scholars are obviously narrating arhiwaya

and not their opinion because the symmetry of

opinion isn't there. The ego of opinion isn't

there. For example, in Hasdunya,

the word dunya, it's idram,

duniya, but it's not narrated that way. So

it goes against

the other rule for idram.

The lack of symmetry shows this is a

riwayyah, not ishtihad. Same thing in the narration

of imam Washbaek to the prophetessom to imam

Nafeh,
