Tahir Anwar – Lets Build an Inspired Future The MCC at a Crossroads

Brothers and sisters, assalamu alaykum. It

has almost been a decade since MCC has

opened its doors to this beautiful community,

a place where members of society have come

together and have grown as Muslims and human

beings.

Over the past few years, we have built

a daycare center,

repaved our parking lot,

upgraded our lobby, bathrooms, masjid carpets, and proudly

extended our women's prayer area.

From educational programs to nikas,

we are gratified to say that we have

come a long way, and we couldn't have

done it without your contributions.

May Allah reward each of you and multiply

your rewards in this dunya and akhirah.

Ameen.

We are now in the month of Ramadan

and have some major milestones we need to

complete with your support, insha'Allah.

There is no better time than now to

help build the house of Allah for your

family and community

during this blessed month.

The messenger of Allah, salallahu alayhi wasalam,

peace and blessings be upon him, said, whoever

builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build

for him a house like it in paradise.

So let us come together and take advantage

of this time we have right now to

multiply our rewards, insha'Allah.

We currently have 2 phases of renovations we're

planning to accomplish, insha'Allah.

In the first phase, we're working on our

new banquet hall, a cafe, and an industrial

grade kitchen to help serve the community.

For the second phase, our plans are to

focus this stage on our future, the youth.

We will build boys and girls youth lounges,

a remodeled Sunday school, and a multipurpose

room. The community understands the importance of making

our youth have an outlet accessible for them.

So we're making this a major priority to

have these services available.

Also, we will be renovating the grand entryway

to MCC,

as well as raising our ceilings in the

Masjid prayer area and conference room, which then

permits us to add a mihrab and mimbr,

insha'Allah.

It is our goal to have these renovations

completed in the next 2 years, but our

hope is to beat our timeline with your

aid. We're aiming to achieve completion as early

as 2020,

which would mark our 10 year anniversary as

the MCC,

Insha'Allah.

Our community is growing, Masha'Allah,

and we'd like to maintain its growth.

We would not ask you for this investment

unless we felt it was important for the

community.
