Ideas around the subject of o sol lofirk.

What is the difference between firk and o

sol lofirk?

Is that firk is meant to teach us

the type of ruling.

Is it Haram?

Is it obligation?

Is it disliked?

Usul Il Filk teaches us the kinds of

rulings,

the processes of the rulings,

how we understand the ingredients

of the ruling. So I like to say

that is the is the match

and

is the referee.

Is the graphics.

Is the graphics card.

In the book that we're gonna use is

see there's notes in here from years ago.

This is over 10 years ago.

Subhan Allah with one of our teachers is

It's called Jam Okillah.

Of the

5th century imam

and scholar imam,

aljuwayni,

Rahim

Known as Imam Al Haramain.

Sheikh Al Islam. And

Sayidna Imam Al Haramain, he dies around, like,

And he was the sheikh of Imam al

Ghazali.

And Imam al Haramain,

he was known as al Imam al Haramain

because for a period in his life, he

traveled between the 2 harams,

Haram Meqi and Haram Madani. He would teach

the people.

He would teach to people. Masha'Allah.

So let's start this journey

in this important subject.

It's gonna help you a lot because

helps us to quell the immature differences sometimes

that exist amongst the community, praying 8 raka'at,

praying 20 raka'at,

allow us to limit the scope of takfir.

You know, we find people declaring other people

as kufar,

like, so easily. What what are some of

the limitations we take even from?

They're going to help you also interpret fatwa

to make sure when you're reading a fatwa

constructed.

And most importantly, it's

So, inshallah, we're going to start. The Sheikh,

he says,

the word means.

So since the sheikh is from one of

the earlier earlier giants in Osolofilk,

He says,

Usul, Firk. Both of these words have their

own meaning.

So we're gonna do this now by defining

each word, a tarif, lakabi, idafi that I

talked about
