All of these things, the cure for them is found in the Quran. It explains to us how to seek a cure. And the Quran itself contains that cure that was sent down by Allah Subhana Allah. Allah azza wa jal told us in Surah Surah

And that doesn't mean that we don't go to the doctors and the permissible medicines, but that we integrate this means of acuity into our lives, and we use it for ourselves and our families and for our communities.
