We are in
the most difficult section in learning warsh. A
lot of people gave up here, but
I'm gonna try to facilitate this and make
it as easy for you as possible. That
means I'm not gonna get into some side
discussions and explain
certain particular issues just because my goal is
to get you to read right.
Later on when you read with the shoo,
hamdulillah, they can help you and guide you
through some of those particular things. My goal
is to get you reading, Hamdulillah.
Hamz is no joke.
In fact, there's a poet. It says,
Which means when Hamz is mentioned
internally I shudder
and internally I flee from anything related to
its its field of study.
However, I seek help with Allah because one
of the names of Allah is the helper.
What we're going to talk about now after
talking about the Naqal of 1 hamza, we're
gonna start to talk about what happens when
there's 2 hamzahs related to a word
or 2 hamzahs related to 2 words. It's
gonna come later.
Today,
2 hamzahs, one word, hamzatan
Allahu Akbar. What's an example of that? Surat
Al Baqarah verse number 6.
I need you to remember 2 things. Number
1 is that in this scenario,
the first
hamz is always with Fata, it's always Muftuha,
Khalas. So you don't have to worry about
the first hamza.
The second hamza, however,
can be fatha,
andzartahum,
can be kasra,
inaka,
inaka
can be damaa'unabi'ukum,
oo, a unabi'ukum.
So what we want to talk about today
Alhamdulillahi
rabbalalameen
is 2 hamzahs
which have fatha
from one word,
from one word.
This happens in 12 words in the Quran,
I believe in around 19 different places. So
it's not like, it's not that difficult, right?
It's not something that's gonna throw you off,
and take a lot of your time. But
there is differences between this in warsh and
in havs.
So for example listen 6 verse of Surat
Baqarah.
Allah Subhana Wa Ta'la says,
This is hafz.
Listen to wash.
You hear the difference?
I didn't say
if you warn them.
If you warn them.
But I read it in war shaw,
with med. Why? I'm gonna tell you something
and I'm going to skip something that oftentimes
people explain because I feel like it throws
students off. I'm gonna explain it later on
and that's tazil.
What I want you to remember
is that the second hams
in this scenario,
2 hamzas with fatah from the same word.
That the second hamz
in this rewire through this
becomes Alif Mad.
So it's
And we know the we read with so
12 words,
19 places in the Quran.
When Hamza has Fatha
from the same word,
this happens. It's very very important.
Let's go through, alhamdulillah, some examples of that
now. Again,
for those of you who are a masheikh
and a sateeda, alhamdulillah, ahlaylum,
you know that there's things I'm not explaining
on purpose because I want people to read.
I I want people to be able to
read comfortably and confidently Insha'Allah.
Let's start and I have them here, many
of them, surat Baqarah verse number 6, we
already did it in Hafs.
This also you're going to find in Surat
Yassin,
Verse number
10, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says,
right. But in wash,
Khalas.
The next is in Surat Al Furqan,
in also four places in Surat Al Waqi'a
antum,
antum.
In Hafs,
antum,
antum,
antum.
But in
wash
and tomb. So if you look at Surat
Al Furqan, the 25th chapter,
Mashallah
Mashallah of the Quran
verse number 17, you see it right there.
And Tum.
In 4 places in Surat Al Waq'ah
starting with the verse 59.
And
tum takhlukoonahu
in hafs,
entum
but in wash,
aendum
tahlukoo
nahu am nahnu khaliqon.
And also in,
Surat,
Al Waqi'ah,
Allah says,
But of course in wash
verse number 63.
Also verse 69
Entum
Azeltumu.
Course in wash.
Here the difference.
Why? Because first,
Hamzatun,
and the other rule, I already talked about
it.
Not gonna explain it again. You know what
you're supposed to do with that rule. There's
no need for me to mention it again.
And
And also in Surat,
verse number 72.
And
tomb. Khalas, it's easy.
A few other examples of this, Alhamdulillahi
rabbil 'Aalameen.
We find for example in Surat,
Anazia,
Right? Same thing.
A few other examples insha'Allahu
Ta'ala.
Surat 'ari Imran
verse number 20, Allah
says,
Say to those people of the book,
You should
submit
and wash.
Also in Surah Alimran,
verse number 81,
but in wash,
is no joke right there.
Of course, also Surah Ma'id verse 116,
but with wash
and.
Also in Surah Yusuf, I believe verse 39,
So to Yusuf verse
39. So to Isra verse
61,
in hafs like in wash.
I'm reading that way. So you can hear
it. So Tanamal verse
40, of course, in sulti Yazin, we already
did one, but there's another
It's not that difficult.
Of
course verse number 44
but here,
Jeremy Yoon.
And it's all to mujardila.
Fakatum,
not aash Fakatum.
Alhamdulillah.
This is enough.
So what do we take? Today we talked
about a scenario when there's 2 ham's
in the same word. The first ham's is
always maftuha,
the second hams could be Fatha,
Aslamtum,
could be Kesra,
Inneka,
could be dama, uhunabi
ukum.
And what do we talk about today? When
they both have fatta. When they both have
fatta, mashallah.
And the letter after
the second hams is second, you're going to
read it with mad
because that second hams is going to be
turned into alif mad.
Next time insha Allahu Ta'ala
going to talk about hamzatin,
write 2 hamzahs from one word
but the second is going to be
It's gonna be interesting.
