's a mirage, it's
not really what you see is what you get.
They burn her hair, tear her clothes, scratch her face, grabbed
her shares from her by force and coercion, in spite of her
objections, while they're in the company of the hereafter. So it's
a parable, obviously, it's a metaphor.
The dunya will try to entice you, and they will try to capture you
with its delights. But at Alessi it's a necessary thing. So we are
in the dunya, but we're not of the dunya. So we don't belong here. In
a sense, we're here because we have to be here right now. But
then that means we take what we is absolutely necessary from what is
here right now. And those things that are absolutely necessary our
Zed or provision for the FL. So we take our provision for the Athena
and leave everything else, because everything else is not necessarily
going to bring you
any provision in the next life, it may actually hinder that and prove
to be an encumbrance to the next slide.
So
I'll just read the last
paragraph here, page 199.
He says acquire knowledge then practice and decency or as a
prophesy centum said, complete your studies then seclude
yourself.
The fuck focus on matters, okay. So, learn the deen. And then, you
know, think of it like we said the parable of the caterpillar in the
cocoon and a butterfly or you know, something that needs to
simmer for a while and something the meanings have to reach you.
It it's one thing to know something and to learn it, but
then on another thing to learn it and do it in a way that it becomes
second nature. And so we want these things to be second nature,
we want our the way that we engage with life and your gait or engage
with others and the dunya. And, and all of the the multitudes that
we find in dunya, we want to engage with them in the manner
that our Prophet engage with them. And that was via the one via last
panel time. So even though there's multitudes there's the castle,
right? And how can we take effort, we may be distracted by the
multitudes. But we can either see it as a distraction, or we can see
it as a shout out in signals that point to the one and then deal
with
Hulk creatures creation, via a call the passage of the last
character.
So he says the believer, someone who learns what is required of
him, then secludes himself from his fellow creatures and devotes
himself to the worship of his Lord. He knows creatures well, so
he dislikes them, and he really knows a lie, I need a lot of
truth. So he loves him, seeks Him and serves him. People come after
him. So he runs away and looks for someone else. He recoils from them
and you're in for someone else he knows that either harm or benefit,
neither good nor evil in their power. And then if anything of the
kind is channeled through their hands, it comes from Allah
subhanaw taala, not him.
He therefore guards remoteness from them as better than
closeness. And here we're talking about detachment of the heart
necessarily physically, physically, if you can't deal with
them via compassion and mercy and love, then we say it's better for
you not to harm them, not about them harming you, but you're not
harming them. But if you see the Hulk via the divine prism of
compassion and mercy and of love, then that's an earshot. That's a
signal that Allah subhanaw taala wants you to be amongst them and
He wants you to engage with them. Look at the Prophet SAW Selim, how
many in his early career he spend many, many nights and days in
Iraq, just yet
handleless right to worship Allah subhanaw taala with a da na into,
and to gaze upon the Kaaba even from far away. But, and also this
isolation this was all a type of training for the Prophet Muhammad
Sorry sir. So we all need this bit of training, and then if their
training pays off, then you will feel like
I have to help people, Allah has put me in a position to to do
something for them, and it's not about them, bringing them to me.
It's about bringing them to Allah subhanaw taala look at the great
idea like remember chef right and make no mistake, he was a great
wedding of Allah subhanaw taala he said, I have never debated a
person except that I want you to hold on to this any. I never
debated a person in like fifth matters except I wanted the truth
to come on his tongue for that matter. And he said I have all
this knowledge that I've learned and then I've documented I would
wish that it has no intercept to me that it's not affiliated with
me, but affiliate with other people.
That was a sincerity of a member Shafi and the sincerity of many
many of them and of the NBA also and so forth.
So he therefore grounds rudeness from them is better than closeness
to them He has returned to the root and left the branch Allah is
the root people are the branches. He knows that the branches are
many while the root is but one so he clings to it. He has looked
into the mirror of contemplation and seeing that standing by one
door is better than standing by many. So he stands by it and
sticks to it. Alright menjaga mandala.
pemahaman well hidden. Gopher hello and who pneumococcal oh come
upon, whoever makes it, their hem makes their concern, just one hand
just one concern on your last battle to Allah, then also that
will take care of all your other concerns. That's kind of the
general spiritual principle that they talk about.
The sincere and convinced believer is sensible he has been endowed
with a lot and malcode
and so he flees from people and gives them a wide berth right so
you flee from them if you're not ready for them yet by hostile fun,
right with a good opinion and with
seeking the best from them and then what becomes ingrained in
your heart and you don't seek vindication you don't seek
validation you don't seek retribution? You have SATA solder,
right. You're able to kind of
you know, be generous of soul and take in everything and not be
affected by these are all signals he shot from Allah subhanaw taala
that he has yet okay, right. He is preparing you and getting you
ready, in order that you can be on this mission, which is the
greatest mission of all the mission of Prophets, to bring
people to the door of God of Allah
